Actor Scott Grimes may get laughs on "The Orville," but there's nothing comedic about his wife's new project -- she's filing for divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Megan Grimes filed legal divorce docs Friday after 5 years and 10 months of marriage. She's requesting spousal support and lists the date of separation as Oct. 27 ... the same day she filed.

Scott's also the voice of Steve Smith on FOX's "American Dad" ... and he was also on "Party of Five" as well as the HBO series, "Band of Brothers."

The couple has no children together -- but Scott has 2 from a previous marriage.

Jeremy Meeks is an absentee father whose success as the so-called "Hot Felon" went straight to his head ... so claims his estranged wife.

Melissa Meeks filed docs demanding child and spousal support, as well as sole legal and physical custody ... claiming Jeremy sees their 7-year-old son "maybe 2 days a month."

In docs obtained by TMZ, Melissa says Jeremy "basically lives as a playboy with a rich girlfriend" ... TopShop heir Chloe Green. Melissa claims he drives a $150k car and has lots of jewelry now.

She doesn't list how much she wants in support because "I am not yet sure of his income, but I am sure it is more than mine."

She says Jeremy's "success went to his head and he left us." As we reported ... he filed docs back in July to separate from Melissa after 8 years. He filed for divorce in October.

Mary J. Blige and her estranged husband, Martin Isaacs, are DEEP in debt, but she's willing to let him off the hook for the low, low price of $6 million.

Mary says, in new docs, their community estate is worth negative $11,622,614 ... most of which is money owed to the IRS. Mary's proposing a solution, which is for Martin to pay her $5,990,357. She says that would make good on his half of the debt.

According to the docs, Mary also maintains she shouldn't have to pay Martin spousal support. As she puts it ... she's bearing the burden of their debt, while he is totally unwilling to do anything to support himself.

Tamar Braxton won't have to go through her divorce alone ... 'cause the cavalry has arrived.

We got the Braxton sisters, sans Toni, at LAX and it's clear they've got Tamar's back. In fact, it's no coincidence they arrived days after she filed to divorce Vincent Herbert.

The Braxton ladies hinted this is sort of a family tradition.

Towanda told us they all have experience, unfortunately, in dealing with this kinda thing -- so they're prepared to get Tamar through the tough times.

The real-life hockey player played by Josh Hartnett in the new movie "6 Below" has been hit with a restraining order by his wife after allegedly abusing her for years ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Eric LaMarque was an Olympic and pro hockey player -- who became famous for surviving alone in the wilderness during a massive winter storm. He was rescued but both of his feet were amputated as a result of his injuries. He wrote a book about the experience, called "Crystal Clear," which was later made into a movie.

But behind the scenes, LaMarque's life has been a mess -- his wife, Hope, claims he got violent during an argument on Oct. 13 ... the same day his movie was officially released.

Eric's wife claims he got so angry, he followed her to the car -- then punched the windows and pulled the mirrors. She claims it's not the first time he went nuclear -- she's called the police on Eric at least 11 times over the years for alleged domestic violence.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports, the judge granted a temporary restraining order against Eric. Hope has also filed for divorce.

We reached out to Eric who denies the Oct. 13 allegations -- but admits he had anger issues in the years after the mountain incident. Eric says he loves his wife and hopes he can work things out with her.

Tamar Braxton was depressed for months after she was fired from "The Real" ... and it wreaked havoc on her marriage that ultimately failed.

Sources close to Tamar tell TMZ ... the singer's marriage to estranged hubby Vince Herbert suffered an irreparable fracture after going through a time of depression stemming from her firing in May.

While they're no strangers to a roller coaster of a relationship, we're told losing the gig created bigger issues because it compounded an already teetering relationship. And one of the first steps to get back on track -- moving out 3 months ago, even though they acted like a couple just 2 weeks ago.

Our sources say Tamar and Vince put on an act in NYC as an engaging couple simply to promote their show. At this point, we're told Tamar had already moved in to a baller high-rise.

Her 2-bedroom luxury condo in Bev Hills goes for around $15k a month. Some of the building's amenities include an indoor 75-foot lap pool, an outdoor pool as well, 5 gyms, a spa, a restaurant with free bar, a screening room ... seriously, there are more amenities than any building in America.

Tamar Braxton isn't into sharing when it comes to custody of her son ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Tamar filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert, citing irreconcilable differences. We now have the divorce docs, in which she wants full physical custody of 4-year-old Logan.

It sounds like there's no love lost here. Tamar also wants the judge to turn thumbs-down if Vincent asks for spousal support.

As for assets, Tamar lists one big-ticket item ... their house in Kardashianland ... aka Calabasas. She acknowledges the house is community property. There is no evidence of a prenup.

9:02 AM -- Tamar's rep tells TMZ the singer made an "extremely difficult decision" in filing for divorce. The rep adds, "Collectively, their son Logan and his well being during this very unfortunate process is most important.

Tamar filed divorce docs Tuesday in L.A. County. She and Vincent have been married for nearly 9 years -- they're one month shy of their anniversary. Tamar and the record exec have one child together -- their 4-year-old son, Logan Vincent.

