Chief Keef just learned he's a daddy ... again ... bad news for him because he now owes another big chunk of change for child support ... TMZ has learned.

Keef's attorney says the rapper admitted he's the father of a 10-month old child ... after being confronted with some pretty conclusive evidence -- his own DNA.

According to the lawyer ... Erica Early went to court in Chicago to establish paternity. The DNA test shows there's a 99.9% chance Keef is the papa.

The 18-year-old rapper is still in court-ordered rehab in California for his weed smoking ... so he wasn't in court when the judge ordered him to pay Early $2,500 a month in child support ... plus, another $25K lump sum payment for the previous 10 months.

But good luck collecting ... Keef owes thousands of dollars in back child support in ANOTHER paternity case ... and he's not coughing it up willingly.

Miley Cyrus NEEDED some birthday presents, because TMZ has learned she's lost a bunch of expensive stuff in Friday's burglary.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... $100,000 worth of items were stolen, including a bunch of jewelry and several high-end purses.

As we reported ... the burglary occurred Friday afternoon. We're told there were no signs of forced entry, but there were numerous surveillance cameras so cops may have a hot lead.

Miley lives on a street populated by celebrities, including Steve Carell and Diddy's family. We're told they have security cameras as well.

Miley was not home at the time.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Stewart screwed over her fans and essentially stole several thousand dollars, by showing up hours late for a scheduled event ... so claims the event organizer who was left in tears.

Tanika Olivier tells TMZ ... she hired Stewart to make a 4-hour appearance in Ocoee, Fl. Thursday night. She wasn't just an hour late... or 2 hours ... or 3 hours. She showed up 20 minutes before they folded up tent.

According to Olivier ... Stewart had a bunch of lame excuses -- her flight was delayed ... the driver took her to the wrong hotel ... and they had to make a stop to change into fresh clothes.

Stewart was paid $2K up front -- so claims Olivier -- and she had the nerve to demand the $2K balance. Things got ugly and cops were called.

Police told the girls to settle it on their own and Olivier reluctantly cut Porsha a $2K check... but she tells us she's decided to stop payment ... and she wants the initial 2K back STAT.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Aaron's assets total $8,232.16. Here's the BIG problem. His liabilities total $2,204,854, which include a $31,166 AmEx bill.

Aaron -- who was a huge pop star and is still on tour, even tonight -- also owes $1,368,140 mil to the IRS.

As for his assets, he lists a 61" flat screen worth $500. He also lists 2 MacBooks, 2 Headset Mics, a Mini Keyboard, Portable Beats, a speaker, a guitar, $60 in cash, Louis Vuitton backpack, a duffle bag and a printer worth a total of $2,500. And he owns a Brietling watch worth $3,750.

Here's the saddest part. He also lists a dog, with a value of ZERO.

Aaron lists his average monthly income at $1,998.75. As for his monthly expenses -- $2,005, which includes $600 for food, $150 for clothes, and $65 for hygiene.

He's currently living with a family member.

Aaron is not filing for Bankruptcy light, which is often used to reorganize debts. He's going for the whole, Chapter 7 enchilada, which means the creditors will eat it.

The Situation is on the wrong end of a massive Federal criminal investigation -- which is currently focusing on the "Jersey Shore" star's cash flow ... TMZ has learned.

Sources tell us, Mike Sorrentino and his companies -- MPS Entertainment, Situation Productions, GTL Management, and his clothing line Situation Nation -- are at the center of the investigation.

The exact nature of the crime is unclear, but we know it's a felony, and appears to be finance related. We're told subpoenas have already been issued to Sitch's business associates, asking for copies of payments issued to him, copies of canceled checks, correspondence, and more.

We reached out to Situation's rep for comment. So far, no word back.
