Martin Shkreli has taken a lot of crap for raising the price of the HIV/AIDS drug Daraprim ... and now that's happened literally.

Shkreli was holding court at UC Davis Saturday when a protester hurled dog poop and hit his target ... in the face!!!

Blac Chyna's going radio silent on 2 men who claim she stiffed them for millions after they helped make her the celebrity she is today.

Jason Alston and Lincoln Hayes of Infinite Grind Multimedia say they signed Blac Chyna back in June 2007 to a 10-year contract which made them her managers. They claim the deal called for her to fork over 50% of her earnings during that period.

The men claim they discovered her when she was stripping in D.C. and helped her score covers on Black Men and Straight Stuntin magazines. This was all before she hit it big and got in with the Kardashians -- but under the deal they're still her managers, and they want their cut.

Alston and Hayes claim she owes them at least $3 mil in unpaid fees -- they can't pinpoint the exact amount because they believe she's made deals without them. They're threatening to sue if she doesn't pay up by June.

Scott Baio may get justice, because the D.A. is now considering prosecuting the woman who allegedly attacked him over his support for Donald Trump.

We've learned the Ventura County D.A. now has a file on his desk with the name, Nancy Mack ... the wife of Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith.

The D.A. will decide if she should be prosecuted for battery ... for allegedly confronting Scott at a school function for their kids, berating him for supporting Trump and then allegedly physically attacking him as she screamed "Grab 'em by the pussy."

Cesar Millan got bit where it really hurts when someone broke into his house and made off with a ton of jewelry.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the break-in happened Thursday night at Cesar's home in Studio City, CA. We're told the burglar or burglars entered through an unlocked bathroom window -- and left with several hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of bling.

Sources close to the 'Dog Whisperer' say he had been in Asia on business for several weeks, but the good news is his security cameras were working. Cops say surveillance footage captured the heist in progress ... and will be critical to identifying any culprits.

No animals were harmed in this crime -- this home isn't the one where Cesar has his training facility.

A rep for Cesar tells us the Millan family requests privacy while they work with the police department to conduct a thorough investigation.

T.J. Miller won't be charged with a crime for allegedly beating up his driver ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported ... the "Silicon Valley" star allegedly got high on nitrous oxide and delivered a blow to his driver's head. He was arrested for battery, but a rep at the L.A. City Attorney's Office tells us they're going to have an informal office hearing with T.J. to discuss the incident.

A number of things could go down -- from a simple warning to making him attend anger management classes, but bottom line is ... he'll dodge charges. For now.

We're told if T.J. screws up -- by skipping the meeting or not adhering to whatever comes out of the meeting -- the charges could resurface.

T.J.'s still facing a civil suit over the incident.

UPDATE: Depp's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, tells us, "We are all pleased to put this unpleasant chapter in Mr. Depp and his family's lives behind them. Having his request for entry of dissolution judgment granted today made it a particularly lucky Friday the 13th."

Johnny Depp gave Amber Heard more than $7 million in their divorce settlement ... she also gets doggies Pistol and Boo, Arrow the horse and a Mustang (Ford, that is).

Don't feel too sorry for Johnny. He keeps all of his properties, scattered all over the globe ... L.A., Colorado, Kentucky, the Bahamas and France. He also gets to keep his 42 vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, boats and golf carts.

As for the $7 mil, Johnny has already paid $200k. He owes $1 million more 3 days from Friday. He'll owe another mil next month, another mil in May, and still another mil in August. And then there's $500k in August and finally $2.3 mil in February 2018.

And that's all she wrote.

3:00 PM PT -- Chyna's prosecution was deferred essentially because she's been on her best behavior since the arrest. Prosecutors tell us she completed a "sufficient amount" of classes, and because it was a non-violent offense ... they dismissed the charges.

They wouldn't say what kind of classes she specifically took, but in cases like this it's typically some sort of substance abuse education or community service.

Blac Chyna will avoid going to trial for her ecstasy bust in Texas ... we've learned the case has been dismissed.

According to court docs, prosecutors in Austin filed to drop the third degree felony charge against Chyna and a judge agreed, dismissing the charge Friday.

We broke the story ... she was arrested about a year ago in Austin International Airport after acting erratically and getting verbally abusive with a bartender. Police said they found 2 pills in her sunglasses case.

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard will be single before dinnertime, because the judge is about to seal the deal and make their divorce final.

Amber was trying to delay the final divorce so she could take Johnny's deposition, but the judge turned thumbs down in a hearing Friday, saying enough was enough.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny had agreed to pay Amber $7 million to settle the divorce, but Amber attempted to renegotiate the settlement. The judge ruled the $7 mil settlement stood, and that's what she'll get.

Johnny's lawyers asked the judge to impose a $100k sanction on Amber for delaying the proceeding, but the judge rejected that. She wanted Johnny to pay her attorney's fees but the judge said each should foot their own bills.

Charges have come in for 6 additional suspects arrested in Kim Kardashian's robbery case ... and one of the alleged robbers got slapped with an extra charge for having major firepower.

The 6 suspects are officially facing charges from the French authorities, including being in an organized gang, kidnapping and criminal association. The suspects' ages range 54-72 except for one ID'd only as Harminy ... who is just 29.

Other charges include acquiring and possessing ammunition, and impersonating and holding false administrative documents.

