2020 Election 'Trump Store' Collecting Ballots ... Undercover Video Shows

Published | Updated

Here's a GOP campaign HQ in California, doubling as a Trump merchandise store, AND allegedly collecting ballots -- a state violation -- according to this undercover video.

The video was shot in Newport Beach and shows "Trump Store" employees offering to collect a voter's ballot for storage in their safe. The footage was filed with a complaint made to the Orange County Registrar of Voters.

Vice obtained the video which briefly shows the inside of the store filled with Trump merch, before the lens is covered ... but you can clearly hear the conversation about collecting ballots. An employee, or volunteer, says "it's very safe" to drop off a ballot there.

California Secretary of State Alex Padilla and Attorney General Xavier Becerra fired off a cease and desist to the California GOP over its use of ballot boxes. The person who filed the complaint says the video was shot after that cease and desist.

The GOP has defended using ballot boxes, claiming they are legal under the state's ballot collection law.

Arizona Racist Busted for Telling Black Man 'This is a No N***** Zone,' Fired Too

CONFRONTING THE RACIST
UPDATE

11:21 AM PT -- The man who said the n-word right in front of a Black man in Arizona actually told cops he said it off-camera before saying it again when the film started to roll ... this according to the police report from the incident.

UPDATE

According to the Scottsdale PD, at least a couple different officers were made aware of the altercation between Ng and Abram after the department getting a call from the owner of a nearby business getting negative threatening comments, even though the owner said she was in no way affiliated with Ng.

UPDATE
UPDATE

Remember, Ng was leaf-blowing in front of a business in Abram's video, and it seems like the owner was concerned Ng would be tied to her and the biz, and that retaliation would follow. Two officers followed up and tracked Ng down at his home.

UPDATE

According to the cops, Ng says Abram said something to the effect of a lot of racist white people being in Scottsdale -- to which Ng said he replied, "Well, not all of them are white, n*****." As for why he even bothered to approach Abram and his Black friend, Ng told cops he often keeps an eye out in the community, and takes notes of suspicious behavior and was concerned that the men were casing the area.

UPDATE

In the wake of recent looting, Ng told cops he's been extra vigilant for outside agitators ... thinking Abrams and his buddy might be one of them. Ng was apparently worried the two of them were doing "recon" scouting work.

UPDATE

When cops asked him if he realized how his comments could be perceived as inflammatory and spark a fight, officers claim Ng pushed back at first ... but ultimately said he understood but didn't see why so much energy was wasted on the incident. Didn't get him off the hook though -- because officers eventually arrested and cited him for disorderly conduct.

A racist had the gall to tell a Black man to his face that the public area he was trying to film in was a "no-n***er zone" ... and somehow walked away unscathed, at least at first.

The victim is Andre Abram, who was recording an episode for his podcast in Old Town Scottsdale, AZ last Friday with his cameraman, who's also African-American. As they were doing their thing, Abram says he noticed a guy giving 'em the eye ... who then approached.

That's when he started rolling and caught the guy's vile words on camera. The older man -- who, interestingly, is of Asian descent -- walks up casually and asks them what they're doing ... to which Abram tells him, filming on a public road, as he asks why the guy came over at all.

The man, who has since been identified as Paul Ng, then flat out tells Abram ... "this is a no-n***** zone," while going on to admit that he is, in fact, a racist. Abram disputes his claim about the area, and Ng continues to press him on where he's from and why he's there.

Abram then tells Ng to back up and step away ... he's clearly upset, but controls himself as he addresses his own camera about the situation. Ng, from across the way now, proceeds to use a leaf blower in front of a building ... which Abram assumes is his place of business.

After the fact, local reports say Ng was later arrested by police on a disorderly conduct charge after the video was posted and went viral. Turns out, he was also fired from his real estate job -- with Russ Lyon Sotheby's Int'l Realty recommending his license be revoked.

One outlet reports that Ng later expressed regret for his comment -- and said he was simply looking out for his neighborhood, as they had had "trouble" there recently.

NYC Voters Lined Up Around Blocks In Person ... One Week to Go

Published

Early, in-person voting kicked off in NYC this weekend, and a few days later -- and exactly one week out from Election Day -- there are no signs of those lines fizzling out.

Check out the scores upon scores of people in the Big Apple Tuesday, all of whom are waiting up to about 3 hours just to cast their ballot in the flesh. These shots show a Iine stretching 5 city blocks -- 58th to 63rd Streets -- near Columbus Circle in Manhattan.

NYC voters seem dead set on the age-old tradition of voting in person ... even though mail-in voting is right there for the doing.

