Something seems different about Lara Flynn Boyle ... at least judging from these new pics of the actress, but people close to LFB tell TMZ that NOTHING'S WRONG, she's the victim of a few bad photo angles.

The former "The Practice" actress was out shopping at The Glen Centre in L.A. earlier this week looking noticeably different than she has in the past.

We called several people close to Lara to find out if perhaps something was wrong -- but we were assured by them the actress is perfectly fine ... and just seems to photograph poorly these days. In fact, one person said she saw Lara 2 weeks ago and she looked fantastic.

The problem, it's not that there was just one stray shot -- Lara's look is consistent in a series of photos taken that day, from multiple angles.

Yeah, we're stumped too.

Kate Middleton allegedly had a baby 3 months ago -- but there is zero proof of that in these pics of the Duchess of Cambridge flashing her royal midriff all over a volleyball court.

Prince William's wife showed up for a public appearance in London yesterday, sporting wedge heels, and a banging bod that made everyone forget she was ever pregnant.

Kate gave birth on July 22 to Prince George ... and obviously hit the gym on July 23.

Women ... begin hating. Guys ... continue wishing you were Prince William.

Zac Efron and Lamar Odom haven't let their cocaine problems drag them down completely -- in fact, they're both trying to stay positive ... flashing thumbs up signs in L.A.

11:12 AM PT -- TMZ spoke to a manager of the club who insists the bouncers checked IDs at the door … and both girls presented IDs showing them to be 21+.

He tells us … they do NOT know the Jenner girls and did not recognize them as being part of the Kardashian clan.

He also says … club management is very aware that underage celebrities try to drink illegally … so they’re very particular about checking IDs … especially when photographers are outside shooting everyone who goes in.

We’ve contacted the Jenners’ rep … and haven’t heard back.

16-year-old Kylie Jenner and 17-year-old Kendall Jenner went out on the town last night ... partying at Vignette lounge in West Hollywood -- a 21-and-over club, and it appears the club and the girls broke the law.

The club features Wax Rabbit every Tuesday night, featuring what the club calls "a new, voyeuristic, hip hop and nudity nightclub experience."

So the burning question -- how did Kylie and Kendall legally get in the club. We did some digging, and found the ONLY exception to the 21 and over law is if the underage person is employed as a musician, but the musician must be 18 minimum. Neither girl is 18.

An official for the Dept. of Alcoholic Beverage Control tells TMZ ... both the girls and the club appear to have broken the law and could have been cited had they been caught in the act. The official tells TMZ his Dept. may launch an investigation.

And it gets worse ... Even if the girls were 18 and there as musicians, they wouldn't be allowed in if there was any nudity, and the club often features topless dancers on Wax Rabbit night.

BTW ... on their way out, the girls were shielded by blankets.

At the end of the night, Kylie and Kendall looked ... tired.

The famous sober coach who was tagging along with Joe Jonas last week fueling rumors that possible substance abuse may have caused the band to teeter on the edge of breaking up resurfaced last night with the boys.

TMZ broke the story ... Mike Bayer -- the CEO and founder of Cast Recovery Services -- left Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood with Kevin Jonas, after Bayer met with the entire band.

As we reported, Bayer is known for dealing with "crisis situations," and it appears the band is in crisis after cryptically cancelling 19 concerts a week ago.

We got Kevin at LAX earlier in the day and he was mum on everything.

Lamar Odom ate out last night -- Armenian, of course -- but emerged from the restaurant looking scarily thin ... especially for a guy trying to make an NBA comeback after a months-long drug binge.

Lamar and some friends hit up Gavar Cuisine in Glendale, CA -- and he walked out sporting his customary Nike warmup, white tee, and interestingly ... a rosary.

LO thinks he can kick his drug habit without rehab AND return to game-shape for the upcoming NBA season, so ... if anyone could use religion it's him.

But judging by his gaunt frame ... what he really needs is a couple of double-cheeseburgers.

With his NFL career seemingly over, former pro quarterback Tim Tebow hit the beach in Hawaii this weekend ... without his shirt.

Tebow was spotted being oiled up by a woman ... but fear not, his virginity is safe -- the woman is his sister Katie.

There was a buzz that Tebow had a shot with the pathetic Jacksonville Jaguars, but when we asked Jags owner Shahid Kahn about it last week, the guy just laughed it off.

So now, Tebow is focusing on more important things ... his tan.

It's the Lamar Odom reconciliation no one expected -- less than a month after publicly ripping his father ... TMZ has learned the two are patching things up in a big way.

