Waka Flocka DJ Vows Apology for N-Word Rant But ONLY If ...

Published | Updated

Waka Flocka is NOT a proud black man, according to the St. Louis area DJ who's unleashed multiple n-word laced attacks on the rapper ... but insists he's no racist.

Bob Romanik told us he's willing to stop calling Waka a "greasy n*****" if Waka makes a big change in his lyrics. He also claims his liberal use of the n-word doesn't make him a racist.

He offers an explanation, just not necessarily a good one.

We broke the story ... Waka is pissed the DJ is still on the air after using hate speech. Romanik claims Waka's guilty of doing the same thing, and says the FCC has yet to contact him.

As for Waka telling us he wants a face-to-face meeting to take matters into his own hands -- Romanik says he's down for that.

THAT'S HOW I BEAT BIEBER

Aaron Carter's now a threat to Justin Bieber ... so says Aaron Carter.

Aaron's adamant he not only laid the groundwork for teenage Biebs to become a superstar, but hints his new music should have Justin and his manager, Scooter Braun, feeling petrified.

Aaron opened up about the beef on Matt Weiss and Theo Von's "Allegedly" podcast -- and said it goes back to 2015 when Justin's attorney said he helped Bieber avoid Aaron-esque career mistakes.

AC's throwing some major jabs here ... not all of 'em make a lot of sense, but he claims stats back him up. We checked and his numbers are little off -- Justin has a slight sales edge -- but Aaron's got him beat in smack talk.

The podcast will be released on iTunes Tuesday.

ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS

Waka Flocka Flame wants to make one thing clear ... Gucci Mane did not launch his career and Gucci's disrespecting Waka's mom.

Waka talked to us Friday, days after he dropped the Gucci diss track, "Was My Dawg," where he clearly accused Guwop of stealing credit.

Waka says his mom, Debra Antney -- a huge music manager who once repped Gucci, Nicki Minaj, French Montana, OJ da Juiceman and many others -- is getting the short end of the stick.

Meryl Streep Hits Trump Again 'Most Over-Berated Actress'

Published | Updated

Meryl Streep took another shot at Donald Trump in a new speech defending LGBT rights ... and added a new title to her "over-rated" stature.

Meryl delivered the anti-Trump remarks Saturday night in NYC at a gala for the Human Rights Campaign while receiving their National Ally for Equality Award.

You'll recall ... she also dissed Trump during her acceptance speech at the Golden Globes in January, after which Trump called her "the most over-rated actresses in Hollywood" and a "Hillary flunky."

Seems like Meryl's restarting the fire. Your move, Mr. President.

Waka Flocka Shut Down DJ Who Called Me 'N****r' Or I'll Go See Him in Studio!

Published | Updated

Waka Flocka is ready to take matters into his own hands if the St. Louis radio personality who called him a "greasy n****r" on the air doesn't lose his job.

Waka dropped a blistering rant when we asked him about Bob Romanik -- or as he calls him, that "disgrace to white America." Romanik fired the first shot last month ... when he repeatedly called Waka the n-word.

Romanik, who works for KQQZ 1190 AM, was blasting Waka for wiping his ass with a Trump jersey during a concert. He has yet to be suspended or fined for the comments. Waka tells us he can't believe it's cool for Romanik to use that kind of language without any consequences -- but told us he has his own plan to deal with that "white cracker."

THE EXTREMELY RACIST RANT

As for the whole Trump jersey incident -- Waka says it was taken out of context. Not that he's a fan of the prez.

'Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood' If You Fight ... You'll Be Fined!!!

Published | Updated

"Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood" is laying down new ground rules for its upcoming season -- cast members who brawl will pay the price ... from their paychecks.

The show's added a no-fighting clause to its contracts, so when the Hollywood ladies and gents sign their paperwork they're agreeing not to throw down ... according to docs obtained by TMZ.

We're told producers are sick of all the fighting -- which result in production delays -- and less severe penalties haven't done the trick.

According to the docs ... there's no set fine amount for fighting -- it's at the discretion of producers and based on the severity of the fight. Suspension and termination are also on the table.

Charles Oakley's Rep Slams James Dolan 'Oak's Not a Monster!'

Published | Updated

Charles Oakley's camp is coming out strong after James Dolan said the Knicks legend is temporarily banned from Madison Square Garden ... with Oak's rep calling Dolan "outrageous and unprofessional."

We spoke with Oak's longtime friend and spokesperson, Akhtar Farzaie, who tells us Dolan is unfairly making Charles out to be violent alcoholic in the media.

"Extremely outrageous and unprofessional of James Dolan to create a narrative of Charles Oakley in an attempt to make Charles seem like a monster."

"Very insulting and disrespectful to those that know him closely as a friend as well as his former teammates, more importantly to the loyal Knicks fans and the city of New York."

Ex-Knicks Player Selling 'I'm With Oakley' Shirt

Ex-NY Knicks player Chris Smith -- the younger brother of J.R. Smith -- has taken Charles Oakley's side in the NBA legend's war with the team ... releasing an "I'm With Oakley" shirt.

