The guy who credits himself for making Nicki Minaj a bizarre spectacle is now suing the rapper, claiming she stole his wig designs and cheated him out of millions of dollars.

Terrence Davidson claims in his lawsuit ... he's a big reason for Nicki's success. He rewinds to 2010, when he created what he calls a panoply of "fresh, hip and unique wigs" ... including the pink upper bun wig, the fox fur wig, the pink high top wig, the superbass wig and the half blond-half pink wig.

Davidson says Nicki not only stole his designs and marketed them herself, she even talked him out of a multi-million dollar reality show deal because she claimed it would ruin their partnership.

Oksana Grigorieva -- the woman who Mel Gibson struck in the mouth -- just lost hundreds of thousands of bucks because of her big mouth ... by violating her confidentiality agreement. ... court sources tell TMZ.

It all has to do with an interview she did in October with Howard Stern. Oksana -- who promised in her settlement agreement with Mel she would say NOTHING about him publicly -- blabbed about the actor.

In the Stern Interview:

-- Howard sympathizes about her problems with Mel, telling her she has to go forward in life. She refers to her "painful and dark" experience and says now she wants to help others.

-- Howard asks if Mel wined and dined her. She says it's too painful to even talk about.

-- Howard talks about how amazing the famous audio tapes are, and Oksana responds, "Life happens ... I'm still catching up on the humor part."

-- Howard, who referenced portions of Mel's rants during the interview, told her a woman shouldn't be treated that way, especially the mother of your child. She said, "Thank you."

Apparently that was enough for a judge, because court sources tell us, hizzoner ruled Oksana was never supposed to talk about Mel -- even obtusely -- and as a result she forfeited the remaining installments of her $750,000 settlement. We're told she was still owed half -- $375,000 ... money she now will NOT get.

TMZ broke the story ... Oksana has filed for bankruptcy. Pretty amazing, since Mel initially offered her $15 MILLION but she rejected it.

Ray Rice is getting major support from one of his sponsors -- a company that tells TMZ Sports it's STANDING BY the Baltimore Ravens star in the wake of his domestic violence arrest ... at least for now.

Michael Wehrell -- president of the VertiMax sports training equipment company -- tells TMZ Sports Ray has been working with the brand since 2012 and has done a "great job."

Now, with criminal allegations looming, Wehrell tells us VertiMax has "no plans to release him as an endorsee, but we will assess the situation once we get all the facts."

Wehrell notes, "He's had an impeccable track record off the field. He's a great guy and has done a great job working with us."

As for Rice, Ray's attorney says the footage of Ray dragging his seemingly unconscious fiancee out of an elevator on the night of the incident doesn't tell the whole story ... and insists there's more evidence that will clear Ray's name.

Eddie Cibrian has overpaid Brandi Glanville more than $100k in spousal support ... and he's gunning to get it back -- and his people tell us Brandi is a bald-faced LIAR in trying to spin what really happened.

The former couple is still sparring over money, and they hired a law firm to help figure out who owes what. The attorney sent both Eddie and Brandi this letter which says after a full audit Eddie paid Brandi $114,738 too much in alimony.

Multiple sources connected with the audit confirm to TMZ ... although the document merely refers to the overpayment as "support" ... the overpayment is for SPOUSAL support, not child support.

Brandi has tweeted, "...Mr. fancy new cars&house man is asking ME for child support." We're told that is FALSE. Eddie's people tell us, "It's a complete lie." Furthermore, our sources make it clear child support has nothing to do with the overpayment.

As for how Eddie expects Brandi to pay him back ... according to the lawyer's letter, it will be subtracted from her share of his retirement accounts.

Paul Walker got his dying wish -- at least one of them -- TMZ has learned, his dad is now officially the executor of his estate ... just like Paul requested in his will.

A judge approved Paul's request to make his dad executor this morning in Santa Barbara court.

