Kim Richards just broke from stress when she was arrested early Thursday at the swanky Beverly Hills Hotel.

Sources very close to Kim as well as sources connected with "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" tell TMZ, she was unable to cope with some pretty terrible things going on in her life.

-- Her ex-husband Monty, who still lives with her, is dying of stage 4 cancer.

-- Her son Chad was released from UCLA Medical Center hours before the meltdown.

-- She's under financial stress. Contrary to reports, she's getting no money for child support.

-- Kim is trying to plan her daughter Brooke's official wedding.

But the real trigger ... we're told earlier in the evening, Kim went to Brooke's house, where they watched the 3-part reunion. Kim had put it off because it was too upsetting, but she had to binge watch in order to fulfill her obligation to blog about the shows. And reliving what went down crushed her.

We're told Kim has been deeply upset over Lisa Vanderpump and Lisa Rinna. Kim believes Vanderpump had intentionally driven a wedge between her and sister Kyle. On the show, Vanderpump urged them to reconcile, but Kim claims off camera Vanderpump told Kyle that Kim didn't want her at Brooke's wedding ... which infuriated Kyle and deeply hurt Kim.

Our sources say the cumulative stress was too much for Kim to bear. We're told she left Brooke's house and ended up alone at the Polo Lounge at the Bev Hills Hotel. It's unclear what if anything she drank there, but Kim has told friends a group of people at a table invited her to sit at around 1:30 AM, but the maitre d' wasn't having it and ordered Kim out.

As we reported, the hotel people say Kim got belligerent, wouldn't leave the restaurant, ended up in the bathroom where cops dragged her out. She was booked for public drunkenness, resisting arrest, trespass and battery on a cop.

Kate Major Lohan had an alcohol relapse and then drunkenly attacked husband Michael Lohan ... so say cops who cuffed and arrested her.

Law enforcement tells us Michael called Boca Raton police at 7:02 PM Thursday, claiming Kate had struck him. He told cops Kate came home after picking up some dinner and was visibly drunk.

Michael says they squabbled, and it eventually turned physical. He told cops he wasn't wearing a shirt and she scratched him down his back.

According to the report, when police arrived Kate was visibly intoxicated and smelled of alcohol. The officer described her speech as slurred, her eyes blood shot and glossy, and her face red and flushed.

The officer says Kate admitted she'd been drinking, then ranted about nonsense. Kate then claimed Michael accused her of cheating and provoked her into a fight.

Kate also claimed Michael grabbed her by the throat. But according to the officer, she had no visible injuries. And get this ... she then "scratched her throat area in an attempt to create red marks."

Officers hauled Kate in to the Palm Beach County Jail and booked her for battery.

She's currently in custody and is scheduled to go before a judge at 9:00 AM ET.

Michael Lohan is actually blaming ex-wife Dina and their ongoing child custody dispute. Michael tells TMZ, "At the end of the day, this is all because of what Dina is doing in court ... It affects Kate too, and like anyone with a drug or alcohol problem, when they can't handle the stress, they resort to drinking."

Kate and Michael got married in November and have two kids together. She recently served a few months behind bars after a DUI arrest (following a fight with Michael) triggered a probation violation stemming from a battery case in 2012 in which she allegedly attacked a police officer.

Police were also called to the couple's home in February of last year for an alleged domestic incident.

10:15 AM PST -- TMZ has learned ... Kate Major has been released on her own recognizance.

The video is from Jhonni's stripper days back in Houston ... a few years ago, and shows her in an epic fight with another stripper. All you need to know is Jhonni (who used to bang Drake) is the one on the ground ... so the clip is far from flattering to her.

As for why the video just surfaced ... Jhonni recently talked smack about being a badass on the 'LHHNY' reunion show -- so a fan of Moniece Slaughter (Jhonni's nemesis) dug up the clip to shame JB. Moniece was delighted and even reposted the clip ... though she eventually deleted it.

Shelly Sterling says she didn't go after V. Stiviano for the money -- SHE WANTED JUSTICE -- and says she plans to give away every single cent she won in her crushing court victory to a charity.

Our sources say ... Shelly was "out for blood" from the start -- and really wanted to put the screws to Stiviano for all the crap she put her family through.

In fact, Shelly told the Associated Press ... her lawsuit was about getting even with Stiviano who had "harmed" her in so many ways.

Of course, Sterling won a $2.6 million judgment against Stiviano -- ordering her to fork over the keys to her $1.8 million condo AND $800,000 in cash.

Sterling says she doesn't even want the money -- 'cause she's a billionaire -- and to prove it, she's giving every cent to a worthy charity.

Michael Lohan needs a ride to the bank ... because the Florida judge threatening jail time has suspended his license until he shells out more than $16k in back child support to Dina Lohan.

Sources close to Dina tell TMZ, a judge called Michael on the carpet for cruising around Boca Raton in his flashy Maserati while he owes thousands. The judge revoked Michael's passport and stripped him of his driving privileges ... until he pays up.

We're told Michael phoned in during the hearing and promised the check's in the mail. The judge has heard that line before, and warned if the check doesn't come by April 24th, it's off to jail.

