Forget the Clippers ... Ben Simmons turned PHILLY into Lob City today -- with the help of a stud 12-year-old hooper diagnosed with cerebral palsy.

The 76ers superstar hit the gym Thursday to surprise Tyler Osowski -- who just underwent a major operation in June to help him walk better.

Simmons had heard Tyler was a HUUUGE Sixers fan -- and loves Simmons -- so, he worked with FOX 29's Dawn Timmeney to set up a shootaround.

What ensued was pretty great -- the two bro'd down on the court and Tyler even dished up a pretty sweet alley-oop!

Colin Kaepernick's staying quiet. His girlfriend? Not so much.

Nessa -- the famous radio host -- posted a photo of 2 guys who have made all sorts of news by talking about her boyfriend -- Ravens legend Ray Lewis and Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti.

The pic essentially compares the two to characters from "Django Unchained" -- Samuel L. Jackson's slave-master-loving character and Leonardo DiCaprio's racist master role.

And made sure to @RayLewis.

Clearly, she's not happy with Ray's comments -- in which he advised Colin to keep his mouth shut about his off-the-field activities ... including social activism.

Bisciotti is reportedly resisting an effort to sign Kaepernick -- though the team has disputed those reports.

Still, Nessa ain't happy about it. Guessing Kaep feels the same way.

With Wladimir Klitschko calling it quits, there's another fighter who wants to step up and take on boxing superstar Anthony Joshua -- Stipe Miocic!

Wlad and Joshua had been working on a rematch after that great fight back in April -- but WK announced his retirement early Thursday morning ... so those plans are off.

But Stipe wants to take his place ... and with Conor McGregor fighting Floyd Mayweather, he clearly thinks there's a chance.

"Looks like your schedule is wide open," Stipe told Joshua on social media ... "No excuses, let's dance! #BaddestManOnThePlanet."

Stipe -- the UFC heavyweight champ -- is 6'4" and 240 lbs.

Oscar Pistorius was transported from his prison cell to a hospital in South Africa early Thursday morning after reportedly complaining of chest pain -- but officials now say he's okay.

The disgraced Olympian is serving time at Atteridgeville prison for murdering his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, in 2013.

Prison officials have told the media, "We can state that offender Oscar Pistorius was taken to an outside hospital facility this morning for a medical examination, and is expected back in the facility later today.”

Justin Bieber's hockey skills are getting BETTER -- the pop star hit two penalty shots on the same ice where the Kings train and we gotta say ... the stick work is pretty good.

Bieber was playing a couple of games at the LA Kings Valley Ice Center when he was tapped to take a penalty shot in 2 different games.

He faked out the goalie -- both times -- going to his backhand to put the puck in the back of the net.

LeBron James was "that dad" at his 12-year-old son's youth basketball game this weekend -- talking mess from the sidelines and telling his kid to get in his opponents' ass, "like a bike without a seat."

It all went down at an AAU tournament in Vegas where Bronny's team -- the North Coast Blue Chips -- were taking on the Utah Elite ... and LeBron wasn't happy with the way things were going.

You can hear James say, "Don't care about sportsmanship?" -- but it's unclear why.

He then yells out to the players, "Get in they ass like a bike without a seat."

Toward the end of the game, someone shouts back at LeBron -- and it sounds like the NBA superstar responds by mumbling an n-bomb under his breath.

One person who was there tells us there's no real issue -- "LeBron was cool. No problems."

As for the game, we're told the Blue Chips won handily.

The ENTIRE New York Giants squad turned the locker room into a club on Tuesday -- including Eli Manning ... who proved, without a doubt, to be the goofiest dancer on the team.

Kanye West's touring company is suing Lloyd's of London to get its money back for the shortened Saint Pablo tour, and says the insurer is trying to peddle a marijuana-based excuse for NOT paying.

According to docs, Very Good Touring filed a claim with Lloyd's back in November. You'll recall Kanye pulled the plug on his remaining tour dates after spending 8 days at UCLA Medical Center in late November.

In the docs, Kanye's co. says it had a policy with Lloyd's to cover cancellation or non-appearance fees. However, Lloyd's has yet to fork over a dime and, according to the suit ... suggests it might not ever, because it suspects Kanye's marijuana use caused his breakdown.

Very Good Touring says Lloyd's has no proof to back up its weed theory, and is merely looking for "any ostensible excuse no matter how fanciful" to deny payment on the policy.

VGT is suing Lloyd's for $9.8 million, plus interest.

Jeff Brotman's showing God his membership card now -- Costco's co-founder and chairman died Tuesday.

The Seattle-based company announced his passing, but did not say anything about cause of death. Brotman started Costco Wholesale in 1983 with Jim Sinegal. He first served as chairman of the board, but since 1994 he's been chairman of the company.

The company operates 736 warehouses worldwide -- more than 500 in the U.S. alone -- and is worth about $70 billion.

Allen Iverson is finally back on the grid -- and begging Ice Cube for forgiveness for blowing off a BIG3 basketball game in Dallas this weekend.

The Answer just issued a statement saying, "First and foremost, I apologize to Ice Cube & my BIG3 family, my fans and everyone disappointed by my absence in Dallas this past weekend."

"I have spoken with Ice Cube directly regarding the details of my absence. I will do my best to make up for this moving forward on the Big 3 tour."

The "Cash Me Outside" girl will NOT be going to jail after pleading guilty to multiple charges last month ... 'cause the kid struck a plea deal and got probation instead.

Danielle Bregoli, who's 14, was sentenced to 5 years probation Tuesday in Delray Beach, FL after pleading guilty to 4 charges back in June -- including 2 counts of grand theft, possession of marijuana, and filing a false police report.

Other charges were reportedly dropped as part of her deal.

Danielle's legal trouble predates her appearance on "Dr. Phil" last September -- which she got famous from after dropping her signature catchphrase.

Unclear if she'll be facing charges for a separate incident ... where her pal allegedly chucked ice cream at a lady and set off a series of brawls in downtown Lake Worth, FL.

A judge ruled that Danielle would be allowed to complete her probation in California, where she's now living with her mom.

Huge news for Warren G's football star son Olaijah Griffin ... the 4-star high school recruit has committed to play college ball for the UCLA Bruins!

Griffin -- one of the top cornerback prospects in the nation -- has decided to keep close to home and suit up for the Blue and Gold after getting offers from other powerhouse programs like USC, Michigan, Clemson and Florida State.

The 6-foot, 170-pound senior is expected to play cornerback for the Bruins, but is also a stud receiver for Mission Viejo H.S. in California.

The rap legend appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show last year to talk about his superstar offspring ... and he knew back then that his son was D1 bound.
