Lil Eazy -- son of Eazy-E -- is so ecstatic about his dad's hologram debuting on stage with Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, he's planning a massive party to celebrate it ... and to mark a milestone.

Lil Eazy tells TMZ he will definitely be there when hologram Eazy-E hits the stage at the Rock the Bells festival on September 7 -- because that would have been his father's 50th birthday.

LE says, "I am happy my father gets to get honored ... it's exciting" -- and he's going to keep it rolling after the concert by putting together an over-the-top afterparty.

As for whether Lil E will be on stage with BT&H and Holo Eazy-E -- nothing's been announced yet ... but they've collaborated several times ... including the 2008 "This Ain't a Game" video.

Lindsey Vonn has gone from the boring (taking Tiger Woods' kids to school) to the SUPER FUN ... jet skiing with Tiger and his little ones in Palm Beach yesterday.

The new couple decided to take advantage of the long weekend by hitting the water with the kids near Tiger's Florida home.

Damon Wayans Jr. became the most popular guy in an ATL nightclub this week ... when he whipped out his credit card and bought a round of 200 SHOTS ... TMZ has learned.

It all went down inside Vanquish nightclub on May 20 -- where DWJ and "New Girl" star Jake Johnson had been shooting a scene for their movie "Let's Be Cops."

We're told the club was packed with more than 200 extras for a crazy bar scene -- and Damon was so pumped about how the scene went down, he sprung for shots ... FOR EVERYONE!

Damon even jumped behind the bar at one point and helped pour the booze ... tequila, vodka and Jägermeister.

Total bill -- $2,300 ... plus tip (we're assuming he tipped).

FYI -- Damon was sporting a full cop outfit for the scene.

"To protect and serve ... booze."

Cypress Hill M.C. B-Real proved he's insane in the brain last night -- by rolling a joint filled with 6 OUNCES of weed yesterday ... and then taking a photo to prove it!!

According to our amateur marijuana experts, an ounce usually runs around $300 ... so 6 ounces would be roughly $1,800.

Justin Bieber wants to party with you as soon as you sign a contract to ensure you never, ever say a word about partying with him -- because silence may be golden, but talking could cost you millions!

Here's the good news ... Justin Bieber wants to invite you to one of his house parties. The bad news ... if you talk about it, he's gonna sue your ass for $5 million.

TMZ has obtained a copy of a document EVERYONE must sign before entering Casa De Bieb in Calabasas, CA. The doc -- a Liability Waiver and Release -- warns that anyone who blabs about any of the goings on inside the mansion will get nailed, and that includes the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Bieber or the guests.

The document makes it clear ... anyone who violates the terms of the waiver will automatically be on the hook for $5 million in damages.

But wait ... there's more. If you dare tweet about the party -- $5 mil. If you blog -- $5 mil. If you Instagram -- $5 mil.

And God knows what goes on inside, but the form warns there might be activities which are "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained."

And there's more ... The risks include "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."

"Arrested Development" star Justin Wade -- who plays Steve Holt on the show (STEVE HOLT!!!) -- couldn't be more excited for the big premiere on Netflix this weekend ... telling TMZ, he's planning to throw a massive rager to commemorate the big day.

Wade tells us, the festivities will kick off Sunday afternoon at his L.A. apartment -- and he's already invited more than 25 friends to come over and get crazy.

The episodes are going live at midnight on Saturday (12:01am PST Sunday) -- after AD's 7-year hiatus -- but Wade says he and his friends plan to warm things up by re-watching some old favorites ... i.e. the episodes Wade stars in.

Oh yeah, Wade says he's also invited former AD castmate Justin Lee, who played Annyong.

Robin Thicke wasn't really dressed for it, but ... a bunch of high schoolers let him stand in for a photo anyway ... ON PROM NIGHT!

It went down last Saturday ... the 20 or so students from Eagle Rock High in northeast L.A. were waiting for a party bus to take them to prom when one recognized Alan Thicke's hunky pop-singer spawn shooting a music video across the street.

They called the "Blurred Lines" (No. 1 on iTunes this week!) singer over ... and he was more than happy to chill and take photos.

"He made our night!," said a student named Jesse. "When my other friends told me about their party buses, they really had nothing to say… I mean, we had Robin Thicke!”

The teens say Thicke asked if anyone wanted to appear in his video the following day ... we're told some of them took him up on it.

But probably just the goood giiiiiiiiiirls ...

NFL superstar LeSean McCoy has been sued by a woman who claims the running back humiliated her on a party bus -- sprayed her with a beverage -- and then booted her from the ride on the side of the Jersey Turnpike.

According to the lawsuit filed by a woman using the alias "Mary Roe" ... the Philadelphia Eagles RB had invited 15 women to join him on a party bus that went from Philly to a NYC nightclub on December 18, 2012.

