The family of the autistic teen 50 Cent bullied still wants the rapper to open up his wallet, but this time it's for a good cause and far less cash ... the family's attorney tells TMZ.

Attorney Matthew J. Hammer says Andrew Farrell and his family want 50 to cough up $10k for Autism Speaks, an autism advocacy group.

The donation is far less than the $1 million Andrew's stepdad was first eyeing.

We're told Andrew and his family received 50's signed, albeit short apology Tuesday via an email after news broke of Andrew's disabilities and were happy he said sorry.

As we reported, 50 got in Andrew's face at an airport accusing him of working while on drugs, when in fact he's autistic and is also afflicted by Asperger's.

50 has yet to answer back about the $10k donation.

President Obama handpicked Rosa "Rosie" Rios to be the 43rd Treasurer of the United States ... so you'd think she'd have a quick answer when asked if BO's got a shot at being on U.S. currency.

We got the treasurer out at Craig's where she was Hollywood hobnobbing with legendary songwriter Diane Warren and 'Sopranos' star Lorraine Bracco.

Rios was appropriately proud when we asked her about Harriet Tubman getting on the $20 bill -- she spearheaded that movement, after all. Our follow-up about our current prez possibly making it onto a bill ... didn't go over that smoothly.

Watch, it seems like she's trying to blow off the question.

As for why she's hanging with celebs? Rosa's days in D.C. are likely just as numbered as her boss'.

"A Nightmare on Elm Street" director Wes Craven is still raking in the dough after his death -- his Hollywood Hills home just sold for almost $250k above asking price.

The 3 bedroom, 3 bath pad was listed for $3.295 mil in April and was quickly sold for $3.535 mil ... with "Million Dollar Listing" stars Josh and Matt Altman as its listing agents.

The pad used to be owned by Steve McQueen -- and Wes, who died last summer, bought it in 1992. The genius behind horror classics like "Scream" actually had a pretty zen crib -- gardens, fountains, 2 koi ponds, saltwater pool and spa and amazing views.

Tupac's mother guarded his music and financial legacy in life, and TMZ has learned Afeni Shakur took extraordinary steps to do the same in death.

Afeni had set up a trust to control all of Tupac's music rights, and a rep for his estate tells us the paperwork is flawless. She also named the perfect executor, Tom Whalley -- former head of Warner Bros. Records -- to handle Tupac's valuable catalog.

We're told the trust is very specific about heirs, and the money is going to select charities and family. Afeni is survived by her sister, Gloria, and a daughter, Sekyiwa Shakur ... Tupac's half sister.

Her estranged husband, Gust Davis, is not mentioned in the trust -- so Tupac's money and music will be virtually untouchable in that divorce.

Interestingly, Tupac's mother was repped by attorney Howard King, who also worked with Prince years ago. He says Prince hated dealing with paperwork and rarely listened to advisors, but Afeni was the exact opposite -- which is why there shouldn't be any legal battles over Tupac's fortune.

Justin Bieber may have bought himself the most expensive phone in the world, because a guy who claims the singer destroyed his cell has filed a lawsuit seeking as much as $100,000.

Robert Earl Morgan was at Cle nightclub in Houston last month when Bieber showed up and began clowning Post Malone, appearing to extinguish a cigarette on the rapper's arm.

Bieber was feeling his oats, and according to Morgan, Biebs grabbed a beer bong and tried his hand at chugging. Morgan says Bieber "was clearly a novice," spilling the brewski all over his clothes and face.

Morgan says he was shooting cell phone video of the mishap, when Biebs became enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces.

According to the lawsuit filed by Jason Friedman, Morgan never got his SIM card back, which contained precious memories, including pics of his grandma's 100th birthday party. He says he also lost business contacts and it's eaten into his commission. Morgan adds he minored in photography in college and had 5,000 pics and videos documenting his travels, which he'll never get back.

He's suing for up to $100k.

We reached out to Bieber's camp. So far no response.

