Some butter-hungry Wisconsinites are yelling Erin go Bragh, and suing the state just to get their fave Irish spread back on shelves!

The Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty is suing the state's Dept. of Agriculture on behalf of 4 pissed off consumers and a grocery store, claiming the Butter Law of 1954 is depriving residents of enjoying Kerrygold butter.

The old law requires butter to be graded by U.S. or Wisconsin inspectors ... which isn't possible for Kerrygold because it's made and packaged in Ireland. The advocacy group claims the law's true motive is killing competition for Wisconsin's dairy industry.

According to docs, the butter 5-0's been cracking down, and violators risk jail time and hefty fines.

The butter lovers want the court to overturn the 1954 law. A rep for the Dept. of Agriculture tells us "enforcement action has been limited to notifying retailers of what the law says."

Kendall Jenner got a visit from CSI -- a forensic fingerprint specialist looking through her house for evidence in the $200k jewelry heist.

The investigator coolly entered Kendall's Hollywood Hills pad Thursday with his briefcase full of CSI tools to find any prints left behind. The guy sounded confident on the way out, but fingerprints around most of the house could be meaningless because ... as we reported, there was a bunch of people in the house.

Kendall's jewelry box might yield some clues IF the crooks touched it or any of the jewels left behind.

It was a rough night for the Kardashians Wednesday, because vandals and thieves were out to get them.

Turns out the DASH store on Melrose in L.A. got an unwanted makeover ... something people discovered on the TMZ Celebrity Tour Thursday morning.

The store is owned by Kim, Khloe and Kourtney.

Just 2 miles away ... someone stole $200k in jewelry from Kendall Jenner's home. Cops believes that one's an inside job.

Ricardo Medina Jr. -- one of the stars of 'Power Rangers Samurai' -- just pled guilty to voluntary manslaughter for stabbing his roommate to death with a sword.

Ricardo appeared in court Thursday in Lancaster and entered his plea. He remains behind bars without bail. Ricardo -- who admitted to using a sword in the killing -- is scheduled to be sentenced later this month.

TMZ broke the story ... Ricardo was rearrested back in January 2016 and charged with murder. He had previously been arrested but the D.A. kicked the case back to cops for more investigation.

He faces 6 years in prison.

NFL lineman King Dunlap will NOT be prosecuted for violating a restraining order involving his baby mama ... and his lawyer says the two sides are working together to co-parent their kids.

Dunlap was arrested last month at his home when cops say he violated the terms of a protective order by visiting the residence while his GF was there. He was told by the judge to have no contact whatsoever.

We spoke with Dunlap's attorney, Worrick Robinson, who says the whole thing was a giant misunderstanding -- he was just at the home to pick up clothes.

Robinson says Dunlap and his ex are on good terms at the moment and are focused on working together to co-parent their two kids.

Mischa Barton got not just one but 2 restraining orders against 2 former boyfriends ... one or both of whom she believes is peddling a sex tape.

As we reported, Mischa has filed a police report after stories surfaced someone is trying to sell a sex tape featuring the actress for $500k. She said in a news conference the culprit is a former BF, but she didn't name names.

TMZ has obtained 2 restraining orders Mischa got Tuesday against Jon Zacharias and Adam Spaw. She said in the docs she started dating Jon last October and says he took videos of "us having intimate relations, photos of me naked in the shower, and other videos and photos of me unclothed."

Mischa says all videos and photos were taken without her knowledge or permission.

She goes on to say she broke up with Jon after she learned he was only interested in her because she was a celebrity. She then started dating Adam, a former friend of Jon's. She says Adam told her Jon had bragged to him he had the videos and photos. She goes on to say Adam copied the photos and videos and tried to erase them from Jon's computer.

She says Adam turned out to be a bad guy, forging her signature on checks.

Mischa says both guys are desperate for money, and she believes one or both are the ones who are peddling the sex tape.

A judge ordered both Adam and Jon to stay clear of Mischa and prohibited them from selling, distributing, giving away or showing any of the videos or photos.

Meek Mill was charged with assault Wednesday at St. Louis International Airport after an airport employee on the hunt for a pic triggered a fight ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the airport employee wanted a photo with Meek but the rapper wasn't having it ... and an altercation ensued.

Airport police were called and Meek, along with 2 airport employees, was charged with misdemeanor assault. They were given a summons to appear in court in lieu of arrest.

Meek is on probation for a weapons and drug conviction, so this could be a violation.

We know this ... 5 minutes before we posted this story, Meek was ordering pizza at the airport just before catching a flight.

The NY Jets tight end who stupidly talked cops INTO arresting him for DUI has been punished by the NFL ... and will be suspended for 2 games.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins was pulled over for a routine traffic stop back in September -- and was thiiiis close to being let go ... until he started running his drunken mouth.

During the arrest, Austin told cops he needed to take a "huge s**t" ... the cop begged him not to do it in the squad car.

ASJ eventually pled no contest to reckless driving and got probation and community service.

But the NFL found he violated the league's personal conduct policy -- and punished him as well.

Amanda Seyfried's legal team is going after a site that posted her nude photos ... some of which include "intimate moments" with her ex-boyfriend.

