Kris and Bruce Jenner Divorce Final

Published | Updated

Kris and Bruce Jenner have settled their divorced ... TMZ has learned, and the goodies have been divided, with Bruce scoring several million from his ex.

A L.A. County judge has signed the legal docs.

It's about as clean a divorce as possible. As we previously reported, they did not sign a prenup. Kris gets the family house and they divided up various bank accounts and other assets.

We're told based on the settlement agreement ... neither Kris nor Bruce will get spousal support. As for 17-year-old Kylie, she's so close to becoming an adult they share joint custody and each parent will foot the bill while she's with them.

Under the agreement, Kris has to pay Bruce $2.5 million to equalize things.

Kris gets a 2012 Rolls-Royce Ghost, a 2014 Bentley and a 2014 Land Rover. Bruce gets a 2011 Porsche 997 Coupe, a 2013 Cadillac Escalade and a 2007 Harley motorcycle.

Kris filed for divorce in September, citing irreconcilable differences. She listed the date of separation as June 1, 2013.

They each get to keep their airline miles.

It looks like the actual date they are legally allowed to tie the knot with someone else is March 23, 2015 ... but the fat lady has sung.

They're on the market folks.

Babe Ruth SIX-FIGURES for Ultra-Rare Cap ... Original Jordans Auctioned Too

Published | Updated

Babe Ruth's game-worn baseball cap from a 1934 barnstorming trip to Japan just hauled in an amazing $303,277 in an auction ... TMZ Sports has learned.

No, it's not gold-leafed or anything, but it did sit on the Babe's skull while he did some diplomatic work for the U.S. He was part of an American all-star team sent to Japan in 1934 to play 18 exhibition games.

The games were supposed to ease rising tensions between the U.S. and Japan, but failed. See WWII.

We're told the ball cap remained with the Ruth family until 30 years ago ... then changed hands twice ... before landing on the block this morning at Grey Flannel Auctions.

Another sports legend fetched big dollars too -- an original pair of Jordan's ... just not Air Jordans.
The CONVERSE shoes MJ wore during his '81-'82 season at UNC went to the top bidder for $33,378!

We're told the winning bidders on both items want to remain anonymous.

Soap Star Crystal Hunt I Cut a Woman's Face And it Only Cost Me $3,600!

Published | Updated

Soap star Crystal Hunt destroys faces and dreams according to the woman she attacked this year ... now she's paying out ... but it seems like a drop in the bucket.

The "One Life to Live" actress went to town on Elizabeth Nam during a bar brawl, cracking a bar glass on her face, requiring doctors, plastic surgeons and even a shrink.

You'd think the bills, along with her pain and suffering, would be in the tens of thousands of dollars.

But a criminal court judge just ordered Crystal to pay a measly $3,600 to Elizabeth in restitution. It's unclear why the amount is so low.

Crystal has pled no contest to assault, and has been placed on 3 years probation and ordered to perform 45 days of community labor.

Sounds like Elizabeth got hit ... and then slapped in the face. But Elizabeth can still file a civil suit.

Crystal's attorney Shepard Kopp tells TMZ that "nothing from any doctor indicates she will require plastic surgery. In fact, the judge on the case inspected Nam's face close up at the sentencing hearing and could barely see any sign of injury. Nam has also admitted to a private investigator that she believes Crystal was only trying to throw water at her and that the glass slipped out of her hand."

Bryan Singer Accuser Indicted For Fraud

Published | Updated

Michael Egan -- the man who accused "X-Men" director, Bryan Singer, and mega producer Garth Ancier of repeatedly sexually assaulting him when he was 15 years old -- has been criminally indicted for securities and wire fraud.

Egan made a spectacle of his allegations by holding a news conference in which he described in lurid detail what he claimed to be an organized sex ring at various pool parties.

Egan abruptly withdrew his lawsuits after his case began crumbling. The feds indicted Egan Thursday for allegedly defrauding investors by promising to invest money in Halloween-themed ventures, but instead pocketing the cash to pay for personal expenses.

According to the indictment Egan lied about owning parts of Vegas hotels and casinos and knowing the CEO of a major bank. He also allegedly duped an attorney into telling his investors that he had $13 million in assets when in reality he had less then $11K to his name.

If convicted he could face up to 20 years in prison and $5 million dollars in fines.

