"Love & Hip Hop" star Rich Dollaz is returning to the scene of the crime ... he's headed back to a Five Guys burger joint after getting sprung from a NJ jail.

We broke the story ... Dollaz was popped by cops Sunday night as he came out of Five Guys carrying a bag of burgers. Police say he was wanted because he owed $10,500 in unpaid child support.

A rep for Dollaz calls the whole thing a misunderstanding ... and tells TMZ Dollaz had been trying to resolve the child support case.

Hudson County jail officials say Dollaz was released after paying his debt in full ... and walked out of jail a free -- and hungry -- man. He even took the time to take a pic with fellow inmate Jason Rios, who was released at the same time.

The rep tells us ... Dollaz never even got to eat his expensive burgers -- they were confiscated by cops -- but he's headed right back to Five Guys ... so he can ketchup on what he missed.

Bruce Jenner treated himself to a fresh coat for his 65th birthday.

Jenner was tooling around Malibu Tuesday when he lit up a cigarette, revealing the fire engine red nails.

It looks like he nailed up to celebrate the milestone ... his nails were unpainted earlier in the day.

"Basketball Wives" star Gloria Govan says a reconciliation with L.A. Clippers star Matt Barnes is NOT out of the question ... telling TMZ Sports the split with her estranged hubby is "definitely amicable."

We broke the story ... Matt separated from Gloria earlier this summer with sources telling us "trust issues" played a part in the split.  So far, neither Matt nor Gloria have filed for divorce.

Now, Gloria tells us the two are still on pretty good terms -- "we're dope" -- and says they're working together extremely well to co-parent their twin boys.

It's an interesting turn of events ... considering Gloria is being sued for allegedly forging Matt's name on official documents to take out a secret $150k loan.

Gloria also says she expects to get together with Matt this weekend to help the kids celebrate Halloween.

A civil war is brewing inside the "Duck Dynasty" family -- a war that threatens to tear them apart from the inside out ... and it all has to do with one of the biggest rivalries in sports ... LSU vs. Alabama.

The family lives in Louisiana ... so you'd think they'd ALL be diehard Tigers fans, especially since Bama folk are so bitterly despised in the Pelican State.

But when Korie and Sadie were leaving Craig's in West Hollywood this week -- we asked if they were all pulling for the Bayou Boys when they take on Alabama on Nov. 8th ... and were SHOCKED at what we heard.

Listen closely to Sadie's answer ... it'll make any Tiger fans' ears bleed.

And to make matters worse (or better if you're a Bama fan) ... turns out Sadie has been supporting the Crimson Tide for a while -- and even sent some "Roll Tide" love to A.J. McCarron last year.

No word on how or why she became a Bama fan ... but we put some pieces together and it seems like it might be the same reason teenage girls all over the country piss their families off ... a boy ... who happens to live in AL.

"Duck Dynasty" star Jep Robertson is back home after being laid up in a hospital for a seizure he suffered while deer hunting.

Jep was released Monday, though doctors still haven't figured out what triggered the attack last week. In the meantime, we're told they'll be keeping him on meds, and he may need further testing.

We're told Jep doesn't have much energy, but he's still feeling much better than he was over the weekend. TMZ broke the story ... Jep was hunting with his brother Willie Robertson and some friends when he collapsed.

Kris Jenner has another imposter on her hands ... this time a guy claiming to be the man she's banging.

Kris is dating a guy named Corey Gamble, so when another website snagged an interview with a dude claiming to be Corey they were all ears.

The guy then spilled some pretty juicy details about his relationship with Kris ... saying they were having great sex. He also says he's a kept man, because she gladly pays for everything. And to make things even more interesting ... he says Kylie is living with Tyga.

Here's the thing. We found out the guy is NOT Corey ... he's a phony who talks a good game. One clue ... in the interview the guy says he hasn't spoken with his mom about the relationship but thinks she'd disapprove. Corey's mom is dead.

As for the real deal ... as we reported Kris and Corey -- who works as one of Justin Bieber's road managers -- are indeed dating. We're told Kris is telling people it hasn't gotten physical.

They're definitely spending a lot of time together. The photo was taken as they left a Malibu sushi joint Monday night.

"Love and Hip Hop" star Rich Dollaz just bought the most expensive burger of his life ... it cost him thousands of dollars and his freedom.

Here's what we know. Dollaz and his pals double parked outside the Edgewater, New Jersey police HQ Sunday night ... so they could make a quick burger run to a nearby Five Guys. Cops went over to write Dollaz up when they ran his plates and discovered there was a warrant for his arrest.

Turns out ... the 43-year-old music exec owes $11K in child support ... so cops busted him burger in hand.

Dollaz was hauled off to Hudson County jail ... where he's still in custody.

Mama June and her new guy -- convicted child molester Mark McDaniel -- have not done ANYTHING illegal by seeing each other and law enforcement won't do anything to stop them ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement tell us ... the Dekalb County Sheriff's Dept. has received various complaints by people who were alarmed after seeing TMZ's stories about the pair hanging out after McDaniel's release from prison in March. He served 10 years for forcing oral sex on June's daughter, Anna.