Of course, President Trump has sown a lot of doubt and apprehension about mail-in ballots -- not to mention widespread accusations of shenanigans at the U.S. Postal Service. So, people might have reason to be concerned.

Remember, we saw people wrapped around blocks as well on Saturday ... the first day of early voting in the city. Early voting is also underway in all 50 states now -- and this year might prove to be one the biggest turnouts yet.

DeAndre Hopkins Admits Flipping Off Trump Train ... They Were Messing With Me

Published
UPDATE

7:57 AM PT -- DeAndre Hopkins admits throwing the double bird at a caravan of Donald Trump supporters on Sunday ... but he says it's only because they were screwing with him in traffic.

UPDATE

The NFL star says he was just trying to get State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ. to play the Seahawks ... when he came upon the Trump train on the highway.

UPDATE

"I guess I got in between a train or a bunch of cars that I wasn't supposed to be in between," Hopkins said on the "All Things Covered Podcast" with Patrick Peterson and Bryant McFadden.

UPDATE
UPDATE

"They were honking the horn at me to tell me to get out of their way -- and I didn't -- and the guy in front of me stepped on his brakes and tried to stop dead in traffic."

UPDATE

In other words, Hopkins says the Trump supporters were messing with traffic and he didn't appreciate it.

UPDATE

"I was going to do the peace sign to him but this finger here [index finger] was kind of hurting so it didn't make it up in time," Hopkins said.

UPDATE

Hopkins is adamant he did not throw anything at the Trump supporters and was NOT speeding or driving dangerously.

UPDATE

He even dropped this quote ... "If I was in a Ferrari speeding, I don't think you would be able to take a still picture of me."

UPDATE

He's got a point.

NFL superstar DeAndre Hopkins is accused of swerving in and out of a Trump caravan in his Ferrari before his game in Arizona on Sunday ... all while shooting POTUS supporters 2 middle fingers.

People who claim to be a part of the Trump rally say the scene all went down at around 1:30 PM in the Phoenix area ... just a couple hours before Hopkins' Cardinals took on the Seahawks.

One Twitter user, Richard Williams, claimed the 28-year-old receiver was driving recklessly in his pricey convertible ride amid the Trump caravan ... and accused the NFL player of straight-up putting lives "at risk."

"My 8 yr old son was in one of the cars you were swerving in and out of as you were disrupting the PHX Trump Train drive and trying to cause an accident," Williams wrote in a scathing message to the Cards player.

"You're a piece of trash. Make your political statements, but you out people at risk today."

Several other people who claimed to witness Hopkins at the rally say they too believe Hopkins put people in danger with his actions.

"It's scary when they are coming up fast and swerving into you," April Garcia told azcentral.com.

The Cardinals have yet to comment on the allegations. Hopkins, meanwhile, has not addressed the alleged incident either.

We've reached out to DeAndre's reps for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

Hopkins -- who's advocated heavily for social justice throughout the Black Lives Matter movement this summer -- played a huge role in getting Arizona a win over Seattle, catching 10 passes for 103 yards and a TD.

Murder Hornets' Queen She Lives!!! Still in Tree, Job Not Done

Published

Washington officials would've really liked to say, "off with her head" ... as it relates to the queen bee hornet in that nest they destroyed ... but, sadly, they can't just yet.

The Washington State Department of Agriculture has confirmed their team from the Pest Program who ventured into the woods this weekend did NOT retrieve the mother of the hive -- the queen remains in the tree as far as they can tell ... implication being, she's alive.

An official for WSDA also told 'GMA' the tracker they recently placed on another one of those hornets was also still in the trunk ... so clearly, there's still some buggers in there somewhere. They say they sucked out roughly a hundred or so with their high-tech mission.

You'll recall ... about ten of those folks went out there at the crack of dawn Saturday in a sneak attack of sorts -- hoping to catch the hornets off guard by wrapping the area where their nest was in plastic wrap, filling it with a substance and then sucking 'em out dry.

They captured quite a lot in their haul -- but it appears the most important one remains ... and they might need to head back for a 2nd go. The WSDA official adds ... there are probably a handful of other nests they need to locate in the state, so the job's definitely not done.

Here's another scary factoid about these little bastards ... apparently, they can sting you with their venom multiple times. Not only that, but they can SPIT IT TOO!!! Worst of all, the hornets have a habit of wiping out bee colonies -- which can affect our crops/food supply.

Take heed, y'all.

