Derek Fisher was arrested on suspicion of DUI Sunday after crashing his car on the 101 Freeway following a night out at Catch in West Hollywood ... and the wreckage looks gnarly.

Derek's Cadillac flipped over just after 3 AM PT Sunday as he was heading northbound on the Ventura 101 Freeway. His passenger was "Basketball Wives" star Gloria Govan. Neither Derek nor Gloria were injured.

Derek was then arrested and jailed after it was determined he'd been drinking. The car wreck could have been deadly from how badly the car had flipped ... based on video obtained by TMZ Sports.

CHP officials say Derek veered into the paved right shoulder of the 101 just east of the 405 interchange. He collided with the raised concrete curb and guardrail, which flipped his car over once. Luckily, the crash left both Derek and Gloria unscathed.

We got Derek Saturday night leaving Catch at 11:45 PM, but he crashed at 3 AM. He apparently picked up Gloria after dinner, because she wasn't at Catch. He and Gloria have been an open couple since March.

Rockwell can rest easy ... prosecutors are no longer watching him because they've rejected the case against him for allegedly hitting his housekeeper ... over a sandwich.

The L.A. City Attorney said there was insufficient evidence to convict the "Somebody's Watching Me" singer ... and Motown heir. TMZ broke the story ... Rockwell was busted at his Venice home last month. His housekeeper accused him of getting physical because she didn't whip up a sandwich for him quickly enough.

Ultimately, prosecutors decided there wasn't enough meat on the bread here -- so, case closed for Berry Gordy's son.

All he wants is to be left alone, in his average home ...

Former "Basketball Wives: LA" star Laura Govan found her home ransacked after burglars made off with a ton of cash and jewelry ... TMZ has learned.

According to the police report, Govan's San Fernando home was a disaster zone when she came home last month from vacay. The kitchen window was smashed and items were thrown all over the house. Laura told cops the crooks made off with $98k in cash and $615k in jewelry ... including a $50k Rolex.

Her home is in a gated community, but as we've seen in the recent string of burglaries ... that doesn't seem to matter. Govan has a security system, but says she didn't turn it on ... so a friend who was watching her dog could easily come and go.

A neighbor told cops she heard the dog barking one night around 1 AM, but didn't think much of it. Govan's motion sensor doorbell also detected movement that night around 12:44 AM. She told cops video footage from her system didn't save because it's not connected to the cloud.

Kathy Griffin now says all she did with the now infamous photo is parody Donald Trump's own words about Megyn Kelly, when he said during the campaign, "She had blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever."

Kathy, who sobbed at one point saying of the President, "He broke me," says she's dealt with "white guys trying to hold her down before," pretty clearly saying Trump is doing that to her now. Griffin says her apology stands, and she wishes she had used a blow-up doll with less ketchup instead.

Kathy says she's gotten death threats and people are trying to ruin her life. She broke down in tears when we asked if she thought her friend, Anderson Cooper, calling the photo "disgusting" was his word or CNN's.

She says Trump's outrage is just a distraction ... an attempt to get America off the FBI investigation.

Kathy's lawyer, Lisa Bloom, went on the attack against the President, Melania and Donald Jr. saying they bullied her, adding they are responsible for Kathy losing jobs, including her CNN gig.

Bloom says the President's family is trying to "ruin" Kathy. But she went further ... claiming the criticism is misogyny ... that male artists like Marilyn Manson went way further and escaped the wrath of the public. Kathy echoed the sentiment, saying this wouldn't have happened "to a white guy."

It sure sounds like Bloom is taking back her client's apology, when she said the photo shoot went too far. But Kathy maintains her apology stands.

Bloom says the Secret Service has even contacted Kathy. TMZ broke the story it's protocol for the Agency to investigate even if it's obvious the "threat" is not a danger.

Bloom was on the ropes when a reporter quoted part of Griffin's live act -- from long ago -- saying she would go after Barron as well as the President. Bloom said the Tyler Shields photo was never intended to harm Trump's son. She also said it's ultimately a parent's responsibility to monitor what their kid watches.

After TMZ first posted the photo, President Trump said "Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself. My children, especially my 11 year old son, Barron, are having a hard time with this. Sick."

Melania said, "As a mother, a wife, and a human being, that photo is very disturbing," adding it "makes you wonder about the mental health of the person who did it."

Ex-Penn State President Graham Spanier and 2 other former high-ranked officials have been sentenced to jail terms for their involvement in the Jerry Sandusky sex scandal Friday.

