Reality TV stars Huda Mustafa and star Louis Russell are only seven months into their relationship, but they're already talking about a future together ... at least according to the new episode of "Unwell Winter Games."

In the episode, Huda finds herself cornered by influencer Cameron Jerrard ... who tells Huda that he initially didn't like Louis. Huda quickly chimed in, pointing out just how deep her bond with Louis goes.

She said, "We've spoken about marriage, we've spoken about kids, we've spoken about all these big things."

The house always wins ... except against this pickup truck!

Local outlet KVVU-TV reports the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to an accident this afternoon after a pickup truck crashed into a casino downtown.

Check out the video ... you can see the vehicle perched on a pile of rubble just inside the Main Street Station Casino Brewery Hotel front doors as cops investigate the scene.

"Age of Attraction" star Vanessa Drozda says she and her 20-year-younger fiancé Logan Goodrid are the real deal despite what critics say ... and their edit simply didn't do their relationship justice!

TMZ caught up with Vanessa after she and Logan confirmed they're still going strong at the "Age of Attraction" reunion last week ... and she's fully aware their edit on the show made it appear that all they did was bicker. But, she tells us there were plenty of sweet moments between them that didn't make the cut ... including a sweet and sappy moment where they were professing their love for one another while crying!

But fans -- even the ones still not fully behind their romance -- have plenty to look forward to ... Vanessa says she's ready to roll out more relationship content.

Here's the first look at Offset since being shot outside a Florida casino ... he's in a wheelchair having a smoke outside a hospital ... and he's wearing his hospital gown.

Check out these photos of Offset being wheeled outside for a smoke break ... he's got non-slip hospital socks, hospital wristbands, a bandage on his arm, and some wires coming off his fingertip.

There's an ICU tag attached to his chair on wheels ... but we've been told by Offset's camp that he's "stable and being closely monitored."

TMZ broke the story ... the former Migos rapper was shot Monday near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL.

Law enforcement told us the shooting happened in the valet area and that Offset suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Dr. Shahryar Tork is fed up with rumors suggesting he's the reason for TikToker Rachel Tussey's death ... and he's now going after who he thinks really caused it.

In a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Dr. Tork blames JourneyLite Surgery Center for Tussey's passing because he says they never provided safe recovery and post-anesthesia care.

According to Dr. Tork, the initial surgery went "smoothly" with him, but things went south during her post-op care with the Cincinnati surgery center, which he claims offered an unqualified care-unit nurse who ended up administering a post-anesthesia opioid overdose. He claims two of the surgery center's nurses "administered more opioids in a period of minutes than Mrs. Tussey had needed during the entire nine-hour surgery." He says this opioid overdose caused a respiratory failure that led to Tussey suffering an "anoxic brain injury" -- essentially a lack of oxygen to her brain.

Lil Tjay allegedly started a fight that led to his associate shooting Offset ... this according to police.

According to the probable cause affidavit ... cops claim at around 7:22 PM ET Monday, Lil Tjay "directed members of his party to start a fight with another group of males" at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

Police say during the altercation one of Lil Tjay's associates pulled a gun and fired ... injuring Offset.

Bill Gates is going to testify in the congressional Jeffrey Epstein investigation, TMZ has learned.

Congressman Suhas Subramanyam (D-Va.), who sits on the House Oversight Committee, tells TMZ ... the former Microsoft boss will sit for a transcribed interview before the Committee on June 10.

Suhas tells us ... the Committee plans to grill Gates about his ties to Epstein, what (if anything) he knew about Epstein's crimes, whether people were ever trafficked to him, why his picture showed up in the files, and why he would choose to associate himself with someone who had committed these crimes.

Lil Tjay's back on the streets after being arrested for his alleged role in a fight that happened right before Offset was shot in Florida last night.

The Broward County Sheriff's Office bid the rapper farewell Tuesday afternoon ... and he walked out of the jail to find a ton of media waiting for him -- which gave him the perfect platform to call out the Migos rapper.

Lil Tjay called Offset a "rat n****" ... while simultaneously denying he shot Offset. He's really heated in the clip, recorded by NBC Miami -- walking with purpose out of the jail.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are going back and forth in court about when the trial will begin in their bitter legal battle ... with Brad claiming he doesn't want to delay too long, saying he would LOVE to start using his mega-mansion in France once again -- TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the exes can’t agree on the start date for their trial in the fight over the French winery Chateau Miraval, which they purchased together while married.

Brad sued Angelina, claiming she sold her stake in the winery without his permission ... while Angelina said she didn’t need him to sign off on the deal after her negotiations with him broke down.

An American woman is missing in the Bahamas after she allegedly went overboard during a boat trip in the sea Saturday, according to her husband ... and authorities are now searching for her body.

Multiple outlets have identified the woman as 55-year-old Michigan resident Lynette Hooker.

The Royal Bahamas Police Force reported the couple left Hope Town on Abaco around 7:30 PM on Saturday in an 8-foot dinghy, motoring toward Elbow Cay, when she fell overboard. They were on their way back to their yacht when rough seas bounced her out of the dinghy, according to CNN. She wore a lanyard with the boat's keys on her, and the dinghy lost power when she went into the water.

Taylor Frankie Paul is getting her day in court ... going toe-to-toe with her ex Dakota Mortensen in a protection hearing ... and a judge is giving Taylor supervised parent time with their two-year-old son.

The judge's ruling followed an hours-long hearing in Utah ... and he says Taylor can see her son for up to 8 hours of supervised parent time each week. The judge says this is a temporary custody arrangement for 3 weeks and 2 days until the next court hearing on April 30. Taylor can break up the 8 hours with her kid into 2-hour or 3-hour increments.

Dakota previously filed a temporary restraining order against TFP and is asking the court to extend the protective order into a long-term one, as authorities investigate accusations of domestic violence, which Dakota brought against Taylor.

Remember ... the temporary protective order meant that Taylor also temporarily lost custody of the couple's 2-year-old son, Ever.

11:14 AM PT -- In her TRO filing, Taylor Frankie Paul is finally going deep into the gritty details about her side of the domestic violence drama between her and her ex Dakota Mortensen. She says Dakota displayed signs of crazy jealousy -- stalking her, assaulting her, and becoming "increasingly possessive" ahead of her debut on "The Bachelorette." According to TFP, Dakota got her initials tattooed on the inside of his lip -- something she says she found out about leading up to their February altercation.

And while Dakota is accusing TFP of assaulting him in that incident, she says he actually assaulted her in that confrontation in February. Taylor accuses Dakota of slamming her head against the dashboard of his car while in Taylor's driveway.

Even wilder ... Taylor says he asked her for sex right after. According to Taylor, after she denied his advances, Dakota called the police on her.

Taylor Frankie Paul is going on the offensive ... the reality star has just filed a temporary restraining order against her ex Dakota Mortensen, TMZ has learned.

The filing, obtained by TMZ, comes before the estranged couple's court hearing today concerning a protective order that was granted to Dakota against Taylor.

Taylor Frankie Paul submitted an avalanche of evidence to fight Dakota Mortensen's plea for a restraining order against her, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Taylor and her legal team filed a bunch of photos purportedly showing injuries after an alleged May 2025 assault ... and bruises on her forehead and knee from an alleged assault on February 23, 2026. 

Other evidence includes "possessive texts" from Dakota and a screenshot of Dakota's request for sex after the February 23, 2026, incident ... the texts predate the incident. The photos of the bruising and the screenshot of the request for sex came after.

As TMZ first reported, Taylor and Dakota are facing off in court later today. Earlier this morning, the Mormon Wives star filed her own request for a protective order against Dakota.
