Brandon Davis Key Person in Spelling Mansion Sale

Published | Updated

One of the biggest real estate deals in the history of Los Angeles was hatched by none other than ... BRANDON DAVIS!!! And get this ... He'll get hundreds of thousands of bucks for his efforts.

Yes, TMZ has learned Greasy Bear -- the ne'er-do-well grandson of the late oil mogul Marvin Davis -- was instrumental in the sale of Candy Spelling's mansion.

Here's the way it went down. Brandon was at a Hollywood nightclub on April 27, partying with Petra Ecclestone -- the 22-year-old daughter of billionaire Formula One mogul Bernie Ecclestone -- when she told him she wanted to buy a HUGE house in L.A.

Brandon sprung into action, hooking Petra up with realtor/Paris Hilton's father, Rick Hilton. Sources tell TMZ, Rick made a deal with Brandon -- to give him a $250,000 finder's fee if Rick could sell a mansion to Petra.

Larry Flynt 'Genuine' Job Offer to Anthony Weiner

Published | Updated

Anthony Weiner won't be out of work for long -- TMZ has learned "Hustler" kingpin Larry Flynt has personally reached out to Weiner to offer the former Congressman a "serious" job with his company.

Flynt fired off a letter to Weiner moments after the politician resigned from Congress earlier today saying, "After having learned of your sudden and compelled resignation from your Congressional post, I would like to make you an offer of employment at Flynt Management Group, LLC in our internet group."

Flynt insists, "This offer is not made in jest" and says he is "willing to pay twenty percent more than your former Congressional salary, ensuring that your medical benefits would be equal to what you were previously receiving."

Flynt -- an iconic figure in the free speech movement -- adds, "I feel that your unfortunate resignation is a prime example of unfounded political pressure and the hypocrisy that has invaded democracy in Washington D.C."

He concludes, "I hope you will sincerely consider this offer, and I look forward to your response."

Britney Spears' Dad Bargain Basement Tour Director

Published | Updated

Jamie Spears is going to court to get some serious money for directing Britney Spears' Femme Fatale Tour that kicks off today in Sacramento, CA... but turns out he'll be the best bargain in town.

TMZ has obtained legal docs that Jamie has filed with the judge in Britney's conservatorship case ... asking the judge to give him money for directing the tour and managing the logistics of the tour.

Jamie has not specified the amount of money he wants, and sources tell us it hasn't been calculated yet. Sources tell us the amount will be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars, but it's crazy cheap for what Jamie is doing.

To give you some perspective, 5 people managed the 2009 Circus Tour. Although the amount they made is blacked out in the legal documents, we were able to discern the amount is in the 7 figures.

With Jamie on board for the Britney Spears/Nicki Minaj Femme Fatale Tour, 3 of the 5 positions will be eliminated. Thus, if Jamie gets a 6 figure salary for the upcoming 8-month world tour, everybody wins.

Whatever Jamie gets for the tour ... it will be in addition to the $16,000 a month he's pulling in for serving as Britney's conservator.

Spelling Mansion The Price is Right at $85 Mil

Published | Updated

Well, Candy Spelling didn't get what she was asking for, but the sale of her L.A. mansion should be enough to tide her over until around 2060.

Sources connected with the sale of the 57,000 square foot, Holmby Hills estate tell TMZ ... 22-year-old Petra Ecclestone is plunking down $85 million for her new digs. Candy was asking $150 mil, but in the L.A. real estate market that price was a dream.

One of our sources calls it "a fair price," adding Candy will be getting more than $1,000 a square foot -- not a bad deal.

We're told the escrow period is somewhere between 30 and 60 days. Since Petra's dad, Formula One mogul Bernie Ecclestone, is worth $4 billion ... finding the cash shouldn't be a problem.

Girl Sues Playboy Over Sexy Trampoline Jump Injury

Published | Updated

A woman, the Playboy mansion, a photographer and a trampoline ... what could possibly go wrong?

A lot ... according to Denise Underhill -- who's filed a lawsuit against Playboy, claiming she suffered a devastating knee injury during a bouncy photo shoot at the mansion back in 2009.

According to the suit, filed in LA Superior Court last month, Denise claims she was "requested to jump on a trampoline ... in order for photographs to be taken of her." We're guessing Denise has a huge smile.

During the jumping session, Denise claims she tore the meniscus in her right knee ... but instead of proper medical assistance, she was merely given crutches and sent on her way.

In the docs, Denise claims "There were no warning signs posted ... as to the dangers posed by the use of the equipment." She has a point, even shampoo has directions.

Denise claims the injury required surgery -- and she's demanding more than $25k for her troubles.

A call to Playboy was not returned.

Zac Efron One Man, DOUBLE the Fat Tip

Zac Efron threw around cash like a BALLER at a San Diego hotel last Friday -- dropping $700 in booze and then leaving a 40% tip.

