Kennedy Drama Man Breaks Into Compound Looking for Katy Perry

7:10 AM PT -- According to Barnstable Police, LaCroix, who police discovered sitting on a couch and reading a book, told police he entered through an unlocked door. LaCroix also said he had a gift for Perry and was also there to see ... John F. Kennedy.

Cops say that after talking to LaCroix for a few minutes, they realized he "was detached from reality."

A scary moment for the Kennedys at the famed Hyannis Port compound ... a crazy guy entered the house looking for Katy Perry and hung with the clueless 16-year-old grandson of Ted Kennedy.

Barnstable Police tell TMZ ... there was no sign of forced entry. At around 6:30 Tuesday night ... 53-year-old James LaCroix just walked inside and started cooking dinner.

-- who was in Connecticut -- called the home just after 9 PM to check on his teenage son. The intruder answered and the panicked dad called the cops.

When cops arrived they found LaCroix -- still in the kitchen -- and he said he was there looking for Katy Perry.

Cops say Kennedy's son came home in the evening and ran into LaCroix ... but he thought LaCroix was just a house guest.

LaCroix was arrested and charged with breaking and entering.

In 2 weeks the house will be filled with Kennedys ... Cheryl Hines and Robert Kennedy Jr. will tie the knot there.

Sandra Bullock Stalker Came Face-to-Face At Bedroom Door

The intruder arrested inside Sandra Bullock's home came face-to-face with her ... right outside her bedroom ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained the search warrant allowing cops to search for an arsenal of weapons owned by Joshua Corbett. TMZ broke the story ... cops found 7 guns at Corbett's home -- including assault rifles -- but they believe more are out there.

The search warrant outlines a chilling confrontation between Bullock and Corbett. At 1 AM she hears a loud banging inside the house. Bullock goes to her bedroom door to close and lock it and she sees Corbett right there in the hallway wearing dark clothing.

Bullock slams the door shut, locks it and calls 911. She told cops she had showered before going to bed, so he may have been there the whole time.

When the cops arrived, Corbett began screaming, "Sandy, I'm sorry. Please don't press charges."

Corbett was carrying a notebook with cut-out magazine pics of Bullock and multiple, handwritten notes. One of the notes said, "I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you."

Corbett also forgives Bullock for "anything you may have done" and then tries to compliment her, writing Bullock is "hot and intelligent, lissome and taught [sic]."

Gregg Allman Biopic Death Director and Producer Surrender to Police

"Midnight Rider" director Randall Miller and the film's producer, Jody Savin, surrendered to police in Georgia following their indictment in the death of film crew member Sarah Jones in a freight train accident.

The two have been charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespassing for organizing a shoot on a trestle back in February. Jones, a camera assistant on the Gregg Allman biopic, was killed when the train unexpectedly smashed through the set.

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department tells TMZ Miller and Savin each posted $27,000 and were released after about an hour.

The film's executive producer/unit production manager, Jay Sedrish, was also charged ... but has yet to turn himself in.

'Cat Daddy' Rapper See Ya in the Fall ... Gets 4 Months for Purse Snatching

Look for a "Cat Daddy" flash mob in L.A. County jail soon ... because one of the guys who rapped the hit song is gonna be locked up for 4 months after getting nailed in a purse snatching.

TMZ has learned Jovan "Pee Wee" Clayton from The Rej3ctz agreed to plead no contest to one count of receiving stolen property, and the judge hit him with 120-day jail sentence. In exchange, prosecutors dropped two other counts.

We broke the story ... back in April Pee Wee got busted at 1Oak nightclub for receiving the stolen contents of someone's purse.

According to court docs ... Pee Wee will also be on probation for 3 years, and has to pay back the purse snatching victim.

He has until August 18 to surrender to police.

Chappelle's Show Star BUSTED For Wrong Way Drunk Driving

Comedian Donnell Rawlings was popped for drunk driving early Friday morning after cops caught him driving the wrong way down an NYC street.

Rawlings -- who has appeared on Comedy Central's "Chappelle's Show" and "The Wire" -- was in midtown just before 4 AM. when he was snagged.

