'Real Housewives' Star Sued She's a Cheapskate with Dirty Laundry
"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Aprea has been slapped with a huge laundry bill -- her employees claim she shorted their checks and made 'em pay to clean their own uniforms.
According to court docs ... a former bartender and server at Aprea's NYC restaurant Angelo's of Mulberry St. says Aprea and her husband would only pay them for 7 hours -- even though they routinely worked 10 hour shifts. They also claim they paid out-of-pocket to wash their unis ... but NY law requires employers to pony up.
It's gotta sting ... Aprea famously told Teresa Giudice -- serving 15-months for fraud -- "karma's a bitch" ... but now she's the one facing a class action suit.
The employees' attorney -- David Gottlieb -- is demanding the Apreas shell out up to $2500 per worker for unpaid wages and overtime, uniform cleaning costs, plus an unspecified amount of damages.
Bravo, Karma.

Lindsay Lohan I Got Esurance to Donate $10K To My Community Service Org
Lindsay Lohan successfully lobbied a big company to shell out $10,000 to her community service organization, just days before a judge decides if her community service was legit.
Lindsay is in the hot seat for some of her community service hours performed with London-based CSV, after prosecutor Terry White scoffed at the credit LiLo received for meeting with audience members after her London play. White also complained that Lindsay got credit for "work shadowing experience," where kids followed her around London. Problem was ... at the time she wasn't even working.
Well now TMZ has learned Lindsay contacted Esurance -- which featured LiLo in a Super Bowl ad -- and lobbied the company last Friday to give $10,000 to CSV.
We've learned Lindsay told Esurance execs she's been doing volunteer work for CSV lately because she likes what the org does for poor kids, and that's why she asked for the donation.
Our sources say last Saturday Esurance agreed to give CSV the $10K.
The problem ... Lindsay's due back in court Wednesday because the prosecutor has challenged her community service. It's possible the judge could ask CSV for more info about Lindsay's community service and the money could taint the legitimacy of CSV's response.
Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, says, "TMZ has stooped to a new low. To take Lindsay's positive efforts in supporting CSV and turn them into something negative simply to sell a story is offensive." She adds, "Lindsay has been involved in helping to raise funds for this wonderful organization since she started her community service there and she has continued her work as a volunteer, even though her community service was completed weeks ago."

DeMarco Murray's Ex-Teammate Arrested for Assault Allegedly Brutalizes Wife
Ex-Oklahoma RB Brennan Clay -- who famously accused ex-OU teammate DeMarco Murray of banging his wife -- was arrested for assault after allegedly terrorizing his spouse ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We've learned ... Clay was arrested in Dallas County, TX on January 27th after his estranged wife Gina told cops he kicked down her door and proceeded to beat the crap out of her.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Gina claimed Clay threw her on the kitchen counter, dragged her downstairs, dragged her through shrubbery and then began to choke her.
Gina says he brought her back into the house and "began punching and throwing her around the residence."
Eventually, Gina was able to call police ... and when they arrived, officers noticed her right leg was bleeding with several cuts. They later located Clay in a nearby alley and arrested him for assault.
Clay filed for divorce a few months ago after accusing Gina of sleeping with Murray ... an allegation that Murray adamantly denied. Clay eventually recanted his accusation and apologized.
We reached out to Clay -- but he had no comment.

Patrick Schwarzenegger Involved in Los Angeles Car Chase ... Cops Investigate
Patrick Schwarzenegger got himself in one of those famous L.A. car chases -- but this one started with a simple splash of water ... and ended with a 2-car collision.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Patrick was driving in the San Fernando Valley last week when some guy drove up on him and threw a bottle full of water on Patrick's whip and then bolted.
We're told Patrick got pissed and started chasing the guy, who at some point banged a u-turn and ended up ramming Patrick's car. Although the damage was minor ... the guy fled the scene.
Patrick drove on to hook-up with GF Miley Cyrus for lunch at a nearby restaurant and called cops from there. Officers showed up, took a report ... and opened an assault with a deadly weapon investigation.
Bonus for cops -- they got to meet Miley, who we're told was wearing a sheer top with star pasties underneath.

Iggy Azalea Dr's Heart to Heart with Singer She Says She's Married
Iggy Azalea took her ex to a medical clinic when they were still together and told the doctor he was her husband -- so claims the doctor -- and now the ex is using that representation to get at her fortune.
Hefe Wine -- aka Maurice Williams -- filed a declaration from a doctor in their "divorce" in which the doc says in 2008 he saw Iggy and Hefe in his clinic and says they left an impression on him because "she was a white Australian female and he was a taller black man."
The doctor also says Iggy introduced Hefe as her husband.
It's significant because Iggy and Hefe were together from 2008 until last year, and under Texas law a man and a woman who live together for any length of time are considered legally married if they agree to be married and hold themselves out as husband and wife.
The consequences are significant ... Hefe wants a piece -- presumably half -- of all of the songs she wrote while they were together. While they are still fighting in court, Hefe isn't allowed to release any of her old music.

