Prince von Anhalt tells us he has called a private ambulance to take Zsa Zsa to the hospital. Prince says doctors advised him before the holidays to take her in and have the surgery done, but Zsa Zsa refused ...saying she wanted to be home for what could be her last holiday.

Zsa Zsa's husband says doctors came again today and said that if he didn't take her in today, she would lose her life.

As we first reported, Zsa Zsa was hospitalized back in November after she complained of pain and swelling in her legs. That's when doctors discovered the "massive blood clot."

Berry was playing a gig at the Concert Theater and, according to the Chicago Tribune, began showing signs something was wrong early on. The promoter of the event told the paper, "Obviously, something was off ... Fifteen minutes into the set it went from fine to something wasn't right. He was starting songs mid-song, playing 15 seconds of a song."

After several failed attempts at the guitar, Berry played keyboard -- then slumped over.

Berry (who is 84) was taken off stage but came back 15 minutes later and tried resuming the show ... but was taken off stage again. He returned one more time, assured fans he was OK (see video below), and did his signature duck walk before leaving for good.

Berry did not go to the hospital ... he took a limo home. That's how he rolls.

Goodwin claimed yesterday she started WW 23 years ago, back when she was 9 -- but there was a big policy change in 2003 ... The company line now is that it's potentially dangerous for kids under 10 to join the program.

Dr. Suparna Jain -- a pediatric endocrinologist -- tells us WW is wise not to give its stamp of approval to anyone under 10, because the diet does not provide enough calcium and protein for a growing body. The Weight Watchers program is predicated on calories, fiber and fat, not fundamental nutrients.

Spidey's new unspeakably evil arch enemy is none other than The Potentate (above) ... the fearless leader of ROACH -- a renegade faction of supervillains bent on "[burning] the straw houses of heroism to the ground."

The Potentate tells TMZ, ROACH -- which stands for Ruthless Organization Against Citizen Heroes -- "would never cheer at the injury of an actor doing their job, but yes, we're thrilled any time the ventures of heroes and their overblown attention-seeking behavior blows up in their faces."

A rep for Zsa Zsa Gabor's hubby tells us Von A-hole was going through his morning routine at the couple's Beverly Hills mansion earlier today ... when he mistakenly grabbed his wife's nail glue and squeezed it into his eyeball ... gluing the damn thing shut.

We're told Prince freaked out -- and was immediately rushed to a local hospital where he was doped up with painkillers and scheduled for a surgical procedure to unstick his eye.

A 31-year-old male was taken from Broadway's Foxwoods Theater to Bellevue Hospital on Monday night after the "Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" performer accidentally fell into the pit in front of a preview audience.

Another performer in the musical identified the injured man as Christopher Tierney, the show's main aerialist who does stunts for the role of Spider-Man.

The accident happened with only seven minutes left in the show. An audience member with a cell phone shot the mishap as it happened -- the video shows Spidey's cable snapping before plummeting into the pit.

A rep for the show tells MyFoxNY: "An actor sustained an injury at tonight's performance of Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark. He fell several feet from a platform approximately seven minutes before the end of the performance, and the show was stopped. All signs were good as he was taken to the hospital for observation. We will have more news shortly."

The actor reportedly gave a thumbs up to the crowd as he was being loaded into the ambulance.

A rep for Bruce Rathgeb tells TMZ ... the Playmate's estranged husband is being taken by ambulance right now to a hospital in Torrance, CA to undergo the risky surgery ... and he's "really scared" he won't make it out alive.

As we first reported, Bruce was having trouble breathing after the shooting ... and doctors told him the bullet shard in his chest was causing an infection near his heart that could kill him if it wasn't removed ASAP.

Dorian -- who has pled not guilty to attempted murder over the October 9 shooting -- remains behind bars in L.A. on $1,000,000 bail.

It all went down while the rapper was celebrating the release of Diddy-Dirty Money's new album, "Last Train to Paris," in a 2,500 square foot penthouse at The London on Tuesday -- with Ustream catching all the action.

At one point in the party the camera cuts to comedian/actor Kevin Hart in a bathroom, where one model is seen sitting in the tub surrounded by candles. Suddenly, her hair catches fire and the model panics.

She then dunks her hair underwater while Hart screams, "Did the camera catch that? Did the camera catch that?!"

Firefighters were reportedly called to the party after the incident.

UPDATE: Hart and crew performed a reenactment of the hair fire later on that night -- and the model ... who was still in the tub ... wasn't very happy about it.

Sources close to D'Errico tell TMZ the former Baywatch star has been infected with MRSA -- methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus -- which is very difficult to treat because it's highly resistant to antibiotics.

We're told Donna contracted the MRSA from a relative who was hospitalized in ICU.

D'Errico posted a status update on her Facebook page, saying, "Prayer request - this time for me - a serious medical issue has arisen. Thank you for any and all prayers."

The singer pulled the girl on stage for a special serenade -- but it all came to a screeching halt after she was moved by the spirit ... and accidentally punted Usher's head.

As TMZ first reported, Smith skipped last week's show after he started throwing up on set. A rep for the show told us at the time it was food poisoning.

We're told Smith has not been officially diagnosed and is still awaiting test results. Sources close to the "Sonny with a Chance" star tell us he is weak and barely able to stand.

The woman behind the accusations is famed video vixen Karrine Steffans -- who filed legal papers in L.A. ... describing two separate violent encounters with 34-year-old Darius McCrary.

According to the docs, Karrine claims McCrary "choked me from behind and beat me with a belt" during an argument in February ... an attack allegedly witnessed by her 12-year-old son.

Karrine claims McCrary struck again in November -- choking her and shoving her into a car in front of a large crowd of people at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in L.A.

Now Karrine is asking the judge to make the restraining order more permanent -- she's scheduled to appear in court next week.

The wrinkled twosome went in for a pricking yesterday at Dr. Michael Persky's medical office in the L.A. area -- with a camera crew in tow, naturally.

Brooke Castile was rehearsing for tonight's show with partner Jonny Moseley -- an Olympic gold medalist skier -- when she stumbled and fell and his skate sliced her finger down to the bone.

Brooke began "bleeding all over" -- and had to be taken to a local hospital where she's currently being stitched up.

Sources tell TMZ ... a 911 call was made from the CBS lot in L.A. -- where the "Skating" set is located -- at 11:43 AM PT.

We're told Smith -- who stars in "Sonny with a Chance" with Demi Lovato -- was throwing up and having difficulty breathing ... and had to be taken by ambulance to a local hospital.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ Brandon was sick when he arrived on set today -- and it's unclear if he'll be able to skate during tonight's show.