Chris is a co-owner of New Generation Management (along with Daniel Hazan) -- the same company that did the famous J.R. Smith tattoo shirt.

By the way, we also spoke with Fresh Brewed Tees -- the website selling the shirt -- and they told us Oakley is getting paid in the deal ... a flat rate. Unclear how much he's actually making.

Kim Zolciak & NeNe Rival Housewives Throw Shade ... We Don't Need More 'Stars'

Published | Updated

NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak won't get a warm welcome from their fellow 'RHOA' cast members, who think the former dynamic duo is too messy and too expensive.

Sources close to 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' tell us the women are saying there's no need to bring back NeNe and Kim because all they bring is over-the-top drama just to get camera time. As one source put it, there's "no substance."

We're told there's also a financial concern -- that Kim and NeNe's bloated salaries might chew up the budget, resulting in lower raises for the current cast.

Our sources say certain housewives called production Thursday to complain about the infamous frenemies returning. We're told some of the current housewives feel dissed after working hard to keep ratings up -- which they have, and now producers want to "add bulls***."

Ironically, it sounds like all this dissent would create real drama ... with substance.

However, Sheree Whitfield told us Thursday ... she'd welcome them with open arms. You buyin' it?

Kim Zolciak & NeNe Wanted Badly By 'RHOA' for Season 10

Published | Updated

'Real Housewives' producers are ready to Make Atlanta Great Again, which means bringing back NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak ... and the infamous frenemies just might be up for it.

Sources close to the show tell us execs want the milestone 10th season to be HUGE, and since fans have been clamoring to see NeNe and Kim reunited ... they're trying to make it happen. Previous attempts to get them for a spin-off failed ... due to scheduling conflicts, but we're told that won't be an issue this time around.

We're told producers put out feelers already and there's definite interest on the part of both women. No formal offer's been made yet, but the fact Kim is doing a cameo at the end of season 9 is a good sign a deal is close.

We can see it already ... "Welcome back, Wig!"

Robin Thicke Shut Down in Court Over Visitation with Son Julian

Published | Updated

Robin Thicke's lawyers went to court Wednesday to continue his battle over child custody, and got shut down by the judge.

Robin is currently limited to 3 visits a week with 6-year-old Julian ... Thursday, Friday and Saturday for a few hours each day, and only with a court-appointed monitor present.

Robin, we're told, was upset because he didn't get to visit with Julian last Friday, because the monitor pulled the plug after determining Julian didn't want the visit. The monitor also cut short Robin's visit on Saturday, when he took his son to Kids World.

Robin's lawyers asked the judge to allow him his visits without a court-appointed monitor. The judge rejected that request. Robin then asked that the court appoint a different monitor who could be more impartial, but the judge said no. And then Robin asked the judge to prohibit the monitor from changing or canceling the scheduled visits. Again, the judge gave the thumbs down.

Robin is currently prohibited from having contact with ex-wife Paula Patton or her mother, and aside from the scheduled weekly visits he can't have contact with Julian. The judge issued the restraining order last week after Paula made claims Robin was physically abusive to her and the child ... Robin has denied the allegations.

Jay Z Squashed Jim Jones Beef Mob Style ... Music Collabo Next?

Published | Updated

Jim Jones and Jay Z may have called a truce in their 13 year war -- now that Jim's signed with Roc Nation -- but they still haven't met face-to-face.

We talked to Jim Wednesday about how he and Jay were able to settle their differences ... especially after talking so much smack on each other for so long. His answer was mature and brutally honest because he admits he's only been dealing with the Don's capos up to now.

But he also says there's a good chance the ex-rivals will come together soon where it really counts -- in the studio. If you know how nasty this beef has been, Jim's reaction here is almost unbelievable.

For now though, he's clearly happy with his decision.

FYI, Shaq has been a sworn reserve police officer with real law enforcement agencies in several states including California, Florida and Arizona. He even did some work with the Dept. of Justice.

So, with TB12's jersey still M.I.A. ... we asked Officer O'Neal (who was leaving the Oreo Dunk Challenge) if he had a hunch on who may have jacked the piece of Super Bowl history.

There's more ... Shaq also sets the record straight on his beef with his "Inside the NBA" co-star, Charles Barkley, and how things went down off camera following their heated exchange last week.

Justin Timberlake 'NSYNC Split is Personal Now ... 'I Cared About The Music'

Published | Updated

Justin Timberlake is taking a very personal jab at his former pals in 'NSYNC ... claiming he just cared more about the band's musical image than they did.

Justin says he left the group partially because it was just getting too big ... but also because of some serious creative differences. As he puts it, "I was growing out of it. I felt like I cared more about the music than some of the other people in the group."

In his interview with The Hollywood Reporter he didn't single out Joey, Lance, Chris or JC ... but it's clear he thinks at least one of them just wasn't doing his part.

Well, so much for a 20-year reunion tour.
