Lexy Panterra is so damn hot, but she needed a companion ... and the one she found cost her a fortune.

Panterra scooped up six-month-old Lila from Betty's Teacup Yorkies ... a frou frou dog shop that boasts Paris Hilton among its celeb clients.

We're told Panterra spotted the dog on Instagram, fell in love, and forked over $4,500 for the three pound poodle.

Panterra tells us she'd been thinking about getting a new dog since her old one died. And she's been itching for some company, since she's single and all.

How's that possible?

Amiah Miller is just 11 and she made more in a few weeks than a lot of people make all year.

The pint-sized blonde scored a role in "War for the Planet of the Apes," which started filming in October.

According to the minor's contract filed with the court, her paycheck for the gig ... a sweet $65,000.

Marshawn Lynch is sidelined with an injury, but his Beast Mode brand is rolling like never before ... and it's all for a good cause.

Patrick Dempsey is racing to the courthouse with a lawsuit against a sports clothing company he says stiffed him.

Dempsey claims in the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he cut a deal with GBG Spyder, which makes active outdoor wear and performance gear. Dempsey claims he did a lot ... personal appearances, slapping the Spyder logo on his race cars, but only got $270,000 before the company stopped paying.

Mark Salling has bailed out of jail with the help of his family ... this after his arrest for allegedly possessing more than a thousand child porn images.

We got a shot of Mark leaving the jail -- leaning back out of view in the passenger's seat -- after being booked on possession of child porn ... specifically porn involving minors "engaging in or simulating sexual conduct."

We've learned the bail was set at $20,000 and his family posted it ... they put down $2k, or 10%.

Jeremy Renner's divorce is final, and according to court docs, he'll be paying a fortune in child support.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Renner will pay ex-wife Sonni Pacheco $13k a month in child support for 2-year-old Ava. But that's not all. If Jeremy pulls in more than $2.3 mil a year, he has to pay 5% of the excess as additional child support.

They will share custody.

Sonni gets a big zero in the spousal support department.

Melissa Mathison -- the 'E.T.' screenwriter and ex-wife of Harrison Ford -- is at the center of a mystery ... her will is missing, and turns out a lot is on the line because she's worth a bloody fortune.

Melissa -- who died last month from cancer -- had written a will but new court docs reveal her business manager can't find the original.

The court docs show Melissa is worth $22 million. Her fortune is all in a trust, but the document was not included in the legal papers so we don't know who's supposed to get it. She had 2 kids so it's a good assumption they'll get at least part of it.

So now the question ... what happens if the original will is never found? In California, as long as no one's fighting over her estate, a copy will do just fine.

Floyd Mayweather really outdid himself this time ... dropping over $10 million on some new diamonds.

According to Floyd's rep, the giant ring alone is 50 carats and smaller necklace is made of 74 diamonds, each one being three carats each.

All told, Floyd's rep says the collection ran Floyd between $10-15 million.

Earlier this month, Floyd spent over a million bucks on a sick diamond watch while shopping in Dubai.

Sonia Lopez, the "Operation Repo" star caught on camera walking off with a man's wallet, won't do any hard time for the crime.

Sonia pled no contest in court to stealing a wallet filled with $3k she pilfered from a store counter.

Sonia originally claimed she was just being a good samaritan ... grabbing the wallet so she could return it to its owner ... but the surveillance camera footage looks super sketchy.

As part of her sentence, Sonia will have to pay the owner of the wallet $5k.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were offered millions of dollars for the first pics of baby Saint ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the offers -- from various magazines -- range from $2 million to $2.5 million. We're told the magazines want more than just a head shot of Saint ... they want the full family, including North. Candid family shots are part of the offer.

As for whether the financial offer is in range of what it's worth ... we're told it's dead on.

Here's the snag. Our Kardashian sources tell us at this point they're "almost certain" they will reject all offers.

Criss Angel must be feeling like his ex-fiancee is a real life bad penny, because now she's suing to get the value of her engagement ring.

Sandra Gonzalez snagged a 5 carat, $300k sparkler when Criss popped the question, but when they broke up he claims she threw it at him and that was that.

She says in the suit she gave up her life for years -- and her job as a hostess -- to help him further his career, so it's only right that she gets to keep the ring. She thinks he gave the ring to his new wife.

We're told Criss is telling friends fair is fair, so if he has to pay her for the ring, then she should reimburse him for her boob and nose jobs, as well as a BMW and 500 pairs of shoes.

Teresa Giudice got more than a welcome home from her family ... a $90k Lexus was lying in wait in her driveway.

Tasha says the reality was way different ... hubby Rory Douglas had been married 5 times before her. The judge said, "She in no way would have jumped within a few months at the chance to be bride number six."

What's more, the judge said Douglas concealed the number of kids he actually had, his past criminal conduct, and failure to pay taxes for nearly a decade.

The woman who mowed down dozens of people has been in financial free fall for 2 years.

Lakeisha Holloway has not had a reliable place to live since January 2014 since she was evicted from her apartment in Washington state. TMZ obtained legal docs showing she was behind on rent and utilities and a judge ordered her out.

Family members tell TMZ they opened their homes to Lakeisha from time to time in the last 2 years, but she never had a permanent place to live.

Lakeisha has lived a nomadic life ... we're told she had just been in Texas to visit her 3-year-old daughter's baby daddy and told her family she was going through Vegas on her way back to Oregon to see if there were work opportunities.