The entire family was there -- Paul's mom and dad, his 15-year-old daughter Meadow, and Meadow's mother Rebecca Soteros. The issue of Meadow's guardianship was not raised in court.

As we reported, Paul specified in his will that he wanted his mother Cheryl to become Meadow's guardian in the event of his death. He made no mention of Rebecca.

Chris Brown is being sued by the guy who claims the rapper berated him with the words, "I ain't down with that gay s***" and then beat him and broke his nose.

Parker Adams claims in his new, $3 million lawsuit .... he was outside the W Hotel in D.C. last October when Brown went nuts on him. This is the same incident for which Brown is currently being prosecuted for misdemeanor assault.

Brown has denied any misdeeds and we're told he claims Adams was the aggressor, trying to strongarm his way on his tour bus.

Adams is suing both Brown and Christopher Hollosy -- Brown's bodyguard. Adams wants $1 million from each of them for his injuries, and another $500K from each for punitive damages, to teach them a lesson.

It's war between Big Boi and his estranged wife -- the Outkast rapper does NOT want to shell out endless child support ... claiming she's perfectly capable of supporting herself.

As we reported, Big Boi's wife Sherlita Patton filed for divorce last year ... demanding FULL custody of their minor child (they also have an 18-year-old).

But Big Boi's not about to cave -- he just filed a response, saying their child would be better off with JOINT physical and legal custody.

Ludacris can't afford to pay thousands of dollars in child support -- and he's blaming his financial woes on the death of his "Fast and Furious" co-star Paul Walker.

Ludacris was in court Wednesday with his baby mama, Tamika Fuller ... who's demanding Luda pay her $15K a month to take care of his 2-month-old baby daughter, Cai.

But Luda went to court and told the judge ... he was counting on "Fast and Furious 7" money to make his payments, and the movie is now on hold so his payday went away.

Luda claims he can only pay $1,800 a month -- confessing he only made around $55K for 2013.

The judge split the baby down the middle, ordering Luda to pay 7K a month for now ... while hizzoner reviews all the financial docs.

The hard-drinking, hard-partying rednecks of "Party Down South" are a dime a dozen as far as CMT is concerned ... because the network is prepared to cut some of 'em loose if they can't agree on new contracts.

TMZ broke the story ... cast members are holding out for raises before Season 2 starts shooting. Right now they're only pulling down $500 per episode.

Sources close to the show tell us CMT had a conference call last Friday with the cast and their newly hired managers -- and one of the stars, Mattie Breaux, went off ... bitching about salaries, and a plan to shoot seasons 2 and 3 back-to-back.

We're told Mattie eventually hung up, but producers were unfazed -- and are now saying if Mattie wants to quit ... they won't stop her.

We've also learned the cast will get $1000 each to shoot a reunion episode next week ... and they're hoping the new contracts are signed by then.

Now, here's why we're all pulling for Tiffany to get a rise raise ...

Sharon Stone claims a big time movie producer is a liar and a fraud who asked her to falsify U.S. documents so she could go to Cuba and play Ernest Hemingway's wife in a new movie ... and when she refused she got stiffed and was ordered to return a custom wig.

Stone made a deal with Bob Yari to shoot "Papa," about the famous writer. Sharon was slated to play Mary Hemingway, but there was a big snag.

According to the lawsuit, filed by legal pit bull Marty Singer, Stone needed legal clearance to take the trip to Castroland. Stone claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- Yari asked her to LIE in order to get permission from the U.S. Government. He wanted her to say the trip was for a "cultural endeavor" ... which it wasn't.

Stone claims Yari pressured her to falsify government documents, and when she resisted he sent her an email saying, "NO ONE has EVER been jailed for travel to Cuba."

Sharon refused to budge, so Yari -- who also produced "Crash" -- recast the role and refused to pay her the $500,000 she was promised.

To add insult to injury, Sharon says Yari actually had the gall to demand that she return the wig that had been made for the Mary Hemingway character.

