3:56 PM PT -- O'Reilly is apologizing to Eric, and says "The message I tried to send was that allegations harm kids. Nothing more."

Ex-Fox News Channel anchor Eric Bolling is firing a warning shot to his old co-worker Bill O'Reilly for bringing up his son's death to the New York Times -- the message ... back off.

Bolling released a statement Monday in response to an interview O'Reilly did with the Times over the weekend -- in which the fired FNC host suggested Bolling's son, Eric Jr., was dead because of stories the paper ran about his dad. Eric Sr. doesn't mince words, even for Bill.

Bolling says, "I believe it is beyond inappropriate for anyone to bring in the tragic death of my son Eric Chase Bolling Jr. Just as Bill O'Reilly had wanted to shield his children from the allegations against him, I hope he will honor my request and avoid any future mentions of my son. My parting from Fox News was in no way connected to ... my son's passing."

He goes on to say that the coroner has indicated to him that Eric Jr.'s death was an accident ... and to also take a shot at Bill directly by saying ... "Unlike others who left Fox News amid public allegations and extensive investigations, I parted ways with Fox News in an amicable way and any reference to a firing is flatly wrong."

As we reported ... Eric Jr. died in bed after suffering emotional torture. The coroner has not announced cause of death.

Mel B coldly boxed up and tossed out her estranged husband's stuff ... according to Stephen Belafonte, who's not taking it well.

Stephen says Mel packed up 10 boxes of his belongings, which he picked up on Oct. 4 -- but he was shocked at what was NOT in the boxes. He says he was expecting to see his personal baby pics, clothes, shoes and paperwork.

Instead, he says all he got were Mel's old clothes, some crappy used towels and his step daughter Angel's clothes. Stephen thinks Mel trashed his stuff in retaliation. He's filed docs asking the judge to let him go on a search and recover mission.

Remember, Mel has a restraining order against Stephen -- but he's requesting a 2-3 hour reprieve, so he can go into the house and get his stuff.

Kathy Griffin has apparently cut off her old attorney, Lisa Bloom ... and it all seems to be traced back to her Trump beheading photo and subsequent press conference.

Kathy tweeted (without much context) early Sunday morning, telling @LisaBloom to "pls stop calling me" and that if she wanted to talk ... she'd have to refund her the "tens of thousands of $$ I wasted on your services" for Kathy to even consider it.

Lisa responded Sunday afternoon claiming Kathy's attacks were unwarranted ... adding she even went way off script during their press conference back in June. You'll recall ... Kathy said President Trump and his family were bullying her, and attempting to ruin her career.

As you watch the video now ... you see Lisa staring at Kathy in disbelief as she speaks. Lisa says Kathy is her first client to not stick to prepared comments they both agreed to -- she also says she got death and rape threats as a result of partnering with Kathy.

Still ... Lisa says she wishes Kathy the best, and even thinks she meant no ill will with the photo. In other words ... see ya.

"Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" star Hazel-E is eating her words, and asking her LGBT fans to forgive her for saying gays should burn in hell.

We spoke to Hazel Thursday ... the day after she went on a homophobic social media rant. Someone accused her BF and fellow 'LHHH' star Rose Burgandy of being gay, and they both went ballistic -- invoking the Bible, and wishing a fiery death on all gays.

Hazel admits it wasn't the brightest thing to do, especially because she relies heavily on the LGBT community's support. She's now backing off the death wish, but she's clinging to the religious part of her rant.

Blac Chyna and Tyga are willing to play nice with each other and even hang out together in public again, but only on one small -- yet growing -- condition ... namely, their son.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... Chyna and Tyga's unexpected reunion this weekend for King Cairo's 5th birthday party at Six Flags was at least 2 months in the making, and mostly thanks to King's nanny.

We're told the nanny convinced the feuding exes to make peace during a 3-way phone convo. The impetus for burying the hatchet -- King was about to start kindergarten, which meant there would be upcoming activities requiring co-parenting.

