"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller is bringing her east coast, in-your-face style to the west coast ... and setting up shop in L.A. ... and we're guessing some thirsty L.A. moms and their daughters will be standing in a long line.

According to our sources, Miller is opening up a branch of her dance studios in Santa Monica, which will be known as ALDC LA (Abby Lee Dance Company Los Angeles). Our sources say Miller is renting an apartment nearby.

We're told Miller is working in the same studio where "Dancing With The Stars" rehearses while she waits for her new space to be renovated.

Miller's L.A. victims will appear on her show. We're guessing there will be a fresh look of plastic ... among the moms.

Farrah Abraham is an example to young women on what NOT to do -- and yet pre-teen girls are flocking to her like she's a modern day Mother Teresa. Apologies to Mother Teresa's spirit.

Abraham and her sparkling resume -- teen mom, stripper, porn star, author, DUI arrestee -- were leaving Planet Hollywood in NYC ... when an alarmingly young fan stopped her for a photo.

And then we got an even bigger shock as Farrah revealed she's going to become a plastic surgeon! Seriously ... she says.

Rocky Stanley -- the stepson of "Gypsy Sisters" star Nettie Stanley -- was stabbed to death Monday night after an altercation in the parking lot of a YMCA.

According to Kingsport PD in Tennessee, 22-year-old Rocky (whose real name is Huey) was involved in a fight over a basketball game. He was rushed to the hospital with multiple stab wounds and died a short time later.

Police recovered the murder weapon and were able to ID a suspect, Zachary Morris Gardner ... who turned himself in to police Tuesday morning. He was arrested for first degree murder.

Rocky never appeared on "Gypsy Sisters" -- but Nettie and his father star on the TLC reality show.

TLC tells us, "Our thoughts are with the Stanley family after this unthinkable tragedy," adding that they will work with the family and production company for support during this difficult time.

"Jerry Springer" producer Jill Blackstone did not carry out her sister's wish to end her life -- she murdered her ... at least that's what law enforcement now believes.

Our law enforcement sources say Wendy Blackstone -- who was deaf and partially blind -- did not want to end her life. During the initial stage of the investigation we're told cops thought this might have been a double suicide plan where Jill backed out at the last minute, but now they believe it's simple murder.

TMZ broke the story ... Wendy was found dead in their garage and Jill had severe carbon monoxide poisoning from a lit barbecue in their closed garage. We're now told in addition to the coals under the grill, there was a metal trash can filled with charcoal which had also burned.

Cops determined early on ... the suicide note found in Wendy's hand was not written by her ... they believe Jill wrote it.

Blackstone was arrested for murder earlier this month but the D.A. felt there wasn't enough evidence to make a case, so prosecutors sent it back to the LAPD for further investigation. In the meantime, Jill remains free.

French Montana was not under the influence of alcohol when he was photographed drinking Ciroc from the bottle while cruising on one of Diddy's Sea-Doos ... so claim people close to the rapper.

As we previously reported ... French was in Miami Beach Saturday, catching some rays and drinking vodka. It's not illegal in Florida to drink while boating, but it IS illegal to drink to the point that the driver is impaired.

Rob Kardashian -- who hasn't been seen for months -- emerged from his Calabasas home this weekend to run a few errands with friends.

It's hard to get a good look, but what you see is clear ... he looks about the same.

Rob famously went into seclusion before Kim Kardashian's wedding to Kanye West, partially due to self-image problems over his weight.

Having barely been seen or heard since, Rob did make a cameo on social media recently ... to trash his sister Kim.

Dog the Bounty Hunter is so into dogs, he allegedly tried to buy one off a fugitive ... while his cohorts were kicking in the guy's front door to haul his ass off to jail ... but Dog's lawyer says the fugitive is lying about him wanting to buying the pooch.

Dog's latest catch, James Hawkins tells TMZ ... he was arrested earlier this month at his Texas home, and as he was cuffed he claims Dog immediately locked eyes with his great dane -- and whipped out $1,000 cash to take it away.

Hawkins was pissed, and told Dog to lay off Duke -- a 7-year-old, 200 lb. pooch. He says Duke doesn't need to be rescued by DBH or anyone else.

Dog's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ his client NEVER tried to buy Duke ... never offered him a cent for the animal.

Hawkins -- who was wanted for failing to pay bond on a previous arrest -- is considering suing Dog for trespassing ... and forcing him to sign release papers for the reality show.

Meanwhile, Hawkins' fam didn't seem offended -- they all posed for pics with Beth Chapman while Dog was busting dear ole dad.

Kylie Jenner may have had the last word in her watch-off with Blac Chyna, but Ms. Chyna is letting her arm do the talking.

You'll recall ... the 2 girls played the game, "Tyga loves me more" last week when Blac Chyna posted a pic of an expensive watch Tyga had given her back in the day, and then Kylie posted her watch -- almost identical to Blac Chyna's -- with the word, "Currently."

Jamie Foxx killed with Bruce Jenner transition jokes at the iHeart Radio Music Awards.