Black Teen Dragged Kid Forgives Cop ... Says Don't Fire Officer

Published | Updated

The 17-year-old who got dragged across the pavement by an arresting officer -- despite being handcuffed and compliant -- says he forgives the cop for doing him wrong, but he'd appreciate an apology.

D'Angelo Chapman tells TMZ ... even though Officer Jordan Moore's actions are inexcusable, he's not one for holding grudges. He knows what the cop did has his family and his community in Mansfield, Ohio justifiably upset ... but he feels Moore's paid suspension for the dragging incident is fine, even if others disagree.

The teenager tells us he doesn't want the officer to get fired because he'd be without a paycheck for his family, and says as long as Moore learns from his mistake, and takes the training necessary before returning to his job ... he's okay with that.

D'Angelo says he'd be down to speak with Moore too ... as long as the officer is prepared to make a genuine apology.

Though his reaction to the incident is noble, D'Angelo has been feeling negative effects from it. He says he's lost trust in police and gets anxiety now when he sees cop cars ... something he never felt before.

He also tells us the attention he's been getting is a bit overwhelming, but he does appreciate the support.

As we reported ... Moore's suspended with pay until January 11. The Mansfield police chief said, "Moore’s response was found to be improper which resulted in the misapplication of force used on a person that was handcuffed, in custody and offering no resistance."

Cops were reportedly called to the scene initially because Dwaine Chapman, D'Angelo's father, was allegedly threatening to have his dog attack his roommate. Dwaine is facing charges of menacing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

NASA Female Astronaut Going to the Moon In 2024 to Study H2O

Published | Updated

Humans are going back to the moon for the fist time in a long time ... and this time a woman will be leaving her footprint on that giant rock in the sky.

NASA just announced a new space mission they're set to embark on over the next few years with the intent of getting boots on the lunar ground by 2024 to study water they discovered recently, and see if it's usable.

The thinking is the H20 -- now found could be a sign of life, 'cause that's technically what an organism on Earth would need to thrive. Then again, it could just be mutant space water, so that's what they're gonna check out.

NASA hasn't announced the crew members' names yet.

There's more to this trip than just agua ... NASA says not only is it going to study the water, but the new U.S. moon missions -- dubbed Artemis -- will also try to establish a long-term presence there by the end of the decade, and use it as a springboard to our neighbor ... MARS, baby!!!

BTW, if you're wondering why we haven't been back to the moon more regularly -- the last time we set foot there was in '72, during the Apollo missions -- the space agency has chalked it up to politics, support and funding, or a lack thereof. It wasn't because they couldn't do it.

In total, humans have been to the moon 6 times. Get ready to put another notch in our space belts.

Crazy Video Cat Jumps Out of Burning Building Miraculously Survives!!!

Published | Updated

One down, 8 to go for this cat after it jumped out of an apartment that was intentionally set on fire ... and it escaped with not a second to spare.

The cat's harrowing escape -- fully captured on camera -- went down this weekend in Harlem ... as it was clinging to the ledge as the flames intensified right behind it.

Cops were waiting on the ground trying to catch it, but the cat was hesitating until the flames became too intense. With the back half of its body smoking, the cat finally made the leap and managed to land on its feet, of course.

It was quickly corralled, so paramedics could take a closer look.

Cops say the fire was started by a man wanted on domestic violence charges -- he barricaded himself in an apartment on the second floor and set it on fire.

You can see the cat made it out with perfect timing. There were also 2 children trapped in another part of the building who were rescued. Two NYPD officers were hurt during the blaze, but the wanted man was eventually arrested.

POLL DANCING

Voters in Philadelphia turned waiting in long lines to cast their ballot into a fun experience ... by mixing in some "Cha Cha Slide."

The good times went down in Philadelphia, as a large group of voters waiting for early voting in the city Saturday passed the time with some group dancing ... moving in unison to the hit by DJ Casper usually reserved for wedding receptions.

The viral video's more than just a random feel-good moment though -- it's part of the work being done by Nelini Stamp of the Working Families Party, who's also the campaign director for Election Defenders.

Nelini and the nonpartisan coalition's goal is to assure that voters are "staying safe and healthy outside of polling places across the country and bringing them some joy."

More importantly, it's aimed to combat voter suppression and intimidation by bringing "Joy to the Polls" ... which kicked off this weekend in Pennsylvania for the inaugural Vote Early Day.

The result is what you see here, and Stamp says it feels good to see people responding positively to the movement ... even though she feels the long lines are a burden people shouldn't have to deal with.

Chilling in the yard with your dog is different, and dangerous, in Alaska -- where an aggressive moose can show up and charge at man's best friend!!!