He was taken into custody, booked and released.

Rawlings reportedly blew more than twice the legal limit.

If you're trying to remember who did a similar thing ... it was Nicole Richie, who was driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway exit ramp. She was busted for driving under the influence of pot and Vicodin. Nicole -- who was 25 -- has since turned her life around in dramatic fashion.

Country Star Dallas Davidson ARRESTED After Drunken, Racial, Homophobic Bar Fight

Dallas Davidson -- a famous country lyricist who's written huge hits, like "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk," "Country Girl, (Shake It For Me)" and "That's How Country Boys Roll," was arrested in Nashville early Thursday morning for fighting, hurling racial slurs and screaming, "There's that f***ing fa***t that punched me."

We're told Dallas was at Tin Roof in downtown Nashville when he got in a fight in the bar with various people.

Law enforcement tells us ... Dallas was challenging various people to fight-- swearing, punching his hand and screaming a string of obscenities. And they say he shouted various racial and homophobic slurs.

Cops say he reeked of booze and was arrested for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.

He was booked at 2:50 AM and is about to be released at the time of this post. We're told during the time he was held jailers administered a "medical screening."

Dallas and his ex-wife, Sarah Davidson, are both stars on the reality show, "Private Lives of Nashville Wives."

'Talladega Nights' Ricky Bobby Arrested For Throwing Mama Down Stairs!

The kid who played 10-year-old Ricky Bobby in "Talladega Nights" got busted for allegedly pushing his own mother down the stairs -- his second arrest in the last month.

Cops in Trussville, Alabama tell TMZ ... Luke Bigham was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly pushed his mother down the stairs during an argument. It's unclear why they were fighting.

Bigham was thrown in jail and is still sitting there as of Wednesday afternoon ... since no one's posted the $1,000 to bail him out.

Bigham was popped last month on a reckless driving charge that caused a five-car pileup.

'Housewives' Star Apollo Nida 8 Years In Prison Sentence Shortened For SNITCHING

Apollo Nida just got an enormous break for singing like a canary ... he got 1/4 the maximum sentence for a massive money fraud scheme.

Nida -- who appears on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" with wife Phaedra Parks -- was just sentenced to 8 years in federal prison for cashing stolen checks and laundering more than $2.3 mil through phony bank accounts.

The judge who sentenced him today in a Georgia court said Nida did indeed cooperate with federal investigators by spilling criminal secrets ... and that's why he got leniency.

Nida could have been sentenced to 30 years, so 8 years is a big victory.

It's all relative folks.

'Cat Daddy' Rapper Hit With 3 Felony Charges In Nightclub Theft

Rapper Jovan Clayton -- last seen dancing a jig after his arrest on theft charges -- is gonna have to face the music for real --- 'cause he's been charged with 3 FELONIES.

Clayton was hit with 3 counts of receiving stolen property ... in connection with an incident last April at 1Oak nightclub. He's pled not guilty to all 3 charges.

We broke the story ... the "Cat Daddy" rapper was popped for allegedly stealing a phone and the contents of someone's purse inside the club.

After the bust ... Pee Wee busted a move of his own ... giving a little celebratory dance for our photog after his release from jail.

Columbus Short Shows True Stripes During Bar Arrest

Columbus Short was surrounded by stars after he allegedly attacked off-duty cops during a 4th of July bar fight.

TMZ broke the story ... Short made it seem he was skipping out on his bar tab at Katy Trail Ice House in Dallas ... according to eyewitnesses. A security guard confronted him and Short became loud and physical.

That's when several off-duty Dallas cops tried to calm short down and he allegedly attacked them. Short was immediately busted for public intoxication.

Columbus Short Bar Fight Arrested for Being Wasted

Columbus Short celebrated July 4th by getting in trouble with the law for the 4th time in 4 months.

Short was at the Katy Trail Ice House -- a popular bar in Dallas -- for around 4 hours and was drinking a lot. An eyewitness says Columbus got up and it looked like he was leaving without paying the tab. A security guard started talking to him and Columbus started screaming.

