"Simpsons" creator Matt Groening took issue with our story that there's a major holdout in the cast, but we know it's true, and now we know who.

Groening told our photog Saturday night all the actors have signed on for the next 2 seasons. Fox has already announced the renewal.

But sources intimately familiar with the production tell us Harry Shearer, who voices multiple characters on the show, has not re-resigned. As we reported, all members of the cast make the same amount per episode, but we're told Shearer still has issues with back-end and merchandising and Fox does not have his signature.

Fox has announced "The Simpsons" -- which has run 26 seasons -- is coming back for another 2, but they may have jumped the gun because we've learned one of the key players has not signed on.

Sources close to the production tell TMZ the holdout has not reached an agreement. The sources would not say which actor is holding out, but we're told it's a key person in the mix.

We're also told the people who have signed on have all agreed to the same amount per episode and that is not an issue with the holdout. The sticking points in the past have had to do with back-end profits and merchandising.

The NBA was definitely NOT amused with the Matt Barnes vs. James Harden's mother smack talk session earlier this week ... fining Barnes $50k for running his mouth during the game.

Both Barnes and Harden's mother admitted getting into it during the Clippers vs. Rockets playoff game on Wednesday ... though neither side has revealed what specific insults were hurled.

Now, the NBA says Barnes committed the cardinal sin of "directing inappropriate language at a fan" -- and dinged him $50,000.

Demi Moore got hit with some seriously high-priced bad news -- as in $200 GRAND's worth -- when her assistants discovered a bunch of her expensive clothing was missing from a storage unit.

The heist went down at Demi's storage unit in North Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us a member of her team swung by the place on Monday and noticed there was more wide open space than there should be.

The burglars were discriminating -- jacking only high-end, and in some cases, irreplaceable, clothing items. We're told Demi is putting together an itemized list of her losses.

Oddly, there was no sign of forced entry into the unit -- the lock was intact -- sources close to Demi say she thinks someone at the storage facility is behind the hit.

Nailing the burglars will be difficult. We're told Demi's people say no one's been to the storage unit in 6 months -- so the theft could've gone down as far back as last year ... and surveillance video at the place doesn't go back that far.

So, the Bad Check Diversion Unit of the Clark County D.A.'s Office is stepping in -- ordering Davis to pay at least $9,257/month until he's paid his tab ... which has now ballooned to $323,962.

Terrence Howard says he has hard proof his ex-wife extorted him ... threatening to expose details about his genitals to the world unless he paid her handsomely.

Terrence just filed legal docs in his spousal support war with Michelle, who got 5 years worth of support for a marriage that only lasted a year. It's way more than the norm.

Terrence now says he agreed to pay her for 5 years because she extorted him, and he says some of it is on tape. He says while they were bickering about the amount of support he'd pay her she threatened to release naked photos and video of him unless she got what she wanted.

In the docs filed by his attorney Brian Kramer, Terrence says he secretly recorded her saying, "I can make a good $2 million right now ... you want to see your little **** out there in front of TV?"

Terrence says he has her on tape saying she will tell every woman in the world he gave her an STD.

He says she's also caught on tape saying, "Trust me, you're f****** with the wrong person. You f***** with me way too much. I will f****** bury you deep in the ground."

Former Baltimore Ravens running back Damien Berry -- who started for the Miami Hurricanes in 2010 -- was arrested this morning in Florida ... after allegedly bouncing more than $100k in bad checks.

TMZ Sports has confirmed ... the 25-year-old, who was part of the Ravens 2013 Super Bowl championship team, is currently locked up in Lee County jail on a warrant from Maryland.

We're told Berry is facing 1 count of bouncing a check over $100k and 1 count of unauthorized removal of property.

In other words, it seems like officials believe he bought something with bad checks ... and illegally took possession of the goods.

Former NBA star Larry Johnson isn't broke at all, and actually stashed $26 million in a private account years ago ... according to one of his FOUR baby mamas.

TMZ Sports broke the story... Johnson filed for bankruptcy in March. According to court docs, some of the debt is owed to his myriad maternal units.

Now, Laura Tate -- one of those mothers -- has filed docs saying Johnson has only been paying her $1,000 per month for child support ... when he's supposed to be forking over $11k. She also says he set up a trust in 2006, and filled it with the $26 mil.

Tate wants the judge to liquidate LJ's assets so she can collect $870k. She's also got beef because she says some of the other baby mamas are getting more than her.

Manny Pacquiao and his fight promoters have been hit with a class action lawsuit by people who claim he screwed fans, Pay-per-view buyers and gamblers out of serious money by not disclosing his shoulder injury before the Mayweather fight.

TMZ Sports has obtained the lawsuit filed in federal court in Nevada ... in which Stephane Vanel and Kami Rahbaran are suing on behalf of a class that feel cheated.

In the suit, Vanel and Rahbaran claim they are fighting "on behalf of all persons who purchased tickets; purchased the pay-per-view event; or who wagered money on the event."

The plaintiffs are suing Pacquiao, Bob Arum, Top Rank Boxing and others for consumer fraud -- and they're demanding at least $5 MILLION in damages.

Floyd Mayweather could lose tens of millions of dollars from his big payday if his baby mama gets her way ... because she's just filed a lawsuit claiming he ruined her with lies to save his own ass.

Josie Harris, who has 3 kids with Floyd, claims he lied through his teeth in an interview with Katie Couric just 2 weeks before the big fight ... when he claimed Josie was in a drug-fueled rage and he had to "restrain" her during their infamous 2010 domestic violence incident.

Point of fact ... Floyd was convicted of domestic violence and spent two months in jail.

Josie recounts her terror in the lawsuit, explaining how she and Floyd had broken up ... but he flew into a jealous rage that night, broke into her home and viciously attacked her while she was sleeping on her couch ... and her kids saw part of the beating.

Harris says she is now labeled a drug addict thanks to Mayweather's lies -- and was embarrassed and humiliated on a global scale.

Her lawyer, Dan Friedlander, writes in the lawsuit -- Floyd's lies to Couric "were knowingly fabricated in order to hype Mayweather's upcoming fight with Pacquiao, to avoid bad press by deflecting responsibility for beating the mother of his children."

The Kardashians and Sears are parting ways ... TMZ has learned, and sources connected with the family say they're bailing because they believe the department store is a sinking ship.

The Kardashians and Sears struck a big deal back in 2011 for the Kardashian Kollection, which features all sorts of apparel and jewelry.

By all accounts, the venture was successful. The best evidence we could find ... in 2013 the Kardashian fashion empire raked in $600 million and the family got a $30 million cut.

We've learned the deal ended earlier this year and the store has been selling off the remaining items, and recently the store has been pulling the items from the shelves.

Sears tells TMZ the parting of ways was mutual, but our Kardashian sources say the family felt Sears wasn't stable, having closed over 200 stores last year alone and suffering a $159 million loss in the last quarter of 2014.