Brody is the pooch in this video, and you can hear his owner was shocked to see the giant moose suddenly nose-to-nose with Brody ... and frantically tried to back away. Make no mistake, the moose seemed pissed about something.

Check out the clip ... the moose even charged at Brody, which only made the owner yell even harder for the dog to get the hell back. The owner's repeatedly yelling at Brody to get inside.

Dogs in Alaska appear to be too brave for their own good, but Brody and his owner did manage to retreat inside their garage without catching a face full of moose.

Wild stuff.

San Diego Man Threatens to Jump Off Roller Coaster Cops Try Talking Him Down

THE SCARY SCENE
UPDATE

4:39 PM PT -- San Diego PD tells TMZ ... they got a call around 1:30 PM about a guy who'd climbed the fence at Belmont Park and made his way to the top of the ride. We're told their negotiating team is out there now trying to get him safely down ... as he's threatened to jump.

A guy is threatening to jump off the very top of a roller coaster in San Diego ... and authorities have been unsuccessful thus far in talking him down.

This is happening right now at what appears to be Belmont Park, atop the Giant Dipper attraction -- also known as the Mission Beach Roller Coaster. As you can see, there's a man up there at the highest peak (which is said to reach around 75 feet), looking out.

He's not in a car -- doesn't look like the ride is even operating right now, but somehow ... he climbed his way to the tip-top and has been screaming, making threats and acting erratically for at least an hour now, according to eyewitnesses. We're told many on the ground there believe he's prepared to jump ... and that the fire department and police are on the scene.

We're told the guy's been pacing back and forth as negotiators try speaking to him, but thus far ... no sign of him cooperating. Witnesses also tell us the man has yelled out that he's 21 years old and that he's "no fool." There's about 100 people scattered about watching.

It's a delicate situation obviously -- a fall from there would likely kill him, so the folks running point on this don't wanna scare him into anything rash.

We've reached out to the police for more details ... so far, no word back.

Trump Supporter Pulls Gun, Points It at Protesters ... After Liquid's Dumped on Him

Published | Updated

A Trump supporter was caught on camera pulling a gun on a group of protesters after getting splashed with some gunk -- and now, cops are on the hunt for the gunk-hurler ... seriously.

Check out this video that was posted this weekend from out in Woodinville, WA -- just north of Kirkland. In the clip, you see a man -- who was reportedly wearing a pro-Trump cap -- waving a gun at a group of what appear to be mostly young, female demonstrators.

As soon as the pistol comes out, the person filming immediately notices and calls it out ... while at the same time demanding to get his name, as well as the names of the people he seemed to be rolling with, who also looked like Trump supporters from their getups.

Eventually, he's walked back by one of his friends ... and the gun goes back to wherever he pulled it from. The woman berates him for threatening violence, and his excuse is ... you guys dumped something on me. The lady claims it's just water and calls him a snowflake.

Cops were called, and after interviewing witnesses, we're told it was relayed like this ... 2 groups were protesting -- pro-Trumpers and anti-Trumpers -- and at some point, this fella gets liquid tossed on him with a 5-gallon bucket by an unknown assailant, who fled by foot.

Unclear what the liquid was -- the dude claims it was a mix of spit and piss ... but officers haven't determined exactly what was inside. In any case, when they arrived, the gun-puller remained on the scene and cooperated with authorities. He was NOT arrested or cited.

Here's the kicker ... cops tell us they're still looking for the alleged bucket bandit, whose act appears not to have been captured on tape. Brave new world, ain't it?

'Jews for Trump' NYC Convoy Sparks Street Brawls ... Proud Boys, Cops, Anti-Fascists Clash in Manhattan

Published | Updated

Another pro-Trump parade is going down this weekend -- only now, in NYC ... where a group identifying as Jews are showing their MAGA support, and bringing things to a boiling point with counter-protesters.

An event being dubbed "Jews for Trump" kicked off Sunday in Manhattan, where a massive convoy of cars and trucks waving Trump 2020 and American flags were caravanning through the downtown area ... flanked by both cops who were protecting them, and anti-fascist protesters who were chirping from the sidelines. Some folks wearing Proud Boys garb were also there in the mix among the Trump crowd -- eventually, all the groups clashed.

It's hard to say what exactly is sparking the violence, but it's happening nonetheless. Here's one video in which a counter-protester takes a Trump flag out of one of the parading vehicles, which is parked momentarily. As that squabble seems to simmer down, another one pops up across the way -- where two NYPD officers are wrestling someone to the ground.

