John Elway's Son GUILTY in Domestic Violence Case

John Elway's son -- a former Arizona State University quarterback -- has been sentenced to domestic violence counseling after an altercation with his GF back in July ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the 25-year-old was arrested in Denver back in May after getting into an argument with his girlfriend and allegedly dragging her out of his car by her hair.

According to the police report, Elway then pushed her down to the ground as she tried to get up.

Elway was initially charged with assault and disturbing the peace -- but struck a plea deal with prosecutors in which he agreed to plead guilty to the D.T.P. and in exchange the assault charge was dismissed.

In the end, Elway was sentenced to 1 year probation -- with "monitored sobriety" -- he was ordered to pay fines, can't own firearms and may not have any contact with the victim.

He was also ordered to complete 1 year of domestic violence counseling.

Jonathan Dwyer Arrest TWO SEPARATE INCIDENTS 'Causing a Fracture'

Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer is suspected of assaulting his wife in TWO separate incidents ... and is accused of breaking bones ... cops tell TMZ Sports.

According to police, the 25-year-old allegedly roughed up his wife at their home in Phoenix on July 21st and again on July 22nd.

Shortly after the incidents, cops say, Dwyer's wife left the state with their child.

Cops list 2 victims -- a 27-year-old female (his wife) and their 18-month-old child.

A report was made with cops on September 11, 2014 ... and cops have been investigating ever since.

After investigators found probable cause, they arrested Dwyer on Sept. 17th for domestic violence in Tempe.

Cops say they interviewed Dwyer and he acknowledged the incidents -- but he DENIED any physical assaults.

Dwyer is being booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 1 count of aggravated assault causing a fracture, 1 count of aggravated assault involving a minor, 2 counts of criminal damage, 1 count of preventing the use of a phone in an emergency, and assault.

The Arizona Cardinals tell TMZ Sports Dwyer has been deactivated from the roster.

Josh Gordon Pleads GUILTY to DWI

Cleveland Browns superstar Josh Gordon plead guilty to driving while impaired in North Carolina this morning ... and if he stays out of trouble for 12 months, he'll stay out of jail.

As we previously reported, the WR was pulled over on July 5 in Raleigh after cops say he was speeding -- and during the stop, officers noticed he was boozed up (blew a .09).

Gordon was sentenced to a 60-day suspended sentence -- with 12 months unsupervised probation ... which means if he does anything stupid during the next year, like break the law, he'll have to serve the 60 days.

But if he keeps his nose clean, he'll stay out the joint -- the operative word being "if."

Boxer Gerald Washington Arrested In Burbank

Boxing phenom Gerald Washington was arrested in Burbank, CA late Monday night ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Washington -- a former tight end at USC -- is 14-0 in the ring ... but last night, the 32-year-old found himself in handcuffs after a routine traffic stop went south.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops noticed Washington's Chevy truck was "straddling the lines" just before midnight ... plus, he had expired tags ... so they pulled him over.

During the stop, cops determined Washington was NOT under the influence -- but officers noticed a warrant out for his arrest stemming for a previous driving without a license incident.

He was taken into custody and bail was set at $5k.

We're told Washington -- nicknamed "El Gallo Negro" -- was very cooperative. We're told Washington is still in custody.

Adrian Peterson Booked For Child Abuse [MUG SHOT]

Adrian Peterson turned himself over to authorities early Saturday morning on child abuse charges ... faintly smiling for his mug shot.

Peterson was booked in Houston just after 1 AM and released a half hour later.

The football star is accused of beating his 4-year-old son with a tree branch ... hitting him so hard it left welts and caused him to bleed.

Peterson actually admitted to cops he gave his son "a whooping" and says it's the same treatment he got as a kid. Peterson's lawyer adds that his client "deeply regrets the unintentional injury."

The Vikings have deactivated Peterson for Sunday's game.

