Yeah, her company just got valued a $1 BILLION -- a pretty good asset, that somehow still pales in comparison to the ones on display during this photo shoot.

Floyd Mayweather put cake to camera this weekend ... to show off a custom dessert at a belated Pacquiao victory party ... a dessert that's worth $15,000!!!!

It all went down at LIV nightclub in Miami -- where Mayweather was partying with a bunch of people from his TMT crew -- including DJ Jay Bling, Ricki Brazil and P-Reala.

At one point, Mayweather was presented with a 90-pound custom cake from Divine Delicacies
(coordinated by his friend Ms. Bling) ... a lemon rum cake that contained more than 10,000 Swarovski crystals!!!!

But get this ... we're told Floyd LOVED the look of the cake so much, he didn't want anybody to eat it until the party was over. At one point Floyd said, "I'm serious about nobody cutting my cake!"

We're told everyone obliged ... but when Floyd finally gave people the green light, only a few select people were given permission to dig in -- and didn't come close to finishing the whole thing.

So what's hotter about Jessica Alba -- her size 0 figure (educated guess) or her big, fat, enormous bank account? Trick question ... it's a tie, and she's flaunting both this month.

The actress slash co-founder of The Honest Company is on the covers of Shape Magazine and Forbes at the same time. One focuses on her working hardbody, and the other on her body of hard work.

Jess' company is now valued at a billion dollars, Forbes says her personal fortune is at $200 mil -- and our eyes say her body is still a 10 ... at 34.

Game respects game ... at least when it comes to LeBron James ... who was so impressed with the kid who won the 2015 Scripps National Spelling Bee -- that he just sent him a whole bunch of awesome Cavs swag ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The kid who popped up on LeBron's radar -- Gokul Venkatachalam -- is a HUGE Cavaliers fan who rocked a LeBron #23 jersey underneath his button down shirt ... while dominating the spelling bee.

A rep for the Cavs tells us LeBron and the team were so impressed by the performance ... they hooked Gokul up with a pair of Nike Lebron XII's ... inscribed with a personal message from King James ... plus a bunch of team apparel.

We spoke to Gokul, who hasn't yet received the swag ... but says he is "pumped" that LeBron and the team recognized his accomplishment.

Jenni Rivera's family is ready to unload one of her prized possessions -- the massive estate she designed 3 years before her death ... and they're hoping to get $4.5 mil for it.

Jenni’s dream home sits on 4 acres of hilltop land overlooking Encino, CA. The estate has 7 bedrooms and 10 baths including marble floors and a double wrought iron staircase.

The legendary Mexican singer originally bought the property in 2009 for $3.3 mil, but sunk another $500k worth of personal upgrades into the place. Right now Jenni’s kids are living there, but we're told they're ready to bolt if the right buyer comes along.

50 Cent isn't going to lose his biggest boxing star ... despite the fact his promotions company filed for bankruptcy this week ... with Yuriorkis Gamboa vowing to ride with 50 all the way 'til the end.

We broke the story ... SMS Promotions filed for Chapter 11 this week ... claiming it wants to reorganize and keep the boxing business 50 started back in 2012 afloat.

Well, Gamboa -- a former WBA and IBF featherweight champ -- says he's not concerned AT ALL about the company's financial situation ... saying, "I will support 50. He has always been a good friend and supporter."

Tracy Morgan has reached a settlement with Walmart, and says he's satisfied with how the corporation took care of him financially after the accident that left him severely injured.

Tracy's attorney and Walmart's attorneys announced the settlement, but said terms of the deal would remain under wraps. Whatever they paid, Tracy's happy with it ... saying, "Walmart did right by me and my family, and for my associates and their families."

He added, "I am grateful that the case was resolved amicably."

Walmart also settled with two of the other passengers, Ardie Fuqua and Jeffrey Millea, and settled with the family of James McNair, who died in the crash involving Tracy's limousine van and the Walmart 18-wheeler.

Kelly Osbourne has no problem dropping loads of cash on tiny pooches … around $27,000 worth.

We’re told Kelly just shelled out around $11,000 on a new 5.1 oz female Pomeranian puppy from Betty’s Teacup Yorkies ... the dog dealer where Paris Hilton gets her pocket-sized Pomeranians.

