Rosie O'Donnell's estranged wife wants a judge to force the famous talk show host to submit to random drug testing until their custody battle is resolved ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Michelle Rounds and Rosie will face off in court on Tuesday and the custody of 2-year-old Dakota is at stake. Michelle is gunning for full custody on grounds Rosie is not a present parent because of excessive use of booze and weed. Rosie says it's all a lie and a money grab.

We're told currently they have 50/50 custody. Our sources say if the judge keeps the status quo while the case runs its course, Michelle's lawyer will ask for an order requiring Rosie to submit to random drug and alcohol testing, and if the tests reveal a problem she can then ask for an emergency order.

11:45 AM PT -- Michelle just tweeted -- "After hearing my credential was pulled, I went home. Told this morning that HBO was able to get it re-approved late last night. That's it. All she wrote. I will now concentrate on Game 7. #GoSpursGo"

10:53 AM PT --Floyd's camp says the reporters are ALL WRONG -- claiming they were NEVER blocked from attending the fight.

Floyd's rep Kelly Swanson just went to Twitter and said, "No one including ME banned [Rachel Nichols] from covering the fight. She is already credentialed. #Facts"

"And [Michelle Beadle] isn't even on the pres list. She's credentialed through [HBO Boxing]. Yes credentialed. #Fact#2"

Swanson says both reporters still have their credentials.

ESPN reporter Michelle Beadle says she has been blocked from attending tonight's Mayweather v. Pacquiao fight ... and claims it's all because she ruffled some feathers in Mayweather's camp.

Floyd's camp hasn't explained why Beadle is blocked -- but it seems it has to do with the fact Michelle has been critical of Floyd and his history with domestic violence.

CNN reporter Rachel Nichols says she has also been blocked from the fight -- Nichols has suggested the ban has to do with the fact she pressed Mayweather on his violent past during an interview back in September.

We're reaching out to Mayweather's camp for an explanation, stay tuned.

We don't wanna bury the lead here, so we'll just say it -- Tara Reid is gonna keep things classy ... when it comes to responding to Elizabeth Banks' huge unprovoked swipe at her career.

If ya missed it ... the "Pitch Perfect 2" star told The Hollywood Reporter, "I used to go to auditions with Tara Reid. So, you know we didn't all make it. We're not all still here."

Mind you ... Banks was not asked about Tara at all -- so no one was more shocked about the pot shot than Tara. She tells TMZ, "I've always been a fan of her work and that’s sad to hear she said those things about me."

Banks did go on to say ... "But I do love 'Sharknado.'"

Her attempted backstroke isn't fooling Tara, but she's still sticking to the high road. Tara says if she ran into E. Banks today she would "smile and say, hi."

Well played, Tara. "Sharknado 3" ... coming this summer!

Colin Kaepernick has a new enemy -- L.A. Clippers star Matt Barnes ... who just fired a shot at the QB on social media ... and sources tell us the animosity is very real.

Barnes went on Instagram to congratulate Arik Armstead on being drafted by the SF 49ers last night ... and wrote, "Congrats to my young boy #ErikArmstead [sic] proud of you fam. Ur QB a hoe tho!!"

Clearly, the message was directed at Colin.

Multiple sources close to Matt tell us the beef with Kaepernick goes back several years -- and stems from a situation where Matt felt "disrespected" by Colin.

As one source extremely close to Barnes puts it -- "Matt hates his guts."

Rosie O'Donnell's estranged wife Michelle Rounds wants to make 2 things clear ... she says she's not the one who told TMZ about Rosie allegedly regularly indulging in wine and weed, and the second thing is that it's all going to come out in court.

Rounds -- who's gunning for full custody of 2-year-old Dakota -- was leaving a drug store in L.A. Thursday night when a photog asked her about the bitter divorce. She says she used to be intimidated by Rosie, but now she's ready for a David vs. Goliath fight.

She's also indignant about Rosie posting a pic of Dakota, asking for a vote.

You'd think Nick Cannon would be preparing for war against Mariah Carey after releasing her song, "Infinity," which seems to put him in her crosshairs, but she says it's not ... and he's buying it.

According to our sources, the song is about women in general and how some "lose themselves in their man." We're told Mariah says it is "not specifically about her relationship with Nick."

As for the lyric that seems to say Nick doesn't have his own money, we're told Mariah was singing about men with no ambition to be successful ... doesn't seem to fit Nick.

Clearly there's no hate on Nick's side ... because he posted a photo pimping her new album.

Mike Tyson just WENT OFF on Floyd Mayweather -- saying he's "delusional" for comparing himself to Muhammad Ali ... and called him a "little scared man."

Tyson was doing an interview with the Undisputed Champion Network -- when he was asked about Floyd's claim that he's truly the "greatest" of all time.

Clearly, that set Tyson off ... who proceeded to explain why greatness isn't solely defined in the ring.

Long story short, Tyson says Floyd's just a "small scared man" ... who's so afraid for his own safety in public that he can't take his kids to school without a security team.

"Greatness is not guarding yourself from the people, greatness is being accepted by the people."

The former fiancé of Sofia Vergara believes her desire to keep the embryos they created together frozen is no different than having an abortion ... no matter how she tries to dance around it.