'Blood, Sweat & Heels' Star Arrested For Stiffing Cabbie

Bravo reality star Geneva S. Thomas got nailed in an alleged ride 'n dash ... after cops say she skipped out on an $18 cab fare in NYC.

According to the police report ... the "Blood, Sweat & Heels" cast member was booked Tuesday after a taxi company claimed she took off before paying the driver, and now she faces theft charges.

Law enforcement tells us ... they were able to track down Geneva because the driver took note of the address where he dropped her off -- something they tend to do if you don't pay.

Geneva claims the whole thing is BS and says she's planning to sue the NYPD and the taxi company.

Her attorney tells TMZ ...the cabbie became hostile because Thomas told him she didn't have cash and would have to pay by credit card ... and that he purposely took a longer route to increase the fare. Thomas claims she was the one who called the cops -- who arrested her unjustly.

For now, she has a court date in January. She might want to walk.

UFC Star Nick Diaz Popped for DUI Allegedly Tries To Puke Out Evidence

UFC superstar Nick Diaz was arrested for DUI in California last week -- and cops say to make matters worse, he attempted to "destroy evidence" by trying to make himself puke.

We've learned ... Diaz was pulled over around 2AM on Sept. 6th in Lodi, CA for a routine traffic violation -- and during the stop, cops say they noticed Diaz appeared to be wasted.

Diaz was taken to a nearby jail -- where cops say he went to the bathroom and attempted to make himself vomit in what seems like an effort to get the booze out of his system.

For the record, cops say Diaz was unable to pull his own trigger -- and never actually barfed.

He was eventually hit with 4 charges -- misdemeanor DUI, driving on a suspended license, obstructing a police investigation and destroying evidence.

Diaz -- who's supposed to fight Anderson Silva in January -- was eventually released on his own recognizance.

The UFC issued a statement saying they are aware of the situation and are gathering the facts.

Lynn Anderson Mug Shot Shockface! 70s Singer Popped for DUI

Grammy winner Lynn Anderson -- who had a string of hits in the 70s and 80s -- was arrested early Friday morning for DUI after a car accident in Nashville.

According to cops ... Anderson said she'd mixed alcohol and Rx meds before crashing her car.

The 66-year-old singer -- most famous for "(I Never Promised You a) Rose Garden" in 1971 -- has had a couple of previous DUI arrests ... and spent some time at the Betty Ford Center.

She was released on $5,000 bond.

'RuPaul's Drag Race' Winner Security Beat ME Up But I Got Arrested For Assault

The Season 2 winner of "RuPaul's Drag Race" got busted for assault ... but he tells TMZ he's the one who got beat down by a security guard during an autograph session.

James Ross, who goes by Tyra Sanchez, tells TMZ he was signing autographs at the Rainbow-Cactus Company in Virginia Beach a few weeks ago ... when a guy in the crowd started heckling him.

Tyra claims he approached the man to try to calm the situation, but a security guard for the venue suddenly grabbed him, slammed him to the ground, and cuffed him ... though he eventually let him go. He claims he suffered a cut to his head, a sprained shoulder, and bruises.

On Monday, Tyra went to police to file charges against the venue ... only to discover there was a warrant out for HIS arrest. He says he turned himself in, posted bond, and was released.

Tyra says he still plans to take legal action against the guard and the Rainbow-Cactus Company. We haven't heard back from the venue.

'Sons of Guns' Hayden Charged With Another Rape... From 22 Years Ago

Will Hayden's skeletons are running out of the closet ... because another person is coming forward claiming she was forcibly raped 22 years ago at 12-years-old.

The victim -- who is now 34-years-old -- claims she was living with Will at the time because a fire destroyed her home.

According to the law enforcement release ... she claims she and Will smoked marijuana together one night -- and then he allegedly placed his hand over her mouth, laid his entire body on top of her, and raped her.

The woman claims Will told her not to tell anyone ... and she didn't come forward earlier because she didn't know if her family would believe her.

