Drew Barrymore Lights, Sirens, Action Over Suspicious Van at House
Drew Barrymore had a big scare Tuesday night ... a white van pulled up to her L.A. house while she was home alone with her child and the person inside seemed intent on getting her to answer the door ... repeatedly knocking ... and it triggered a panicked 911 call.
It sounded ominous ... but turns out it was one of your friendly AT&T service guys working in the neighborhood. The pregnant Drew didn't call for service and it's unclear why the dude was knocking, but after cops came and helicopters hovered, they found the van several blocks away, checked the guy out and all was ok.
Which raises the question ... when did phone companies start providing good service?
Charlie Sheen I'm Cutting Off Denise
Charlie Sheen has gone for Denise Richards' jugular ... cutting off her child support and kicking her out of her house ... TMZ has learned.
Denise was getting $55K a month in court-ordered support for their 2 kids -- Lola and Sam. We're told he only forked over half that amount for January and hasn't paid a dime in Feb or March.
As for the house ... as TMZ first reported, Sheen bought it for Richards back in 2011 so she and the kids would be close to him. But we're told Charlie has told Denise he's selling the house and wants her out STAT.
Charlie is not hiding his contempt for Denise or the fact that this is retaliation. Charlie believes Denise is keeping Sam and Lola from him. Sources close to Denise tell us ... she can't just race to give Charlie the kids when he feels like having them on a whim. She also wants to be present when he has the children.
Our sources say Denise is getting her legal ducks in a row to go after Charlie in court. Fact is ... when there's court-ordered child support, there's no such thing as a good excuse for not paying.

Justin Bieber I'm Outta Here!
Justin Bieber has officially cut ties with California ... he packed up all his stuff and he moved to ATL.
Moving trucks arrived at Bieber's Calabasas home Tuesday to clear a path for the new owner -- Khloe Kardashian.
TMZ broke the story ... Bieber also sold the plot of land next door, which now means he owns no property in California.
Bieber is renting in Atlanta but is looking to buy a house. We're told he's put house hunting in Southern California on hold. Our sources say he'll probably end up buying something in So. Cal., but now he's ATL to the core.

Vince Vaughn Buys Lane Kiffin's Beach Mansion
Lane Kiffin's loss is Vince Vaughn's gain ... because the "Wedding Crashers" star has been ID'd as the mystery buyer who paid $6.5 million for the Manhattan Beach pad Lane Kiffin sold when after he was fired from his gig at USC.
Don't feel bad for Lane ... he pocketed a cool $1 MILLION from the sale.
And don't feel bad for Vince either ... he gets to move in to one of the coolest mansions on the beach -- a 7,308-square foot palace with state-of-the-art everything and a kick ass backyard.
Everyone wins ... which wasn't happening when Lane was living IN the house.
Diddy RAGER RECON While Bev Hills Mansion Shopping
Diddy has zeroed in on a new Beverly Hills mansion -- but he needs to know HOW HARD CAN HE RAGE??? The mogul is asking the local homeowners' association about its party policies.
Bev Hills real estate sources tell us, Diddy is eying a $12 million 11,200 sq. ft. home in the city's gated Beverly Ridge area. But we're told he won't make an offer if he and his friends can't cut loose.
So, Diddy, if you buy the house anyone you invite in must first be cleared by gate security. If you're throwing a big party you need a valet service and security. And there are noise regs too.
The Homeowner's Ass'n is pretty flexible because lots of famous residents are known for their opulent shindigs.
As for the house itself, Keyshawn Johnson had it custom built in 2003, then sold it in 2004 to Paris Hilton's then-fiance Paris Latsis. When the house went back up for sale last year, we're told Kim Kardashian seriously considered buying it -- but ultimately settled on a nearby $11 million Bel Air mansion.

