"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" star Yung Berg allegedly did a real number on his girlfriend -- leaving her with nasty injuries over much of her body when they had a hotel room brawl in NYC.

Masika Tucker told police ... "He hit me and dragged me by my hair. He pinned me to the wall and grabbed me by my throat" -- this according to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Tucker says she suffered a laceration to her right forearm, a laceration above her left eyebrow, bruising to the left side of her neck, and a laceration to her chest.

In all, Berg was hit with four charges -- three assaults and one harassment -- but managed to avoid the "obstruction of breathing" misdemeanor ... which he was initially booked for when he got arrested.

As TMZ first reported, the fight was triggered after Yung Berg's credit card was declined during a night on the town.

After wandering around homeless, Amanda Bynes is in desperate straits ... with no place of her own to live ... Amanda crashed on a sofa in the middle of The Beverly Center in Los Angeles.

We got these pics of Amanda out like a light Thursday morning in the middle of the mega-mall.

It's incredibly sad ... Amanda's parents are moving to Texas and ending their conservatorship over her ... because they're just not equipped to convince their daughter she needs meds and doctors so she can survive.

Amanda was crashing with friends last week, but she's been wandering around the West Hollywood area with no place to go.

She's getting $50 to $100 bucks a day, but it's not enough for her to get a place of her own. She's been staying with friends, but didn't go back to their place last night.

Amanda is complaining she doesn't have enough money to even get a hotel room for a night.

So sad.

NOFX lead singer Fat Mike blasted a concertgoer in the face TWICE Wednesday in Australia ... but the guy isn't planning to sue -- in fact, the young fan is taking the blame.

The famous punk band was playing a gig at the Enmore Theatre in Sydney when an overzealous concertgoer wearing a bucket hat jumped on stage and put his arm around Mike's neck.

The singer had told the crowd earlier in the show he was suffering from neck pain ... so Mike reacted with a spinning forearm to the guy's face -- followed by a punt kick to the head while he was down.

The young fan -- named Alex -- tweeted Mike after the show apologizing ... saying he had been drinking and forgot the singer's neck was hurting.

Kyle Richards' daughter was the victim of a vicious pit bull attack ... a dog owned by Kyle's own sister Kim, and the damage was so severe it required multiple surgeries.

We're told 18-year-old Alexia Umansky spent the weekend at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, twice going under the knife.

The attack occurred early Saturday at Kim's L.A. area home. Kyle, Alexia and other members of their family had been inside the house for a while ... when the dog went into attack mode out of nowhere.

The dog bit Alexia numerous times, but the worst was on her right hand ... where it bit through her thumb right to the bone.

The pit bull has a history of biting. It attacked its trainer on an episode of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" ... and it's also been very aggressive toward other dogs.

Kim is still keeping the animal at her home ... as the Dept. of Animal Control was never called. We're told they wanted to keep the incident "private."

We reached out to Kim and Kyle ... so far, no word back.

One punch ... that's all it took for Princess Love to lay one of her castmates out flat ... during a brawl while taping the "Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" reunion show.

Production sources tell TMZ ... Morgan Hardman was bad-mouthing Princess' BF, Ray J, while they were filming Monday in NYC ... so Princess allegedly hauled off and decked her ... knocking her flat on her back.

Hardman was telling everyone in earshot that Ray J physically abused her. She went on to say Ray J threw her son off his basketball team out of spite. Ray J fired back ... saying the kid wasn't old enough to be on the team, but will next year. He also said he never laid a hand on Hardman.

Apparently, Princess Love reached her breaking point and cold-cocked her. An ambulance came and paramedics treated her on scene.

Yung Berg -- the rapper who stars on "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" -- was arrested in NYC early Wednesday for allegedly brutalizing his girlfriend, and the charge is "obstruction of breathing" ... TMZ has learned.

Berg -- aka Hitmaka -- and the woman were at the Gershwin Hotel when they got in an argument ... where he allegedly grabbed her by the neck, threw her to the floor, dragged her by her hair and hit her in the face.

Apparently, the neck grab was enough for the breathing obstruction charge.

When cops came, the woman had bruises and complained she was in pain.

He's currently in custody.

WNBA superstar Brittney Griner got knifed by a mad man in China who chased her and some of her teammates as they got onto a team bus.

According to Griner's rep, the Phoenix Mercury player suffered a cut on her elbow during the attack on Monday, but the injury wasn't bad enough for her to go to a hospital.

Griner is playing for a Chinese team during the WNBA offseason. She was leaving practice in Beijing at the time of the attack.