Officials say Spanier, ex-Athletic Director Tim Curley and ex-V.P. Gary Schultz were alerted of a 2001 incident of Sandusky sexually assaulting a young boy in a Penn State shower ... and did NOT report it to police, but simply told Sandusky he couldn't bring boys to campus anymore.

Spanier -- who was found guilty of misdemeanor child endangerment -- was sentenced to 4 to 12 months in jail, with the first 2 behind bars and the rest on house arrest. He will also serve 2 years probation, 200 hours of community service and will have to pay $7,500 in fines.

Schultz and Curley pled guilty to misdemeanor child endangerment charges in March.

Curley was sentenced to 7 to 23 months (the first 3 months in jail, the rest under house arrest), 200 hours of community service and $5,000 in fines.

Charles Oakley is digging in for war -- rejecting a plea deal in his NY Knicks assault case because he'd rather go to trial in an effort to clear his name.

Oakley was arrested back in February and charged with assault, harassment and criminal trespass for getting physical with security who tried to remove him from Madison Square Garden.

Oakley believes he was defending himself and did nothing wrong.

Prosecutors offered a deal called an ACD (Adjournment Contemplation Dismissal) -- which means if he stays out of trouble for 6 months, the arrest would be completely expunged from his record.

He would not have to plead guilty to any crime as part of the deal.

But moments ago in court, Oakley rejected the deal -- instead choosing to go to trial because he feels he shouldn't have to accept any form of punishment.

On his way out of the courtroom, Oakley said he feels like "Superman" -- and likes his chances at trial.

Kathy Griffin seems to now say she's a victim in the bloodied, beheaded Trump photoshoot, claiming the Trump fam has bullied her.

Griffin has been in hiding since TMZ broke the story of the now infamous photo shoot.

The comedian has hired attorney Lisa Bloom and will hold a news conference Friday, explaining her "true motivations" behind the shoot. According to Bloom, she will also lash out at the Prez, promising to talk about the "bullying from the Trump family she has endured."

President Trump blasted Griffin for traumatizing Barron and his other kids. Donald Jr. did the same.

Tiger Woods was still so out of it 2 and a half hours after cops pulled him over for DUI ... he stumbled and mumbled his way through breathalyzer testing.

Police released video of Woods back at the station at 4:30 AM Monday. The woman tasked with testing him had to whistle and wave in Woods' face just to get him to open his eyes. Explaining the steps to take the test wasn't easy either.

Multiple times she has to tell him not to suck, but blow into the tube.

As we've reported ... Tiger ultimately blew .000 -- supporting his statement he was not drinking. However, this video -- just like the images of him attempting field sobriety testing -- makes it clear he had no business being behind the wheel. He says he had a bad reaction to combining prescription meds.

The sole light-hearted moment -- Tiger describing his hair color as "mostly brown and fading and ... brown." Even the cop had to laugh.

10:50 AM PT -- Attorney for TMG, Michael Kump, tells us, "Johnny Depp's outrageously false claim that he didn't know about $40 million in loans is beyond preposterous. Depp and his sister knew about each and every loan; Depp signed every document and spent all the loan proceeds.

"Tellingly, Depp is now seeking to prevent all discovery from Tracey Jacobs of UTA and Jake Bloom of Bloom Hergott. Depp knows that these two critical witnesses will fully support TMG’s case and reveal Depp for the extraordinary liar and spendthrift that he is. It is no mystery why Depp is trying so hard to prevent this core discovery."

Johnny Depp had no idea his former management team used his assets to secure $40 million worth of loans to cover up years of mishandling his money ... according to new legal docs.

As we reported, Johnny is suing TMG, his ex-business managers, for fraud ... and he says the damage was astronomical. In docs, Johnny says TMG started taking out the loans in 2006. The largest was $22 mil from City National Bank ... and Depp says the real screwjob was using HIS properties as collateral.

Besides the loans, Depp says, in the suit, TMG played fast and loose with his cash ... including the time they forgot to cancel the lease on a hospice home for his ailing mother. He says that cost him $350k.

One of Johnny's neighbors might be thrilled with his managers though. In docs, he says TMG paid the neighbor $3,000 per month starting in April 2007 ... to resolve a property dispute. Depp's pissed they never lifted a finger to see if there was even a real issue, they just kept paying ... to the tune of $320k.

According to the docs, Johnny only discovered there was a problem when TMG told him in 2015 he would have to unload a chunk of his French property just to "remain solvent."

Ex-NBA player Ben Gordon was arrested in L.A. on Thursday morning after allegedly freaking out at his apartment complex and pulling multiple fire alarms ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We're told 34-year-old Gordon -- who played for the Bulls, Pistons and Bobcats -- was apparently locked out of his apartment and went into meltdown mode ... pulling fire alarms inside the building.

