Super Bowl week isn't just big for the NFL, it's HUGE for strippers -- with the top dancers in the world flying to Houston for 6 FIGURE PAYOUTS ... so says one of the greatest ever, Maliah Michel.

Michel is one of the ELITE -- a top tier dancer who also famously dated Drake (he even name dropped her in a song!).

She says the money during big events like the Super Bowl is real -- she made $120k during NBA All-Star weekend in Houston in 2013 and says this week WILL be just as big.

And who's throwing the biggest stacks? It ain't rappers or NBA players.

Maliah says the biggest ballers are the athletes from a particular sport who may have something to prove.

Indianapolis Colts running back Robert Turbin is officially off the hook in his marijuana case ... despite the fact he seemed to take responsibility for the incident on Twitter.

Turbin was pulled over Utah on July 8 for running a stop sign and during the stop, cops found "a rolled joint-type thing" in his car. He was cited for marijuana possession and ordered to appear in court.

He later tweeted, "My mistake. Won't happen again."

But now, TMZ Sports has learned prosecutors threw out the case on "evidentiary grounds" -- and a rep for the Logan City Justice Court tells us there was evidence that shows Turbin might not be guilty.

Bottom line ... case closed. Turbin's in the clear.

Here are the bloody photos of Denver Broncos star Aqib Talib ... taken after he shot himself in Dallas back in June.

The Dallas PD just released the images from the case -- along with video of Aqib limping into the hospital. Cops also released a letter from Talib's attorney in which he admits the NFL star shot himself.

The photos show bandages on Talib's right thigh and calf. According to reports, the Broncos star shot himself through the thigh and the bullet struck his calf.

Talib's attorney also told cops Talib initially lied to police while he was at the hospital and denied shooting himself ... because "he was disoriented and was on morphine" and scared about possibly losing his NFL career.

Talib was at a strip club earlier in the evening where shots had been fired. Two other people were hurt in the shooting. But cops could never prove Talib was at the club when the shots were fired.

Drake's Super Bowl weekend will be filled with hot women, scantily dressed and ready to party -- but don't even think about calling them strippers.

Drizzy and Jas Prince -- the Houston native who discovered him -- are hosting a pop-up event called "The Ballet." It kicks off Thursday, February 2nd and runs through Super Bowl Sunday at Mercy Night club in Houston.

The event's headlined by HUGE stars each night -- Migos, Jeezy, Odell Beckham Jr., Gucci Mane, DJ Khaled and Lil Wayne are just a few of them.

But let's be real ... the featured attraction's definitely the girls flying in from all over the country to work the party. We're told the dancers will be dressed provocatively but those skimpy outfits are NOT coming off.

There's a final casting call Tuesday, and they're on the look out for voluptuous candidates. It's just the way Drake likes his strippers dancers.

Gucci Mane tried to kick a military vet and his mom out of their seats at last Sunday's Falcons-Packers game ... a vet who was there to be honored as Atlanta's "hometown hero."

Charles Harris -- a 16-year Army vet stationed in Fort Benning, GA -- says before kickoff, Gucci and his fiancee, Keyshia Ka'oir, walked up and told him he and his mom were in their seats. Harris tells us Gucci had a special attendant from the stadium who instantly sided with the rapper and forced him and his mom to skedaddle.

Harris says he hunted down a supervisor, showed him the 2 tickets, and they all walked back to the seats and forced Gucci and his girl to leave. He says Gucci was pretty chill but Keyshia got hot.

The vet says he missed the kickoff and a little of the first quarter, but he ended up getting honored so it was a happy day.

Here's Atlanta Hawks co-owner Tony Ressler telling TMZ Sports he's 100% riding with the Falcons to win a championship ... because his Hawks probably ain't getting it done.

We got Tony out at Madeo and asked what it would mean for the city of Atlanta to finally win a Super Bowl ... and when he thought the Hawks might raise a trophy themselves.

He said a Falcons 'ship could "only help" the city ... and as far as the Hawks, he says they'll get it done "someday," but it's clear he doesn't think that day is happening in 2017.

Listen, the guy probably ain't lying ... the Hawks are 4th in the East right now, but let's face it, it's all about the Cavs -- and LeBron James -- right now in that conference.

Tom Brady's Patriots are the favorite to win the Super Bowl over Matt Ryan's Falcons ... but who would win a wrestling match in the 6-sided ring?

Ex-NFLer and current TNA wrestler Quinn "Moose" Ojinnaka, who played with both Super Bowl LI QB's during his career, thinks it would be a close fight ... but says Matt Ryan would come out on top.

Earlier in the day, Goodell went on 'The Herd' where Colin Cowherd asked if Kraft was unhappy with him for the way he handled DeflateGate.

"I wouldn’t be doing my job if somebody wasn’t unhappy with a decision that you make or why you’re doing it," Goodell said.

"Robert and I can disagree about things. We have a healthy respect for one another. But that’s true with any owner. And that doesn’t affect my relationship or the fact that we work together to try to make the NFL better, ultimately."
