Elden Henson -- who plays Matt Murdock's best friend, Foggy Nelson, on the hit Netflix show "Daredevil" -- is heading to Splitsville ... because he's filed for divorce.

Elden -- originally known for his role on "The Mighty Ducks" -- is splitting from his wife of nearly 2 years, Kira Sternbach. They married April 30, 2014 and he lists February 15, 2016 as the separation date. A day after Valentine's Day ... brutal.

In docs, obtained by TMZ, Elden cites irreconcilable differences. They have a 2-year-old son, Dodger, and Elden wants joint custody.

Ben Stiller apparently does what lots of people do when they have relationship trouble ... eat.

In Ben's case, he's eating the best in the world ... what appears to be a delicious Margherita pizza courtesy of a chef in Naples, Italy.

As we told you Friday, Ben and his wife of 17 years have separated. They have 2 kids. They have not filed for divorce, but based on their statement about raising their children in the future ... it seems inevitable.

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor are splitting up.

The longtime couple announced their breakup with a joint statement -- "With tremendous love and respect for each other, and the 18 years we spent together as a couple, we have made the decision to separate."

Ben and Christine got married in May 2000 in Hawaii. They have 2 children -- 11-year-old Quinlin and 15-year-old Ella. The couple met while shooting a 1999 short film called, "Heat Vision and Jack." They went on to shoot several films together including both 'Zoolander' movies, 'Dodgeball,' and "Tropic Thunder."

Stiller and Taylor added, "Our priority will continue to be raising our children as devoted parents and the closest of friends." It doesn't appear either has filed divorce papers yet.

Mariah Carey dropped some knowledge on us about marriage -- when to get into it, and when to get out -- and also dropped a big hint about what's really going on with Nick Cannon these days.

Mimi came off like a real-life therapist Thursday in Bev Hills, where she was on a mystery "mission" ... and the TMZ Celebrity Tour spotted her. When our tour guide/photog asked why she and Nick have been hanging out so much lately ... MC got philosophical.

It's an awesome interaction because Mariah clearly wanted to share her life lessons. She also showed a lot of love to fans as she literally stopped traffic.

"Shahs of Sunset" star Golnesa 'GG' Gharachedaghi is saying deuces to her marriage... she's filing for divorce just 2 months after tying the knot.

GG and hubby Shalom Yeroushalmi have irreconcilable differences. They got married January 25 and she lists March 27 as the date of separation.

Friends were worried GG was rushing to the altar ... clearly they were right.

GG also wants the court to block Shalom from getting spousal support. They have no kids and such a short marriage usually means all involved won't put up a fight.

Ben Higgins is back on the market, and he's already going out with another "Bachelor" hottie ... but it's not what you think.

Ben went to a Bryan Adams concert Saturday night at the Greek Theater in L.A. with none other than "Bachelor" alum Ashley Iaconetti. She was on Chris Soules' season right before Ben's ... famous for her celibacy.

Eyewitnesses tell us Ben and Ashley were definitely there together, and seemed pretty friendly ... sans PDA, though. We're told they were chatting it up, just not exclusively.

Sources close to Ben cleared up the confusion easily ... they're just friends. The 2 "Bachelor" stars are launching a radio podcast together this week, "Almost Famous," and went to the concert with other folks from iHeart Radio. They've also been promoting their new gig ... so it makes sense they'd be hanging out.

As we reported ... Ben and his ex-fiance, Lauren Bushnell, officially called it quits last week.

As for Ben and Ashley ... it's strictly business.

Andy Cohen doesn't have an apathetic bone in his body ... with strong views ranging from Huma Abedin's future to Tom Brady's body parts.

Andy was out and about in Bev Hills Friday -- at Kyle Richard's boutique -- when we asked about the futures of Huma and Anthony Weiner. Let's just say he thinks one could co-star with Kyle if she wanted.

Huma Abedin has finally filed to divorce Anthony Weiner ... and it appears his guilty plea for texting a 15-year-old girl was the last straw.

Huma filed divorce docs in NYC according to sources close to the situation. The news came just hours after Weiner surrendered to the feds and struck a plea deal ... which will most likely have him doing serious prison time.

Hillary Clinton's trusted aide first left Weiner back in August 2016. They separated after he was caught in his second sexting scandal. As she put it then, "After long and painful consideration and work on my marriage, I have made the decision to separate from my husband."

That separation came in the middle of campaign season. The FBI's investigation into emails on Weiner's computer was announced days before voters went to the polls, and possibly impacted the result.

6:08 AM PT -- Steve's attorney Brandon Williams tells TMZ, "Mr. Harvey vehemently denies any allegations set forth in the lawsuit. The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false. We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint."

Steve Harvey has caused his second ex-wife much more than mental anguish ... according to a new lawsuit she's filed he damaged her "soul" and now owes her $60 MILLION.

Mary Harvey and Steve's infamously bitter divorce was finalized back in 2005, but according to docs filed Wednesday ... Mary's still feeling a slew of ill-effects from their battle. She says she's been suicidal and self-medicates to cope with their nasty breakup.