The former "Fashion Police" co-host is fully prepped -- BTY tells us Kelly already bought her new pup a few outfits and is paying for a handler to fly the little, little one out to L.A. this week.

More advertisers are sending the message loud and clear to TLC ... they don't want ANYTHING to do with "19 Kids and Counting."

Jimmy Dean, Pure Leaf Iced Tea, Ace Hardware, David's Bridal, ConAgra Foods, Party City and Behr have all just announced they've removed their ad campaigns from the show and CVS, H&R Block, Ricola and Keurig all say they have no plans of advertising with the show if it's reinstated.

It's been almost a week since TLC said it was yanking the show from the schedule, at least for the time being. The latest batch of skittish advertisers follow in the footsteps of Walgreens and General Mills.

TLC has still not made a final decision on the future of the show.

Bruce Jenner says the adult stepchildren of the woman who died in his Malibu car crash don't deserve a SINGLE PENNY from him ... because they didn't lose anything when she died.

Jenner just responded to the stepkids -- 57-year-old William and 60-year-old Dana -- in new legal docs ... saying their thin family connection does NOT give them the right to sue for wrongful death.

Long story short ... Jenner says William and Dana are grown ass adults that never depended on their stepmom Kim Howe to pay for essential things in their lives ... such as food, shelter, clothing or medical treatment.

Jenner says the accident was a "terrible tragedy" -- but says it's not an excuse for William and Dana to cash in on Kim's death.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim had no relationship with her stepkids, and that her friends say she hadn't spoken with them in years.

Jenner is asking the court to throw out the case. Stay tuned.

In the wake of several FIFA execs being arrested for allegedly taking more than $150 MILLION in bribes, we asked Adidas if it would continue its relationship with the soccer organization.

Here's the answer we got ...

Long story short ... FIFA is a big deal and Adidas doesn't want to do anything rash. Instead, issue an ambiguous statement until the dust settles.

Huge blow for 50 Cent's boxing company SMS Promotions -- TMZ Sports has learned the rapper's company has just filed for bankruptcy ... though it vows to stay in business.

50 started SMS Promotions back in 2012 ... and signed some pretty big names in the sport, including then-undefeated champion Yuriorkis Gamboa, James Kirkland and Olympic medalist Andre Dirrell.

But apparently, the boxing biz hasn't been as kind to 50 as it has been to others like his pal Floyd Mayweather ... because according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the company filed for Chapter 11 on May 25th.

In court docs filed in Connecticut, SMS says it has between $100k and $500k in debts.

SMS just put on a fight in Connecticut on May 15th -- though it clearly wasn't enough to turn the company around.

An attorney for SMS Promotions says 50 -- aka Curtis Jackson -- made the decision to file so the business could reorganize and emerge as a stronger company.

Bobby Flay's estranged wife says Bobby is so gross he gave her a racehorse as an anniversary gift and pocketed more than a hundred thousand dollars in purses.

Stephanie March claims in her divorce case Bobby bought her "Dad's Crazy" back in 2009 for their 4th wedding anniversary. Turns out the equine was a champ, raking in $130k in winnings.

Stephanie claims when it came to the horse Bobby was a hog, not only keeping the purse money but selling the horse for $60k and pilfering every penny.

As we previously reported, March and Flay have been at each other's throats in an ugly divorce battle that just gets uglier. She wants the prenup set aside, claiming it's grossly unfair.

As for the horse scratch, Flay admits he registered it in her name, but denies lining his own pockets with the winnings.

Maddie Ziegler must be cashin’ in on all those Sia videos … or at least her family is because they’re upgrading to a huge, million dollar custom-built home, complete with Maddie’s very own dance hall.

The Ziegler's 4-bedroom, 2500 sq. ft. suburban Pittsburgh pad was put on the market earlier this week and sold in just 6 hours, at the full $279,000 asking price.

Melissa, Maddie’s momager, tells TMZ the family simply outgrew their old home, and the new 7,000 sq. ft. pad is quite the step-ball-change up. Amenities include a dance studio in the basement, pool, and a closet for Maddie’s shoes. Plenty of room to also hang the 12-year-old's newest accolade -- a platinum record courtesy of Sia.
