Taylor Swift provided a blow-by-blow account of the moment she says a Denver radio DJ groped her and her testimony got graphic and emotional.

Attorneys for the DJ, David Mueller, grilled Taylor during a deposition ... asking her about the alleged incident during a 2013 meet and greet. She says, "As soon as he grabbed my ass, I became shocked and withdrawn and was barely able to say, 'Thanks for coming,' which is what I say to everybody."

Taylor says she was posing for a photo with Mueller and his female companion, and says she was so shocked at what happened, "It was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality."

She made it clear the grab happened completely underneath her clothing -- "He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass right when I was having to pose for a photo, and it felt intentional that would be the time he would choose to do it."

Philadelphia Eagles' Josh Huff was arrested for gun and weed possession after he was pulled over for speeding ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to the Delaware River Port Authority criminal complaint, the 25-year-old wide receiver was stopped on the Walt Whitman Bridge in Jersey around 11 AM after cops saw him going 25 mph over the speed limit.

Police say his car reeked of weed -- and when a cop asked him about the smell, Huff handed him a "tight vac" container of "suspected marijuana."

Cops say Huff also told them he had a handgun in the car -- which was found in the driver's side door, next to a magazine that contained "six hollow point bullets."

Huff was booked for gun possession without a permit and marijuana possession (less than 50 grams). His bail was set at $25k.

He was also charged with DUI and illegal window tinting.

Larsa Pippen made a tearful 911 call -- just 3 days after she placed a very similar call to police -- and said Scottie had "gotten crazy again."

The NBA legend's wife called Fort Lauderdale PD on Oct. 4, and this time she was more defiant and insisted police come to their home because he was breaking things.

As we reported ... her first 911 call was made as Scottie stood next to Larsa, telling her to cancel the call for help. The second time around, Larsa is by herself, crying and providing details about the alleged incident.

N.Y. Mets star pitcher Jeurys Familia was arrested for domestic violence early Monday morning in New Jersey ... TMZ Sports has confirmed.

Familia -- an All-Star pitcher -- was arrested by the Fort Lee police department ... after they responded Monday morning at 2:22 AM to a call for "a dispute."

According to the complaint ... cops observed visible injuries to the alleged victim, including "a scratch to the chest and bruise to the right cheek."

Familia was arrested and charged with simple assault. His bail was set at $1,500.

The Mets released the following statement, saying, "The matter was brought to our attention and we are monitoring the situation."

We reached out to Familia's rep ... but so far, no word back.

FYI -- Familia appeared in an anti-domestic violence PSA earlier this month.

Former 'Voice' runner-up Juliet Simms was taken off an American Airlines flight and handed over to the FBI when she allegedly got into a physical fight with her husband.

Juliet and Andy Biersack were flying from Charlotte to LAX Sunday night when they started feuding in their first class seats. Witnesses tell us Juliet got louder and louder, and then hit Andy in the face. Flight attendants warned them to calm down, but 20 mins later they were at it again ... and had to be separated.

But we're told Juliet -- who nearly won season 2 of "The Voice" -- remained "out of control" and that's when an air marshal handcuffed her. That didn't help to calm her down either ... which is obvious in this video.

Once they landed, LAX cops detained her and handed her off to the FBI ... which had jurisdiction since the fight happened in the air. Law enforcement sources tell us she was questioned and released.

We spoke to Juliet and Andy ... and they're both chalking it up to her boozing too hard after not drinking for several months. He wasn't drinking. They say they're together, and everything's fine. They're cooperating with the FBI investigation.

Mark Salling will not be charged for rape because the woman who made the accusation waited way too long to report the incident.

The L.A. County District Attorney just rejected the case, citing insufficient evidence, lack of corroboration and a 4 year delay in reporting the alleged crime.

The woman told cops she was a 22-year-old virgin at the time, and told Mark, "I don't know if I can do this." She claimed he persisted, giving her booze and then engaged in intercourse, all the while she claims she was pleading for him to stop.

The woman claimed Mark told her he needed "five more minutes" and never stopped. The woman also claims she eventually blacked out, only to awake and find Mark sleeping next to her.

The woman claims the next morning Mark wanted to have sex again and she says she consented.

Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham has pled not guilty to a concealed weapons charge -- after allegedly taking a loaded gun through the airport earlier this month.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Bradham was popped at Miami International Airport on Oct. 2nd after officials say he put a loaded firearm through the TSA screening machine.

We're told Bradham had a concealed weapons permit -- but the bigger issue is that he was out on bond from an unrelated assault case where one of the terms was he wasn't allowed to carry a gun.

The concealed weapons charge is a 2nd degree misdemeanor and if he's convicted, he could face up to 6 months in jail.

Justin Bieber dodged a grilling from attorneys by settling the lawsuit a Miami photog filed against him for an alleged beatdown in a Subway restaurant ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the case tell us both sides reached the agreement at the 11th hour. As we told you, a judge had given JB until the end of October to get his butt to Miami for a deposition.

We're told the photog, Manuel Munoz, got paid an undisclosed amount -- the terms of the settlement are confidential. TMZ broke the story, Munoz claimed Justin ordered one of his bodyguards to attack him while he was snapping pics of Bieber in the Subway.

The alleged altercation went down in January 2014, the same night Justin got busted for DUI.

Ricky Schroder responded to his wife Andrea's divorce the ol' fashioned way ... with pen and paper.

