'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans is officially back on the market -- because her divorce was just finalized from estranged hubby Courtland Rogers.

A Brunswick County clerk confirms Jenelle showed up this morning in North Carolina to make it official -- she got her old name back too.

Although most people thought the relationship would last forever ... Evans and Rogers had a rough go of it -- last year they were both arrested on drug charges and domestic violence.

Jenelle was famously in what has become an epic fight with one of her homegirls. The video never gets old.

Vivid Entertainment execs are FREAKED OUT at Farrah Abraham's upcoming book about the sex tape industry ... and they've fired off a letter demanding that she keep her trap shut.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch has a lot to lose if Farrah blabs about how the porn company courts and signs celeb talent. Hirsch believes his trade secrets are worth millions ... but only if they remain secret.

Farrah's book -- "Celebrity Sex Tape" -- is loosely based on her experience in the porn biz which ended in "Back Door Teen Mom."

We're told Hirsch worries Farrah could blow the lid on the way her tape was made with porn star James Deen. It was marketed as a sex tape, but it's pretty apparent it was Hirsch's brainchild.

In Hirsch's letter ... he notes Farrah signed a confidentiality agreement and she can't hide behind thinly-veiled fiction.

Every time Farrah Abraham opens an orifice, trouble follows ... this time a famous musician claims she screwed him over with her latest release.

Adam Barta claims he had a deal with Farrah -- they collaborated on the song, "Blowin'" and agreed to share credit and profits. But Adam says Farrah went rogue on him, releasing the song by herself and whording the profits.

So Adam fired off a legal letter, threatening Farrah with a lawsuit if she doesn't ante up 1/3 of the proceeds -- which we're guessing would be a happy meal and maybe an extra hot skinny vanilla latte.

"Teen Mom 2" star Adam Lind was driving recklessly on a revoked driver's license when he plowed his Corvette into a car driven by an 87-year-old woman ... cops tell TMZ ... but they say drugs and alcohol were NOT a factor.

Witnesses tell us ... Lind was driving VERY fast Friday when he slammed into the elderly woman's car as she was making a left turn. Lind was pulled from the wreckage of his 'Vette moments before it burst into flames.

Cops in Sioux Falls, SD tell us Lind has been charged with a total of five crimes -- in addition to the reckless driving and revoked license charges, he's also been cited for driving with a suspended license, driving an unlicensed vehicle, and not having insurance.

But law enforcement tells us ... there's NO evidence that booze or drugs contributed to the crash.

Adam Lind -- who appeared on MTV's "Teen Mom 2" -- was pulled from the mangled wreckage of his Corvette Friday ... just moments before it exploded in flames.

Law enforcement tells us ... Lind was driving his 2001Corvette Z06 really, really fast in Sioux Falls, SD when he collided with a Lincoln Town Car. Cops say the Lincoln was driven by an 87-year-old woman, who had a 94-year-old passenger.

Some VERY good Samaritans saw the crash and ran to the mangled vehicles, pulling everyone out seconds before the Corvette lit up like a torch.

We're told Lind and the elderly couple were taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Farrah Abraham is a porn hypocrite ...she CLAIMS she's not a porn star and is fighting the release of a sequel to her first flick but she's privately hounding porn producers to ante up a fortune in XXX royalties.

Farrah's first film -- "Backdoor Teen Mom" -- was released a year ago, yet it's still a top seller. TMZ has learned Farrah repeatedly called Vivid Entertainment last month for her quarterly royalty check. We found out Vivid wired her $93,927.72 for the last quarter of 2013.

We're told Farrah has received more than that amount from Vivid for previous quarters.

What's more ... Farrah got in the high 6 figures to shoot the flick.

As you may know ... she's been on a soapbox recently, proclaiming she's a mother and an author but not a porn star.

As for the sequel ... she can forget about it. We know she signed away all of her rights to videos Vivid might want to make from the original footage with James Deen. As a matter of fact, a Vivid source says "Expect a third one."

Farrah Abraham is as fake as her boobs ... having the nerve to claim she never signed on for a porn sequel. She did, and we have the email to prove it.

Abraham is upset over Vivid releasing a follow-up video to "Backdoor Teen Mom" ... claiming she never approved a sequel.

Small problem ... We have an email Farrah sent to Vivid ... in which she gives the porn company the right "to release video or Videos(s)." Plural times 2.

Farrah says she's a public figure, not a porn star. Fact is she's both -- she's a porn star who has a public figure, from both the front and the rear.

Giants punter Steve Weatherford tells TMZ Sports ... he's obsessed with "Teen Mom" ... but despite his super-fandom, the NFL star says he draws the line at Farrah Abraham's sex tape.

Weatherford admits he's stumbled upon a free preview of Farrah's venture into porn, but says he can't justify shelling out money to watch the entire cinematic experience.

"I'm not paying $5 to watch Farrah."

Former "Teen Mom" star Maci Bookout had a momcation in Miami this week ... and with no kid to look after, the 22-year-old let everyone know it was BOOZIN' TIME!!!

Sportin' a shirt that read, "Off Duty," Bookout was seen smokin' ciggies, drinking beer and even swiggin' a champagne cocktail on the beach.

