BREAKIN' THE RULES

Drake got slapped with a hefty fine for his Dallas concert going way past the allowed time -- 'cause, as they say ... money ain't a thang.

Drake performed at American Airlines Center Thursday night -- he got a late start -- and when the clock struck midnight, he was officially in overtime. TMZ has learned the arena fined him $6,500 for every 15 minutes he played past 12.

Drizzy even told the crowd he was going over, and he didn't care if he had to pay.

He ended up performing until 12:35, so the show's gonna cost Drake an extra $13k.

You're welcome, Big D.

French Montana I'm Going West Side ... of Manhattan

Published | Updated

French Montana's ready to drop major cheddar on a new pad really close to his hometown, but far, far away in terms of real estate prices.

Sources tell us the Bronx-raised rapper went shopping earlier this week as a first-time buyer on Manhattan's West Side. We're told John Lecce, of Batra Real Estate Group, showed him luxury high-rise condos in the $5-10 million range.

French is considering cribs in the SoHo, Tribeca and West Village neighborhoods.

Looks like he'll be bicoastal, since he just bought Selena Gomez's old mansion for a little more than $3 mil.

As far as when he'll pull the trigger in NYC, we're told he's in no rush and willing to wait for the right location ... location, location.

Hayden Panettiere My Dog Sitter is a Dirty Dog

Published | Updated

Hayden Panettiere claims the woman to whom she paid a queen's ransom for dog sitting services not only grossly overbilled her ... she gave her dogs away.

The dog fight began when Tia Brooks filed a lawsuit against Hayden for more than $8,500 for unpaid services.

Hayden fired back with a letter from legal pit bull Marty Singer, who accused Tia of giving the 2 dogs away and then having the nerve to continue charging for her services.

Turns out Hayden rescued the 2 rescue pooches ... Zander, a Rottie/Lab mix, and Xena, a Lab/Pit Bull mix. The arrangement was Hayden would pay Tia $30 a day until Hayden could find a permanent home for the dogs.

Singer claims Tia put an ad on Craigslist last month, found a home but continued billing. Tia disputes it and says her bills were all legit.

Get this ... according to Singer's letter, Tia's been caring for the dogs for 6 years, charging a grand total of $119,335.88!!! As for how the bill got so high, Singer claims, in addition to the daily fee, Tia tacked on all sorts of extras, including dog bones, bug spray, tick control, dog beds and other stuff.

Tia tells us a big chunk of the money was for vet bills after one of the dogs got really sick.

It's expensive to be a dog in L.A.

Nick Jonas I Do The Hamptons Like A King

Nick Jonas is no stranger to posh places ... so he's been right at home this week in The Hamptons.

Jonas's renting out a 6,200 square foot mini-palace, decked out with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and a salt water pool. It even comes with a private chef. It appropriately costs a king's ransom ... $4k a night.

Nick, who's on tour with Demi Lovato, rented the place off Airbnb for the dark week and got around thanks to Lyft.

Adrienne Bailon Sued Real Talk ... You Owe Us $200k

Published | Updated

Adrienne Bailon's playing a mean game of hide-and-seek with her management company and the $200k it's owed ... at least according to the ex-managers who are suing her.

Go2Man Management says "The Real" co-host has gone AWOL and refuses to pay fees and reimbursements she owes to the tune of at least $200k.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, G2M struck a 5-year deal in 2011 to rep Adrienne ... and she agreed to pay them 20% of her income.

She joined "The Real" in 2013, but Go2Man says AB started going radio silent in early 2015. The company says it fired off a letter about the dough she owes, but she never paid.

We've reached out to Adrienne's current reps, but so far no word back.

Johnny Depp I Won't Give Amber My Financials Till She Shuts Her Trap

Published | Updated

Amber Heard leaks like a sieve, at least when it comes to yapping to the media, so claims Johnny Depp, who does not want to give her any of his financial info unless she swears to keep it private.

Johnny just filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, in which he concedes Amber is entitled to know something about his financial situation in order to get her cut in their divorce, but he says she has refused to sign a confidentiality agreement.

In the docs Johnny's lawyer, disso queen Laura Wasser, claims Amber and her team have been blabbing to the media, suggesting that a TMZ story about details in their settlement negotiations came from Amber's camp.

Johnny also has a problem with the scope of Amber's demands for financial docs. She's asking for records from Johnny's Hollywood Vampire bandmates -- Joe Perry, Alice Cooper, Duff McKagan and Matt Sorum -- which he says is absurd.

SUPERMARKET SWEEP

Some people keep it 100, The Game keeps it 1,000 by dropping tons of cash on groceries for a mother in need.

It was part of his Yo Mama My Mama campaign, which is his way of paying it forward.

Best of all ... the rapper and social activist scored $1,000 worth of groceries for only $700, thanks to the woman's frequent shopper card.

Earlier in the day he tipped the valet at The Ivy with a crisp $100 bill for bringing around his Lamborghini Aventador.

Game's definitely on one. A really good one.