Nick Loeb -- who sued Vergara for the right to bring those embryos to term -- wrote a gut-wrenching op-ed for the New York Times where he lays out his case.

Loeb revealed the embryos were the cause of his breakup with Sofia. He says she cooled on the idea of having kids but he was committed and believed they had already created life.

As TMZ first reported, Vergara doesn't want the embryos destroyed, just frozen indefinitely... in part because she doesn't want to anger her "right to life" fan base. But Loeb calls BS on that -- "In my view, keeping them frozen forever is tantamount to killing them."

Nick says he wouldn't ask Sofia to parent the kids, pay for them, or be involved in any way if she didn't want. He asks, "Does one person's desire to avoid biological parenthood (free of any legal obligations) outweigh another's religious beliefs in the sanctity of life and desire to be a parent."

As for his legal argument, Loeb claims the contract they signed -- which stipulated they both needed to sign off in order for the embryos to be brought to term -- should be voided because (as California law requires) there was no mention of what would happen if they separated.

So on the same day Michelle Rounds filed for sole custody of the child she shares with ex Rosie O'Donnell, she hit the town with a smoking hot model. What are the odds????

Rounds was out Tuesday night at Madera Kitchen where she walked out with her arm around Carmen Ortega ... who once dated Reggie Bush and was also possibly maybe the reason Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks split.

We can't say Rounds and Ortega are together. In fact, a rep for Ortega says they're just working on a clothing line together -- but Rounds still went out of her way to snuggle close to Ortega for the cameras to see.

Not that we can blame her.

Shots fired from NFL legend Tim Brown -- who just blasted Floyd Mayweather as one of the most BORING fighters ever ... and said he refuses to pay to watch him fight Pacquiao!!!

Brown just appeared on "105.3 THE FAN Dallas/Ft. Worth" -- and sounded off on the head of The Money Team ... saying, "He's BORING man! He never gets hit. Knock somebody out, will ya?!"

The former wide receiver went on to explain that Floyd is more of a "piddy pat" fighter who never goes in for the kill -- "If I'm gonna pay for a boxing match, I wanna see blood."

The search for suspects in the Lil Wayne tour bus shooting might lead back to the Atlanta nightclub where he performed that night ... and a heated showdown he had with audience members.

Sources in Compound Nightclub this weekend say Weezy got into it with several people in the crowd. It's unclear what was said to spark the dispute, but we're told Wayne was hot as fish grease during part of his performance.

We're told club security eventually booted the hecklers, but just to be safe ... Wayne got extra protection while leaving the club and getting onto his tour bus.

As we reported .. the shooting went down minutes after the bus left the club.

Police have no suspects yet -- and continue to investigate -- but the near-melee could be a clue.

Wladimir Klitschko says he wasn't laughing when Shannon Briggs chased him with his speedboat last year ... warning that someone needs to stop Shannon's wild antics before someone gets hurt.

Briggs (a former heavyweight champ) has been following Klitschko around the world -- from restaurants to news conferences to training sessions -- trying to goad the champion into a pay-per-view fight.

Most of Shannon's stunts are harmless and mostly based around yelling at WK ... but Wladimir says Briggs crossed the line when he chased him on the water last year.

"We need to save Shannon Briggs from Shannon Briggs," Klitschko said.

"We can laugh about it, but chasing me with speedboats while I was paddleboarding ... it's not funny. It's just ridiculously bad."

So far, no word back from Briggs ... yet.

Blac Chyna says Tyga didn't just text her out of the blue this week trying to get back with her ... she says he's been making that play for 7 months.

Sources connected with Blac Chyna tell TMZ ... the text -- in which he said "I want to be with u" -- was the last in a flurry of texts, conversations and private face-to-face meetings in which he made his play to reconcile their relationship.

Sources close to Chyna says she never believed he was physically with Kylie Jenner -- partly because she's 17, and partly because they were all neighbors and close to the Kardashian family. She says she believed Tyga when he called out the media for suggesting he was dating Kylie, but doesn't believe it anymore.

Blac Chyna posted Tyga's texts out of anger, but she claims she wants nothing to do with him anymore. It's complicated by the fact that they have a kid together.

As for Tyga, he has never said he's with Kylie and in the past has denied it ... but he's recently insinuated it, and even put it in writing.

Things just went NUCLEAR between heavyweight boxing champ Deontay Wilder and former champ Shannon Briggs -- with the two TEARING INTO EACH OTHER in the middle of NYC.

The boxers were at the weigh in for the Wladimir Klitschko vs. Bryant Jennings fight when they started talkin' smack to each other.

Shannon called Deontay a phony champion ... "they GAVE you that belt." And Deontay essentially called Shannon a pathetic has-been.

The whole exchange was captured on video by ANOTHER boxing champ, Lennox Lewis -- who posted the footage on Twitter.

Briggs has been trying to lock up a fight with Klitschko ... but now, his focus may be changing.

More progress in what was one of the most bitter breakups EVER -- with ex-NBA star Daniel "Booby" Gibson saying he still loves his estranged R&B star wife Keyshia Cole.

Don't forget, these two went to WAR with each other -- trading nasty insults in public ... until they hashed out a truce in the last few weeks.

And good news -- seems like things are still POSITIVE ... with Gibson telling TMZ Sports he'll ALWAYS love Keyshia ... and is dedicated to being a good father to their son.