LAPD and L.A. City Fire responded -- but there was no fire. Instead, they found Gordon and arrested him for falsely activating a fire alarm, a misdemeanor.

He's been taken into custody.

A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon -- who boasts a number of celebrity clients on his roster -- has had 15,000 medical files compromised ... as well as before and after pics and photos of unconscious patients during surgery.

Dr. Zain Kadri, who practices on Rodeo Drive, claims a disgruntled former employee has copies of the files, which also include medical and other personal information.

The former staffer allegedly has posted some of the pics on social media ... presumably as revenge.

Dr. Kadri's bio says, "His Medical Office is located on the famed Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, home to A-list celebs and Kadri's high-profile clientele."

Chris Cornell's family just got shut down by the City of Detroit, which refused to release information surrounding the singer's death, because the City claims it's still "an open investigation."

We've learned the family's lawyer, Kirk Pasich, sent a Freedom of Information request to the City asking for the police and toxicology reports. The City nixed the request, saying releasing the info would "compromise and/or interfere with their investigation."

The family says it's "mystified" the Medical Examiner announced to the world Chris' death was a suicide when the full autopsy hasn't been completed.

Chris' wife, Vicky, says the family still has several unanswered questions about what led to her husband's death and she thinks the toxicology reports will answer those questions. The intimation ... maybe Chris was so high on drugs he was not in his right mind and did not consciously try and kill himself.

Laci Kay Somers wants no part of a Tiger Woods scandal ... the wildly popular, and smoking hot, Instagram model is denying rumors she was hanging with him prior to his DUI arrest.

Laci tells TMZ ... multiple reports claiming she was in Florida Sunday night with Tiger are completely false. She insists she was in L.A. all weekend with her mom, and more to the point ... she's NEVER met Tiger.

Fact is, Laci fits the mold -- smoking hot blonde a la Tiger's current squeeze Kristin Smith ... not to mention Lindsey Vonn and Elin Nordegren. However, the model, who has 8 million IG followers, says she has zero history with him ... no phone calls, no texts, no sliding up in the DMs.

She has no clue how the rumor started, but we'll say this ... Tiger's done worse.

Lil Yachty's new Migos collaboration, "Peek A Boo," is under attack by another rapper who says the track rips off his shout-out to Pokemon.

Rapper Memphis Ash dropped his song, "Pikachu" last year, which he naturally rhymed with "peekaboo." Lawyers for Memphis fired off a cease and desist claiming Yachty's track copies his verse and hook.

Yachty's manager, Coack K, tells us he ain't buying it, because "Peek A Boo" is a totally different song. Take a listen to both ... to the naked ear, it seems the only thing they have in common is the use of the word "peekaboo."

Memphis' lawyer, Ben McLane, initially gave Yachty 10 days to fork over royalties, and the deadline's passed. Sources connected to Memphis say his next step will be trying to get "Peek A Boo" scrubbed from Spotify, iTunes and other online stores.

Cops have just released the police video of the Tiger Woods DUI arrest -- showing the golfer zonked out during the stop and bombing field sobriety tests.

The footage was shot early Monday morning from a Jupiter PD dash cam. Cops say Woods was passed out behind the wheel when they approached the car.

He's almost like a zombie in the footage -- swaying, incoherent ... and unable to even tie his own shoes.

At one point during the stop, an officer tells Tiger he smells the "odor" of alcohol on him -- though Woods insists he did not drink. A breathalyzer later showed Tiger's BAC was .000.

The incident took place roughly 8 miles from Tiger's home in Jupiter, FL. An obviously disoriented Woods told cops he believed he was in L.A. ... driving toward Orange County.

Woods insists alcohol was not a factor and blames it on an "unexpected reaction to prescription medications."

The Denver DJ Taylor Swift claims grabbed her butt during a photo op was too late to the table when it comes to HIS claim she slandered his good name.

Taylor won part of her legal dispute with David Mueller Wednesday when the court threw out his claim Swift went too far by saying he'd reached under her dress, and grabbed her butt while posing backstage at a 2013 concert. The judge said the 1-year statute of limitations for a slander claim had long since run out by the time Mueller filed it in 2016.

You'll recall, Mueller says he was fired from his job at KYGO in Denver after Taylor accused him of groping her. He sued her, and then Taylor countersued.

The slander ruling is one small victory for Taylor -- the judge also ruled the rest of Mueller's lawsuit against Taylor will move forward.
