Tom Hanks MOVIE CO-STAR REUNION At Crappy Knicks Game

Published | Updated

Tom Hanks reunited with TWO of his former big screen co-stars Tuesday night ... Kevin Bacon and Ed Burns ... and it was the most exciting thing that's happened at a Knicks game in months.

The actors all chilled out courtside as the last place Knicks took on the almost-last place Sacramento Kings at Madison Square Garden.

Of course, Hanks starred in "Saving Private Ryan" with Burns ... and shared the screen with Kevin Bacon in "Apollo 13."

Also in attendance ... the Beastie Boys rapper Adam Horovitz (aka Ad-Rock).

The Knicks lost (duh) 124-86 ... which begs the question -- don't these stars have anything better to do???

Bill Bradley clearly agrees with Aaliyah about that whole "Age Ain't Nothing But A Number" thing ... 'cause at 71 he tells TMZ Sports he's willing to suit up for the struggling Knicks RIGHT NOW.

The former Knick -- and U.S. Senator -- was out in D.C when we asked him what exactly the Knicks need to get them out of the kingdom of suckdom that they have resided in all year.

"I'll go back for the average salary as a designated free throw shooter," Bradley said.

He was obviously joking around ... but he definitely turns serious when asked how many years he thinks it'll take his friend Phil Jackson to turn the team around.

And no, the answer is not "Infinity."

Taylor Swift BOOZIN' WITH LINGERIE MODEL ... At NY Knicks Game

Published | Updated

The NY Knicks are the Lakers of the East Coast ... and not just because they suck -- they drew some of the biggest stars in the world to their home opener last night.

Everyone from Justin Bieber to Spike Lee to Ben Stiller was there ... but the winner of the celebrity showdown was clearly Taylor Swift -- who sat courtside with a hot lingerie model friend.

Taylor and Victoria's Secret stunner Karlie Kloss drank beers and Diet Cokes as they cheered on the Knicks ... who got crushed by the Chicago Bulls.

Of course, Taylor became the new Global Welcome Ambassador for New York after buying a $20 million apartment earlier this year ... so watching the Knicks play seems like it would be a job requirement.

No word if she stayed the whole game ... but c'mon.

The war may be over -- but NY Knicks superfan Michael Rapaport couldn't help but take one last shot at Spike Lee ... and it was pretty hilarious.

Lee and Rapaport had been feuding for months over how to fix the problems in New York City -- Rapaport called Lee a "s**t stain" and Lee said Michael was "stupid."

But Michael recently told HuffPost Live they spoke on the phone and squashed the beef for good.

In fact, when we saw Michael out in NYC Monday ... he was PRAISING Spike as the biggest Knicks fan in the world -- even bigger than he is -- but dropped one last zinger at the famous director.

All in good fun though ... right?

NBA Star Amar'e Stoudemire I'M FASTING FOR YOM KIPPUR Even Though It's Training Camp

Published | Updated

Jewish NY Knicks star Amar'e Stoudemire says he'll be fasting for Yom Kippur when the sun goes down tonight ... and won't eat all day tomorrow ... despite the fact he's in the middle of NBA training camp.

Stoudemire just went to Instagram and posted ... "Day of Atonement !! Sundown tonight - Sundown tomorrow."

He added, "This is going to be the hardest one yet. No eating or drinking during camp."

It's kind of a big deal, considering the Knicks have been busting their asses during the training sessions ... and Stoudemire has vowed to refrain from nourishing himself after the brutal workouts.

FYI -- Amar'e's decision comes almost 49 years ... to the day ... from when Sandy Koufax famously decided to NOT pitch in a World Series game to observe the Jewish Holiday.

It's official ... NY Knicks star Iman Shumpert's in a full-on RELATIONSHIP with singer Teyana Taylor -- and TMZ Sports has the video proof.

There had been rumors the two were hookin' up, but this week the two set the record straight -- hitting up "The Equalizer" premiere together in NYC ... with all sorts of PDA.

Check out the clip -- Iman bristles at the notion that their relationship was fake and solidifies the union by dropping the all important "bae" when referring to Taylor.

BONUS -- they even had their very first couple's activity ... teaming up to interview "Power" star Naturi Naughton right on the street.

Congrats!

Nick Cannon got treated like an ENEMY at a Knicks game at Madison Square Garden this week ... when the crowd turned and hammered him with BOOS ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

Cannon was shooting a segment for "America's Got Talent" on April 2nd -- during halftime of the Knicks vs. Nets game.

We're told producers came out first and asked the crowd to cheer ... but when Nick took the floor, the crowd showered him with hate.

At one point, Nick told the crowd, "Go ahead. Boo louder. Get it outta your system!" But the reverse psychology didn't work.

Eventually, Nick tried to pull off a trick shot (with the help of producers) ... but that didn't work either and the booing continued until the crowd got tired.

Hey, keep your head up Nick ... New Yorkers even booed Tim Tebow during a Yankees game back in 2012.

Who boos Tim Tebow?!