Finally, 70-year-old suspect known as Christiane G is charged with being head of complicity of robbery with weapon in an organized gang, complicity of abduction and sequestration, and possession of ammunition. He was also charged with possessing an AK-47.

Gwen Stefani stole one of her hit songs from an L.A. rocker turned hairstylist ... according to the hair guy who's now suing.

The song's called "Spark the Fire" -- written by Gwen and her pal, Pharrell Williams, and released in 2014 -- but Richard Morrill says Gwen got the idea for it back in 1998 ... while he was coloring her hair.

Besides his hair gig ... Morrill was also a singer/songwriter with a group called L.A.P.D. and they recorded a track called, "Who's Got My Lighter?" In the suit, he says he played it for Gwen when she came in to get her 'do done ... and she dug it.

So much so ... he says 18 years later she jacked his "Who's got my lightah? Who got the fire?" lyrics and switched 'em slightly, but close enough to feel cheated. He says Gwen's even admitted Pharrell wrote most of the song, and her only contribution was the "spark the fire" lines.

Morrill's suing both hit makers for a cut of the $25 mil he says she's made off the track.

Y'know Pharrell's gotta be saying -- Not this crap again.

Mendeecees Harris is making an odd plea for a guy who's currently doing hard time for drug trafficking -- he's insisting he's NOT a drug dealer ... TMZ has learned.

Seems too little, too late, but the 'Love and Hip Hop NY' star -- who got 8 years in prison -- says federal prosecutors gave him the shaft during sentencing because they made it sound like he was dealing cocaine and heroin.

In docs obtained by TMZ ... Harris says he was merely "collecting drugs from one party and handing them to another." He says feds never even accused him of setting prices or having knowledge of the entire drug operation.

Translation: I was a small fry, and they know it.

Terrence Howard's ex-wife is calling off the dogs -- dropping the lawsuit accusing him of assaulting her during a vacation in Costa Rica ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, Michelle Ghent filed a request to dismiss the whole case. As we first reported, Michelle sued back in 2015 ... claiming he strangled her during an argument and threatened to kill her. Terrence claimed it was mutual combat.

A source connected to the case tells us this was no settlement though -- Terrence didn't pay her a dime. We're told lawyers' fees on both sides just got astronomical, and Michelle decided to walk away from the legal fight.

Ghent's attorney tells us it wasn't about money, but more that she didn't want his children -- who were on the vacation -- dragged into the case as witnesses.

Kim Kardashian wants justice handed down hard against the people who robbed her, but we've learned her participation will go down thousands of miles from Paris.

Turns out, Kim won't have to travel to France to testify against the people who apparently will be charged with the multi-million dollar jewelry heist. Under French law, crime victims don't have to confront the alleged perpetrators in court. The way the system works ... the judge conducts interviews outside the courtroom.

What's more ... we're told judges will sometimes travel long distances to interview crime victims, and the lawyers we've spoken to in France tell us Kim's case fits the bill for a judge to travel to the U.S. and have a chitchat with her.

Under French law, the alleged criminals don't have the right to cross-examine her, so everything can be done in private ... without the alleged perpetrators or their lawyers looking on.

When Dylann Roof is executed, the son of slain Rev. Daniel Simmons wants to bear witness -- but not out of vengeance.

Daniel Simmons Jr. tells TMZ he and other members of the Charleston church were relieved by the jury's guilty verdict and decision to give Roof the death penalty -- but he's still waiting to see an ounce of remorse.

Simmons says he will absolutely attend Roof's execution by lethal injection ... in hopes the killer experiences God's forgiveness in the moments before he dies.

Simmons' father was one of the 9 victims Roof shot in cold blood inside Emanuel AME Church -- so, the amount of restraint and grace he shows here is extraordinary.

Gilbert Arenas is gunning for his ex-wife in court for repeating an STD claim about him that already cost her $110k ... TMZ has learned.

The ex-NBA star filed a defamation lawsuit against Laura Govan, as well as her attorney, Maya Shulman, over a December blog post about the longstanding war between the exes. In the post, Shulman said Laura was "stating a fact" when she accused Gilbert of giving her an STD.

As we reported, Gilbert won a hefty defamation judgement against Laura over that very allegation. In the new suit, he says Laura and her attorney clearly didn't learn their lesson -- and the December comment constitutes another instance of smearing his good name.

He says Shulman dug her own grave when she issued a retraction -- in the comments section of the blog -- admitting she doesn't "know any 'fact' that supports" Laura's STD claims. Gilbert says it proves she knowingly made a false statement.

He adds the retraction didn't come until 2 weeks later, and was NOT prominent on the site. He's suing both women for damages.

Magic Johnson says he borrowed $850,000 in fancy jewelry for his wife for their big 25th wedding anniversary last year ... only to get completely ripped off by the jeweler.

It's all part of a new lawsuit Johnson filed against Gina Amir Atelier ... a Bev Hills jewelry business that Johnson refers to as a "thieves den."

Long story short ... Johnson says the store took a $250k deposit so he could use 2 pieces of jewelry -- a gold and platinum ring covered in diamonds and a HUGE platinum necklace with 101 white diamonds.

Johnson says his wife, Cookie, wore the stuff and brought it back unharmed a week later -- but the store never returned his $250k deposit.

He claims the jewelers "conspired to defraud" him all along and says they used him as a "personal ATM." He's suing to get back his $250k.