During the trip, the lawsuit alleges, McCoy, along with his bodyguard and a couple of other guys, began to spray some of the women with water.

Roe claims she protested the water spraying ... so McCoy ordered his bodyguard Big John to "get her."

In the suit, filed May 10 in Philadelphia, the woman claims McCoy and/or Big John proceeded to hit her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground.

While she was on the floor, the men allegedly physically restrained her and poured a beverage onto her hair, clothes and body.

And if things couldn't get worse ... the woman claims McCoy and Big John then forcibly ejected her from the party bus on the side of the New Jersey Turnpike.

But some of the women allegedly complained to McCoy about Roe getting the boot -- so she was snatched back up from the side of the road and placed back on the bus.

The woman claims she was taken to a nearby rest stop -- where the football player once again ditched her -- and continued on with his party trip.

Roe is now suing for more than $50,000 in damages for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. Roe says she suffered head trauma, a disc protrusion on her spine, bad sprains, contusions and bruises all over her body, and severe shock.

We reached out to McCoy's reps -- and the Eagles -- so far, no word back.

Sayonara Stefon ... Bill Hader has announced he's leaving "Saturday Night Live" ... and this weekend's episode will be his last.

"It was a hard decision, but it has to happen at some point,” Hader told the New York Times ... adding, "It got to a point where I said, ‘Maybe it’s just time to go.'"

Hader has been with the show for the past 8 seasons.

The move is a big loss for the show -- which already lost Andy Samberg and Kristen Wiig last season. Seth Meyers is also set to leave next year, when he takes over "Late Night."

As for Stefon ... we'll miss ya pal.

Lil Wayne still hates the Miami Heat so much ... he hooked up the Chicago Bulls with free booze after they upset LeBron James and company -- and TMZ got a pic of their celebration.

It all went down Monday night at Excess Mondays at Mansion nightclub in Miami where, we're told, Wayne invited a few Bulls players (who were already in the club) to party with him ... just hours after they beat the Heat 93-86.

The guys with Weezy were (left to right) -- Mack Maine (pres. of Young Money Entertainment) ... along with Bulls' Taj Gibson, Richard Hamilton, Vladimir Radmanovic and Nazr Mohammed.

Our sources say Wayne provided the boys with bottles of vodka and told 'em he was rooting for them to knock the Heat out of the playoffs.

Wayne's beef with the Heat started back in February -- when he claimed he was tossed out of a game in Miami for rooting for the Lakers.

Kerry Washington and Craig Robinson were spotted tearing up a dance floor -- and in the process reminding us that sometimes, just sometimes ... stereotypes can be awesome.

Everyone has a tequila story, and Khloe Kardashian and Kris Jenner had theirs Thursday night ... with an evening that started at a Mexican restaurant and ended with them getting KICKED OUT of Kim's house ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Khloe and Kris went out for a girls' night and hit up Casa Vega in the Valley for some dinner and a few margaritas (FORESHADOWING!!!!). The ladies had a good time and K&K even posted a pic of the pair wearing sombreros and captioned it "She's wild man" (see above).

We're told the pair took a car service and went straight from the restaurant to the popular West Hollywood bar The Abbey to shoot a scene for "Keeping Up With the Kardashians." The only problem ... they smartly decided they were too drunk to shoot ... so they left without even getting out of the SUV.

According to Abbey patrons, the ordeal pissed off management because they had roped off a prime section for the shoot.

But it doesn't end there ... Khloe and Kris then had the brilliant idea to go from the bar to Kim's house ... because who doesn't love partying with drunk women more than a PREGNANT CHICK?!?!?

It predictably didn't go well, and Kim told the girls to take a hike.

Things heated up last night at the "Peeples" premiere party in L.A. -- co-stars Craig Robinson and Kerry Washington busted out some INSANE moves on the dance floor ... and it was all caught on video.

The after-party went down at Lure nightclub in Hollywood -- and once Nelly's "Flap Your Wings" came on the loudspeaker ... 36-year-old Kerry unleashed some shockingly good moves.

Craig comes in about halfway through the video with the greatest opening maneuver ... so be patient.

"American Pie" party animal Tara Reid was 100% sober last night ... is what we would say if we didn't have this awesome video of her stumbling out of a Hollywood party. She has fun.

Tara Reid is most definitely nursing a Wednesday morning hangover right now ... 'cause she hit the clubs so hard last night, she could BARELY STAND on her way out.

It's your classic ... "girl walks into a bar, girl chugs a bunch of liquor inside of the bar, girl gets so plowed she needs help leaving the bar" story.

The good news -- Tara didn't get behind the wheel ... she had a driver take her home.