Kurt Busch Restraining Order Is B.S. ... I Plan to Appeal
Kurt Busch says he plans to appeal the restraining order a Delaware court entered against him which requires the NASCAR driver to stay away from ex-GF Patricia Driscoll ... claiming she straight up lied to the court.
A Kent County Family Court Commissioner made the ruling Monday ... requiring Busch to stay at least 100 yards away from Driscoll's home and workplace after he allegedly roughed her up during an alleged altercation in a trailer at Dover International Speedway back in September.
The commish also ordered Busch to be evaluated for mental health problems.
In a statement, Busch's attorney Rusty Hardin tells TMZ Sports ..."We are deeply disappointed because we believe the evidence of Ms. Driscoll’s total lack of believability was overwhelming."
Hardin says, "We know that Kurt never committed an act of family violence. The evidence was un-contradicted that Ms. Driscoll committed the criminal offense of trespass when she entered his motor home at night, while he was sleeping, uninvited, without permission, and refused to leave when he repeatedly asked her to get out."
FYI -- Driscoll claims Busch grabbed her by the neck and smashed her head against the motor home several times.
Hardin acknowledges there was a physical confrontation ... but says Kurt NEVER slammed her head. "Mr. Busch’s conduct was totally reasonable and legal under the circumstances. He never intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly caused her any injury."
"We intend to appeal the Commissioner’s ruling."
Hardin continues, "Ms. Driscoll clearly committed perjury during her testimony before the Commissioner, and we deeply regret that Ms. Driscoll has been allowed to abuse the justice system in such a flagrant way."

The Situation I Can't Tan Anymore 'Cause I Just Lost My Salon
3:25 PM PT -- A rep for Mike tells TMZ ... "He currently holds no interest in the salon and had nothing to do with the unpaid bills."
The Situation's gonna turn fifty shades of white, because we've learned he's losing his tanning salon for good.
We're told Sitch fell behind on his rent for his Jersey skin bakery. His landlord went to court and they struck a deal where Mike would pay around $32K to the landlord ... the first $5,500 installment was due on January 15.
The date came and went, and the Sitch couldn't fork up the cash, so now there's a notice on the salon from the marshal ordering that all the stuff inside be moved STAT, because in 3 days the landlord's coming in, like it or not.
As you know, Mike is facing criminal tax fraud charges.
So now it's just gym and laundry.

Ray J Threatened by Fancy Watch Company ... We Hit it First!
Ain't nobody got time for Ray J to sell knock-off designs of an extremely high-end watch -- especially the famous Swiss timepiece company he's allegedly ripping off.
Audemars Piguet watches are faves of LeBron James, Jay Z, and Arnold Schwarzenegger -- but the company's fired off a cease and desist letter to Ray J to block him from hawking what it calls a full rip-off of its Royal Oak watch.
AP says the watches have multiple similarities -- including hexagonal screws placed at the corners of an octagon face. The legal docs even include tweets from consumers calling out Ray J's watch as a "blatant ripoff."
By the way AP's piece sells for more than $25,000 ... and Ray's between $150 and $500.
Audemars gave Ray a deadline of February 3 to yank his watch, but Ray J's manager, David Weintraub, tells us he's pushing forward with the release.
Tick tock until the lawsuit.

Terrell Suggs Sues Dead Agent You Left Me Out In the Cold
NFL stud Terrell Suggs is suing his former agent ... who died in 2011 ... claiming he shouldn't have to keep paying commission from his $62 million contract -- because he's been useless ever since he passed away.
According to docs filed in federal court in Virginia and obtained by TMZ Sports, Suggs sued the estate of former super agent Gary Wichard ... the guy who negotiated Terrell's mega-contract with the Baltimore Ravens in 2009.
Suggs says he was obligated to pay Wichard 3% of his salary for the entirety of his deal -- but in exchange, Wichard's agency would actively manage his career and take care of everything from seeking endorsement deals to booking doctor appointments.
But when Wichard passed in 2011, Suggs says the agency kicked T-Sizzle to an "inexperienced and unqualified agent."
Suggs says the new agent completely dropped the ball -- and when he had his best season in 2011, the agent failed to score him any major endorsement deals that usually result from "such outstanding on-field play."
There's more ... when Suggs tore his achilles in 2012, Terrell says he leaned on his agent to "take the lead on contacting doctors, setting up appointments, coordinating rehabilitation, and all other related matters" ... but got no help.
Despite the allegations, Wichard's estate has demanded $192k from Suggs, which he refused to pay. The dispute went to an arbitrator -- who ultimately ruled against Suggs.
Now, Suggs is taking the matter to court -- hoping a federal judge will throw out the arbitrator's decision and wipe his balance to zero.
We reached out to Wichard's estate for comment -- so far, no word back.