Sony We Know How to Make This Movie Go Away

Published | Updated

2:00 PM PT -- AMC Theaters has decided to pull the plug as well, saying, "At this time, to best enable AMC guests to plan their holiday movie-going with certainty and confidence, AMC is programming its theatres without 'The Interview.'"

1:15 PM PT -- Canada's top theater chain, Cineplex, has postponed screening "The Interview."

12:10 PM PT -- Two more major movie chains -- Regal Entertainment and Carmike Cinemas -- have now decided to drop the film as well.

10:10 AM PT -- Bow Tie Cinemas became the second major chain to announce they will not be showing the film on any of their 350 screens. Bow Tie CEO Ben Moss said "the safety and comfort of our patrons is foremost in our minds."

Sony execs think there's a way to yank "The Interview" and still not give in to the cyber-terrorists.

Industry insiders with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... studio heads are now banking on a flurry of cancellations from the various movie distributors across the country ... to the point where it would not make economic sense to release it.

We're told the execs are actually viewing the latest threat as having a silver lining ... the threat of a 9/11-type attack will make so many theaters pull the flick themselves -- and Sony won't have to do it. One movie chain has already reportedly folded -- the Carmike Cinemas. ArcLight is mulling over what to do.

We're told Sony execs want the bleeding to stop ... especially attacks against mid and low-level employees whose lives, finances and health issues have been exposed.

Surprisingly ... there's talk about the movie getting play on some sort of pay-per-view platform, but that seems odd if they want the hacking to stop.

Taylor Swift B-Day Party Sold a Load of S**t

Published | Updated

Not everybody was hatin' on Taylor Swift's celeb-crammed 25TH b-day bash in NYC -- a toy company just made a crap ton of money off it thanks to Justin Timberlake.

Turns out the takeaway from Taylor's now famous IG shot -- with Beyonce, Jay Z, Sam Smith, Haim, and JT -- was the poop emoji mask on Justin.

The people who make JT's turd face say they've seen a huge spike in sales since Taylor posted the shot. A rep for BigMouth Inc. tells TMZ they've seen a 315% increase and are almost sold out.

So, yeah ... #2 is now #1 on the charts.

Tyler Perry Star Tasha Smith Getting the Big D ... And Paying For It

Published | Updated

Actress Tasha Smith has jumped from filing a restraining order against her estranged husband ... to slapping him with divorce papers ... and right off the bat it's costing her a bundle of cash.

The "Why Did I Get Married?" star sought the split after she and Keith Douglas filed dueling TROs against each other -- and since she's the bread winner in the family ... the judge is making her pay him $50k in spousal support up front.

We broke the stories ... a judge ordered Smith to stay a bizarre 2 yards away from Douglas -- while they were estranged, but still shacking up in the same house. A week later she filed similar docs to get protection from him.

They'll be back in court next month for the restraining orders. As for the $50k payment -- we're told that's just to hold Douglas over until a permanent support agreement is hammered out in divorce court.

Tyler Perry and his 'WDIGM?' writers should be taking notes.

Mama June Forget Santa ... I'll Save Christmas!

Published | Updated

Christmas in the town of McIntyre, GA was almost cancelled, but Mama June ponied up out of her own pocket to save it.

The Shannon family has hosted a toy drive for the last 5 years ... with great success. Sometimes 500 people a night would show up at their well-decorated home, where adults deposited toys and the kids would sit on Santa's -- AKA Sugar Bear's -- lap.

But the fallout from the collapse of the Honey Boo Boo empire has taken its toll ... only a few hundred people showed up so far, and it looked like some kids would get nothing next week.

So Mama June says she personally forked over $2,000 for toys and says she'll ante up more if need be. She tells us, "No matter if one or one hundred came out, I was going to make sure the kids here in the county will wake up to something at Christmas."

So she's been naughty and nice.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star We Deserve $10k an Episode

Published | Updated

"Vanderpump Rules" star Peter Madrigal thinks he and the rest of the supporting cast are getting short changed, and he wants Lisa to DOUBLE their salary.

Peter told us he doesn't care that Vanderpump flies first while everyone else is crammed in coach. But on the salary front, he thinks the ratings justify $10K an episode, not the $5K they're currently pulling in.

Here's the thing ... the $5K represents more than a 1000 percent increase. They were only getting $5K for the entire first season.

Tis the season ... to ask for a big fat paycheck.

