Shirtless Kiefer Sutherland reminded us he's the biggest party animal in Hollywood -- just in case we forgot about the time he dropped trou at a bar, or jumped into a Christmas tree, or dressed up like booze, or...

You get the picture.

It all went down in Calgary this weekend when Kiefer and Demi Moore -- who are in town shooting a movie together -- hit up a bar called Bear & Kilt Freehouse for some libations.

Our bar sources tell us ... Demi eventually left, but Kiefer kept the party going ... drinking with his pal Brad Mirman (the screenwriter on the film) and local fans. From the pics, taken inside the bar, it's clear Kiefer let loose.

The owner of the bar tells us ... Kiefer definitely had a lot of fun, and spent the night drinking his signature booze, J&B Scotch, which the bar was told to have on hand before KS arrived.

And just in case you don't believe that J&B really is Kiefer's favorite, here he is a few years ago ... dressed as a giant J&B bottle.

Johnny Manziel was asked to leave a University of Texas frat party this weekend because he tried to drink a beer ... and frat officials became worried he would be a liability because he's only 20 years old, TMZ has learned.

The Heisman Trophy winner has been at the center of a media firestorm ever since a video emerged showing the Texas A&M quarterback being escorted out of a UT frat party Saturday night ... while one guy screamed, "Get the f**k out!!"

But our frat sources tell us ... the decision to boot Manziel wasn't based on school rivalry -- it was about staying out of trouble with school officials.

One source tells us ... some of the brothers became concerned when they saw Johnny taking pictures at the party while holding a beer in his hand ... and worried that a media backlash would result in the school punishing the fraternity for underage drinking.

So, we're told, the fraternity brothers quickly made the decision to ask Johnny to leave the party ... and during his exit, one of the frat guys decided to act like a frat guy ... and started with the heckling.

As we previously reported, Manziel is legally ALLOWED to drink in the state of Texas ... as long as he's accompanied by a parent.

Nick Cannon refused to let minor surgery on his face keep him from the party scene -- 'cause the host/rapper/actor/producer hit the clubs this weekend after doctors removed a massive cyst from his cheek.

Cannon had been tweeting about the growth for the past couple of days -- explaining how he went to a skin doctor last week to treat a "cyst on my face the size of a grape!!"

The "America's Got Talent" host says doctors decided to remove the cyst but it wasn't pretty -- "I want to show y’all the pics of the removal but its too disgusting! #weakstomach."

But after the procedure, Cannon threw a band-aid on his face and hit up Hyde in Hollywood -- telling us he refuses to let the whole thing slow him down.

Nick told us doctors had to take a culture of the cyst for further examination -- but he's confident it's all good.

Julianne Hough and "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev are two of the hottest chicks in Hollywood ... and both were at Selena Gomez's 21st bday party ... but the question is, who's hotter?

Nina Instagrammed the pic Saturday night mid-celebration of she and Hough dressed as gypsies -- per Selena's theme -- and exposing their midriffs ... making everyone with eyes super happy.

Kevin Hart's a two-timing, backstabbing nightclub host ... at least according to the Miami hot spot that just sued the comedian for bailing on a hosting gig so he could host at a DIFFERENT venue with Dwyane Wade.

Cameo Nightclub filed the lawsuit against Hart and his manager, claiming the comic agreed to host a party the night of June 22 ... but then jumped ship at the last minute to host a Miami Heat Championship party at nearby Dream Nightclub instead ... where Wade was partying along with BET's Terrence J.

Cameo says it spent $4,680 on Kevin's event for nothing ... and now, it's suing for at least $15,000, claiming the cancellation not only affected profits, it also damaged their rep.

Selena Gomez is having the BREAST birthday week ever -- and kicked off the celebration by watching a big-hootered lady smash beer cans with her GINORMOUS BOOBS!!!!

Selena -- who turned 21 yesterday -- pre-partied at Beacher's Madhouse theater in L.A. on Saturday night ... where the singer and her crew had VIP seats to watch Busty Heart -- world famous can annihilator.

We're told Selena was sans Justin Bieber for the aluminum massacre ... but he did make an appearance -- in frosting.

On her way out of the show, Selena appeared sober -- which is good, considering she was still 20 years old at the time.