Justin Bieber I'm Done with Los Angeles
Justin Bieber has cut his final ties with the city of Los Angeles ... because TMZ has learned he's sold the last piece of property he owns in the area ... leaving him wide open for a permanent move to the ATL.
As TMZ first reported, Bieber sold his Calabasas home to Khloe Kardashian for a cool $7.2 million ... making a little over a million on the sale.
But according to our sources, Bieber also owned the 1.7-acre plot of land next door ... until now. We're told Bieber just sold that for $2.775 million (he bought it for $2.35 mil in 2012) and the deal closes in 30 days.
As for the buyer, our sources say it's nobody famous, but he's about to inherit a slew of famous neighbors.
We're told Bieber had been looking for another home in the Los Angeles, but he's since called off the search.
Atlanta, he's your problem now.

Porsha Williams My Hubby Screwed Me Sadly, In My Divorce!
"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams got hosed in her divorce settlement with Kordell Stewart.
According to legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Porsha gets NO alimony, NO house, NO NFL retirement money, NO cash-out, NO health insurance. She even has to pay her own credit card balances.
It's almost like a western movie. She gets the Mercedes she drove in on, and that's about it. She does get to keep the engagement ring and all of her personal crap ... jewelry, clothes and other personal items.
As for Kordell ... he gets two houses, 2 plots of land, a 2013 Mercedes and a 2010 Porsche, and his full retirement benefits. He also gets to keep a 100% interest in his companies.
Pretty crazy -- considering there was a lot of talk on "Real Housewives" that Porsha and Kordell did NOT sign a prenup.
Porsha was fighting like crazy to stay in the house, but Kordell changed the locks on her.
And it gets even worse. She's on the chopping block for the show.
On the bright side ... a pawn shop would probably pay a pretty penny for that ring.

Bengals Star DUMP ETIQUETTE Don't Crap Until AFTER the Maid Leaves
Here's a tip Emily Post would approve of ... when nature calls, consider the help ... at least, that's the Brown Code that Bengals safety George Iloka lives by.
The 23-year-old defensive stud just faced that exact situation in his home ... tweeting:
"I gotta take a big ol s**t but my cleanin lady still here. And she super nice so I dont even wanna do her like that by tearin up the bathroom."
Way to do her a solid, man.
Larry David I Kicked My House to the Curb
Larry David has sold the home he shared with his now-divorced wife ... and he pocketed a pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty penny off of it.
Larry and Laurie David lived in the 11,000-square ft. Pacific Palisades home -- with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms -- in one of the most exclusive areas of L.A.
Real estate sources tell TMZ the house closed Friday for $12 million ... Larry was asking $12.995.
No one has been living in the house for a while ... Larry moved to the uber ritzy Riviera -- also in the Palisades -- and Laurie built her dream home.
The realtors certainly had to curb their enthusiasm ... they ended up on both ends of the deal.
Santiago Arana repped Larry and Mauricio Umansky (Kyle Richards' hubby) represented the business man/buyer. Both guys work at the Agency in Bev. Hills.
Do you think Larry gave the buyer a tour of the place? We're guessing not.

Marc Anthony Ex Told Get Out of the Neighborhood You 'Whore!'
Marc Anthony says ex-wife had to sell her home because the wife of the married man she was banging was yelling "whore" through a bullhorn in front of her house and wouldn't stop.
Dayanara Torres is trying to increase her child support payments from $13K a month to $113K. She says she's so strapped for cash she had to sell her home and now she's living with the 2 kids in a hovel of an apartment in the San Fernando Valley.
But Marc tells a very different story. In legal docs he says Dayanara was SHAMED out of the house because the wife of her adulterous lover took to the sidewalk "with a bullhorn yelling 'whore' for the whole neighborhood to hear."
Marc says the scorned woman was so unrelenting ... he sent his own security to help.
And, he says, part of her financial plight is her own doing, because she ended up selling the house at a loss. Lesson -- don't bang married men.
Dayanara denies the whole bullhorn incident.