Officials in Baton Rouge have now charged Will with another count of forcible rape ... as he still sits behind bars.

As we previously reported ... Will's oldest daughter Stephanie now claims she too was sexually abused by her father when she was a minor ... and plans on meeting with investigators.

Gucci Mane Scores Huge Legal Win Will Get Out Of Prison A Year Early

Gucci Mane is a happier prisoner today ... after being told he'll be leaving the big house 12 months earlier than expected.

According to court docs ... after initially ruling against Gucci, an Atlanta judge has finally given the rapper the year's worth of credit for time served he's earned since his arrest for gun possession last September.

His 39-month sentence was originally scheduled to begin August 2014 when the judge made his ruling ... but now that sentence will begin at the time of his arrest.

The 34-year-old's been in and out of prison most of his adult life ... with prior stints for hitting a fan with a bottle and pushing a woman out of a moving car. He was even charged with murder in 2005 ... but prosecutors ultimately dropped the case.

He's scheduled to be released in December 2016.

Young Jeezy AK-47 Wasn't His It Belongs to Security Chief

The AK-47 that got Young Jeezy and 5 others thrown in jail doesn't even belong to the rapper -- it's legally registered to the head of security for his tour ... who was in a hospital bed the night police seized the weapon, TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... the assault rifle turned up when cops searched Jeezy's bus on Aug. 24 in Orange County in connection with a fatal concert shooting 2 nights earlier. Police say they arrested all 6 people on the bus because no one claimed ownership.

Sources tell us the gun's owner -- the tour's security chief -- had a good reason for not being there ... the guy got shot in the arm at 1Oak nightclub the night before. We're told he was caught in the crossfire when Suge Knight got shot 6 times ... and TMZ got video of him leaving the club with his wounded arm all wrapped up.

We're told there are serious questions about Jeezy's arrest. According to law enforcement sources the AK-47 wasn't found anywhere near him. It was in a closed case in an area associated with someone other than Jeezy. Meanwhile, he was in an entirely separate cabin of the bus where NO weapons were found.

Official reports related to the arrest indicate the arresting officers were repeatedly told the registered owner of the weapon was the tour security chief, and that he was hospitalized.

Jeezy's been busy on tour since posting bail in the puzzling arrest. Thursday night he was on the 'Tonight Show' ... and even shouted out Joan Rivers.

David Cassidy Pleads Guilty To DWI in NY State

David Cassidy copped a plea in his felony drunk driving case in NY, and got the charge reduced to misdemeanor DWI.

Cassidy was in court Wednesday to enter a guilty plea. Under the terms of the deal he has to complete 50 hours of community service and have an ignition interlock installed on his car. He's already completed an alcohol treatment program, but in November the judge will decide if he needs more ... according to the D.A.

Cassidy was arrested last year after he was stopped by cops in Schodack, NY, and tests showed his blood alcohol level was 0.10 ... way over the legal limit of .08.

"The Partridge Family" star pled no contest to a DUI charge in L.A. back in March -- and has a prior DUI conviction in Florida too.

NY Jets Rookie Accused of Attacking Woman ... Denies Allegation

New details in the arrest of NY Jets rookie Quincy Enunwa ... now, we've learned the alleged victim is a woman ... who claims Quincy got violent in their NJ hotel room.

TMZ Sports obtained official charging documents which show the 22-year-old wide receiver -- currently on the Jets practice squad -- is accused of "grabbing the victim by her ankle and pulling her off a bed causing her to strike and injure both her head and finger."

As we first reported, Enunwa was arrested Sunday evening ... and according to documents obtained by TMZ Sports, Enunwa pled not guilty to the domestic violence charge.

Enunwa was released a short time later ... and the judge ordered him to refrain from "future acts of domestic violence."

Of course, the NFL just announced a new tougher policy when it comes to punishing domestic violence offenders ... after a public backlash over Ray Rice's soft 2 game suspension.
