Melanie Griffith may have filed the divorce papers, but the symbol of marriage to Antonio Banderas is still firmly in place.

The "Working Girl" star left a hair salon in Beverly Hills on Monday, sporting what looks like a wedding band on her left ring finger.

As TMZ first reported, Griffith pulled the plug on her marriage to Antonio after 18 years. Griffith wants spousal support. She's also asking for custody of their minor child ... who turns 18 in September.

'Teen Mom 2' star Jenelle Evans is officially back on the market -- because her divorce was just finalized from estranged hubby Courtland Rogers.

A Brunswick County clerk confirms Jenelle showed up this morning in North Carolina to make it official -- she got her old name back too.

Although most people thought the relationship would last forever ... Evans and Rogers had a rough go of it -- last year they were both arrested on drug charges and domestic violence.

Jenelle was famously in what has become an epic fight with one of her homegirls. The video never gets old.

Comedian Aries Spears' ex-wife is walking away from their 2-year marriage with some high-priced parting gifts that could cost him over $400K right off the bat ... TMZ has learned.

Spears' divorce from Elisa Larregui was finalized May 23 and according to court docs obtained by TMZ ... he's obligated to buy her a home "OF [HER] CHOOSING" in Florida -- with the very specific price range of $300K to $375K.

The ex "MadtV" star also has to buy Elisa a 2014 Cadillac Escalade ... and again the devil's in the details. According to the docs, the whip MUST have a backseat entertainment center and a sticker price of $60-$75K.

Elisa -- who already has full legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son, Jordan -- also gets $5,000 per month in child support.

Casper Smart is keeping some fabulous parting gifts in the wake of his breakup with Jennifer Lopez ... but he's not getting any cash ... he's now strictly on his own.

Sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ ... Casper gets to keep 2 motorcycles, a jeep and a Dodge Ram truck.

Pretty sweet so far, but that's where it ends. Casper's days tooling around L.A. in that white Bentley are over. Ditto flying private jets, the fancy Hamptons mansion and the Hidden Hills estate.

The toughest change for Casper -- he won't be sitting front row during Paris Fashion Week with Kanye.

And there's this. Our sources say Jennifer won't be doling out any money for Casper to land on his feet, but we're told that's the way he wants it. As it was put to us, "He's too much of a man" and hasn't asked for anything.

London's wild seven-day stretch began a week ago Friday, when he finalized his divorce from wife Melissa Cunningham.

London was arrested in 2012 for alleged domestic violence ... he agreed to take anger management classes and in return the charges were dismissed.

Fast forward to Tuesday, when London married his girlfriend, Juliet Reeves. That would have been the highlight of his week ... if she didn't give birth to their son Wyatt just two days later.

Lisa Loring -- the original Wednesday Addams from "The Addams Family" TV show -- has decided her marriage cannot be resurrected from the dead ... and has decided to file for divorce. Snap, snap.

Loring and hubby Graham Ritch were married back in 2003 and separated all the way back in 2008 -- according to docs filed in L.A. this week, and obtained by TMZ. Snap, snap.

For some mysterious and spooky reason, she's only now getting around to filing for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. Loring, who's now 56, is asking the court to terminate her ex's right to ask for spousal support.

Justin Bieber is at the center of the break-up of deejay Calvin Harris and Rita Ora ... and let's just say it wasn't because Justin was into Calvin.

Our sources say ... word got back to Calvin, Justin and Rita got "touchy feely" with each other while they were in the recording studio together over the last few months. Calivn heard they were very affectionate -- she would sit on his lap, he would rub her back, etc.

Justin was down in Mexico for the last few days ... and not coincidentally RIta was there as well.

For Calvin's' part ... he was out in Hollywood earlier this week with a slew of women ... and when we asked him about Rita hanging out with Bieber, he gave a very telling response.

Sources close to Harris and Rita tell TMZ ... he's already had her things removed from his L.A. house. We're also told he produced a few songs for her, but now he won't allow their release.

Vivid Entertainment honcho Steve Hirsch sent a letter to Casper ... asking him to play the lead love interest in an XXX film featuring the transsexual with whom he was rumored to have an online fling.

Hirsch says Sofie Vissa is locked and loaded for a film called, "Sofie on the DownLo" ... and Hirsch wants Casper to get it on with Vissa in the company's first-ever transsexual sex tape.

We're told Casper is being offered around $200,000 -- with big back end potential and the possibility of a sequel, "Casper, the Friendly Host."

Casper has not acknowledged any sort of relationship with Sofie.