We're told Columbus accused the guard of racism, but the guard fired back, he was also black. A scuffle between the 2 ensued.

We're told several off duty Dallas cops -- who work at the bar on weekends -- broke up the fight but the fired "Scandal" star was still hotter than fish grease.

We're told Columbus started screaming at the cops and tried attacking them. As one source at the bar put it, "He was like a dog with a bone who wouldn't let it go."

The cops then did what cops do -- they arrested Short, but not for assault ... for public intoxication.

Short was taken to jail.

It's not his first bar fight. TMZ broke the story Short was arrested over a bar fight earlier this year, when he cold-cocked a guy and knocked him out. He's also been arrested twice for domestic violence.

Hi-Five Singer Russell Neal Charged with Murder

Hi-Five singer Russell Neal's wife was killed after being stabbed multiple times and he's now been charged with murder.

Cops say Catherine Martinez died from blunt force trauma and stab wounds.

The victim was a hot, 24-year-old fitness model. She was also an aspiring boxer who went by the name Brasilia.

The 40-year-old singer went to the police station Wednesday and told cops his wife was dead in their apartment and he needed a lawyer.

The couple has 2 kids. Law enforcement sources say there were no witnesses to the murder so it appears the children were not in the apartment when their mom was killed.

Neal is currently in custody on $100K bond.

TMZ has learned ... '90s singer Russell Neal from Hi-Five is in police custody ... after he told cops his wife was dead inside their apartment ... and he needed a lawyer.

Neal went to the local jail and apparently told Houston cops he and his wife had gotten into an argument Wednesday ... the singer reportedly asked for a lawyer and then clammed up.

Hi-Five's song "I Like the Way (The Kissing Game)" went to number one in 1991 ... and a year later they scored another hit with, "She's Playing Hard to Get."

The group's lead singer Tony Thompson famously died in 2007 after inhaling Freon.

Neal is currently being detained ... no charges have been filed.

The lawyer for Hi-Five, Chris Brown, tells TMZ, "We are aware of the situation and are presently evaluating it."

Taryn Manning Claims Ex-Friend Is Stalking Her ... Throw Her in Litchfield!

"Orange Is the New Black" star Taryn Manning claims she has a full-on Lorna Morello on her hands (that's a stalker, for all you non-"OITNB" fans) and she's filed charges to keep a former pal away from her.

Cops tell TMZ ... Manning pressed stalking charges against Jeanine Heller, a former friend of Manning's, who Manning claims sent her hundreds of texts, emails and phone calls over the last few months.

According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Heller went on a campaign to make Taryn paranoid, claiming among other things one of Taryn's friends was selling secrets to a gossip website.

The docs also claim Heller was threatening suicide ... though it's unclear how this impacts Taryn.

Heller was arrested on Wednesday and charged with stalking in the 4th degree. She was released without bail.

According to the NY Post, Manning was given an order of protection barring Heller from contacting her, her mother ... or her dog Penguin.

WWE Diva/Shoplifter Emma Rehired 2 HOURS After Getting Fired!!!

Maybe the WWE realized ... if stealing a $21.14 iPad case is a fireable offense ... there wouldn't be enough wrestlers left for a tag team match -- so they REHIRED Diva Emma 2 hours after canning her.

The wrestling org gave Emma the boot 2 days after she copped a plea to stealing the iPad case from a Connecticut Walmart.

The WWE just said, "Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated [Diva Emma] but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law."

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... WWE officials quickly realized they overreacted, because their action would open the floodgates to fire a gaggle of wrestlers for fighting outside the ring, DUI and all sorts of other misdeeds.

It's unclear how Emma will be punished.

WWE Diva Emma has got to be kicking herself ... she just lost her prized job over a stupid iPad case she wanted so badly ... she stole it.

Emma was busted Monday by Hartford, CT cops after Walmart security claimed she had just left the store without paying $21.14 for the case.

The WWE acted fast, but didn't prejudge her. Emma already copped a plea and was sentenced to 1 day of community service.