Not too long after, utter chaos breaks out as people start to square up and swing on each other. Some folks are trying to break it up, others are jumping in -- it's almost impossible to differentiate at times.

At one point, a counter-protester comes up behind one of the 'Jews for Trump' dudes and taps him in the head before trying to run away. As he's fleeing, he gets kicked in the leg and topples to the ground, with his head hitting the pavement hard. And, seconds later ... even more brawls break out in an adjacent section. Like we said, complete pandemonium.

Some people on the ground claim the cops are definitely team Trump here, because some of the officers are arresting counter-protesters at the behest of the MAGA crew ... who are apparently being safeguarded by those same cops using bikes to maintain crowd control.

This jives with what was just in the streets of NYC earlier this weekend -- namely, an NYPD squad car saying "Trump 2020" over its built-in loudspeaker ... which is a violation of police policy.

We try not to speak in hyperbole -- especially for topics as sensitive as this -- but when we say a civil war appears to be bubbling up, we mean it. Tensions are at an all-time high.

#FakeMelania Debate Night Photo Sparks Theory ... Different Teeth AND Face?!?

Published | Updated

The First Lady was cheerfully tagging along with the President on his way to the debate this past week ... or so it seems, because an awful lot of people don't think it was actually her.

Here's a photo that was taken Thursday ahead of the debate in Nashville between Donald Trump and Joe Biden ... in which DT is seen boarding a chopper with who appears to be his wife, Melania, already on board, smiling at the crowd that was bidding them a farewell.

We say appears because a crap ton of folks have studied this photo and others captured in the same few seconds ... and they believe this lady's a FAKE stand-in, not the real Melania at all. Prepare yourself -- this is a deep dive, but stupidly important work nonetheless.

Some have gone to the extreme lengths of zooming in and comparing the lines around her mouth ... not to mention playing dentist and seeing differences in the teeth. By most accounts, the mugs here just don't match up -- from chomper size to the curve of her smile ... many Twitter truthers simply aren't buying this is the real McCoy, but rather ... a look-alike.

BTW, this isn't the first time a "fake Melania" theory has surfaced. It's cropped up at least twice before -- most notably, in 2019 ... when Trump and Melania visited tornado-stricken Alabama to survey the damage. She was rocking massive shades then too ... but many said there's no way that was FLOTUS -- speculating she's got a few different body doubles.

Trump, for his part, has denied this -- calling it "fake news" and claiming photos of his wife that don't look quite like her are photoshopped by haters. However, considering her well-documented hand-dodging with the Prez ... people think it's feasible this is a thing.

LOUD AND PROUD SUPPORTING TRUMP
UPDATE

1:22 PM PT -- The NYPD officer who blared "Trump 2020" through his patrol car loudspeaker has been suspended without pay, pending further investigation.

UPDATE

The department's news account on Twitter provided the update Sunday afternoon, saying the suspension was going into effect immediately. They reiterated that officers must remain apolitical while on the job ... and that using a department-issued tool to plug their own views is a big no-no.

UPDATE

The guy was not named -- but obviously, his bosses were able to identify him swiftly.

UPDATE

8:16 AM PT -- DCPI spokesperson tells TMZ, "The matter is under investigation. The NYPD plans to come to an expedient resolution."

An NYPD cop wanted to make his presidential preferences known, and he's Team Trump all the way.

The incident went down in Flatbush where you hear the cop on the loudspeaker repeatedly say, "Trump 2020." Someone starts filming the cop and challenges him to say it again ... he does, and it triggers the guy who's shooting the video, calling the cop a "f***ing fascist."

The officer is undaunted ... calling the videographer a "tough guy" and urging him to "post to your Facebook/Twitter."

Here's the thing ... NYPD police officers are prohibited from publicly endorsing candidates while on duty.

It's unclear what, if any action, the NYPD will take.

Joe Biden Brad Pitt Campaign Ad Runs During World Series

Published

Joe Biden got an assist from a huge movie star during the World Series game ... none other than Brad Pitt.

Pitt voiced a pricey, 60-second campaign ad during the game, with the central theme Biden's been pushing ... that he'll be a President for all Americans and not just those who support him.

You hear Pitt say ... "America is a place for everyone," Pitt says as pre-pandemic footage plays of Biden hugging, high-fiving and shaking hands with voters. "Those who chose this country, those who fought for it, some Republicans, some Democrats, and most just somewhere in between."

Pitt never ID's himself, but the voice is unmistakable.

Biden doesn't have sticker shock from the price of the $4 million ad ... his campaign hauled in $383 million in September alone.