Here's a shocker ... Miley Cyrus just admitted she actually IS singing about ecstasy in her new song "We Can't Stop" -- claiming she and the song's producer originally lied about the song's real lyrics in order to get radio play.

You'll recall, the song caught a lot of flack for its overt drug references -- including a line that sounds like "dancing with molly" (aka MDMA).

The song's producer insisted the line was actually "dancing with Miley" -- but the singer is now saying it was all a lie.

Miley told the Daily Mail, "If you're aged ten [the lyric is] Miley. If you know what I'm talking about then you know. I just wanted it to be played on the radio and they've already had to edit it so much."

And if that wasn't clear enough, she added, "I don't think people have a hard time understanding that I've grown up. You can Google me and you know what I'm up to -- you know what the lyric is saying."

Emma Roberts' recent domestic violence arrest came as a SHOCK to the public ... but not to some of her friends ... who fear the actress is headed down a deep, dark path a la Lindsay Lohan.

Sources close to Emma tell TMZ ... over the last year Emma has dug herself deep into the L.A. party scene. We're told it all started after she broke up with "Glee" star Chord Overstreet -- she began going out all night, hitting the clubs and surrounding herself with people who don't keep their noses clean.

Our sources say a lot of Emma's friends don't know how to help her because Emma won't acknowledge the change in her behavior.

Indeed, we're told after her arrest ... Emma wouldn't talk to her friends about it, acting like nothing happened. Her friends are convinced ... a night of partying contributed to the brawl and the arrest.

TMZ broke the story ... Emma was arrested​ in Canada earlier this month, after she allegedly gave her boyfriend a bloody nose during a blow-out fight. Sources connected with Emma say it was mutual combat. The matter was dropped after her BF chose not to press charges.

Britney Spears will announce in several weeks her Vegas deal we told you about 2 months ago ... and as it was put to us, "It's not your father's Shania Twain concert."

Sources connected with the deal tell us ... Britney will bring a "cool, hip club-like show" to Planet Hollywood. We're told it will NOT feel like a run-of-the-mill concert -- the vibe is very different. And the show will change on a fairly regular basis.

We're told the deal also includes appearances Britney will make at various pool parties, as well as the Planet Hollywood nightclub.

BTW ... there are reports Britney talked to the judge in her conservatorship case about her upcoming Vegas shows. Not true. Our sources -- and they are extremely reliable -- say not a word was mentioned. The judge has long been down with the show.

Metta World Peace says he seriously considered retiring from the NBA when he was dropped from the Lakers ... because he REEALLLY wanted to drink mudslides on a beach in Florida.

Mudslides are, in fact, delicious.

"I was thinking about just going down to like Destin, Florida ... 'which is one of the best beaches in America that's not too expensive to travel to," Metta says.

"So I was thinking about going to Destin, Florida or maybe going to Sarasota and just enjoying the beach. Sitting back ... mudslides. I loooove some mudslides."

An Ohio man claims Justin Bieber confronted him inside a bar and SPIT IN HIS FACE this weekend ... all because JB thought he was secretly taking pics.

The man -- a DJ who performed at the Social Room on Park Street in Columbus, OH earlier that evening -- called in to the Dave and Jimmy show on WNCI and explained the saga ... saying it all started in the VIP room.

"Two of Bieber's bouncers approached me and said I was trying to take pictures of Bieber."

The man thinks JB was concerned because it was a 21+ night in the club ... and Justin's only 19.

The DJ says Bieber's people grabbed his phone and started going through it looking for pics -- but didn't find any. Still, the man claims, the bouncers told JB the DJ was trying to take pics.

According to the DJ, Justin approached him moments later ... and spouted off a couple of "choice words."

"He called my mom something, called my dad something, called me something ... and spit in my face."

TMZ spoke to the DJ ... who tells us he plans on filing charges. He's also been tested for hepatitis ... but says the tests came back negative.

The DJ's story is interesting because it's not the first time Bieber has been accused of spitting in someone's face. The singer's neighbor in Calabasas made the same allegation when he confronted Justin about speeding in their gated community.

Bieber's official rep refused to comment -- but a source in JB's camp tells TMZ, "Everything's been going really well on the tour and it's just really sad that someone would copycat others' baseless claims just to try and get attention for themselves."