The actress's lawyer fired off a threatening letter to Celeb Jihad, demanding they immediately take down the images that were meant to be private. The letter states the pics were illegally obtained by a third party, and leaked to the site without Amanda's consent.

Amanda's legal team wants the site to preserve any evidence related to the leak, most likely for future litigation.

11:49 AM PT -- The judge in the case just DISMISSED all charges against Revis.

Darrelle Revis' childhood friend just testified in court that it was HIS voice on video admitting to knocking out two men in a Pittsburgh street fight back in February.

Revis is in court to face 4 felony charges connected to the incident in which he's accused of beating up 2 men outside a bar.

In footage shot immediately after the fight (and posted by TMZ Sports) you hear a man say, "I knocked both of these motherf**kers out!"

Revis' friend says he not only made the comments in the footage but fessed up to KO'ing the men as well. The friend was in court along with his own attorney.

The friend says he only got involved because the other men had jumped Revis -- and he pulled them off and fought back to protect himself.

Mischa Barton says someone she dated has betrayed her in the most personal of ways ... shopping around what she says is revenge porn.

Mischa and her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, just warned the suspect ... the law will come down on him hard.

The star of "The O.C." says the ex used a hidden camera and videotaped her without her consent. Bloom says the guy has been shopping the tape around to porn sites. She says she's obtained a restraining order against the guy, who apparently is looking for a big payday.

Bloom has contacted cops who are investigating.

9:45 AM PT -- LaVar Ball just spoke about the incident ... saying it appears only a window was broken at the home.

He then told ESPN, "I wish I was there! It ain't hard to get in my home ... it's hard to get out."

The family home of LaVar Ball -- and his 3 superstar sons -- was hit by burglars in Chino Hills Tuesday night while LiAngelo and LaMelo were playing in a televised high school playoff game.

TMZ Sports has learned ... neighbors heard a suspicious crash sound at the Ball home around 8 PM and immediately called police.

We're told cops raced to the scene and when they got there, they saw a pile of Ball family belongings in the center of the home ... as if they'd been rounded up.

Our law enforcement sources tell us the operating theory is that due to the quick response of neighbors and cops, the bad guys didn't get the chance to make off with the goods before police arrived ... so they left the loot and bolted.

We're told cops are on the case ... taking fingerprints and looking for surveillance video. At one point, cops even used a helicopter to search for the suspects.

As for the Ball family, we're told it's typical for cops to instruct victims to go through their house and check for missing items.

A rep for the family tells us, "Everybody is safe."

Taylor Swift is done fighting Spotify and other streaming services for royalties, and apparently wants to become the master of her own destiny by starting her own streaming service.

Taylor's filed docs giving her the right to brand a website "featuring non-downloadable multi-media content in the nature of audio recordings." Sounds like a streaming service to us. She wants to call the website "Swifties."

You'll recall Taylor famously feuded with Spotify over royalties and ended up yanking her catalog back in 2014. The move sent Spotify and others into crisis mode, fearing other artists might follow.

It looks like Taylor's going beyond a streaming service. According to the docs, she's looking to launch a line of music products, including guitars, guitar picks, guitar straps and drumsticks. Her plans also include organizing retreats, educational camps and self-guided online courses.

Kate del Castillo's fear of an El Chapo related backlash, and possible jail time, is forcing the actress to bail on her Netflix event -- but a hologram might save the day.

Sources close to the Mexican soap opera star tell TMZ Kate will be skipping the Netflix premiere down in Mexico City for her new show "Ingobernable." We're told she's still worried Mexican cops will arrest her to grill her about Sean Penn's infamous interview with El Chapo ... which she arranged.

We're told Netflix honchos are looking into the cost of creating a Kate hologram to attend the event. If that doesn't work out, she's also planning a Q&A via Skype -- but that's as close as she'll get to the border.

As we reported ... Kate was wanted by the Mexican government for possibly getting illegal funds from El Chapo as payment for brokering the Penn sit-down.

Coincidentally, Kate plays the Mexican First Lady who allegedly kills the President in "Ingobernable."

The head of a national women's rights group is calling for the NFL to suspend Ezekiel Elliott -- claiming his shirt-pulling stunt at a St. Patty's Day parade in Dallas was "a clear act of sexual assault."

We spoke with Shaunna Thomas -- co-founder of UltraViolet, an organization dedicated to fighting sexism and expanding women's rights who says she's seen the video and is convinced Zeke committed a crime.

"The reality is that what happened in that video was sexual assault, period."

Thomas also calls on Roger Goodell to take immediate disciplinary action to prove the league is serious about protecting women.

Toya Wright says she's relieved that cops finally have a suspect in custody for the shooting deaths of her 2 brothers.

Toya tells TMZ ... "All we want is justice for my brothers .. We thank everyone for their prayers and support."

Antoine Edwards was booked Thursday in New Orleans for second degree murder. According to NOLA.com, cops narrowed it down to Edwards after several tipsters mentioned a man named "Toine" or "Tweezy" was responsible. Edwards had reportedly told at least one person he did it.

Joshua and Ryan "Rudy" Johnson were shot to death last July while in their car. Both died from multiple gunshot wounds.