The suit is rambling at times, but Mary's main point is she's emotionally and physically destroyed after losing her son, her businesses, and the joy of Mother's Days. As she puts it, "All was loss Mary L. Harvey was dead."

She's suing Steve for child endangerment, torture, conspiracy against rights, kidnapping, murder, breach of contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Elle King's husband was arrested after they had a violent altercation about a month ago -- when we had no idea they were married -- but she chose to let him off the hook, criminally.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the incident went down April 23 at Elle and Andrew Ferguson's L.A. home. We're told they were arguing when Ferguson grabbed her by the throat with both hands, tossed her on a bed ... and said, "I'm gonna f***ing kill you."

We're told cops found scratches on Elle's neck and marks on her arm. Ferguson was arrested and booked for felony domestic violence. We're told his side of the story was that he threw Elle to stop her from hitting her head on a wall.

Elle later told cops things just got out of hand while they were partying, and she did not wish to press charges. The D.A. ultimately declined to move forward with the case ... however, the arrest adds context to the singer's surprise breakup announcement.

Elle posted a pic Monday, revealing they'd secretly married back in March 2016, and were going to have a big ceremony on April 15, 2017. Elle admitted skipping that to go to a Eagles of Death Metal concert instead. It's unclear if the fight, 8 days later, was related.

We've reached out to Elle, but no word back.

'Bachelor' stars Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell are donzo ... the couple just announced they've split.

The announcement came Monday but the writing was seemingly on the wall before the proposal ever went down. Ben proposed to Lauren in season 20 of 'Bachelor' but the relationship didn't come without some pretty major hiccups. First, he told Lauren AND JoJo Fletcher he loved them both before ultimately picking Lauren.

Also ... Ben, 29, and Lauren, 27, called off their wedding back in November as they tried to navigate the relationship off-camera.

They told PEOPLE -- which first reported the breakup -- that it's "with heavy hearts we announce our decision to go our separate ways. We feel fortunate for the time we had together, and will remain friends with much love and respect for one another."

Carmelo and La La Anthony put their breakup on the back burner to spend a chunk of Mother's Day together with their son.

We got the exes heading into Neta, a sushi joint in the Village, and there's nothing about the video that screams separated or bitter. Quite the contrary, both 'Melo and La La were straight-faced, but walked in together -- he even held the door for her -- as they entered with 10-year-old Kiyan.

As for where Carmelo will be next Mother's Day? Well, if he's closer to a decision on his NBA future, he wasn't letting on to our camera guy.

Afterward, the modern fam also scooped up some fro-yo. As we've reported ... both are committed to co-parenting Kiyan through the split. Neither has filed divorce docs yet, but our sources say that's a certainty.

Still, shout-out to civilized breakups ... everyone's doing it.

Kourtney Kardashian's hammering the final nail in her relationship with Scott Disick -- and the only thing up in the air is how he handles the news.

Our Kourtney source tells us she's done treating Scott like a baby and worrying how he'll react to her every move. We're told she's telling friends -- she cares for and respects the father of her children, but romantically ... it's just over.

We're told Scott's jealousy is the reason she wouldn't post anything on social media about who she's dating. She's aware it's triggered him into drinking and partying binges before.

But she and Younes Bendjima were recently photographed in Bev Hills -- and she believes Scott's friends see her out, and report back to him. As we reported, Scott's off the wagon and friends say he needs rehab. As for him partying with blondies ... we're told it's a front.

Our Kourt sources say she's determined to live life on her terms, and Scott will just have to get onboard.

Joanna Krupa has a way of making politics very titillating ... and it involves wearing a see-through dress. Without a bra.

The newly single, ex-'Real Housewife' was leaving Craig's Wednesday in WeHo -- and while she waited for her ride, she got to talking Trump and how politics break up couples.

We'd like to say this is an interesting convo because Joanna just separated from her husband -- but we'll be honest ... she's damn near naked.

Reconciliation is looking less and less likely for Jesse Williams ... who was out in NYC this week sans wedding ring amid the divorce from his wife Aryn.

As we previously reported, the "Grey's Anatomy" star and his wife separated months ago -- and Jesse is no longer staying in the family home.

Jesse was spotted out with his brother and mother -- and seemed to be in good spirits during a Saturday lunch date.

"Revenge of the Nerds" star Robert Carradine confessed to deliberately driving into a semi-truck, intent on killing himself and his wife -- that's her bombshell claim in new legal docs.

Robert's estranged wife, Edith Carradine, says 4 months after the harrowing March 2015 crash on a Colorado highway, she confronted Robert about the accident. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she says Robert "confessed to me and our two children that he deliberately drove into the truck to kill us both."

She added Robert's an "experienced professional race car driver" who was wide awake ... so when he suddenly veered across the highway and into the full sized semi-truck, he did so on purpose."

Edith says the crash was the result of Robert's depression, which he's been suffering since his brother, David's death in 2009. She wants possession of Robert's 17 guns, fearing he'll hurt himself.

Her other beef is money. In the docs, Edith says she's broke, has no job and owes more than $14k in attorney fees. She wants his guitars, some of which he claims she's already taken, because they're worth several thousand dollars.