Rick Ross I Dropped $230k For the Boss of G-Wagons

Published | Updated

Rick Ross just paid the cost to truly be the boss of luxury SUV owners -- snapping up a rare version of the popular G-Wagon that blows away the rest.

Rick traveled to Fort Lauderdale on Monday to purchase a new white Mercedes-Benz G65-Wagon from Euro Motorsport. He was beyond lucky to snag one -- only 65 make it to the U.S. each year, and it's not just some well-to-do soccer mom's ride.

This $230,000 whip comes with a V-12 twin turbo engine, and 630 horsepower that goes from 0 to 60 in 5.3 seconds! Hell, if it's good enough for the Pope -- who's used this model -- it's good enough for Ricky Rozay.

We're told he dropped some extra cheddar for the two-tone, diamond stitched leather interior.

No biggie for Rick, who's hit up EM's Gene Morales for at least 35 cars in the last decade.

Drake Yeezy Shmeezy ... My Gold Kicks Aren't THAT Pricey

Published | Updated

Drake just bought 24 karat gold Air Jordan 10s that put the sneakers in your collection to shame -- and if you're insanely rich ... they come at a bargain.

Drizzy commissioned the shoes a couple months ago and got them last week. We're told reports that the kicks cost $2 million and weigh in at 100 lbs are just plain wrong. Artist Matthew Senna -- who made the shoes -- fetches between $3,500 and $30k a pair. Drake's shoes are on the higher end.

We're told the shoes aren't made entirely from gold. They're a mix of gold and other materials, including parts of real shoe. Each shoe is around 16 inches long and weighs 20 lbs.

Drake's in good gold company ... the artist has made everything from a gold nail bat for Post Malone to a life-size bronze statue of Jadakiss' head. Check it out below ...

Kardashians Girls Have Legal Right to Talk Trash On Beauty Company

Published | Updated

The Kardashians have every right to trash the beauty company they once promoted, because they got royally stiffed ... this according to a judge no less.

Kim, Khloe and Kourtney were hauled into court by Haven Beauty, which had a deal with the girls to promote its makeup line. The product line was called "Kardashian Beauty" and everything was just fine, until the girls decided to pull the plug on the deal just before the product launch.

The 3 Ks went ham on the company, claiming they had no affiliation with the company anymore and the company was trying to deceive consumers.

Haven wanted $10 million in damages and an injunction muzzling the girls. But the judge just ruled Kim, Khloe and Kourtney had every right to talk trash, because Haven didn't pay them what was owed. So the injunction was denied.

The damages claim is still alive, but based on what the judge did today ... it seems like it's advantage Kardashians.

Grammy Jewels Delivery Guy Lost $15 Mil of Merch ... Chopard Sues

Published | Updated

One unlucky Grammy celeb was supposed to get draped in $15 million worth of Chopard jewelry -- but got stiffed when a delivery guy went rogue and lost all the loot ... according to a new lawsuit.

The Swiss watchmaker and jewelry company says it hired Ferrari Express, Inc. -- no relation to the sports cars -- to transport and safeguard the merchandise back in February ... on the night before the Grammys.

According to the lawsuit, Ferrari's guy decided to take a very costly detour. Chopard says he allegedly brought the van home and parked it on the street -- WITH $15 MILLION in jewels still inside -- in a neighborhood where "vehicle thefts are common."

Genius.

Naturally, the van and all its contents were gone in the morning. Chopard says Ferrari Express refuses to pay up, so it's suing for the $15 million and then some.

Major bummer for some celeb though.

Boosie Hey Capital One Here's What's Not in My Wallet ... $351k!!!

Published | Updated

Boosie claims his bank account has been drained by people who hacked into his account ... and he's now poorer to the tune of $351,000.

Boosie says 2 years ago his driver's license was stolen, and someone used the information to gain access to his Capital One account and siphoned off chunks of cash ... $80k in one instance, $50k in another, and so on, according to docs obtained by TMZ. There were a number of transactions with 8 different names.

The rapper doesn't say why it took him 2 years to file a claim with Capital One, but better late than never, right? So he's asking the bank to reverse all the charges.

Some have already been reversed, but Boosie wants to be made whole.

Arnold & Maria 5 Years Later ... We're Still Married!!!

Published | Updated

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver have both moved on with their lives since the split in July 2011. He's had a girlfriend for several years, and she's got a boyfriend. He's established a strong bond with 18-year-old son Joseph Baena. She's moved, redecorated, etc. Oh, they're still married.

It's one of the weirdest divorces in memory. They didn't have a prenup and we're told they essentially worked out a property settlement several years ago ... splitting up the estimated $400 million fortune. There have never been any custody issues. The kids are now all adults. Yet neither Maria nor Arnold have done anything to move the divorce past the finish line.

We're told Arnold and Maria haven't really shared why they continue to stay married. There are theories it's too painful for either to walk away from $200 million, but that really doesn't make any sense. There are others who say it's because Maria is super religious and doesn't believe in divorce, but Arnold could still pull the trigger if he wanted.

Our sources say neither is interested in ending the marriage. It just goes on, as they lead separate lives.