50 Cent has new legal trouble after taunting a 19-year-old man who turned out to be autistic -- TMZ has learned his family is strongly considering a lawsuit.

Andrew Farrell was just doing his job as a janitor at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport when 50 Cent appeared to randomly single him out on video ... accusing him of being high at work. Fiddy posted the video on Twitter.

Ken Kramer, Andrew's stepdad, tells us Andrew suffers from autism and Asperger's syndrome. He also has a hearing condition which forces him to wear a hearing aid.

Ken says Andrew has never smoked or had a sip of alcohol in his life. He says Andrew has severe social anxiety, and that's why he ignored 50 -- he also doesn't know who the rapper is.

Ken says the family has lawyered up, and the only thing stopping them from suing immediately is concern about stiff attorney fees. He says they'd be willing to forget the whole thing, IF 50 Cent donates $1 million to Andrew's GoFundMe page, and makes a face-to-face apology.

They might want to research 50's finances.

Blac Chyna is adamant friends-turned-haters are behind her $200k home burglary, and she's out to nab 'em ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to BC and Rob Kardashian tell us she thinks the heist was done by an inner circle friend who's bitter about her new lifestyle -- no booze and no cigs. BC used to be down to party on the reg, but she's been sober for several months.

She also thinks the culprit is jealous of her $325k engagement rock.

We broke the story ... the burglar(s) made off with cash and jewelry from Chyna's safe. We're told very few people even knew about the safe -- another reason she's convinced it was an inside job.

Prince's riches might get split 7 ways instead of 6 because a woman is claiming she's entitled to a cut of the late singer's multi-million dollar estate.

Lawyers for Darcell Johnston filed legal docs in Prince's probate case saying she's a beneficiary.

Sources close to Prince's family tell us Darcell is claiming to be a long lost half sister ... same mother, but different father from the singer. We're told some members of Prince's family only learned of Darcell's existence a few days ago.

We broke the story ... Prince didn't have a will, so by Minnesota law his estate should be split equally among his 6 surviving siblings.

As special administrator of the estate, Bremer Trust bank will look into the legitimacy of Darcell's claim, although the court will have final say.

We've reached out to Darcell to see if she had any relationship with Prince. So far no word back.

Chyna was a larger than life icon who should've never done porn ... that's according to one of her co-stars Lisa Ann ... who says the bang biz was too dark a place for the late WWE star.

He had plenty of dough for the purchase after flipping a different Hollywood Hills home back in March. Lucky walked away with $6.8 mil from that deal.

Ryan Sheckler and his family are being sued for almost a million bucks for allegedly screwing over the guy who bought their house.

The San Clemente crib went for $1.5 mil, and the buyer expected it to be in tip-top condition -- far from it, he says. According to the lawsuit, the kitchen appliances and entertainment system were shot, and the latter alone will cost $75k to fix.

But there's more. The buyer says the roof leaks like a sieve ... something that became painfully apparent after the grand entrance of El Nino.

The buyer wants $850k ... partly to cover his losses and partly to teach the Sheckler family a lesson.

N.W.A. insulted funk music pioneer Charles Wright by offering him a measly $600 to sample his hit song "Express Yourself" for their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction ... according to Wright.

Wright's rep Kimirhochelle Porter tells TMZ the singer felt totally disrespected by the lowball offer, since he usually gets around $600k for samples of his '70s hit. We're told Wright was also pissed because N.W.A. didn't invite him to the ceremony.

Wright -- frontman of the Watts 103rd Street Rhythm Band -- hasn't been inducted to the Hall himself. We're told he feels snubbed, and thinks N.W.A. should share the spotlight since his music played a big role in their success.

Blac Chyna and Tyga are putting their past on the market ... holding a 3-day estate sale, and from the looks of it everything must go.

It's not your average garage sale ... prices on items range from $500 to $1,200, including a Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, a crystal chandelier, and a marble table. There's also a bunch of Tyga's Last Kings merch, but that's not cheap either. An Egyptian statue will run ya $500.