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have called it quits after nearly 2 1/2 years ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the former couple tell us ... they actually split nearly 2 months ago, but kept it on the down low. We're told the breakup was civil. They're still friendly but simply grew apart.

We're told the breakup had nothing to do with recent stories of Casper's sexual escapades. One source put it this way: "Casper has been a single guy and can text or see whoever he wants, but the idea that he was knowingly texting a transsexual is laughable." The source added, "He's not that guy, but like a lot of single guys online he obviously likes to look at a 'lil T and A."

Casper is in the process of moving out right now. We're told there was no rush because JLo's been on the road promoting her 10th album, AKA.

We're told Casper will be pursuing acting, which is why he took show directing and choreography off his Instagram.

John Mayer has returned to form! It's just like 5 years ago, when he was the funniest celeb in the TMZ universe.

We got John at Madeo Monday night, and he was hilarious. A photog brings up the buzz that his ex GF Katy Perry was writing a song about him, and John was cool with the prospect. Hell, he's already been through it with Taylor Swift.

We also asked John about what our photog called "scientific proof" that songs with his name in it shoot to #1.

Katharine McPhee insists she's no cheating skank -- claiming she was SEPARATED from her husband last year when she publicly made out with another man.

TMZ has obtained McPhee's divorce docs -- she lists her date of separation from husband Nicholas Cokas as March 15, 2013 ... more than 7 months before she openly locked lips with married "Smash" director Michael Morris.

As we reported, McPhee filed for divorce from Cokas last week. She cites irreconcilable differences in the docs.

Also interesting ... according to the docs, McPhee wants to keep all the money she made post-separation ... which might explain why she picked such an early separation date.

McPhee and Cokas briefly attempted a reconciliation in March ... but that just didn't work out.

Somebody should tell "Two and a Half Men" star Melanie Lynskey Hollywood divorces are typically mean, ugly and humiliating ... search Sherri Shepherd, Master P, Kevin Hart, et al.

Lynskey and "Always Sunny in Philadelphia" star Jimmi Simpson just finalized their divorce ... and it's the nicest set of divorce docs we've ever read.

Neither one hired a lawyer. They worked everything out themselves -- with a little bit of help from a mediator.

Neither wants spousal support. As for splitting assets ... they've actually included a line promising not to take "unfair advantage" of each other.

The couple filed for divorce in 2012 -- citing irreconcilable differences.

If Mel Gibson ever has to fill out an employment application ... he can honestly say he has not been convicted of a violent crime ... because his battery conviction in the Oksana Grigorieva case has been expunged.

A judge has officially removed the conviction from Mel's record ... after he successfully completed his 3 years probation.

TMZ broke the story ... the paperwork had been filed to erase the conviction for hitting Oksana in the mouth and knocking out 2 veneers.

Mel has done his 16 hours of community service and 52 weeks of counseling.

Shelly Sterling says she will file for divorce from Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling "eventually" ... telling Barbara Walters she has signed papers before ... just never filed them.

In an interview scheduled to air later on Sunday, Sterling says she has not followed through with the divorce yet on the advice of her financial advisors.

Poor Canada -- The-Dream's ex-girlfriend would rather see him rot in jail than return to Canuckistan ... and that's exactly why the producer believes she has falsely accused him of strangling her.

Dream is telling friends, the reason he was charged Wednesday with felony assault and strangulation is all because Lydia Nam was about to be kicked out of the U.S.

Here's the deal. Her visa is set to expire shortly. Dream says she found out there's a special visa that allows immigrants to remain in the country if they're crime victims and they're needed in the prosecution of the perpetrator.

So, Dream says, that's why she FALSELY accused him of punching, kicking and strangling her while she was pregnant with their son.

For Nam's part, sources close to her tell us, Dream didn't just attack her once ... he had a history of physically abusing her. She admits she waited 7 months after the strangling incident to file a police report, but she says the reason for the delay is simple -- she was terrified of him.

Hilary Duff might have just made a $6,000 per month mistake -- she recently signed a lease for a fancy bachelorette pad ... but now she might be getting back together with her estranged husband Mike Comrie.

Real estate sources tell TMZ, Duff signed the lease for the 1,500 sq. ft. 2-bedroom house a couple months ago -- soon after she and the ex-NHL star announced they were separating -- but you may have noticed ... the "separated" couple hasn't been so "separated" recently.

Hilary and Mike have been hanging out a LOT -- Hilary even addressed the ambiguous situation, saying, "We love each other so much, and we love spending time together ... We don't know what our future looks like right now."

So it's unclear if Hilary plans to live in her new house ... or if she plans to let it sit Hilary-less, while she continues to live with Mike in their $3.9 million Beverly Hills mansion.