Ricky did NOT have a lawyer file his answer to his wife's divorce ... he did it himself.

The actor is fine handing over physical custody to Andrea. They have 4 kids but only one, 15-year-old Faith, is a minor. Faith's been living with Andrea in Malibu since June, when the couple separated.

Not that this would ever happen ... but Ricky concedes he won't go after Andrea for spousal support.

Andrea filed for divorce in September, weeks shy of their 24th wedding anniversary.

NBA star Joe Johnson -- who's made nearly $200 MILLION in the NBA -- is being evicted from his lavish Miami condo ... after building owners claim he stiffed them on rent for months!

TMZ Sports has obtained court docs filed in Miami in which the owners of the Marinablue Condos (this place has insane ocean views) -- claim Johnson leased a place in March 2016 back when he was playing for the Miami Heat.

According to the docs, Johnson agreed to pay $5,500 per month in rent -- but when the bills showed up, Johnson never forked over the dough.

In fact, the owners claim he paid $0 in rent from April to August. For the record, Johnson signed a new deal with the Jazz in July.

The owners are demanding $39,500 in back rent plus damages and fees -- and they want a judge to sign off on the eviction so they can take back possession of the property.

Former Playboy model Katie May's estate is giving the chiropractor who caused her death 2 options -- fund her daughter's education or brace for a wrongful death lawsuit.

Katie's estate says it's contacted the L.A. chiropractor who adjusted Katie's neck, accidentally tearing a major artery which the coroner says caused her death. The estate's powerhouse lawyer, Ronald Richards, tells us the coroner's finding -- first reported by TMZ, makes it clear the chiro needs to compensate Katie's heir ... her 7-year-old daughter.

Richards says he told the chiropractor he wants a settlement to avoid a lengthy, messy trial. He told us the estate is seeking something in the low 7 figures, and intends to use it to set up a college fund for Katie's little girl.

He agrees with the coroner's finding that the death was accidental, but adds ... when licensed professionals are negligent and cause death "there are some consequences."

Rachael Harris is an employer from hell who worked her nanny like a dog and then stiffed her out of more than a month's pay ... according to a lawsuit.

Davy Salley-Rumph says in legal docs Harris -- who stars in "Lucifer" -- hired her to nanny her kid for 2 months. But Davy says Harris immediately showed her horns by cracking the whip with 12 to 24 hour days, 6 to 7 days a week ... without breaks or OT pay.

Davy says Harris committed a cardinal sin in early October when she fired Davy for no good reason, and then refused to pay her wages for the remaining five weeks of the deal.

She's suing for the back pay, plus penalties and interest. We've reached out to Rachael ... so far, no word back.

Mark Salling allegedly raped a 22-year-old woman ... so claims the alleged victim, and now the L.A. County D.A. is deciding whether to file charges against him.

A woman claims she and Salling entered a room to have intercourse, but she changed her mind and told him no, saying, "I can't do this" -- this according to the police report. She told cops he refused to stop and forced himself on her.

The woman tells TMZ she and Salling had been dating a few months before the alleged incident.

The alleged victim filed a police report in April of this year ... nearly 4 years after the incident. She tells us she knew months earlier the former "Glee" star had been arrested for possessing child porn.

The D.A. is reviewing the case for possible rape charges.

We called Salling's rep for comment ... so far no word back.

The intruder who was shot at Miranda Kerr's home left a bizarre calling card/love letter at the house 2 days before his bloody confrontation ... TMZ has learned.

Our law enforcement sources tell us Shaun Haywood hand-delivered a letter to an employee at Kerr's home, and it was filled with nonsensical phrases. We're told the only thing that was clear from the "jibber-jabber" was Haywood had a thing for Miranda.

The employee who received the letter alerted security, which was immediately increased at the home ... leading up to the bloody confrontation with Kerr's security guard. Our sources say Haywood told cops he believed he was a spirit traveling for thousands of years, and wanted to meet Miranda because she's also a free spirit.

A judge has since issued a protective order for Haywood to stay away from Miranda. He won't be a problem for now, as he's still in police custody. He's been charged with 3 felonies.

The guy Soulja Boy allegedly threatened to shoot and kill says he can't see his daughter now and it's all Soulja's fault ... so he's suing the rapper.

Skrill Dilly says he's the guy Soulja was talking about when he brandished a gun on camera and said, "I'll kill yo bitch ass." In his lawsuit, Skrill says Soulja actually put a $10,000 bounty on his head. Worst of all, he says his baby mama is refusing to let him near their daughter ... fearing the little girl will get caught in the crossfire.

Skrill says the stress and fear of Soulja gunning for him triggered some medical issues. He was not specific. He's suing for damages and cash to cover his medical expenses.

Soulja Boy has said the gun in the video was fake. We reached out to him about the lawsuit -- no word back.

The guy who vandalized Donald Trump's Hollywood Walk of Fame star will be prosecuted to the max, if the LAPD has its way.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... the LAPD will send the case to the D.A. in the next few days and recommend felony prosecution. Cops think the D.A. should nail James Otis for going to town with a pickax and destroying the star.

Otis says he was acting in protest of Trump, but an official from the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is scoffing at him, saying the Chamber -- not Trump -- is the real victim and they want Otis slapped with a felony as well.

Otis says he'll face the music, but the crime carries way more than a slap on the wrist. He could get 3 years in prison -- worst case scenario.

The whole Ghandi argument probably won't fly in L.A. County Superior Court.
