Former Disney Prez David Neuman and "X-Men" director Bryan Singer did not sexually molest accuser Michael Egan -- so claimed Egan himself in sworn legal docs.

Egan signed a sworn declaration in 2003 after suing 3 other men (not Neuman or Singer) ... who allegedly molested him as a teenager back in the '90s at various parties.

Egan's 2003 declaration states, "I have never had any kind of physical contact with David Neuman other than what is normal and appropriate between non-sexual acquaintances."

The declaration goes on, "Up until this last month [December 2003], I have only had incidental social contact with David Neuman, which involved primarily the exchange of polite greetings and small talk. … [Neuman] never acted improperly around me or toward me, on a personal or professional level."

And get this ... during Egan's sworn deposition in the earlier case, he said no one other than the 3 defendants were "partaking in all this stuff." Egan now claims Singer was partaking, but his sworn words a decade ago flatly contradict that.

Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun is refusing to let himself get skewered on video by some "assclown" attorney -- the same way Bieber did during an explosive depo in his ongoing legal beef with a photog -- so Scooter said eff you ... and ditched his depo today.

Instead, Scooter's lawyer filed legal docs asking a judge to keep his videotaped depo under wraps. Scooter's lawyer alleges that the photog's lawyer leaked Justin's depo to TMZ ... a depo that made J.B. look really bad.

Scooter tells TMZ, the photog's lawyer is just "an assclown looking for publicity" ... and Scooter refuses to give him any more ammunition.

Scooter also believes the lawyer is armed with irrelevant, embarrassing questions that will only poison a jury against Justin. For example, there are reports the photog's lawyer wants to ask Scooter if Justin uses steroids, and why Justin acts so jerky.

BTW ... in the legal docs, Scooter's lawyer calls the roid allegation "absurd."

Robin Thicke is so desperate to get his wife back ... he WROTE A NEW SONG about it -- including the lyrics "I should've kissed you longer / I should've held you stronger" -- and TMZ has learned he'll debut it live on stage ... at the Billboard Music Awards.

TMZ has obtained a copy of the lyrics for the new song -- called "Get Her Back" -- and the whole thing is dripping with regret over his split from Paula Patton.

Some highlights:
-- "All I wanna do is make it right"
-- "I gotta get her, go get her back / I gotta treat her right / I gotta cherish her for life"
-- "I should've kissed you longer / I should've held you stronger / And I'll wait for forever for you."

Robin's other public pleas to Paula -- opening up during concerts about forgiveness -- have fallen on deaf ears.

Justin Bieber acted like a horse's ass ... calling a woman a "bitch" for trying to take his picture Monday at a riding stable -- just hours before his alleged confrontation with a mom at a mini-golf course.

Melinda Giel-Murray tells TMZ, she and her horse were at the Circle K Stables in Burbank, CA when Bieber pulled up to go horseback riding.

Giel-Murray says she whipped out her camera, but Bieber immediately freaked -- and in the video you hear him say, "that bitch over there" ... as he points out Melinda to his posse.

Giel-Murray claims 4 security goons surrounded her and tried to intimidate her, but she stood her ground ... telling them there's no law against taking pictures.

She feels Bieber was acting "very strange and nervous." His crew eventually drove to a different part of the stable to mount up ... shirtless.

A few hours later, Bieber allegedly confronted another woman trying to snap a pic at a nearby putt-putt course. Police are investigating, but a park employee tells us Biebs didn't touch that lady.

Lil' Kim probably didn't invite you to her baby shower -- but she'll still accept a ridiculously overpriced baby gift ... if you've got an extra grand or so to spare.

Kim posted her baby shower announcement on Instagram to let everyone know she has registries at luxury spots like Tiffany & Co. and Petit Tresor -- generously giving fans a chance to buy her items like a hamper for $1,385 ... or a cradle for $1,648.

Looks pretty tacky for a celeb to beg for gifts -- but sources close to Kim tell us she was simply responding to fans who've been asking what they can get her.

The jig is up for the woman who accused Justin Bieber of attempted robbery this week -- an employee at the L.A. batting cage where the incident occurred tells TMZ, Bieber NEVER tried to rob anyone ... he never even touched the woman.

The Sherman Oaks Castle Park employee called in to "TMZ Live" moments ago, claiming she witnessed the heated exchange Monday night between Bieber and the woman who was taking photos of him.

The employee says the woman was definitely the instigator, being overly aggressive and ignoring security's requests to stop snapping pics. She says Bieber was upset, but never got physical with the woman in any way ... and definitely didn't try to grab her phone.

Sources close to Bieber tell us, the singer lost his cool because the flash kept distracting him while he was trying to bat.

The plot thickens -- the nightclub Lamar Odom got denied from insists the rejection was NOT a reality show set-up ... Lamar was turned away because the club was afraid he'd start a Chris Brown-level brawl with French Montana.

As we reported, Odom was spurned from Penthouse in West Hollywood while his ex Khloe Kardashian and her new man French Montana partied inside.

An E! camera crew was conveniently posted up outside the club to capture the rejection -- so obviously there was speculation that Lamar's rejection was a set-up for "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" -- but a rep for Penthouse tells TMZ, not so.

The rep says the decision to deny Lamar was the club's decision alone. We're told the nightclub wanted to avoid another bottle-throwing Chris Brown-Drake situation, so bouncers refused to let him in.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell us the same story -- Khloe didn't even know Lamar planned to show up.

You'll recall, Brown and Drake were involved in a massive brawl at W.i.P. nightclub in NYC back in 2012. The brawl resulted in a bunch of lawsuits ... and the club even lost its liquor license for a while. So it's no wonder Penthouse was playing it safe.

