Charlie Sheen Infamous Bachelor Pad Up for Sale

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen has a big real estate secret for those who can afford to listen.

We're told he's quietly selling the Bev Hills mansion where he hosted various "goddesses" over the last decade. There were wild parties fueled by drugs and alcohol, and epic sexual escapades.

It's also the house where Charlie's Bentley was famously stolen from the driveway and launched off a cliff.

Charlie bought the house for $7.2 million and is trying to snag $9 mil. He's got a shot ... the house is in one of the most desirable gated communities in the city.

We're told Charlie wants to move not to greener pastures but the bluer surroundings. He's eying places in Malibu, near the home of his parents.

Riff Raff I Hate Math ... 12 - 2 = $69,000 for My Landlord

Published | Updated

Rap genius Riff Raff confused the number 12 with the number 2 -- at least according to the landlord who says Mr. Raff came up way short on his rent checks.

The rapper's been ordered to cough up 10 months of unpaid rent plus interest and court costs -- which comes out to $69,288 ... according to docs. RR signed a 12 month lease for the San Fernando Valley pad in July 2014, but the landlord says he was gone by September. The place appears to be unoccupied these days.

On the bright side ... Jody Highroller wasn't ordered to pay for any damage to the house, so we're assuming the 40 gallon fish tank is still intact.

Kanye West Home Remodel Riddled With Conflict

Published | Updated

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian went through emotional turmoil during their recent home renovation, with Kim complaining she was footing the gigantic bill herself.

Our sources say during the final taping of Khloe's talk show in April, Kim was grousing that they had sunk $8 million into their Hidden Hills remodel and it was all her money.

We're told the renovation costs swelled to $10 mil. Our sources say the main reason they sunk so much into the $20 million estate ... Kanye couldn't make his mind up. He would order a change and when it was completed he'd take a look and tell contractors to rip it out and do it another way.

We're told the remodel process has been frustrating and a source of tension for both of them, and to this day they have not spent a single night in the house that they bought 2 years ago.

Tyga Pays Off Huge Jewelry Debt ... aka Kylie's Best Gift Ever

Published | Updated

Tyga just gave Kylie Jenner an early holiday gift by saving her ass from a financial grilling for the low low price of $200k.

We're told Tyga recently forked over $100k, plus some interest, to celeb jeweler Jason of Beverly Hills. This represents the full balance owed after Jason won a judgment against him. Stop snickering ... as we've reported, Tyga's using his cash, not Kylie's, to settle the bill.

It's a huge relief for Kylie, since Jason's lawyers planned to make her reveal her financial info as part of their debtor's exam on Tyga.

Best part of this gift to Kylie? It can't be repossessed -- but as we reported, Tyga might not be fully out of the financial woods just yet.

It really pays to go the distance on "Dancing with the Stars" -- just ask U.S. Olympic gymnast Laurie Hernandez ... who just made a TON OF CASH on her way to winning the Mirrorball Trophy.

Since Laurie is only 16 ... producers had to get a judge to sign off on the terms of her contract in order for it to be enforceable. And those documents included the entire 'Dancing' pay structure.

Laurie got a cool $125k just for being on the show -- but she got more cash the further she made it.

Surviving to Week 3 and 4 got her $10k per week.

Week 5 paid $15k.

Weeks 6 and 7 paid $20k per week.

Weeks 8 and 9 ... $30k per week.

Weeks 10 and 11 ... $50k per week.

Kanye West If Insurance Co. Wants Proof Just Listen to 'Life of Pablo'!

FORESHADOWING LYRICS

Whether Kanye West scores a $30 million payout from his insurance company could depend heavily on the lyrics from his latest album, "The Life of Pablo."

We counted at least 3 'Pablo' tracks where 'Ye mentions struggling with depression and/or his mental health. For example, on "FML" ... 'Ye raps about taking the antidepressant Lexapro -- used to treat bipolar disorder among other things -- and a specific episode that went down while off the drug.

Then there's "No More Parties in L.A." where Kanye gives a shout-out to his psychiatrist, and "Feedback," where he raps "I've been outta my mind a long time."

As long as Kanye disclosed those preexisting conditions to the insurance company ... it would most likely be on the hook to cover costs, including his salary, for the cancelled tour dates.

Key question for the insurance co will be whether Kanye was as open with its agent as he was with fans.

Kanye West Psychosis Diagnosis May Trigger Huge Payout

Published | Updated

Kanye West is dealing with a medical emergency, but there's a silver lining ... it may have saved him millions of dollars.

Kanye announced the cancellation of his tour 6 hours before he was handcuffed to a stretcher and hauled off to UCLA Medical Center for psychiatric evaluation.

The rapper not only reportedly lost around $30 mil for his cut of the remaining concerts, but he's on the hook for venues and others with whom he made contracts.

TMZ has learned ... Kanye had an insurance policy that covered him in the event illness prevented him from performing. The policy provides the insurance carrier will pay Kanye for not only the money he'd make but the money he was obligated to pay others if "accident or illness ... prevents any Insured Person from appearing or continuing to appear in any or all of the Insured Performance(s) or Event(s)."

Translation ... Kanye's doctor laid the groundwork for filing a claim under the policy.

BTW ... the insurance company can deny coverage if Kanye had a preexisting condition that he didn't disclose at the time the policy was issued, or if his illness was caused by his "unreasonable or capricious behavior."

Steve Sarkisian Officially Divorced You Can't Touch My USC Lawsuit Money!

If Steve Sarkisian wins his $30 MILLION lawsuit against USC, his now ex-wife won't get a dime ... this according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Sark's divorce from his longtime wife, Stephanie, has been finalized -- ending their 19 year marriage.

There was a ton of money at stake (he reportedly made more than $10 million coaching at Washington and millions more at USC).

When it comes to cars ... he gets the Mercedes, she gets the Land Rover. He also has to cut a 1 time check for $293k as an "equalization payment."

They also agreed on no spousal support, no child support and joint custody of their 3 minor kids.

But get this ... when it comes to Steve's $30 mil wrongful termination suit against USC, the two worked out a deal in which he gets 100% of any judgment if he wins.

It's unclear what he had to give up to keep her hands off any potential judgment, but you can bet it was substantial.

That case is still going on. Meantime, single rich man (and woman) on the market ...

T.I. Sued You Owe Us $390k For Bailing On Graduation

Published | Updated

T.I.'s team lied to organizers of a huge graduation bash, and left them holding a $390,000 bag when he backed out on performing ... according to a lawsuit.

Planet Productions says T.I.'s gangster reputation after a shooting at his May concert in NYC made them leery about him headlining a HS graduation party in Florida, but Tip's agency reassured them everything would be fine.

According to the docs, the party planners took T.I.'s team at its word and ramped up advertising -- more than $10k per day -- to promote and sell show tix. A few days later, though ... PP claims T.I. pulled the plug.

Planet is suing T.I. and his management for the $300k it dropped for marketing and licensing costs ... plus the $90k to book Tip.

We reached out to T.I.'s reps, but no word back yet.

The Game Ordered to Pay $7 Mil in Sexual Assault Case

Published | Updated

The Game is going to have to write a check with a lot of zeros to his sexual assault accuser -- he's lost the lawsuit she filed against him.

An Illinois court ruled in favor of Priscilla Rainey, who sued Game ... alleging he sexually assaulted her while shooting a reality show in 2015. A judgment was entered against him late last week for $7.13 million.

During the case, the judge denied Rainey access to Game's financial records to find out his net worth. Whatever that number is ... it looks like it will be $7 mil less.

We're told Game plans to appeal.