Foxx hosted the award show Sunday night in L.A. ... and in his opening monologue he teased the upcoming musical acts, saying Bruce Jenner would be performing -- "He's doing a his and her duet all by himself."

The jab scored big laughs -- Chris Brown was particularly amused -- and Jamie went back for more ... hitting Bruce right in the family jewels for his next punchline.

French Montana may have violated the laws of the Sea-Doo Saturday ... because it sure looks like he's drinking on the watercraft.

French was traversing the area around Diddy's house, drinking from a Ciroc vodka bottle and looking like a spokesmodel. The photog who shot the pics says the Sea-Doo is owned by Diddy, who BTW also owns Ciroc.

Of course it's possible he's doing something promotional for the vodka and it's actually water, but that would seem like the worst promotion ever -- drinking while boating.

He's steering with one hand as he takes swigs.

And check this out. Khloe just posted a photo on top of Diddy's roof, showing them partying with French -- vodka in hand -- with the caption, "The Ciroc made us do it!!#stepIntoTheCircle."

Joe Haden must know a good smize when he sees it ... 'cause the NFL superstar is so sure he's found "America's Next Top Model" he's leading a social media campaign to get that man on the show.

Haden, along with fellow pigskin pros Carlos Dunlap and Jason Pierre-Paul have taken to Instagram in support of a Miami model named "Prince" who's trying to score a spot on ANTM's upcoming Season 22.

The three men -- who have over 450k IG followers between them -- each recently posted modeling shots of Prince to their pages along with messages encouraging casting directors to put him on.

We spoke to Prince -- who knows Haden and the other players from partying in Miami -- and he tells TMZ Sports their efforts have sparked some legit interest in him that might otherwise have been hard to come by.

"All those casting directors saw it and it opened the door to conversations with them."

Prince -- who made a mystery trip to L.A. this past weekend -- couldn't tell us whether or not he's made the show yet (sworn to secrecy) but says the NFL love definitely put him on the map.

"1,000% it's helped ... i got tons of new followers because of [the players] and in this business, it's all about exposure."

Kim Kardashian has millions of dollars and her husband has millions more, but that doesn't stop her from roaming the isles.

Kim picked up some groceries Saturday at Ralph's in Calabasas. And get this ... it's not even Bristol Farms ... or Whole Foods.

Scott Disick was a wild man in Vegas, scoring a big fee for hosting Friday night festivities at 1OAK.

Disick, you know, bailed on rehab a week ago because he said he had business obligations. Before he left his cushy Costa Rican facility, he partied at 2 nightclubs. He kept it going last night.

No evidence Disick, who famously has problems with alcohol abuse, was boozing it up in the club.

You hear Disick scream in the video, inviting clubgoers to orally pleasure his friend.

"Neighbors With Benefits" ... the new reality show about swinging couples ... blows the big one, at least according to a couple of high profile swingers on the Playboy payroll.

Michael and Holli, hosts of Playboy Radio's "Swing" ... say A&E's show takes their sensual lifestyle and makes it look like a weird sex cult -- plus it's loaded with false information about the community.

On 'Neighbors,' which is set in Ohio, the couples flaunt their sexuality in bars and swap out in the open -- but Michael and Holli say that just ain't how it goes down. And what really pisses them off is the show's claim you have to be "hot" to partake.

The hosts insists peeps of all shapes, sizes and looks are welcome.

Prince shamelessly stole a recording artist away from the producer who discovered Lady Gaga ... and her company is now going after The Purple One in court ... this according to legal docs filed by fame music producer, Jolene Cherry.

Singer Judith Hill made a name for herself on "The Voice" in 2013. Sony got interested in her. Ditto Cherry, who says she also first eyed Lady Gaga. Sony and Cherry partnered and claim they signed her to an exclusive recording deal.

According to the lawsuit ... a few months ago, Cherry heard rumblings that Hill was meeting with Prince for a recording session. Cherry claims she warned Judith to stop earlier this month, only to learn that she and Prince recorded an entire album -- 11 songs -- and released it Monday as a free Internet download.

Cherry is now going after Prince with a vengeance, courtesy of her lawyer Larry Stein, asking not only for regular damages but punitive damages for underhandedness.

Judith's attorney Peter Haviland tells us Cherry's suit is simply a publicity stunt ... since Judith already has a pending lawsuit to confirm she is free from Cherry. He adds, "Prince has done absolutely nothing wrong. Judith was and is absolutely free to perform her music as she has done."

"Sopranos" star Drea De Matteo was among those who lost their apartment in Thursday's dramatic building explosion in the East Village area of New York City.

De Matteo posted a pair of photos from across the street as firefighters worked to put out the blaze. She wrote, "A hole where my NYC home of the last 22 years once stood ... NYC's finest trying to put out the flames to mine n many others apartments."

The explosion happened around 3:17 PM ET and the resulting fire tore through several buildings, a mix of residential and commercial properties. The cause of the explosion is said to be "gas-related."

Officials say at least 19 people were injured, at least four critically.
