Three-time world boxing champ Adrien Broner fiercely attacked Jay Z for what he says is a highly insulting offer to join Roc Nation Sports.

Adrien just appeared on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" and skewered the hop-hop mogul/sports titan for offering him a paltry $40 mil for 5 years. Adrien reaffirmed his directive that Jay could "suck my ****."

Going after Jay Z takes balls, but he got even ballsier when he went after another Roc Nation client, Rihanna, whom he says could go f herself, adding the only thing she's good for is p****.

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones just appeared on "Mike & Mike" on ESPN radio and told the guys he's got two seats for Chris Christie to attend the game this weekend in Green Bay.

Hopefully, he'll get a third seat ... so Chris can bring a guest.

Snoop Dogg has put a big fat target on a guy who's now being gay bashed, and the guy is now preparing a lawsuit against Mr. D.

Cortez Booze tells TMZ ... 5 days ago the rapper posted a pic of him on Instagram with the caption, “Whose auntcle is this?” The pic triggered a torrent of hate ... people calling him f*****, shemale, confused, ugly, punk and a host of other slurs.

Cortez went to the folks at Instagram and reported the pic as inappropriate, but it's still up.

So now he's pulling out the gunz ... the legal variety. Cortez has hired a lawyer and plans to duke it out with the Dogg in court.

Snoop should definitely follow Shaquille O'Neal ... who was sued for something similar in July. Shaq posted a pic of a guy who has a rare genetic disorder which unleashed the hounds on social media. That suit is pending.

No word back from Snoop's people.

Charlie Sheen isn't done with Kim Kardashian, telling TMZ, "Zero gratitude, zero awareness, zero talent, a pox on the face of entertainment she is!"

Charlie tells us he actually didn't mean to send the vicious tweet this morning, saying he wrote it a month ago and it accidentally posted Tuesday morning. Nevertheless, he says he stands by it.

Charlie ranted that Kim turned a cold shoulder to a 6-year-old girl who wanted her autograph. Charlie wrote, "Go f yourself," saying Kim's ass was "gross" and "giggly."

Although he deleted the post, he says he stands by his comments. Charlie tells us it's a true story which he heard from C. Thomas Howell. Charlie says Howell told him the girl waited for Kim at a lunch place and politely asked her for her John Hancock when they were alone in the parking lot. He says Kim told her assistant, "Oh God, can you handle this."

Charlie says, "The assistant and dooshy got in her car and pulled out and sped past the poor little 6-year-old without even a glance to the child."

Charlie Sheen went on a wild rant against Kim Kardashian in the wee hours Tuesday morning, telling her to go "f yourself" for allegedly crushing a little girl's dream.

Charlie says a friend told him about a 6-year-old girl who worshiped Kim and asked her for her autograph. Charlie says Kim turned the kid down flat, adding, "She cries about it every night before she goes to sleep."

And that's when he goes off: "you are lucky that ANYONE cares about your gross and giggly [sic] bag of funk you dare call an ass."

He dares her to compare resumes with him, and then says, "your public loves u. give something back or go f yourself."

His parting shot, "My apologies to your hubby, great guy I'm sure, I hope his vision returns one day."

He signs it "c." Not even a "sincerely."

Sheen deleted the post a short while later.

11:30 AM PT -- Charlie has now apologized.

Judith Hill -- who's signed to Sony's music label and was a contestant on "The Voice" -- reportedly recorded a new track giving praise to Kim Jong-un while roasting James Franco ... but her people say the story is bogus.

According to Page Six ... Hill originally wrote an ode to James Franco and reportedly submitted it to "The Interview" producers for the soundtrack. But when it didn't make the cut -- and the hacking scandal went down -- she changed the lyrics and the title to "A Love Letter to Kim Jong-un."

Hill was reportedly attempting to mediate peace between North Korea and the U.S. by making K.J.U. the object of her affection in the song. Some choice lyrics:

- "You got me transcending heaven, so don't be confused ... James Franco ain't got nothing on you."

- "I could wait here 127 hours ... it's true ... there's only Oscar and baby it goes to you."

Hill was reportedly signed to Sony last year ... and is best known for performing with Michael Jackson in the movie "This Is It." She placed in the top 8 on "The Voice."

A rep for Hill tells us they did NOT submit the track to "The Interview" producers ... it was requested of them by a Sony A&R rep. She also says the song is not putting James Franco down.

The rep also claims she was not attempting to mediate peace ... and never changed the lyrics or title. The rep says it was simply a parody version of her song.

Birdman's nest is getting shaken one more time -- but not by Lil Wayne -- his Miami condo association wants him out -- and now they're going to court to make it happen.

Ivy Condo Association says between him bouncing checks and racking up over $12.5K in unpaid fees they've had enough -- they filed a lien in November, and asked the court to foreclose on the rap mogul right before Christmas. Yo, bah humbug!