'Bad Girls Club' Arrest Judi Jackson Threatens Cop ... 'I'll Sue Your F***ot Ass'
Former "Bad Girls Club" star Judi Jackson got wasted, lost her phone, fought her friend, and then, just for good measure ... hurled a homophobic slur at the cop who was arresting her.
TMZ obtained video of Judi arguing with a male friend in a gas station parking lot outside Chicago Wednesday night -- and you can see her smash his phone and then yell, "Bitch, find my phone."
The friend wasn't having it, and called police to deal with Judi ... not that they had it any easier. According to the police report, she hit an officer in the chest with an open palm. Once they got her in the car ... cops say she screamed, "You don't know who I am, I am going to sue your fa**ot ass."
In addition to the phone, police say she broke her friend's car key and his rear view mirror.
Jackson tells us she pushed the officer in self defense. She claims he threw her onto the patrol car while cuffing her.
She can tell that to the judge ... Jackson was booked for resiting arrest, battery, and damaging property.

Khloe Kardashian I Want Nothing to Do with Lamar, But ...
Khloe Kardashian is NOT back with Lamar Odom ... she hasn't seen him or even spoken with him in months ... but she still will NOT get off the dime and make her divorce official.
Our Kardashian sources say stories that she's back with Lamar are bogus. She wants nothing to do with Lamar anymore and she's been steadfast about it.
That said ... there has been no activity in her divorce. As we reported, she filed in December, 2013, but we've reviewed the docket and nothing has been filed ... there's no movement. Sources tell us Khloe doesn't want to deal with it, but until there's a property settlement it will be hard to move on.
If she waits too long, the judge will have the power to throw the divorce petition out because of the lack of activity, but so far that hasn't happened.

Nailin' Palin's Lisa Ann Another Porn Star Is ALL OVER ME ... And Not In a Good Way
Two legendary porn stars going toe-to-toe is usually a good thing -- artistically speaking -- but in this case Lisa Ann says fellow actress Nikki Benz is threatening her life ... so she's filed a restraining order.
In the docs, filed Friday in LA. ... Lisa says Nikki began attacking her on Twitter last December, and incited her more than 700,000 followers to do the same. Lisa claims Nikki was "encouraging and rewarding" those who made threats on her business and her safety.
Lisa -- who recently retired from the biz -- says the threats continued into January ... including someone threatening to rape and kill her unless she deposited money into an account. She says the threats became so violent and frequent ... she couldn't go to the AVN Awards to accept her Lifetime Achievement Award.
Lisa and Nikki have done some fine work together in the past -- for example, "Reservoir Sluts" and "Big Rack Attack 8" -- and it's unclear what sparked the feud.
Nikki tells us she has never threatened Lisa, and claims Lisa was actually harassing her on Twitter.
A judge granted Lisa the restraining order -- Nikki must stay 100 yards away. A hearing is scheduled for next month.

Jennifer Lopez Sued Casper's Dog Is Terrorizing Me ... Says Neighbor
Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart are officially reuniting in court -- the woman who was bitten by one of Casper's dogs is suing both of them ... and her injuries are pretty graphic.
In the lawsuit, Andrea Ashley -- one of JLo's neighbors -- says she was getting out of her car back in December ... when Smart's boxer named Bear mauled her left arm and hand ... leaving her with broken bones and cuts. She's included photos of her bloodied limb in the suit.
Ashley says, right after the attack ... Casper walked out of JLo's house wearing only pajama bottoms and came over to apologize. That's interesting because Casper and Jennifer had broken up several months before the attack. As we reported ... J.Lo's people told us the dogs were only at her house for a visit with her kids. Apparently, Casper was visiting too.
Ashley says this wasn't the first attack -- Bear also escaped through a hole in JLo's fence and attempted to attack her in April. She says only her gardener saved her from getting mauled that time.
In the docs, Ashley says Casper called her, apologized, and offered to pay all of her medical bills. As for why she's suing Lopez ... Ashley says Jennifer bears some responsibility because the dog is escaping through her fence.
Further, she says Bear has remained at Jennifer's home since Jan. 8 ... and she's afraid he could get out again. Animal Control told us Bear was quarantined at Casper's home since the attack.