It's the end of a long relationship -- Tamar and Vincent started dating in 2003. Her sister, Toni Braxton, had been working with him and introduced them.

The couple had a domestic dispute in August, 2016 in an Atlanta hotel. Police were called after he allegedly bit her hand during the argument.

Although they stayed together after that ... sources connected to the couple tell us it's been a rollercoaster relationship, and Tamar recently moved out of the family home.

Mel B coldly boxed up and tossed out her estranged husband's stuff ... according to Stephen Belafonte, who's not taking it well.

Stephen says Mel packed up 10 boxes of his belongings, which he picked up on Oct. 4 -- but he was shocked at what was NOT in the boxes. He says he was expecting to see his personal baby pics, clothes, shoes and paperwork.

Instead, he says all he got were Mel's old clothes, some crappy used towels and his step daughter Angel's clothes. Stephen thinks Mel trashed his stuff in retaliation. He's filed docs asking the judge to let him go on a search and recover mission.

Remember, Mel has a restraining order against Stephen -- but he's requesting a 2-3 hour reprieve, so he can go into the house and get his stuff.

Ewan McGregor reportedly split from his wife, Eve Mavrakis, as early as 5 months ago ... which became clear after he was seen sucking face with his TV co-star.

Ewan and Eve quietly separated back in May of this year, according to People ... but the news wouldn't have come out if it wasn't for pics taken of him kissing his "Fargo" co-star, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, at a London cafe over the weekend.

Ewan and Mary Elizabeth play love interests on the show ... looks like they took the romance off-camera too.

Kevin Dillon's not going to fork over a dime to his estranged wife to send their daughter to private school, especially since he thinks public school is perfectly fine ... according to new legal docs.

The "Entourage" star says he can't afford to pay his ex, Jane Stuart, any more money for tuition for their daughter Ava -- who's heading into 6th grade -- because he's already paying child and spousal support and living off his savings.

The problem -- Jane believes Ava should attend a private school in Calabasas, where she's gone her whole life, but Kevin thinks a public school in Malibu with a "gold medal" ranking by U.S. News and World Report is more than sufficient ... not to mention more cost-effective.

It's not exactly a dream ad for Jack in the Box ... Ralphie May chowed down on Jalapeno Poppers and a Chicken Sandwich at 1 AM Friday, and 12 hours later he was dead.

We now know Ralphie's last hours. After performing at Harrah's Thursday night, he and a few other comedians went to Jack in the Box, got take out and went to the private residence where Ralphie was staying with a fellow comedian.

Ralphie took his bag of food into his room at around 1 AM, shut the door and that's the last time anyone saw him alive.

He had a habit of sleeping until noon, so no one thought of checking on him, until Ralphie's assistant showed up just after 12 PM and opened his bedroom door. The assistant found Ralphie unconscious on the floor. We're told it appears he was sitting on the side of the bed when the heart attack struck and he fell over. Paramedics came but said there was nothing they could do. He was dead.

We're told there were no drugs found. In fact, Ralphie famously carried a vape pen, but it had been a long stretch since he used it. One source who was with him nightly says although Ralphie had been battling pneumonia for 6 weeks, he was "80 to 90% better" the night before he died.

We're also told he was in good spirits, although there was one serious source of conflict ... his divorce and his estranged wife. Ralphie felt his wife would not let go of their marriage and was trying to punish him, using their 2 kids as a weapon.

People in Ralphie's life are extremely upset, because his estranged wife now has complete control of his estate since the divorce was not final. We're told she had closed off many of the people who were close to Ralphie and worked with him.

The ink in Jhene Aiko's divorce docs has barely dried, and ditto for the ink used to tattoo Big Sean's face on her arm!!!

Yes, the singer is rocking a new tat of her new bf ... just days after officially becoming a single woman again. Downtown L.A. tattoo artist Miryam Lumpini -- aka The Witchdoctor -- showed off her handiwork.

You'll recall Sean and Jhene got steamy at a show in June 2016 -- practically cementing rumors she was done with hubby, Dot Da Genius. She filed for divorce a couple months later, and it was finalized just last week.

11:15 AM PT -- As part of their agreement, Bohan will move out of the family home ... but Audrina's shelling out $35,000 in moving costs.

Audrina Patridge has struck a deal -- for now -- with Corey Bohan ..... in terms of how they will be interacting between themselves and with their 1-year-old daughter.

The estranged couple was in an Orange County courthouse Friday ... and they announced they settled their beef that caused Audrina to run to court last month and get a temporary restraining order that prohibited Corey from contacting her or her parents.

We broke the story ... Audrina filed for divorce and got a restraining order against Corey, claiming he harassed and shoved her while she was holding Kirra. The D.A.'s office chose not to prosecute Bohan for domestic battery.

The so-called Hot Felon had filed separation docs back in July, breaking things off from Melissa Meeks ...who he'd been with for 8 years.

The separation came a few weeks after he was spotted making out with TopShop heir Chloe Green. He and Chloe have been inseparable ever since ... and clearly it's going well enough he's ready to pull the plug permanently.

He's requesting joint legal and physical custody of their 7-year-old son, Jeremy Jr.