Financial woes are stacking up for the Cash Money honcho -- a reported $1.9 million federal tax lien, a $1 mil lien from a construction company ... plus, he took out a $5M loan against his mega-mansion in April, just to pimp it out.

Christina Aguilera is not in the Christmas spirit ... she spent her birthday in "The Happiest Place On Earth" ... in a heated argument with Mickey Mouse ... TMZ has learned.

Our theme park source tells us while ringing in her 34th b-day at Disney California Adventure, Christina and her crew tried to get a pic with Mickey, but he was going on a break ... so Christina was told she had to wait. Cue meltdown!

Aguilera lost it, and called Mickey an "a**hole." We're told she even dropped the dreaded, "Do you know who I am?"

Xtina's crew started hurling threats, we're told ... and Mickey had to be ushered to a safe zone -- out of public view. Security was called, but by the time they arrived ... the former Mouseketeer had already split.

Aguilera's rep had no comment.

Suge Knight has a belated Christmas gift for anyone who he thinks wronged him in 2014 ... and it sounds a lot worse than a lump of coal.

We fired off a simple question to Suge, Sunday night at Mastro's -- "Got any New Year's resolutions?" -- but his reply sounded like he was checking off a revenge list.

The former head of Death Row Records also said he supports Lil Wayne in his battle with Cash Money ... then seemed to make an unprompted, and puzzling, threat toward Drake.

4:20 PM PST -- Kesha's lawyer Mark Geragos tells us ... "All these claims show is a predator attempting to deflect attention from the real facts -- that Kesha was mentally and sexually abused by Luke for years."

He adds, "All of Luke's recent filings bare no consequence in this case and are a sad attempt to paint Kesha -- his victim -- in a negative way."

Dr. Luke is keeping the heat on Kesha, saying he has more proof she's a liar ... and this time it involves the tragedy at Sandy Hook.

Luke filed legal docs -- trying to discredit her claim that he drugged and raped her when she was 18. He says she flat-out lied when she told the public he forced her to sing "Die Young" to distance herself from the massacre. Luke says she also lied by saying he wrote the song.

Luke claims Kesha "proudly, and truthfully" took credit for the lyrics before the Sandy Hook shootings.

He also put in the legal docs a story that has circulated ... that Kesha insinuated her dad was Mick Jagger. He says she knows that's a lie but it never stopped her.

Mally Mall dropped one on us at LAX Wednesday ... saying he's doing an album with Nick Cannon next year and there are references to Mariah Carey ... some of which are NOT flattering.

The mega hip-hop producer first made it sound like Nick played nice in describing his relationship, but then he half took it back and said Nick's comments will be "controversial."

From all we've heard, Nick's trying to put a good face on his current relationship with Mariah, making it appear they're getting along much better as friends than as husband and wife.

Lil Wayne is ready to take his feud with Birdman to the next level ... threatening to drag him and Cash Money into court if they don't drop his album NOW.

Sources very close to the feud tell TMZ ... Wayne has issued a simple ultimatum, in writing, no less -- release "Tha Carter V" pronto ... or he will sue to leave Cash Money altogether.

We're told Wayne is standing firm in his belief the album is ready to go -- but Birdman still says there's a lot of behind-the-scenes work left to be done.

It was the battle of the birds ... Cardinals vs. Seahawks ... and Jordin Sparks let hers fly right in the direction of a Seattle fan this weekend -- and TMZ Sports has the pic.

Sparks -- a die-hard AZ Cards fan -- was singing the National Anthem at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale this weekend ... when a fan in a Seahawks beanie got her attention.

Iggy Azalea is pleading with a judge to block her ex-BF's attempt to force her back to Texas ... because she says he's violent and she fears for her safety.

Iggy is embroiled in a bitter lawsuit with Hefe Wine -- she sued him for surreptitiously downloading her personal computer and trying to hawk her music.

Wine is asking the judge to move the case from L.A. to Houston, where he lives, but Iggy is panicked. She says that's his turf and he's "vindictive and violent." It seems she's saying Wine has more access to her if she comes to him.

There's another reason why she feels safer in L.A. -- boyfriend/Lakers' guard/6'7" Nick Young.

Tyga thinks Blac Chyna is unfit to properly care for their child because she twerks and parties too much ... seriously.

Tyga is alarmed that Blac Chyna seems more interested in hitting the clubs than parenting their 2-year-old son King Cairo, so we've learned he will file legal docs asking for primary custody.

The rapper thinks his baby mama has lost her focus on caring for the little boy ... she's more interested in making a spectacle of herself ... twerking day and night when there's a camera in sight.

He lost it when he saw the double twerk featuring Blac Chyna and Amber Rose. And when she went out later that same night and partied at a club, he decided he was going to take her to court. He says he does not want his son raised by nannies.

The former couple does not have a custody order, but currently she has the kid more than him. He wants to change that.