Before the peace summit, our sources say Chyna didn't even have Tyga's phone number - but now the feeling is they're cool being near each other ... as long as King's third-wheeling.

If nothing else, opening communication lines should help 'em avoid planning disasters like doubling up King's birthday themes.

Kim Zolciak says NeNe Leakes is getting what she deserves ... but it's not enough -- her 'RHOA' co-star still needs to pay the price for what she said about her family.

We got Kim and her daughter Brielle Biermann at LAX Thursday, and after Kim throws some extra shade at NeNe for getting dropped from the Xscape reunion tour ... she goes off on her for bringing accusations of racism into the mix.

Kim then doubles down on what we knew -- she's lawyered up and plans to go after Leakes if she doesn't take back the "#racisttrash" and "KKK" comments about her family.

Seems like the clock's ticking too.

If George Foreman and Steven Seagal ever really get it on, the boxer would beat Seagal's overweight ass all the way to oblivion -- so says Michael Buffer.

Mexican soap star Eduardo Yanez is making a name for himself in the U.S. -- around the world, really -- after slapping the hell out of a reporter in Los Angeles.

The telenovela star's violent confrontation with a Univision reporter is going way more viral than any acting he's ever done. The reporter, Paco Fuentes, asked Yanez this week how he felt about his son setting up a GoFundMe page to pay for car repairs.

Yanez was so offended by the question he maniacally flipped out, and slapped the reporter while everyone watched in complete shock.

Seth MacFarlane says his joke about Harvey Weinstein at the 2013 Oscar Nominations wasn't just meant to be funny ... it was a deliberate shot at the Hollywood honcho on behalf of his friend, Jessica Barth.

MacFarlane claims Barth -- who he's worked with on "Family Guy" and the "Ted" films -- confided in him in 2011 about Weinstein's attempted advances ... and it pissed off Seth so much, he ripped Weinstein at the Oscar noms event.

He says ... "I couldn't resist the opportunity to take a hard swing in his direction. Make no mistake, this came from a place of loathing and anger. There is nothing more abhorrent and indefensible than abuse of power such as this."

As we reported ... MacFarlane joked about Weinstein's sordid reputation for making moves on actresses. Now, like countless other celebs, he's speaking out against Weinstein and commending the women who've come forward.

Tyrese's doing everything he can to prove The Rock is a piece of s*** ... by posting a 2015 video of The Rock calling his album "dog s***."

The singer posted this video on Instagram Wednesday in which The Rock UNLOADS tons of crap on Tyrese's album, "Black Rose." The 2-year-old video and recent post is just the latest in the insane Tyrese-Rock feud over accusations Rock's a selfish co-star.

Watch ... Rock says he just finished listening to the album and says it's a "big piece of black dog s***" before walking away and calling him a motherf*****.

It reeks of sarcasm, but you never know with these two.

Kim Zolciak is threatening to sue NeNe Leakes for millions of dollars unless she immediately apologizes for calling her and her daughter, Brielle, racists and KKK members.

Kim hired Allison Hart at the high-powered law firm Lavely & Singer, and it didn't take long for them to fire off a super threatening demand letter.

The letter was triggered by a video Brielle shot which appears to show roaches crawling on NeNe's bathroom floor.

The letter, obtained by TMZ, references some choice comments NeNe made on social media, including, "Kim & her child did something very wrong & disgusting! Black people and roaches in the same sentence don't work for me boo." She then went on to call Brielle "#racisttrash" and "#KKK," adding, "Kim & her daughter oops whole family are racists!"

The letter calls the statements "outrageous and malicious lies."

What's more, the lawyer says Brielle never posted the video showing the cockroaches crawling on the floor, but it was NeNe who got the video and posted it on Twitter and Instagram.

The letter makes it clear ... NeNe has roaches, but it's not racist to say that.