A woman who was injured in a nasty 2013 Nationwide crash at Daytona is trying to hammer out a settlement with NASCAR ... claiming her body and her career were wrecked as a result of the freak accident.

The crash occurred in February 2013 -- when Kyle Larson's #32 car was smashed into a wall and pieces of the vehicle went rocketing into the stands, injuring several spectators including Whitney Turner.

The race went on ... but Whitney's attorney Matt Morgan tells TMZ Sports her life has been a disaster ever since.

"[She's] been living on her back since the date of the Nationwide crash. She has had multiple surgical procedures performed to repair her severed Achilles' tendon and internally deranged knee."

Morgan continues, "Whitney has lost her job as a marketing specialist and is struggling to support her young daughter."

As a result, Whitney has threatened to sue the International Speedway Corporation and NASCAR claiming they're to blame for her condition.

But before she files the suit, Whitney's lawyer says the parties will gather 'round a negotiating table to try and work out a deal to "amicably resolve their claims."

Emo king Conor Oberst from the band Bright Eyes insists he NEVER raped a 16-year-old girl back in 2003 -- despite the girl's public claims -- and now he's suing her for more than a million bucks.

Conor just filed a defamation lawsuit against Joanie Faircloth, who claimed the rock star raped her ten years ago after one of his North Carolina shows.

Faircloth made the allegations in December in the comments section of the website xojane.com -- claiming Conor came on to her backstage after the 2003 concert and later forced himself on her ... after she made it clear to him that she was a virgin and wanted to stay that way.

Joanie wrote, "Conor took a lot from me including my virginity, my dignity, and self-esteem."

But Conor insists the encounter is made up -- in fact, Conor says he never even met her.

Conor claims Joanie's just an embittered superfan, who gushed about him and Bright Eyes as recently as January 2013 -- writing about how the last time she saw Conor in concert is her best memory ever. She even listed "Bright Eyes" as her favorite band on Facebook.

Oksana Grigorieva -- who got hundreds of thousands of dollars from Mel Gibson after a nuclear child custody war -- has filed for bankruptcy ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Oksana says things are so bad she only has $10 in cash to her name.

Oksana says the math tells the story -- $48,000 in assets, $438,000 in debts.

As for Oksana's expenses ... she spends $90 a month on "Gofer Patrol." BTW ... her home security is less ... $80 a month.

Oksana -- who is a singer -- claims in the last 6 months she's only received $200 in royalties.

She also lists works of art she painted at $500.

Now get this ... Most of the debts are from legal bills. Oksana owes 5 lawyers a quarter-of-a-million bucks.

Remember ... during the custody fight ... Oksana hired and fired more than 40 lawyers.

Mel agreed to pay Oksana a $750K settlement in installments -- the last being due in 2016. As you remember, Mel pled no contest to assaulting Oksana ... knocking out a few veneers.

According to the court docs, Mel pays her $20,000 a month in child support for Lucia, and actor Timothy Dalton pays her $2,500 a month for their son, Alexander.

A guy working for Swedish House Mafia may have had dreams of being ON the big screen, but not IN it ... and that's why he's suing the group.

Stagehand Joseph Green claims he was setting up the stage for SHM's performance at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami ... and a massive LED screen fell out of nowhere, crushing him.

Green says the screen clearly wasn't mounted properly and says it messed him up bad. He says he's disfigured and has suffered really bad mental anguish.

Bill Murray -- die-hard U of Illinois fan -- is still super bitter about his team's loss to UNC in the 2005 NCAA Men's basketball championship ... and the proof is in this HILARIOUS clip.

Here's the situation ... Murray was in D.C. when he was approached by a pan-handler who flashed his United State's Veteran card ... which shows that he's from North Carolina.

When Bill saw the "N.C." on the card -- he tossed it back in the guy's face and went on a rant about how the Fighting Illini got screwed in the big game that year. It's AWESOME.

Don't worry, after making his case ... Bill gave the guy $10.
