Keyshia Cole got an earful from a cop who claimed she was making disparaging comments about him while he was just doing his job.

The singer was leaving TAO in WeHo Tuesday night and all seemed fine and dandy because she had already hopped in her Rolls-Royce ... ready to bounce.

Her whip was blocking traffic and the motorcycle cop laid on his horn to get Keyshia's driver to get to steppin'. Then, another problem -- someone in the car called him a name.

2 Chainz has a lotta nerve skipping out on his Rolls-Royce tab ... according to a high-end auto broker who's suing to get the dough.

Highline Holdings Group says 2 Chainz hired them to lock down a Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead, but when it came time to pay, the rapper was a little absent-minded. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Highline negotiated a $262,212 price, to which Chainz agreed and paid most of that sum.

He had an outstanding balance of $18,317, and when Highline contacted him he refused to fork over one more penny ... according to the suit. Even though the exotic ride was delivered to his home in Georgia, the broker insists 2 Chainz won't pay.

Highline's suing to get the balance plus interest. So far, no word from 2 Chainz.

Jada Pinkett Smith's need for speed requires at least 3 wheels these days, which is great news for anyone who wants her old 2-wheel hog she nicknamed "Lil Beast."

Jada's 2011 Yamaha Vstar 650 is for sale. Will bought it for Jada in 2011, and she put fewer than 100 miles on the black and red hog before she sold it 2 years later.

She even posted a send-off on Facebook saying she was a 3-wheeler girl now and forever.

As for the old bike, it's being sold by Yamaha of Cucamonga for $5k ... $1k over market value based on its previous famous owner and low mileage.

The bike now has 3,000 miles.

David Spade's parting ways with one of his tricked out rides ... and it can be yours for a pretty reasonable price.

Spade's selling his recently revamped 1987 Buick Grand National -- aka his "troublemaker car" -- which was once featured on "Jay Leno's Garage." We're told he's unloading the car, which he's had for 12 years, because he doesn't have room for it anymore.

The 'Joe Dirt' star's dropped nearly $9k on the vehicle the past year to get it in tip-top shape ... and has it listed for $33,000.

And speaking of Joe Dirt ... we're told Spade might be selling the classic movie car he paid almost a million for next.

Cristiano Ronaldo's got a shiny, new $2.9 MILLION toy ... and he's already takin' it out for a victory lap.

The international soccer superstar posted a vid showing off the brand new 2017 Bugatti Chiron on Thursday ... with his ever-so-lucky son, Cristiano Ronaldo, Jr., ridin' shotgun.

CR7 pauses to say something to the camera -- we're not sure what -- but it's probably something like, "I'm rich, beeeyotch!!"

And, since we knew you were wondering ... the car goes from 0 to 60 in 2.3 seconds.

Larry King was able to walk away, but his Mercedes-Benz didn't fare so well after he got into a wreck right in the heart of Beverly Hills.

Larry and his suspenders were seen surveying the damage to his Lincoln MK as well as the other vehicle -- a Mercedes-Benz -- involved in the accident. The other driver was on the sidewalk getting looked at by paramedics ... but we're told neither driver was injured.

Although a witness seems to think Larry hit the other driver ... police tell us it's unclear who was at fault. You can bet the insurance companies will sort that out.

Former pro race car driver and new 'Bachelor' Arie Luyendyk Jr. knows all about the fast lane and looks like he's already in it with one of the chicks from the new season.

The show started shooting last week in L.A., and over the weekend Arie had one of the hopeful ladies hop on his hog for a ride. We'd say the motorcycle date worked like a charm ... because they were spotted making out later in the day. Race car drivers move fast.

BTW, the cop behind them wasn't pulling them over -- just an escort hired by production.

No word on who she is, but she's one of 30 or so. Arie's gonna need to gas up if he's planning to take 'em all on the road.

Kevin Hart doesn't have a lock on drama this week -- his ex-wife Torrei's luxury whip was destroyed while she was at work ... TMZ has learned.

