President Trump broke his silence on James Comey's testimony ... declaring victory over his former FBI Director, and dismissing him as a "leaker."

Fair to say, the Prez was NOT impressed with what he saw and heard during Comey's Senate Intel Committee hearing. Early Friday, Trump said, "Despite so many false statements and lies, total and complete vindication...and WOW, Comey is a leaker!"

POTUS' Twitter fingers were silent during Comey's highly anticipated testimony, making the event kind of a let down. Trump's now revealing his takeaway -- Comey had nothing on him when it comes to Russia ... and Comey admitted leaking info about their meetings.

Obviously, there was much more said -- such as Comey testifying he couldn't trust the President wouldn't lie -- something many took as a blow to 45's character.

Still, Trump's perspective on the event is clear: I win.

Daniel Cormier says the "Happiest Place on Earth" could be hell for Jon Jones -- telling TMZ Sports if JJ crashes his Disneyland date, he'll fight him right on the damn Matterhorn.

DC says he's already got his victory celebration planned after he beats Jones at UFC 214 in July -- and it's a family fun day at the Magic Kingdom.

And if Jones tries to spoil the fun, Cormier says he'll go all Jack Sparrow on his ass.

Bill Maher has history with the n-word, but doesn't understand the history behind the word ... according to Anne-Marie Johnson.

The actress tells us she wasn't surprised when Maher got blasted for saying the n-word on 'Real Time' ... because she was front and center when he did the same thing 16 years ago.

Johnson says the problem is Maher's not getting the message from black people that the word causes pain ... and she doesn't think he ever will. The difference this time is he got called out for it.

It's interesting -- Anne-Marie doesn't think Bill's racist ... just stubborn. And she doesn't seem too hopeful he'll change.

Maher's said he regretted using the word last week, but back in 2001 he got into a heated exchange with Anne-Marie on "Politically Incorrect" -- and it included multiple n-bombs.

Luke Rockhold says he wants to settle things with Michael Bisping once and for all -- telling TMZ Sports he's 100% down for a 3rd fight with the UFC star ... when Bisping's healthy enough to go.

Rockhold hasn't fought since June 2016 -- when he lost to Bisping in their rematch, evening their rivalry at 1-1.

So, when we spotted Rockhold out in Bev Hills on Wednesday we asked WHEN he's getting back in the Octagon and who he wants to fight next.

What's interesting ... Luke says he's down to fight at UFC 213 in July if anything happens to Yoel Romero or Robert Whittaker.

First Bill Maher, now another white comic is dropping the n-bomb -- this time, it's Jay Mohr who used the word twice in a Twitter rant about rapper Boosie Badazz.

Mohr was reacting to an interview Boosie did describing how he witnessed fellow prison inmates engaging in anal sex. Boosie made several homophobic comments during the interview.

Jay tweeted about the interview -- pointing out Boosie's gratuitous use of the n-word.

"LIL Boosie says N**ga 19 times but twitter accusing him of Being homophobic," Jay wrote.

Mohr then weighed in on a separate Twitter conversation -- in which one commenter called another commenter "corny."

Jay wrote, "This n**ga just got called corny."

For the record, Jay has been using the n-word in his stand-up routine for years -- and has never really taken heat for it.

But now, with the backlash against Bill Maher -- and the fact he's dating Lakers owner Jeanie Buss -- is it the best idea to be using the n-word so cavalierly??

Jay's not backing down.

Noel Gallagher apparently wanted to show the people the terrorists didn't win, because he bravely vacationed in Italy with his wife.

You'll recall ... Noel was MIA at Ariana Grande's One Love Manchester concert ... much to the dismay of his brother.

Liam Gallagher blasted his brother Monday for skipping out on the Sunday's benefit concert ... saying "Manchester id like to apologise for my brothers absence last night very disappointed stay beautiful stay safe LG."

He went on to say ... "Noels out of the f**king country weren't we all love get on a f**king plane and play your tunes for the kids you sad f**k."

