Lil Kim is in danger of losing a huge portion of her fanbase ... after stiffing a large group of gay fans who paid big money to meet her over the weekend.

All the rapper had to do to score a fat $23,000 payday Saturday was mingle with 100 high-paying fans, then do a quick show to help celebrate the club's 5th anniversary.

Not a bad gig, right?

But The Manor claims she showed up late and skipped out on the scheduled meet and greet ... and now they're on the hook for refunds they had to shell out to the VIP fans.

Kim, who's fattened her wallet in recent years by almost exclusively playing gay clubs ... claims it's the promoter's fault because she was never told about the meet-and-greet. See flyer below.

The Manor's attorney Howard King tells us they plan to sue Kim ... but he says she already got her comeuppance ... because concertgoers booed her when she left the club.

Raven-Symone came out of the closet to Oprah Winfrey Sunday night, but made one thing very clear -- she's not down with putting a label on herself ... and that includes being called African-American.

During Symone's interview with the Big O ... Raven spoke for the first time about her tweet celebrating the Supreme Court ruling on gay marriage last year -- and explained she's in a relationship with a woman, but added, "I don't want to be labeled gay, I want to be a human who loves humans."

Raven continued, "I'm tired of being labeled, I'm an American. I'm not an African-American; I'm an American."

Check out the video to hear her explain the African-American comment. It's debatable ... she's clearly not trying to offend, but much of the Black community could take it as dissing her roots.

Hulk Hogan is vowing to drop the legal hammer on a "nephew" who's pushing a reality show about finding the perfect 3-some ... telling TMZ Sports he's a DISGRACE to the Hogan name.

The man behind the reality show is David Bollea -- who calls himself King David Hogan ... a pro-MMA fighter who last stepped in the ring back in 2012 and claims to be Hogan's "nephew."

King David is trying to shop a reality show called, "My Girlfriend Wants a Girlfriend" ... in which he sorts through 16 different ladies to find the perfect addition to their freaky sexual lifestyle.

But Hulk is PISSED -- telling TMZ Sports he barely knows the guy and can't believe he would try to cash in on the Hogan name without permission.

"I've only met him twice in my entire life ... he knows nothing about the Hogan family, the Hogan name and has no right to use it," Hulk says.

And now for the threat ... "I will pursue legal action against him for diminishing the Hogan brand."

Scott Schwimer, Sparks' entertainment lawyer, tells TMZ, “As a gay, Jewish man who has represented Nick for almost 20 years I find these allegations completely ludicrous and offensive.” Sparks' lawyer for this case, Theresa Sprain, adds, "We deny these allegations."

Nicholas Sparks is a homophobic, anti-Semitic racist who ironically also disrespects Alzheimer's patients ... according to the Jewish ex-headmaster of Sparks' Christian school.

Saul Hillel Benjamin claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he was hired to run the Epiphany School for Global Studies founded by Sparks in 2006.

Benjamin says he began complaining to the author of "The Notebook" and others ... the school had virtually no African Americans -- 2 out of 514 students. Benjamin claims Sparks responded, "Black students are too poor and can't do the academic work."

Benjamin also says Sparks got incensed when he [Benjamin] met with the NAACP North Carolina chapter, telling the headmaster to "engage only in private and less visible contact with African Americans."

The lawsuit goes on ... claiming Sparks ignored bullying claims by gay students and even lent support to a student group that wanted to enact a "homo-caust."

Benjamin also claims Sparks publicly humiliated him by forcing him to get up in front of the entire school and justify his Jewish heritage. He says the parents of the students hurled insults at him while the board applauded.

Benjamin says he was fired and Sparks -- who famously wrote "The Notebook" about a couple's love transcending Alzheimer's -- telling others in the school to ignore Benjamin's claims because he was suffering from Alzheimer's.

Benjamin's lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, tells TMZ ... "Apparently, despite the efforts our society has made, Mr. Sparks wants to travel back in time and vilify those who promote diversity and tolerance of all people regardless of their sexual orientation and race."

Aries Spears says he doesn't expect to return to ESPN after cracking a gay joke about Michael Sam live on "SportsNation."

The comedian was sitting on a panel with Michelle Beadle and Marcellus Wiley when he brought up Sam -- the first openly gay football player in the NFL.

"I went out and got my first Michael Sam jersey," Spears said ... "It's got 15 S's on the back."

Beadle shot him a cold stare. Wiley told him, "You ain't right."

Heidi Fleiss turned her birds loose on her ex-girlfriend's house in a way that would have made Alfred Hitchcock gasp.

Heidi -- who was famously the Hollywood madam of choice for Charlie Sheen and a bunch of other celebs -- hooked up with Judy Bailey-Savage and lived with her at her home in Temecula, CA.

Judy claims Heidi's pet parrots destroyed the house by ripping wood and drywall from the walls and eating the doors and hinges of kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They also pooped like CRAZY.