Lamar Odom endured one of the most humiliating club denials ever ... he was turned away from a West Hollywood club Tuesday night as his estranged wife and her new boyfriend partied inside.

It all went down at Penthouse. Our photog spotted Lamar rolling up to the club with a few friends. But when Lamar got to the door, he hit 2 big snags -- Khloe and French Montana.

Lamar and his friends stood there for a few minutes and left in defeat. Watch Lamar recoil in controlled anger when someone mentions French Montana.

French Montana was the special guest last night ... French even posted a photo to his Instagram page of him with Kim Kardashian with the caption "Shout out to my BFF @kimkardashian for coming out tonight party was turnt up."

It's unclear if Khloe or French had anything to do with Lamar getting denied -- but there was a giant clue in the form of an E! camera crew ... that just happened to be outside to shoot Lamar getting turned away.

Remember, the guy's under contract to appear on the family reality show -- and since he and Khloe are NOT divorced ... all signs point to Lamar being in on this.

His night didn't end up entirely bad ... he had better luck at Lure, a few miles down the road.

Justin Bieber had his young guns blazing ... losing his shirt for a horseback ride/homage to Russia's most famous topless equestrian.

Bieber traded his skateboard for a proper steed at a ranch just outside L.A. yesterday.

While Justin's cowboy hat was more Sinatra than Rogers -- his shirtless pose was totally reminiscent of Vladimir Putin's pose.

Kylie Jenner helped tattoo her initials on the hand of Lionel Richie's son ... which is both stupid and not entirely legal ... and TMZ has the video.

It all went down at a recording studio in Hollywood on Friday night. According to our sources, Kylie was there with sister Khloe Kardashian, French Montana and Miles Richie.

We're told Miles (who is 19) was getting ink from John Petro, who has tatted up the likes of Soulja Boy and Lil Wayne ... when Kylie decided she wanted to help out.

Sources say Kylie threw on some gloves and put her hands on top of Petro's as he administered the tat -- sorta like when a father lets his kid sit in his lap and "drive" a car.

But according to the LA County Dept. of Public Health, only people over 18 can give tattoos -- or even participate in the process -- and Kylie is only 16.

If authorities decide to go after Jenner, she could be hit with a misdemeanor and fined up to $1,000 ... and Petro could have his license suspended.

As for Richie ... well his punishment lasts for eternity.

Jay Z was ferociously assaulted by Beyonce's sister Solange  ... who was wildly kicking and swinging at him inside an elevator ... and the attack was captured on surveillance video ... obtained by TMZ.

According to our sources, it all went down at a Met Gala after party last week at the Standard Hotel in NYC.  In the video ... Jay Z, Beyonce and Solange step into the elevator ... and then Solange goes crazy, screaming at Jay before unleashing a violent attack.

A large man -- who appears to be a bodyguard -- attempts to hold Solange back, but she manages to connect at least 3 times.  At one point Solange throws a kick and Jay grabs her foot, but never attempts to strike her.  Beyonce stands by without getting physically involved.

And this is interesting.  When you look closely, you see the bodyguard hit the emergency stop switch on the 12th floor -- mid fight -- presumably to keep the fight private.

At one point, Solange smacks Jay with her purse ... spilling the contents all over the floor of the elevator.

Eventually the group exits the elevator ... but not before Solange takes a few last shots.

All three walked out of the building together -- Solange looks pissed -- but while Bey and Solange get in one car ... security walks Jay to a different one.

It's unclear what triggered the fight.

Sam Jones has been on his best behavior since he was let out of prison in 2012, so much so that a judge cut his probation short so he could go work on a new movie ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Jones was released from federal prison after serving 10 months following a guilty plea to conspiracy to sell more than 10,000 Oxycodone pills.

Jones was offered a role in the movie version of his show "Blue Mountain State." Problem was ... the movie was shot in Montreal, and Jones couldn't enter Canada while on probation.

He wrote to the court, "I really need this freedom to practice my craft again. It's been a rough road, coming back. But I'm almost there ... I need to work on this 'Blue Mountain State' movie. I need to work as an actor again."

The judge was merciful and ended Jones' probation early ... complimenting the actor for helping young people and the homeless.

You can call Justin Bieber a bunch of things ... but daredevil should NOT be one of them -- turns out that van-clinging skateboard stunt he pulled wasn't as risky as it appeared on Instagram.

We just got a new angle of Justin's stunt -- skateboarding next to his van while it rolled through L.A.'s Fairfax district -- and it looks like they're barely hitting 10 mph. The IG angle made it look more Jackass-worthy.

The van DOES pull a "California roll" -- cruising through a stop sign ... a moving violation for the driver, but not Justin.

So, Bieber on wheels -- not death-defying ... just stupid.

Miley Cyrus advocation for sex, drugs and everything else crossed a line the other day ... when she cracked a date rape joke while going on about how "everyone is a little bit gay."

Cyrus was performing at the legendary G-A-Y nightclub in London, when she brought a friend out on stage to wish him a happy birthday.

In discussing her friend's sexuality, Cyrus remarked, "You know, everyone’s a little bit gay … It’s the truth. Everyone’s gay, all it takes is one cocktail. And if that doesn’t work, sprinkle something in their drink. That’s what I always do."

Soulja Boy's stolen Bentley was magically recovered last night in a matter of hours ... because it was never stolen in the first place ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Soulja called police to his home last night to report his Bentley had gone missing. We're told cops told Soulja he'd have to come in to file a report.

But before he could, we're told Soulja found out his manager had simply borrowed the sweet ride, but Soulja never got the message.