Efron hit the Float Bar at the Hard Rock Hotel with a group of friends ... and ordered up one bottle of Kettle One vodka ($350), one bottle of Patron Silver ($350) and a 6-pack of Red Bull ($30).

Sources at the hotel tell TMZ, Efron covered the $140 service charge on his bill ... then dropped an additional $150 just for the hell of it. Grand total -- $1,093.50.

In total ... that's about a 40% handout -- and we're told Zac played it cool the whole time he was there.

Must have been all the Red Bull vodkas.

Arnold's Baby Mama My Family Is Selling Me Out!

A relative of Mildred Patty Baena -- who has not made a cent off her and REFUSES to sell out -- tells TMZ ... Mildred is shocked and didn't expect her own family to make a cheap buck off this whole ordeal.

In addition to the money, we're told Mildred feels these family members are just telling flat-out lies. The relative we spoke to says Mildred is sure the main culprit is the ex-wife of a family member.

If you can't count on an ex-in-law to keep secrets about your illegitimate love child with the former Governor of California ... who can you count on?

Published | Updated

Lisa Lampanelli just donated $50,000 to the good people at Gay Men's Health Crisis -- sticking it to the hate-mongering homophobes of Westboro Baptist Church -- and we got footage of the GIANT CHECK.

TMZ broke the story ... Lisa challenged the hate church head on last week -- claiming for every rotten bastard from the WBC who showed up to protest her show in Topeka, Kansas ... she would donate $1,000 to a gay charity.

Lisa couldn't decide exactly how many protesters showed up -- the number was somewhere between 44 and 48 -- so she called it an even 50 ... and put her money where her mouth was yesterday in NYC, donating $50,000 to GMHC in the form of a giant novelty check.

Hate on that.

Charlie Sheen The $3,000,000 Sugar Daddy Offer

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen has no current sources of fresh income, so what better way to score a cool $3 mil than doing what you already know -- become the king of the sugar daddies.

EstablishedMen.com -- a social network for rich men seeking needy women -- put the offer on the table earlier this week ... $3,000,000 for Charlie Sheen to endorse the sugar daddy website for three years.

But EM wants even more from Sheen. Charlie would be crowned PRESIDENT of Established Men -- running advertising, sales, and promotions -- in return for a 50% interest in the company.

Also HUGE ... EstablishedMen could not fire Charlie for "moral turpitude."

The bad news -- it's an exclusive deal ... so Charlie couldn't work for anyone else. To make matters worse, he'd have to move to Toronto (no offense).

Chuck Lorre -- eat your heart out.

Lampanelli Watch Me Piss Off Evil Westboro Church!!

Published | Updated

Lisa Lampanelli has put the evil Westboro Baptist Church into one hell of a pickle -- they wanna protest her show tonight ... but for every hate-monger who shows up, she's gonna donate $1,000 to a pro-gay charity.

Lisa is performing in Topeka, Kansas -- home of the evil church -- and when she got word that members of the church were planning to protest her show -- because she is such an outspoken supporter of gay rights -- Lisa hatched a plan.

She's going to donate $1,000 for every protestor that shows up ... to the Gay Men's Health Crisis -- the nation's oldest HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment and care services provider.

Lisa tells TMZ, "It's gonna be hilarious to write out the checks to the GMHC and have them send thank you notes to the WBC for their 'generous contributions.'"

"I'd love to see their inbred faces when they open those thank you notes! Hopefully their jaws will drop so fast that their three remaining teeth and cro-magnon foreheads will plummet to the floor."

Charlie Sheen Borrows $10 Mil from Warner Bros.

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen -- who scored the biggest paycheck in TV before getting the boot -- had to borrow a huge amount of money from Warner Bros. during his last season on "Two and a Half Men."

TMZ has obtained Charlie's contract for Season 7 (2010 - 2011). The document -- dated May 17, 2010 -- requires Warner Bros. to pay Charlie $10 million within 10 days of the date Charlie signed. Charlie was then obligated to pay the money back during the first 13 episodes.

To repay the loan, Sheen -- who was getting a base pay of $1.25 million a show -- had $769,230.77 deducted from each paycheck for the first 13 episodes. But then there's this pesky issue of interest. Under the deal, the interest -- calculated at the prime commercial rate -- would be deducted from the 14th paycheck.

Charlie was fired after the 16th episode, so Warner Bros. got its $$$ back.

As for why Charlie needed the money ... unclear. With his profit participation, Charlie was raking in more than $2 million an episode, but it seems he was still burning a hole in his pocket.

On the bright side for Charlie, he was doing really well. We got a copy of his original contract, and in Season 1, he made $160,000 an episode, and under the original deal he only got a 4% raise for additional seasons. That contract was renegotiated after the show became successful.