Rachel Lindsay was done with the 'Whaboom' guy, Lucas, and his arch-nemesis, Blake, on "The Bachelorette" ... but they weren't done clowning each other.

After each guy got stiffed in Monday night's rose ceremony, Lucas and Blake went after each other. They've beefed all season, but instead of going out with a brawl -- or even clever insults -- they traded goofy-as-hell shots.

Lots of yelling back and forth, and playground mocking ... but Lucas didn't even get in 1 last WHABOOM!

Honestly, we got enough in episode 1.

Oscar De La Hoya isn't backing down from Dana White -- and doubled down on bashing the Floyd vs. Conor fight ... even after White tore him a new one.

Oscar appeared on "SportsCenter" on ESPN and directly responded to the expletive-filled tongue lashing White delivered to the boxing legend on "TMZ Sports."

White had said Oscar's criticism stemmed from his own insecurity because ODLH's last fight -- Canelo vs. Chavez -- "sucked."

Well, Oscar says Floyd vs. Conor will suck even worse ... and explained why.

Oscar says he still has respect for Dana ... but we doubt these two are hanging out any time soon.

Liam Gallagher is blasting his brother for not putting their legendary Oasis war aside to perform at the One Love Manchester concert.

Liam did show up, and even performed with Coldplay -- despite having dissed Chris Martin in the past -- but his bro, Noel Gallagher, was noticeably absent. Hours after the concert, Liam went HAM on Noel, saying he should have gotten "on a f**king plane and play your tunes for the kids you sad f**k."

The attack on Noel makes it seem like an Oasis reunion show will NOT be in the offing. Liam tweeted as much to a fan.

Noel's yet to say a peep, but his baby mama took a shot at Liam, tweeting (then deleting) ... "Maybe he’s busy looking after his kids and the daughter you’ve never even met!"

There's only so much Ariana Grande can do.

6/6/17 7:30 AM PT -- Chris Martin of Coldplay saw things differently, and tweeted a thank-you to Noel Gallagher for "being there in spirit and for lending us those incredible songs."

He stated they knew in advance Noel wouldn't be there, and shows nothing but love for both the Gallagher brothers.

Kathy Griffin now says all she did with the now infamous photo is parody Donald Trump's own words about Megyn Kelly, when he said during the campaign, "She had blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever."

Kathy, who sobbed at one point saying of the President, "He broke me," says she's dealt with "white guys trying to hold her down before," pretty clearly saying Trump is doing that to her now. Griffin says her apology stands, and she wishes she had used a blow-up doll with less ketchup instead.

Kathy says she's gotten death threats and people are trying to ruin her life. She broke down in tears when we asked if she thought her friend, Anderson Cooper, calling the photo "disgusting" was his word or CNN's.

She says Trump's outrage is just a distraction ... an attempt to get America off the FBI investigation.

Kathy's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, went on the attack against the President, Melania and Donald Jr. saying they bullied her, adding they are responsible for Kathy losing jobs, including her CNN gig.

Bloom says the President's family is trying to "ruin" Kathy. But she went further ... claiming the criticism is misogyny ... that male artists like Marilyn Manson went way further and escaped the wrath of the public. Kathy echoed the sentiment, saying this wouldn't have happened "to a white guy."

It sure sounds like Bloom is taking back her client's apology, when she said the photo shoot went too far. But Kathy maintains her apology stands.

Bloom says the Secret Service has even contacted Kathy. TMZ broke the story it's protocol for the Agency to investigate even if it's obvious the "threat" is not a danger.

Bloom was on the ropes when a reporter quoted part of Griffin's live act -- from long ago -- saying she would go after Barron as well as the President. Bloom said the Tyler Shields photo was never intended to harm Trump's son. She also said it's ultimately a parent's responsibility to monitor what their kid watches.

After TMZ first posted the photo, President Trump said "Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick."

Melania said, "As a mother, a wife, and a human being, that photo is very disturbing," adding it "makes you wonder about the mental health of the person who did it."

Sean Penn had a couple of passengers all up in his grill on a Delta Airlines flight, but he defused the situation and Delta rewarded him handsomely.