And this is the best part ... Judy claims in legal docs, "I am unable to enter the residence to have a contractor give me an estimate because I am attacked by birds. I have been bitten on several occasions."

And to add insult to injury ... Judy claims she caught Heidi stealing plants from her medical marijuana garden in the middle of the night.

Judy scored a restraining order keeping Heidi 100 yards at bay for the next 2 years.

Problem is ... the restraining order is NOT for the birds.

Ronda Rousey tells TMZ Sports ... she believes transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox has an "unfair advantage" over naturally born women -- but she'd still kick her ass anyway.

Rousey was at LAX when we asked about Fallon -- a post-op transgender who was born a man and now fights with the women.

FYI -- Fox has won her last two fights ... and beat her last opponent so badly, she reportedly suffered a concussion, a broken orbital bone and required 7 staples in her head (video below).

Rousey -- the reigning female UFC champ -- says she's done a lot of research on the situation ... and ultimately feels Fox needs to be fighting with the men -- especially with the damage she's inflicting.

Lauren Morelli wrote about women falling for women on "Orange is the New Black" ... and says the next thing she knows -- she'a a real life lesbian who dates Poussey ... or the actress who plays her on the show.

Good thing she never wrote for "Dexter."

One of the head writers for "Orange is the New Black" has filed for divorce ... the logical step since she's now realized she's a lesbian and is dating one of the female stars.

Lauren Morelli just filed divorce docs -- obtained by TMZ -- from her husband of 2 years, Steve Basilone. It's actually a joint petition ... probably because Steve realizes that ship has sailed.

The story is amazing. Lauren began writing for OITNB 5 months after she got hitched. Lauren says as she started writing for the main character -- who had once been in a lesbian relationship -- she saw herself in the character. Lauren says she began to feel like a fraud ... married to a man but clearly gay.

According to Lauren ... as she began writing about Piper's blossoming relationship with the very hot Alex ... "I found a mouthpiece for my own desires and a glimmer of what my future could look like."

Enter Samira Wiley -- who plays Poussey. It's Lauren's new GF.

According to divorce docs, it's all very amicable. She gets her Lexus, her apartment and her sapphire engagement ring. He gets the Mazda hatchback.

Nick Jonas learned, when in Rome ... because he joined the crowd at a gay bar with some half naked men and became somewhat naked himself.

Nick teased the crowd at BPM's Gay College Tuesday's in NYC ... coyly leading the excited crowd into believing A LOT was about to come off. He stopped short of the full monty, but still did not disappoint.

He was there to promote his new single but had the urge to jump on stage with a bunch of shirtless dudes.

The Season 2 winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race" got busted for assault ... but he tells TMZ he's the one who got beat down by a security guard during an autograph session.

James Ross, who goes by Tyra Sanchez, tells TMZ he was signing autographs at the Rainbow-Cactus Company in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago ... when a guy in the crowd started heckling him.

Tyra claims he approached the man to try to calm the situation, but a security guard for the venue suddenly grabbed him, slammed him to the ground, and cuffed him ... though he eventually let him go. He claims he suffered a cut to his head, a sprained shoulder, and bruises.

On Monday, Tyra went to police to file charges against the venue ... only to discover there was a warrant out for HIS arrest. He says he turned himself in, posted bond, and was released.

Tyra says he still plans to take legal action against the guard and the Rainbow-Cactus Company. We haven't heard back from the venue.

Tennis legend Martina Navratilova is finally gonna make an honest woman out of her girlfriend ... dropping down to one knee Saturday at the U.S. Open and popping the big question.

The 57-year-old proposed in between the men's semi-final games to Julia Lemigova -- her GF of 6 years -- and people in attendance cheered on as they watched the proposal on the big screen.

Martina told the AP she was super nervous ... describing it as an "out of body experience."

Michael Sam says he's incredibly grateful to Jerry Jones for giving him a shot with the Dallas Cowboys ... calling the opportunity a "dream come true."

Sam just went to Twitter and wrote, "As a kid growing up in Texas I always loved the Dallas Cowboys, so to join this incredible organization is really a dream come true."

Michael Sam has the blessing of The Playmaker ... 'cause NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin tells TMZ Sports he "loves" that the defensive end signed with his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

The "Michael Sam to Dallas" move was a bang-bang play -- with the whole deal unfolding in just a couple of hours ... starting with a phone call from Dallas to Sam's camp around 11AM Tuesday.

Our NFL sources tell TMZ Sports ... the whole thing was like a whirlwind -- and Sam had no idea he was in the cards for Dallas until the phone rang.

After that, Sam hopped on the first plane to Texas -- where he'll join the practice squad ... pending a physical.

Michael Sam is heading to Big D -- where he's reportedly going to be signed to the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad.

Sam was cut by the Rams over the weekend despite having a monster preseason ... where he recorded 2.5 sacks.

According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the Cowboys spent the day calling several players and gauging their reactions to signing Sam ... and apparently, the feedback came back positive.