Justin Bieber D.A. Doesn't Want CELEBRITY JUSTICE
The L.A. County District Attorney wants to make sure Justin Bieber is treated like Joe Schmoe when they charge him with egging his neighbor's house ... and that's why the case hasn't been filed.
Law enforcement sources involved in the case tell TMZ ... prosecutors are still evaluating 2 factors in deciding whether to charge Bieber with a misdemeanor or a felony. First, the D.A. is digging deep into the exact amount of damage the yoking cost the homeowner.
As we first reported ... the homeowner submitted estimates to the L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. putting the total tab at around $20K.
The D.A. is also looking at similar cases they and other law enforcement agencies have prosecuted, to determine if a misdemeanor or a felony is most appropriate. They don't want this to look like "celebrity justice." The complicating factor -- they've already charged Lil Za with FELONY vandalism for breaking a $400 jail phone.
Our sources say the amount of damage isn't the only factor. The egregiousness of the act is also a big factor.
Notice we are not couching this post by saying Bieber might not be charged. That's because we're told he will be charged ... the only issue is whether it's a misdemeanor or a felony. If you're betting, go with the former.

Khloe Kardashian I Just Bought Bieber's Calabasas Crib
Justin Bieber's Calabasas neighbors can finally breathe a sigh of relief ... because the Biebs is moving out -- after scoring a million dollar profit from the new buyer ... Khloe Kardashian.
We broke the story ... Bieber decided to move out of Calabasas in January after numerous run-ins with neighbors and law enforcement -- where he felt trapped in his own home -- and now he dumped it off on Khloe.
Bieber bought the house in 2012 for just over $6 mil. Real estate sources tell TMZ ... Khloe bought the home for $7.2 million.
As for Khloe ... she sold her Tarzana estate to "Big Bang Theory" star Kaley Cuoco for $5.49 mil.
The move makes sense for K.K. -- her sister Kourtney recently purchased the nearby home of Keyshawn Johnson ... who had his fair share of beef with J.B.
We're told Khloe will do some remodeling, because Justin's 19-year-old taste doesn't suit her.
He's all yours Atlanta!

Justin Bieber Goldilocks Break-In At ATL Mansion Woman Arrested
A tiny woman somehow got into Justin Bieber's house Wednesday and found her way into a bedroom ... TMZ has learned.
It's a bizarre story. Just after 5 PM, the niece of the guy who is renting his Atlanta Estate to Justin called the cops and said she came home and found "an Asian female" sleeping in one of her bedrooms.
She called the cops and when they arrived they found 5'5", 110 lb Qianying Zhao waiting outside the home and she had quite the story. She said she had met Bieber on Twitter and was visiting him for a birthday party.
Sadly, she said she realized she was too late for the party so she decided to come to his house and wait for him. She said she found an open door and let herself in.
Zhao was arrested for criminal trespass and placed into "double-locked handcuffs" with her hands behind her back.
It's unclear if Justin was home at the time.
9:25 AM PT -- We just got the 911 call. It's pretty hilarious.
Darren Sharper Wins $178k In Non-Rape Related Lawsuit
If Darren Sharper wasn't locked up on rape charges, he'd be pretty pumped right now -- 'cause he recently won a $178k lawsuit in a war over a crappy remodeling job on his FL condo ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Sharper had sued a Florida construction company, along with an interior designer, that botched a very expensive construction job at the former NFL star's swanky condo.
Sharper's Florida attorney, Michael Simon, tells us ... "There was work that wasn't done properly. There was work that wasn't completed. We went to court to get Darren's money back."
In the end, the judge sided with Sharper -- and ordered the companies to pay up.
Normally, a plaintiff would celebrate such an enormous victory ... but Darren, well ... he's a little preoccupied at the moment.

USC Basketball Coach I'm No Lane Kiffin Takes Big Hit on Florida Home
Not all USC coaches are created equal ... at least when it comes to real estate -- just ask Trojan basketball coach Andy Enfield who just got rocked in Florida the same week Lane Kiffin made out like a bandit in L.A.
TMZ Sports has learned Enfield took a $130k hit on his "Dunk City" home in Fort Meyers, FL -- where he lived when he ran the b-ball program at Florida Gulf Coast University.
Enfield dropped $725k on the place when he bought in 2011 -- and initially put it on the market for $675k when he ditched the school in 2013.
But no one bit ... so he dropped and dropped and dropped ... until he finally found someone to take the property off his hands last month for $597,500, according to RealEstate.com.
It's the opposite side of the spectrum from Kiffin -- who made $1 MILLION last week after selling the Manhattan Beach pad where he lived during his time at SC.
The good news for Enfield -- his wife's super hot (see below).
So, there's that.