Teresa Giudice I Got a Bum Rap I'm Not Paying for Gia's Music Videos

Published | Updated

Teresa Guidice may be a criminal, but she's not as bad as people are making her out to be in the restitution department.

There has been a torrent of criticism that Teresa funded her daughter's 2 music videos when she still owes the government hundreds of thousands of dollars in restitution and she stiffed her creditors by declaring bankruptcy.

But we've learned ... Teresa didn't ante up a red cent for the 3KT videos. Gia Guidice's manager, Xhist Entertainment, tells TMZ the videos were funded by the management company and private investors ... not Teresa or Joe.

There are reports Teresa blew 5 figures on the videos. We're told they were way cheaper -- $5K-8K a pop.

She's bad, but not that bad.

John blended into the crowd during SantaCon, and unlike most of the other Santas, his mission was not to get wasted. Instead he tried to make a go of Sunstaches -- novelty glasses with attachments that can turn you into a pirate, a cowboy, a Rosta, and even a devil.

The FUBU CEO owns 30% of the company after anteing up $300K on Shark Tank.

Watch the video ... you gotta hand it to him, he's an ace of a salesman.

Beyonce, Jay Z Sued Singer Says They're Money Hungary Over 'Drunk in Love'

Published | Updated

Beyonce and Jay Z ripped off a singer from a far away land to make one of their biggest songs ever ... so claims the outraged Hungarian woman who wants "Drunk in Love" put on the shelf for good.

Monika Miczura, aka Mitsou, says Bey, Jay and producer Timbaland pilfered a Roma folk song she recorded in 1995, then used it for the first 13 seconds of the hit song.

Mitsou says she never gave them permission, but even worse, her song is about hopelessness yet Beyonce used it "to evoke foreign eroticism alongside the sexually intense lyrics."

Mitsou says the 3 amigos bastardized her song -- "Bajba, Bajba Pelem" -- by digitally manipulating her voice with Auto-Tune and various cuts.

She wants damages and is also asking a judge to prohibit anyone from playing the song as long as it has her voice.

Now, we've learned Palmer's latest creation was also snatched up rather quickly -- with an art enthusiast dropping $3k on the piece after seeing it on Instagram.

Rivers picked up the swanky Beverly West pad for just over $5.5M last year and 15 months later ... he passed it off for $6.5M.

He could go coast to coast in these sprawling digs -- it's 3,813 sq ft. with access to a salt water pool, and fitness center, and throw in 2 parking spots ... for the 3-point play!

Rivers opted out for an upgrade ... he put the cash toward his new $8.2M perch, up in the bird streets of the Hollywood Hills.

Coach just keeps on winning.

Dan Bilzerian Lifestyle Could Cost Him Millions In Face Kick Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Dan Bilzerian's ostentatious lifestyle could bite him in the ass ... because the woman he kicked in the face is now gunning for punitive damages based on his income.

TMZ broke the story ... model Vanessa Castano is suing Bilzerian for kicking her in the face Saturday night at a Miami nightclub.

We're told in her lawsuit she is demanding $1 million to settle. Vanessa's argument is simple ... if he doesn't settle and he gets socked with punitive damages -- a jury will see his lavish lifestyle and nail him for millions in order for him to really feel it.

Dan has famously flaunted his wealth. He's bragged about losing $2.5 mil at the poker table and posted another pic of $9 million in chips right in front of him. He's also bragged about winning more than $10 mil in one tournament.

And he loves Instagramming his fleet of jets, cars, boats and other toys.

This kick in the face could end up being a bigger kick in the face to him.

'Vanderpump Rules' Cast We're Making Pennies and Stuck Flying Coach

Published | Updated

The "Vanderpump Rules" cast is pulling in big ratings, but most of them are still drawing small paychecks … TMZ has learned.

Several sources connected to the show tell us anyone NOT named Lisa Vanderpump only made $5K for the WHOLE first season -- but when ratings soared they all went looking for raisies.

We're told the cast wanted 2 things: more money and first class seats on flights. Bravo budged on the cheddar ... handing them each roughly $3K/episode for Season 2, and $5K/episode for Season 3.

But while LV's sipping free booze in first -- everyone else will still be in the pretzel and peanut set. They're stuck in coach.

Much of the cast believes Bravo denied their flight upgrades because execs don't want them losing that working class charm. Most of 'em are bartenders and servers, after all.

Vanderpump not only rules ... she negotiates better.