What's more ... the letter claims NeNe is going after Kim and Brielle out of jealousy. They have a successful show on Bravo, "Don't Be Tardy," and NeNe is trying to get people to boycott the program with hashtags like, #blackpeopleneedtostopsupportingtheprejudice."

Attorney Hart wants a prominent retraction on Instagram and Twitter and other social media sites where NeNe posted her comments, along with an apology.

If that doesn't happen ... "Your conduct exposes you to multi-million dollar liability."

Tyrese says he's not mad at The Rock for doing a spin-off of 'Fast & Furious,' but then Tyrese goes after him with a vengeance, essentially saying he's a selfish actor who screwed his loyal fan base just to get ahead.

We got the 'Fast' actor Tuesday, chillin' in a limo near Catch, and asked about what we thought was his social media feud with Dwayne Johnson. At first Tyrese says there's no beef, but watch him ratchet up the rhetoric as he continues to grouse that the release date of 'F9' was pushed back to 2020 to accommodate The Rock's work schedule for the spin-off.

Sounds like beef to us.

Eminem just went nuclear on Donald Trump ... dropping a freestyle at The BET Hip-Hop Awards that ripped The Prez apart.

The nearly 5 minute-long segment touched on everything from Trump's criticism of NFL players taking a knee to his proposed border wall.

Among some of Em's highlight lyrics ...

-"Racism's the only thing he's fantastic for."

-"I'm throwing that piece of s*** against the wall til it sticks."

-And giving a big "F*** YOU" to any of the rapper's fans who support 45.

Eminem ended his freestyle with, "We love our country and we love our military, but we f***** HATE TRUMP."

11:23 AM PT -- A rep for Uber tells us, “Wishing the trauma and violence of rape on anyone is nothing to joke about. Comments like these disrespect those affected by sexual assault and minimizes the seriousness of a societal issue that affects millions.”

NeNe Leakes held nothing back in lashing out at a heckler ... telling the female audience member she hoped she'd get raped by an Uber driver on her trip back home.

Leakes was performing stand-up at a show in Oakland Saturday night and the crowd wasn't into it. You can hear the audience booing the 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star just before she fires back with the rape comment.

It's the second time in the last week NeNe's gotten into with someone ... she lashed out at Kim Zolciak's 20-year-old daughter, Brielle Biermann -- calling her racist and a fake Kylie Jenner -- after Brielle posted a video from NeNe's house showing a critter crawling across the floor.

It's unclear what the audience member said to NeNe to get her so riled up.

Brielle Biermann's taking the high road for now after being blasted by NeNe Leakes ... but it looks like she finds the situation kind of funny.

We got Kim Zolciak's daughter leaving Catch in Weho Friday night with her MLB boyfriend, and asked her to confirm if those really were roaches in NeNe's bathroom in the vid she posted last week. Watch for the little smile.

As we reported ... NeNe was PISSED about the video and responded with an expletive-laced rant, calling Brielle a Kylie Jenner wannabe and jealous "racist trash."

As for Brielle and her BF, Michael Kopech ... they don't seem to be letting the drama bother them. They were spotted sucking face -- as usual -- earlier in Malibu.

NeNe Leakes just put Kim Zolciak's daughter in check over a video that makes it look like NeNe has bugs in her house -- and now she's dragging Kylie Jenner into the mess.

Brielle Biermann posted a video she shot throwing major shade at NeNe's house -- bitching about the bathroom and some nasty looking bugs. NeNe immediately responded with an epic, expletive-laced rant. Here's a taste:

"We don't have roaches! If you found 1, u brought it with u or it fell outta yo funky pu**y! Please know I will get You all the way together when you start f**king wit me and mine! Go somewhere and let the air outta those fake lips, fake titties and fake ass because you will never be @kylejenner."

Yeah, she spelled Kylie wrong, but she was on one ... it happens.

NeNe added, "You had to stoop so low and be so disgusting #racisttrash #jealous #KKK #thirsty you better run yo ass back to a child's place."