The rep says the man actually ran onto the bus with Griner and the other players -- cornering them for about 5 minutes ... before voluntarily leaving. Griner was wearing a thick winter coat which apparently protected her from a more serious cut.

She posted a video of police cornering the suspect after the left the bus.

Suge Knight was rushed to a hospital this weekend after taking TWO nasty falls behind bars.

Sources close to the rap mogul tell us he passed out in his jail cell and was taken to the medical ward ... when he arrived, Suge fainted once again while getting an X-ray.

Suge's lawyer Richard Schonfeld says he was transferred to a local hospital.

Our sources say Suge now has a blood clot in his lung. He's been on a heavy dose of blood thinners since getting shot, but sources close to Knight tell us he couldn't take his meds in the slammer and the going theory is that caused the clot.

Suge's bail has been set at $75K.

As we previously reported ... Suge and Katt Williams were taken to jail last week for robbery -- after a female photog claimed they stole her camera.

We got video of Suge moments before the alleged jack move and he was definitely pissed ... which is not good for your blood pressure.

Sugar Bear fainted at Mama June's house Sunday afternoon ... and EMTs were called to the scene to treat him during a scary incident.

Sources close to the family tell us Suge has been staying at Mama June's house for a few days -- and it's unclear if the couple were arguing when he took the header.

We're told Sugar Bear regained consciousness before the ambulance arrived ... and was able to walk outside and greet the EMTs before they ran a bank of tests.

Our sources say EMTs diagnosed the problem as high blood pressure.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Cynthia Bailey is telling her Ebola critics to kick rocks -- if she wants to wear an Ebola mask ... that's her right.

Bailey took a lot of heat when she posted a photo of herself wearing the mask on a plane, with the caption, "Better safe than sorry."

Bailey was coy about her flight into LAX -- but we know she was in the Philippines -- and we're not sure if she's moonwalking ... but now she says the mask was to protect others from her.

"American Idol" Season 8 finalist Scott MacIntyre says he's got 6 months until his kidney gives out ... and if he doesn't get a new one before then -- his music career is in serious jeopardy.

MacIntyre and his wife were out Saturday night in Hollywood when he told us he's currently waiting for a donor ... but he's hopeful about getting one before his kidney completely fails.

For those interested, Scott told our photog where he's listed ... and said people have already promised him they'd get tested to see if they're a match.

Garth Brooks made one of the sweetest sounds ever Friday night in Kentucky ... but it wasn't a tune from one of his songs -- the guy took a nasty tumble on stage and let out a serious yelp.

Brooks was performing in Lexington for the first time in 16 years and during his encore performance of "Tearin' It Up (And Burnin' It Down)" the singer slipped on a moving stage piece ... and TOTALLY ATE IT!

In case this sounds familiar ... the country singer pulled a similar move at a show in September -- when he attempted to jump in the air during a song and failed.

Tearing it up ... and falling down.

Amanda Bynes just got shut down in court ... and her parents' conservatorship is still in place. The problem is ... they can't control her.

Amanda said she was going to Ventura Court Friday to wage legal war to end the conservatorship ... but the last we saw of her was in Hollywood during lunchtime where she was munching on watermelon.

A lawyer claiming to rep Amanda showed up, but the judge ruled she could not hire him because under the conservatorship she lacked capacity to enter into a binding contract. So the hearing ended even before it began, and the conservatorship stays in place.

Here's the problem. Amanda is roaming the streets of Hollywood and clearly delusional. She has intense dislike for her parents, so they can't control or influence her conduct. It seems it's only a matter of time before she hurts herself or others.

Amanda Bynes made it rain on the Sunset Strip Thursday night ... but not at a strip club -- in the middle of a hotel lobby.

Sources tell us Bynes attempted to snag a room at the London hotel as she meandered the streets on the Sunset Strip Thursday, but when she got there she was turned away. Amanda has stayed there before and caused big problems.

We're told Amanda became angry, grabbed a giant wad of cash, and tossed the bills into the air in the direction of the front desk.

As we previously reported ... Bynes plans to go to court today to get control of her life. She's trying to 86 her parents' conservatorship.

It didn't take Amanda Bynes long to launch a new rambling rant ... accusing her father of sexual assault again, and announcing plans to get out of her conservatorship.

Friday morning, Bynes tweeted she plans to go to court today to get control of her life ... and her money. She also said, "The police filed a report against my dad - I am not able to be in the same room with him. He is a sexual predator and he SHOULD BE IN JAIL."

TMZ broke the story ... Bynes was sprung from the psychiatric facility where she had been held for more than two weeks ... and was spotted roaming around Sunset Blvd. on Thursday night.