Emmy Rossum is a die hard Knicks fan ... DIE HARD ... and she doesn't take kindly to people who jumped ship to root for the Nets because Jay Z told them to.

Rossum was at LAX this weekend -- proudly rockin' her Knicks hat -- when she admitted it's been hard being a NYK fan over the years, but says ... "I love my team so I don't give up on them."

Then she fired the shot -- "I didn't just hop to the Nets 'cause they were cool ... like other people."

Boom.

We spotted Davis leaving DBA nightclub last night ... with (at least) THREE hot chicks in tow.

After they got in his waiting SUV, a bunch of other chicks flocked to Glen's ride ... like skeezer moths to a rich and famous flame.

Aside from chick wranglin', Davis also talked basketball -- telling us his L.A. Clipppers are gonna win the NBA championship.

There's a new basketball team doing business in Harlem ... a couple of former New York Knicks -- who just officially OPENED their first pizza joint together ... TMZ Sports has learned.

John Starks and Anthony Mason finally cut the ribbon on the first NYC location of Custom Fuel Pizza -- a chain that started in D.C.

The duo is pumped about being investors in the franchise (they previously told us they want to challenge Peyton Manning for the pizza title) ... and last night at the grand opening party, John and Anthony gushed about how they plan to change the pizza game forever.

Good luck.

Metta World Peace isn't letting unemployment stop him from dominating the basketball courts ... of West Los Angeles.

Just days after Metta was released by the Knicks, Peace surfaced at Equinox Gym in L.A. on March 1st -- hooping with some not-quite-pro level competition.

Check out the video ... you can see Metta's teammates aren't exactly throwing the rock his way -- and we're told it's because his shot was straight up broke that day. Hey, it happens.

But there's this -- everyone we spoke to said Metta couldn't have been nicer -- and took time to shake hands and talk with people afterward.

In the end, Metta's team lost ... so, it wasn't much of a change from his time with the Knicks.

Raymond Felton Divorce HE CHEATED ON ME ... NBA Star's Wife Alleges

Published | Updated

New York Knicks player Raymond Felton committed ADULTERY during his marriage ... so says his estranged wife in divorce docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Ariane Raymondo Felton -- the same woman who ratted Raymond out to the cops about his illegal firearm -- filed docs last month in a New York court seeking to end their 18-month marriage.

But in the docs, Ariane penciled in that she's divorcing Felton because of "adultery."

Ariane doesn't go into detail about the adultery allegations ... but in the docs, she does request the judge throw out their pre-nup. It seems she wants the prenup tossed out on the count of the alleged cheating, but she doesn't explain why.

Ariane is seeking "maintenance" -- which is essentially alimony. She also wants Raymond to finish paying for the last two years of her law school education at Fordham University.

Knicks Star Busted on Gun Charges After Wife Turns in Pistol

Published | Updated

New York Knicks guard Raymond Felton was arrested on gun charges Tuesday ... after his estranged wife ordered her attorney to bring the player's gun to an NYPD precinct.

According to NYPD, Ariane Raymondo-Felton's attorney handed over the semi-automatic Belgian-made pistol late Monday night.

The following morning, Ray turned himself in to police for questioning.

It's unclear at this point why Felton's wife of just 19 months brought the gun to cops. She filed for divorce last week.

The NBA player was eventually booked for two felonies -- 2nd and 3rd degree possession of a firearm -- as well as 4th degree possession ... a misdemeanor.

Felton went to the Manhattan precinct to deal with the gun trouble ... right after the Knicks lost another heart breaker to the Dallas Mavericks.

Kenyon Martin Rips NBA Jerseys No Man Should Wear Sleeves!

Published | Updated

Kenyon Martin doesn't just think those special sleeved NBA jerseys are ugly ... he thinks they're emasculating -- telling TMZ Sports they belong in the WNBA!

The New York Knicks star was leaving Greystone Manor this weekend ... when we asked how he felt about the sleeved unis NBA teams had to wear during the Christmas Day games.

"I think they're WNBA jerseys," Martin said.

"I had to go with it, it's the job, you got to wear the company uniform ... so, it is what it is."

He adds, "It's all about money at the end of the day ... do I agree with it? No. Do I understand it? Yeah."

Martin also talks pets -- and why he believes it's important for a big man to have a big dog ... pretty funny stuff.

Charles Oakley My Knicks Would 'Probably' Beat LeBron's Heat

Published | Updated

LeBron James would be in for a rude awakening if his Miami Heat ever found a 'suped up time travelin' DeLorean ... 'cause Charles Oakley says his Knicks squad would've probably put a hurtin' on LBJ's team.

Of course, Oakley was likely referring to his '92-'93 Knicks squad ... which was packed with superstars like Patrick Ewing, John Starks and Anthony Mason.

The Knicks went 60-22 that year but lost in the Eastern Conference Finals to Michael Jordan and the Bulls.

Fun Fact -- the coach of the Knicks was Pat Riley ... who's now the President of the Heat.

Wonder who he'd side with ...