Our law enforcement sources say ... Mark is not legally prohibited from hanging out with June, Honey Boo Boo or anyone else in her family ... except Anna. So far, there's been no violation.

This is scary ... but June could literally shack up with McDaniel and cops would be powerless to stop it, unless he lays a hand on her kids.

As for Anna ... it seems McDaniel is in the clear because she told us she doesn't want to be near him.

Although cops tell us McDaniel is in "total compliance" ... they add he's on their radar.

What's more ... although we've reported children's services is looking into the situation, we're told unless there's a real threat to the children, they can't take any action. The reality is ... McDaniel has done his time and is allowed to mingle in society.

Mama June's daughter is staying firm with her mom, and attacking Uncle Poodle ... claiming he doesn't care about their family ... all he's trying to do is make a buck.

14-year-old Pumpkin went wild last night ... posting on Instagram a rant that Poodle is spreading false stories about her family ... specifically June's relationship with convicted child molester Mark McDaniel.

But Poodle fired right back ... saying, "The girls will be just fine. They are upset now and will understand the gravity of the situation. All I can do is love them unconditionally regardless of how they currently feel."

It appears June and the kids are upset TLC cancelled "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" after TMZ broke the story ... but Poodle is saying the show isn't as important as the welfare of the children.

Sugar Bear was polite but clear ... he's not happy that Mama June allowed a convicted child molester to get his hands on his daughter.

TMZ posted the pic of June on a staircase with Honey Boo Boo and Mark McDaniel -- the man who molested one of her other children. McDaniel has his hands on Honey Boo Boo's back.

With "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" no more, the production crew showed up at the home of Mama June and took down the lights.

As TMZ first reported, once TLC got wind of Mama June dating a convicted child molester ... the network swiftly pulled the plug on the show.

And now they've pulled the plug literally.

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's anger problems are under control ... so says a judge who just cut him a big break in his criminal case for physically attacking his brother.

Sorrentino showed up in a New Jersey courtroom Monday with proof he completed a 12-week anger management program -- this for the tanning salon attack. In return, the judge allowed Sitch to cop a plea to a petty offense -- disorderly conduct. After paying a $506 fine, he walked out a free man.

Well, not exactly free. He's being prosecuted for tax fraud ... a felony.

Mama June's new man Mark McDaniel may be a child molester, but that doesn't mean he's a bad guy ... at least according to his daughter-in-law.

Peaches McDaniel tried defending her father-in-law on Facebook ... saying, "if you are going to judge someone by their past, look at your own first. Michaels dad is an amazing man, as well amazing father."

She adds, "Peoples past are completely irrelevant to the present."

Tell that to the State of Georgia ... where McDaniel is now registered as a sex offender after serving 10 years in prison for forcing one of Mama June's daughters to have oral sex with him.

As we previously reported ... June and her man visited Peaches after she gave birth last month ... which is when McDaniel was pictured with his hands on Honey Boo Boo's back.

Kris Jenner says she is NOT banging the guy she took to Kim Kardashian's birthday party ... but who is she kidding?

The picture is the latest linking Kris and Corey Gamble -- one of Justin Bieber's road managers -- whom she took to Vegas for Kim's 34th over the weekend.

Our Kardashian sources are sketchy on the subject of their relationship ... they say it's "not serious." No one says that about a non-existent relationship, so clearly there is one.

One source says, "I wouldn't say they're dating yet." Yet.

Here's the other thing ... you don't bring random friends on a private jet to your daughter's birthday.

Your move Kourtney.

Child molester Mark McDaniel was the Camilla Parker-Bowles in the relationship between Mama June and Sugar Bear ... and even though he was behind bars almost the entire time June was with Sugar Bear, it destroyed their relationship.

Multiple family sources tell TMZ ... June kept a box of photos of her and McDaniel in the house ... something Sugar Bear knew about and protested, to no avail. She would NOT get rid of them.

We're told McDaniel -- who molested June's then 8-year-old daughter Anna -- was the subject of frequent arguments between June and Sugar Bear. He felt she was still emotionally in a relationship with McDaniel ... even though he had been locked up for years.

Our sources say June was seeing McDaniel while she was still with Sugar Bear -- he got out of prison in March. The family now believes it was actually June who was cheating, not Sugar Bear, and she used the online dating story to get out of a relationship she had already rejected.

Sugar Bear is Honey Boo Boo's dad, and we're guessing he's not happy about the pic of McDaniel touching her ... a pic taken Sept. 9.

Bruce Jenner may have snagged Kris Jenner's best friend ... but he's giving up something probably way more valuable.

Bruce signed documents -- obtained by TMZ -- giving up his share of their Hidden Hills house to Kris in their divorce property settlement.

They bought the 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom pad in 2010 for $4 million and it's gone way up in value.

Bruce is now ensconced in a bachelor pad in Malibu.

As we previously reported ... Bruce recently started hooking up with Kris' friend and neighbor, Ronda Kamihira.