Torrei was shooting her new film, "Perfectly Single," this week on location in L.A. She rolled up in her brand new 2017 Mercedes-Benz GLE 43 and parked it on the street. When she came back someone had unleashed their fury on her $70k ride.

Several windows were smashed in, but nothing was stolen. We're told the crew noticed a suspicious white car circling the area for about an hour, and a guy riding by on a bicycle flashed a gun.

Soccer superstar Wayne Rooney has apologized for driving drunk during a Sept. 1 incident -- after officials say he was more than THREE TIMES the legal limit.

As we previously reported, the English soccer legend was pulled over in Cheshire, England in the early morning on Sept. 1 while driving a VW Beetle with a female passenger.

The 31-year-old Everton striker appeared in court Monday morning and pled guilty to drunk driving, according to the BBC.

The judge told Rooney, "You placed yourself and other road users at risk as a result of your poor judgement that night."

"I accept your remorse is genuine and that you are aware of the adverse affects the events of that night have had, not least on your family."

Rooney was sentenced to a 2-year driving ban and has 12 months to complete 100 hours of community service.

After the hearing, Rooney issued a statement saying, "I want publicly to apologise for my unforgiveable lack of judgement in driving while over the legal limit. It was completely wrong."

"I have already said sorry to my family, my manager and chairman and everyone at Everton FC."

"Now I want to apologise to all the fans and everyone else who has followed and supported me throughout my career."

Harrison Ford would make one helluva New York City cop on traffic duty ... judging by the way he handled a tunnel backup in Manhattan.

Ford's Benz got trapped Sunday in between cars entering the Midtown tunnel. There was a pileup inside, and ol' Indiana Jones wasn't down to wait ... so he got outta his ride and started directing traffic!

No clear and present danger far as we can see, except maybe Harrison being late for a flight. You can hear other drivers' disbelief in the video because, quite frankly, it looked like he was shooting a movie the way he barked commands.

How many people does it take to fix a tire on Jay Leno's super exotic sports car? Seven oughta do the job, based on what happened in Burbank, CA.

The famous car enthusiast and host of "Jay Leno's Garage" was spotted roadside on Thursday, looking over the whip which was missing the left rear tire AND wheel. They were in the middle of shooting an episode for Jay's show. It looks bad, but we're told they were just fixing a flat.

Best of all for Jay ... it's not one of his cars. It's called a Kode 0, a fully customized ride based on the Lambo Aventador, which goes 0 to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds ... and he was just driving it for the show.

Jay's no stranger to roadside trouble, so we're sure insurance would cover any damage, and if not ... we think Jay's good for it.

Rick Ross has no business blurting "Maybach Music" on any of his tracks, because he stole it ... so says a rapper threatening to sue Da Boss.

Ishaq Muhammad -- aka Young Muhammad -- fired off a threatening letter to Rick's legal team claiming Rick's use of the phrase "Maybach Music" is a rip-off of Muhammad's "Caprice Music" ... which Muhammad says he trademarked in 2006 ... long before Rick started saying his slogan.

So it seems ... Y.M.'s gripe is that Caprice is a type of car, and Rick just slapped his car of choice on the slogan. As you know, Rick kicks off every track with a woman who purrs the words, "Maybach music."

Muhammad says he'll slap Rick with a lawsuit and demand a cut of his profits if he doesn't back off.

Eazy-E may be gone, but he's certainly not forgotten -- his daughter made sure of it by posing for a sexy photo shoot with a Chevy Impala on his birthday.

Ebie slapped on some lingerie and posed in front of the classic car her dad helped make more famous -- all to celebrate his Thursday birthday. Eazy would've been 53.

We're told Ebie did the shoot with legendary West Coast photog Mike Miller, who worked with her pops and other '90s rap stars.

Full disclosure: She posed with a '63 Impala, not a '64. And this'll blow your mind -- Eazy actually drove a '63 himself. Guess it just rhymed better.

Ebie's gone to bat for her deceased father before, so it's no surprise she was down to do something to remember his name yet again.