Joe Odom and Lamar were spotted walking together in Venice last weekend ... and sources close to the Odoms tell us they've been hanging out for the last week or so around Marina del Rey, where Joe lives. The pic first posted on terezowens.com

We're told they've been hanging at the beach, eating out together, etc. -- and things are going well. Lamar has even been spending nights at his dad's place.

As we reported, Lamar and his dad had a massive falling out over comments Joe made to the media, blaming the Kardashians for Lamar's crack addiction ... and calling Kris Jenner "an evil bitch." Joe said Lamar cut off his rent soon after that.

It's unclear if Lamar will resume paying his dad's rent -- which he's been doing for years.

FYI, if Lamar doesn't pay by October 23, we're told Joe could be out on his ass.

Lindsay Lohan appears to have made-up with an old friend ... only problem, it's another crony with whom she has a history of getting into trouble.

LiLo was spotted leaving Lure restaurant in NYC last night with Gavin Doyle -- the same guy who ratted her out to cops last year ... when he told them Lohan was the driver in their crash on PCH -- a fact Lindsay tried to conceal.

Lindsay also famously booted Gavin from her car last year ... after leaving an NYC jail for allegedly punching a "gypsy." He was also her employee during most of Lohan's darkest drug fueled days.

It's unclear when the two made up -- but we thought for sure he would have been one of the 80 "toxic friends" LiLo cut from her life after rehab.

With the future of the Jonas Brothers in peril ... and a big decision looming ... Joe Jonas ventured out alone today -- rollin' solo in L.A.

As we've reported ... Joe, Nick and Kevin are deeply divided musically and are expected to decide the fate of the band this weekend -- whether they'll stay together ... or go their separate ways.

24-year-old Joe -- the middle brother -- hit up SoHo House in West Hollywood this afternoon ... sans brothers.

Maybe he's trying it on for size.

Kanye West just arrived to the set of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" ... where he's all set to face off with the talk show host over a segment in which JK compared him to a child.

As we previously reported, Kanye blasted Kimmel on Twitter over the segment ... in which Jimmy mocked KW for calling himself the biggest rock star on the planet.

Kanye -- clearly offended -- tweeted, "JIMMY KIMMEL PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES ... OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD P**** IN YOUR LIFE..."

"YOU CAN'T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY ... IS THAT FUNNY? ... OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY???"

Kimmel laughed it off ... saying, "Finally, I'm in a rap feud. I always wanted to be in a rap feud."

Unclear if the two plan on squashing the beef once and for all on the show tonight -- but Kanye didn't exactly appear smiley and jokey on his way into the studio moments ago.

The Jenner split has become a tragicomedy ... Bruce can't seem to muster a happy face, and Kris can't help but smile.

The separated duo both showed up to a production office in L.A. today, wearing drastically different expressions -- just one day after announcing they were living apart.

Both have said they're happy with the current arrangement, but Bruce was cursing like a sailor yesterday about it ... and appears to be clinging to his wedding ring. Unlike Kris.

Still, gotta respect their work ethic.

Katie Holmes has broken out of her frumpy phase in a SERIOUS way ... strutting around the streets of NYC today looking downright sexy.

Of course, Katie has never really been unattractive, but there was a rough period ... right before she broke things off with Tom Cruise.

But after the two split in 2012, Katie began a Tiger Woods-style comeback ... in the hotness department ... going from a 9 back to a 10.

Nice work.

Bruce Jenner's new favorite word is clearly F**K, because he couldn't stop using it yesterday after Kris Jenner announced their separation.

Bruce was at a golf course Tuesday near the family's home in Calabasas ... and he flew off the handle at some photogs (not TMZ) who he claimed were on private property.

Fast forward to later Tuesday ... at a yogurt shop with Kendall and Kylie in the San Fernando Valley ... more F**Ks and fingers.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian finally came back together in public -- for the first time in months -- and all it took for them to reunite was Kris Jenner getting separated.

Khloe and Lamar were photographed driving together -- she had the wheel, he rode shotgun -- near her mom's home in Calabasas ... right around the time news broke about Kris and Bruce Jenner's split on Tuesday.

Nothing too warm and fuzzy about the look on their faces in the SUV ... but it is the first time KK and LO did anything together -- besides discussing his drug addiction -- since early summer.

Despite the fact they appear to be rallying for Kris ... our sources say Khloe and Lamar's marriage is still much closer to being over than reconciled.

Lindsay Lohan and her mom Dina grabbed their running shoes ... their track suits ... and a couple of bottles of Coca-cola as they hit the streets of New York today.

Yeah, Coke isn't the drink of choice when you're working out, but it beats vodka.

Lilo and DiLo rented bikes and cruised the West Side Highway in NYC ... then ditched the bikes and worked up a sweat during a quick run -- sodas in hand -- before hopping into a waiting SUV.