Sources close to Michael say a deadbeat dad wouldn't buy a $50k Raptor truck for his son ... and insists he pays his kids directly because he believes Dina just spends the money on herself.

Michael gave the judge proof he's bypassed Dina with the payments, but apparently the judge was not persuaded and ordered him to cut a check STAT.

Dennis Rodman didn't just terminate his ex-business manager -- HE HUMILIATED HER -- saying she's a total failure who LIED about being a Harvard grad and may have stolen from him ... though she calls BS.

TMZ Sports has learned ... The Worm's lawyer Bradford Cohen just sent a SCATHING letter to Peggy King ... officially terminating her as Rodman's financial lady and demanding she hand over all of her records.

But the letter gets deeply personal ... here's the point-by-point breakdown:

1) You're fired
2) We think you may have stolen a ton of money from Dennis
3) You were supposed to pay bills for Dennis that went unpaid
4) We think you FAKED your background ... and lied about going to Harvard.

In the letter, Cohen states ... "Although you claim to have a graduate degree from Harvard, it is more like your resume could be a study in fictional writing at Harvard."

Boom.

But we spoke with King who says Rodman is the REAL liar ... claiming she NEVER once touted herself as a Harvard grad.

She also tells TMZ Sports that Dennis is nothing more than an "alcoholic drunk" who's ruining what used to be a "good relationship" for no good reason.

"The whole letter is crazy and bogus. I've been with him through thick and thin."

8:20 AM PST -- A rep for Dina Lohan tells us Dina has denied selling any of Lindsay's stuff.

Lindsay Lohan's mother is unloading her daughter's prized possessions with an online flea market -- which Lindsay's threatening to shut down with a little help from cops ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she recently got wind of Dina Lohan's scheme -- selling off Lindsay's clothing, furniture, artwork, etc ... on the Internet and directly to friends ... all without LiLo's permission. We're told she's hawking items from the massive stockpile of stuff Lindsay moved into Dina's house during the Oprah docuseries.

It may seem like a bunch of junk, but Lindsay says it's worth millions. As for Dina's motivation -- we're told she thinks anything left behind in HER garage ... is hers to sell. Linds thinks Dina's just desperate to pay bills.

We broke the story -- Lindsay's already pissed at Dina for negotiating a deal to be on "Celebrity Big Brother UK" ... and our sources say this fire sale might be the last straw.

Lindsay is urgently trying to get friends to go scoop up her loot before it's all gone -- but if that doesn't work ... we're told she'll get police involved.

Lindsay Lohan believes there's only room for one Lohan in England, and that's why she's waging war against her mother's plan to move there for UK TV fame and fortune.

We've learned Dina is in the final stages of negotiations to appear on "Celebrity Big Brother" in the UK. It's a big show there ... Gary Busey won last season.

Dina was so excited, she called Lindsay Thursday to say how great it was going to be that they could spend time together.

We're told Lindsay flipped out and began screaming at her mom, saying she had no right to come to England, where Lindsay went to escape. They fought on the phone and then fired angry texts back and forth.

Lindsay doesn't want Dina in England, partly because she feels her mom is a bad influence and partly because she's just bad luck. Lindsay says she's doing well and doesn't want it screwed up.

As for Dina, she feels Lindsay has no right to exile her from England.

Bobby Flay is more than happy to pay his soon to be ex-wife Stephanie March spousal support ... thing is, she says it's chump change so she's fighting him.

As TMZ reported the divorcing couple signed a prenup when they married in 2005. Sources connected with the couple and familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the prenup provides Stephanie gets $5,000 a month for 5 years.

We're told the "Law and Order: SVU" star is incredulous because her camp believes Bobby's net worth is north of $20 million, and Stephanie believes she was an important part of his success.

And there's something even more galling to Stephanie. We're told the prenup provides Bobby -- who filed for divorce Friday -- the marital house, valued at around $8 million. The prenup only requires Bobby to pay her $1 million to buy her out of the house. She also gets $50k so she can pack up her stuff and move.

Mariah Carey insists her publicist didn't quit her ... she canned the publicist.

TMZ obtained a letter which Mariah claims she wrote to famed publicist Cindi Berger, who has repped the singer for 15 years.

Mariah says in the letter, "I've done a lot of soul-searching this past year ... and I found myself asking if I was truly employing a healthy perspective (not to sound too Oprah about it all :)."

The singer goes on, "So I think it's time for us to take a break Cindi," saying she wants to "bring a fresh approach to this new phase in my career."

We reached out to Cindi Berger's office, and they say they never received the letter ... ever. Sources connected with the publicist say she's the one who decided to end the relationship with Mariah.

Things have gotten bitter fast. Mariah ended her letter by offering to put an ad in one of the Hollywood trade magazines honoring Cindi for winning a "Women of Power" award. Mariah's new manager, Stella Bulochnikov, tells us, they're pissed at Cindi because they think she leaked the story she quit Mariah, so they're not going forward with the ad.