Sources close to Sean tell TMZ ... the incident went down on a flight from L.A. to NYC after Sean and his daughter boarded, and placed their bags in the overhead compartment.

We're told that's when 2 men approached Sean in a very "aggressive and rude manner" to get him to move his bags. After the guys jawed at Sean, we're told he alerted the crew about what had gone down.

The crew decided to bump Sean and his daughter from economy to first class. Yes, economy.

There was no further incident and Sean did NOT file an official complaint.

A rep for Sean confirmed the dispute and his cool-headed response.

Lil Yachty's new Migos collaboration, "Peek A Boo," is under attack by another rapper who says the track rips off his shout-out to Pokemon.

Rapper Memphis Ash dropped his song, "Pikachu" last year, which he naturally rhymed with "peekaboo." Lawyers for Memphis fired off a cease and desist claiming Yachty's track copies his verse and hook.

Yachty's manager, Coack K, tells us he ain't buying it, because "Peek A Boo" is a totally different song. Take a listen to both ... to the naked ear, it seems the only thing they have in common is the use of the word "peekaboo."

Memphis' lawyer, Ben McLane, initially gave Yachty 10 days to fork over royalties, and the deadline's passed. Sources connected to Memphis say his next step will be trying to get "Peek A Boo" scrubbed from Spotify, iTunes and other online stores.

The Denver DJ Taylor Swift claims grabbed her butt during a photo op was too late to the table when it comes to HIS claim she slandered his good name.

Taylor won part of her legal dispute with David Mueller Wednesday when the court threw out his claim Swift went too far by saying he'd reached under her dress, and grabbed her butt while posing backstage at a 2013 concert. The judge said the 1-year statute of limitations for a slander claim had long since run out by the time Mueller filed it in 2016.

You'll recall, Mueller says he was fired from his job at KYGO in Denver after Taylor accused him of groping her. He sued her, and then Taylor countersued.

The slander ruling is one small victory for Taylor -- the judge also ruled the rest of Mueller's lawsuit against Taylor will move forward.

Dana White tells TMZ Sports he has 3 simple words for Oscar De La Hoya -- "WHAT THE F**K?!"

The UFC honcho is furious with the boxing legend after Oscar publicly trashed the Mayweather vs. McGregor negotiations ... calling it a "joke of a fight" that could kill the sport of boxing.

Earlier Wednesday, White posted a video on Instagram showing Oscar praising a UFC vs. Boxing fight four months ago ... and then trashing it now.

White says Oscar is coming off as an insecure hypocritical weirdo for changing his position so drastically -- and says it makes it sound like Oscar has no confidence in the boxing match he's promoting, Canelo Alvarez vs. Gennady Golovkin.

Donald Trump just lashed out at Kathy Griffin for her photo shoot featuring a beheaded, bloody mannequin in the image of the President, saying she has messed up his 11-year-old son.

Trump tweeted, "Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick."

Kathy has apologized for the shoot she did with famed photog Tyler Shields, after receiving a torrent of criticism.

Kathy is feeling the fallout. Squatty Potty has suspended its ad campaign featuring the comedian, saying, "We were shocked and disappointed to learn about the image Ms. Griffin shared today. It was deeply inappropriate and runs contrary to the core values our company stands for."

2:30 PM PT -- Chelsea Clinton's weighed in too, and she's decidedly Team Trump on this one.

Donald Trump Jr. is blasting Kathy Griffin, and all liberals, for her photo op with a bloodied mask of President Trump ... but admits he's not all that shocked.

Don Jr. called the gory Tyler Shields shot of Kathy ... "Disgusting but not surprising. This is the left today. They consider this acceptable."

He also said, "Imagine a conservative did this to Obama as POTUS?"

For her part ... Kathy's not backing down. She borrowed the now infamous Trump quote about Megyn Kelly, saying ... "There was blood coming out of his eyes, blood coming out of his ... wherever."

She added she doesn't condone violence and was merely mocking "the Mocker in Chief."