Bookout also posted video of a dancing session in her hotel ... good times.

Of course, Bookout has a 5-year-old son Bentley, but he was reportedly at home with his father Ryan Edwards.

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans' potty mouth got her locked up in South Carolina yesterday ... after cops tried muzzling her during an argument with her boyfriend and she refused.

Police were dispatched 2 separate times to Evans' home yesterday -- both times for loudly arguing with her boyfriend outside ... according to reports.

Cops say Jenelle's BF told them the MTV star locked him out of the house during an argument ... but he agreed to go for a walk and cool off -- so officers left.

Shortly after, they were dispatched again ... and reportedly found her boyfriend had climbed in the house through a window -- which caused Jenelle to lock herself inside the bathroom.

Police handled the situation before attempting to leave -- but Janelle started yelling cuss words outside the house ... and when she refused to stop they took her into custody for "breach of the peace."

Worst part ... Janelle is still on probation -- meaning she could be facing additional jail time if convicted.

Janelle was only in jail for about an hour.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood is no longer a prisoner to fashion... especially prison fashions ... and TMZ has learned she's embracing her freedom by creating a whole new glam look for herself.

After serving 17 months behind bars ... Portwood has freed herself from her harsh, mugshot makeup ... and is now showing off a post-prison makeover that gives her a softer, more sophisticated look.

Sources close to Amber tell us ... she's treated herself to a whole new set of clothes ... and a stylish new haircut.

But the biggest change ... they say ... she no longer uses homemade, prison-style hairspray (which is often made from Jolly Rancher candies because it's sticky and provides excellent hold).

So, the good news -- she looks great.
The bad news -- her hair no longer tastes like grape.

Amber Portwood may be hanging out at a Panera Bread with her ex ... but that doesn't mean they're bangin' again ... this according to Amber and her baby daddy.

Amber and Gary Shirley made it clear outside the tasty food chain in Indiana today ... telling a photog they have no plans to get back together following her exit from prison this week.

As you may recall -- Gary and Amber had an extremely volatile relationship ... Back in '10 Amber was arrested for attacking Gary while MTV cameras were filming for "Teen Mom."

It was a whole thing.

For now, it seems the two are simply trying to get along for the sake of their kid ... but in case that doesn't work out -- hopefully Gary's learned to duck.

Ex "Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood is savoring every moment after 17 months behind bars -- reuniting with her 4-year-old daughter on Monday -- and TMZ has the photos.

As we reported, Amber was originally sentenced to 5 years in an Indiana prison for violating probation in her drug possession case, but she was released early for good behavior and time served.

Sources tell TMZ, as soon as Amber got out she made a detour to a burger joint called Frisch's Big Boy -- and then beelined to see Leah ... who's been living with her dad while Amber was locked up.

Amber's baby daddy, Gary Shirley, currently has full custody ... but we're told she's planning to seek shared custody ASAP.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood was just released from an Indiana prison ... almost a year-and-a-half after she begged a judge to put her behind bars ... and now she's ready to eat.

Amber was initially sentenced to 5 years in the big house for violating probation in her drug possession case.

The judge had given Amber the choice of going to a drug rehab program instead of prison -- but Amber decided she would rather serve time than do the program.

Now, we've learned the 24-year-old MTV star -- who began her sentence in June 2012 -- was released Monday morning (only 17 months into her sentence).

We're told Portwood was granted early release due to good behavior, time served and the fact that she completed two unspecified prison courses while serving her time.

She walked out of the prison today wearing a grey sweatsuit ... and a smile ... and says the first thing she wants to do as a free woman is "go get something good to eat."

Seems James Deen may have a brand new eskimo brother ... a guy named Brian Dawe ... 'cause it appears B.D. is now dating "Backdoor Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham.

Dawe and Farrah were pictured on a romantic-ish stroll in Florida a few days ago -- with Farrah's child nowhere in sight.

Dawe has a website -- and says he's a DJ, who says he's "rocked the stage" with stars like Rihanna, Ke$ha, Avicii, Steve Aoki, Alesso, Travie McCoy, Lil Jon, Dev, Busta Rhymes, Trick Daddy, DJ Khaled and 2 Live Crew.

Good luck Dawe -- you've got some big ... really big ... shoes to fill.

"Teen Mom" star Jenelle Evans can't manage to stay out of jail ... even after copping a plea deal to stay out of jail.

Jenelle was in court Monday for uber-serious drug charges ... including heroin and illegal Percocet possession. A drug paraphernalia charge was added for good measure, because cops say they found wrapping papers and a pipe.

Jenelle copped a deal with prosecutors and pled guilty to the paraphernalia charge. In exchange the other charges were dropped. She was slapped with 18 months unsupervised probation ... but no jail time.

That is, until the judge had her randomly drug tested Monday morning.

Jenelle's attorney tells TMZ ... the MTV star tested positive for marijuana and the judge sent her to the slammer for 48 hours.

Here's the good news ... It takes more than a few days in the pokey to wipe that stupid smirk off her face ... just check out her latest mug (above).