The Big Sean/Justin Bieber feud is over before it even started ... or more accurately ... it never existed in the first place.

A rep for Big Sean tells TMZ the tweet going around in which Sean threatened Bieber for laying hands on Ariana Grande during a concert ... is a fake.

We're told Justin and Sean are good friends ... and that he and Ariana are just fine.

Another tweet of Sean's -- "so many times in my life I wish I could of been at 2 places at once" -- also sounded like it was about Bieber ... but we're told it had nothing to do with JB, and Sean just misses friends and family while on the road.

9:45 AM PT -- Big Sean just weighed in again, and tells TMZ ... someone, other than Bieber, pulled a fast one on him.

Justin Bieber got a little handsy with Ariana Grande during a performance Wednesday night ... much to the dismay of her boyfriend Big Sean, who went on Twitter and threatened him.

Bieber made a surprise appearance at Grande's concert at the Forum in L.A. Wednesday, where the two performed "As Long As You Love Me." Toward the end of the song, Justin calls her over, tells her to stand in front of him ... and throws his arms around her.

It's pretty apparent ... Ariana's not having it and she quickly disentangles.

But apparently not quick enough for Big Sean, who was in Canada -- and caught wind of Bieber's antics through social media. He tweeted (and later deleted), "This kid is about to learn not to touch my girl like that. Beliebe that."

Scott Steiner is calling BS on Hulk Hogan -- claiming he never threatened to kill the guy before WrestleMania ... and says Hulk's just acting like a scared little bitch.

We broke the story ... Steiner is under investigation over a March 26th encounter with Hulk's wife Jennifer -- when she claims Steiner grabbed her at the San Jose airport and told her he was going to kill Hogan. Jennifer and Hulk filed a report with police the next day.

"I'm not going to dignify [Hogan's] lies," Steiner said ... "I didn't put my hands on her."

Steiner says he did approach Jennifer that day -- but only to talk some serious smack about Hulk introducing "Macho Man" Randy Savage at his WWE Hall of Fame ceremony.

"I told her Hulk introducing 'Macho Man' into the Hall of Fame is bullsh*t ... He hated him. Everyone knew that."

Steiner says there were cops nearby during the airport incident -- "So if she felt her life was threatened, why didn't she talk to the cops?"

As far as the investigation goes, Steiner says he has NOT yet been contacted by police.

He did have one final thought -- "It's not my fault Hulk Hogan is afraid of me."

Mischa Barton's mother/manager pocketed a chunk of her daughter's salary from a movie -- and even kicked Mischa out of her own Beverly Hills mansion ... according to a new lawsuit.

Mischa filed the suit against her mom, Nuala Barton ... claiming she's a "greedy stage mother posing as a talent manager" ... and says she lied to Mischa about her income on a film called "The Hoarder." In the docs, Mischa says Nuala told her she was being paid a certain amount ... but eventually found out from the production company her salary was higher than that number.

She says Nuala took the difference for herself ... and also took a 10% management fee. She doesn't mention specific numbers in the lawsuit.

Mischa says mommie dearest also used her name to pimp out a handbag line and to open a Mischa Barton fashion boutique in London -- all of which might have been great if Mischa got a dime from any of it. She says Nuala kept all the profits for herself.

As for Mischa's home -- she says her mother rigged the paperwork to give herself co-ownership of the 8 bedroom, 11 bath mansion. According to the suit, Nuala even took out loans against the property -- and then kicked her out of her own home. She says her mom and dad are now "comfortably" entrenched in the mansion.

The suit gets particularly nasty ... with Mischa stating her parents "sit back expecting their daughter's hard work and dedication to her craft to support their lifestyle." She adds neither of them has had a job, outside of Mischa Inc., in over a decade.

The woman who made Eskimo buddies out of Drake and Lil' Wayne says she knows what's up, and she's ready to say which one's the better banger.

Tammy Torres told our photog, the story Weezy's shopping around about her doing Drake the day before Weezy hooked up with her is full of holes. She's not denying the basics, but she made it clear one's better than the other.

Whatcha gonna do brother, when a former wrestling star (allegedly) threatens to KILL YOU!?

Well, if you're Hulk Hogan -- you call the cops ... because that's exactly what happened during an alleged incident in San Jose involving Hulk's former wrestling ally Scott Steiner.

Here's what we know ... Hulk's wife Jennifer flew into San Jose for WrestleMania on March 26th -- and claims Steiner grabbed her at baggage claim and said he plans to "kill Terry" [Hulk's real name] as soon as he lands.

Sources close to the Hogans tell us ... Jennifer didn't recognize Steiner and called Hulk immediately -- who took the next flight into S.J. and went with her to file a police report early the next morning.

We're told cops are now investigating Steiner for "felony terrorist threats" -- and so far, officials have already gathered airport surveillance video which we're told shows Steiner confronting Jennifer.

As for Steiner, he's been very public about his dislike of Hogan for years -- and blames him for the demise of WCW wrestling ... where Scott and Hulk were allies in the NWO.

We reached out to Steiner for comment -- who told us, "Typical Hogan. He's just a punk."
