Bradley Cooper's relationship with supermodel Irina Shayk is nobody's business -- at least in France, according to a lawsuit the actor just filed against a magazine there.

Cooper's gunning for Oops! magazine over its May 28 story declaring ... "L'amour au grand jour" ... which loosely translates to ... love out in the open.

In the lawsuit, filed by French legal eagle Vincent Tolédano ... Cooper says he's never spoken publicly about dating Shayk, so the story violates his right, under French law, to a "private life."

It sounds weird in this country, but Bradley might have a case in France where celebrities are treated more like your average Pierre ... at least when it comes to privacy. He's suing Oops! for 11,000 euros.

Interestingly, Tolédano just filed a similar lawsuit for Leonardo DiCaprio against the same magazine for its cover story claiming he knocked up Rihanna.

Oops! tells us it has no idea why Cooper is suing, since their story is based on photos that ran in a Spanish magazine. In fact, those same photos were also everywhere in the U.S.

Victoria Siegel was the victim of vicious cyberbullying ... which her family believes pushed her over the edge and ultimately might have led to her death.

The Siegel family says the ex-girlfriend of Victoria's boyfriend (who we're told she met in rehab) had been sending "hateful text messages" to Victoria. They say the texts were coming from the BF's phone, and our sources say it was also happening on social media.

The family says Victoria got one of the bullying texts the morning of her death, and adds ... "While we cannot be sure, [the messages] may have affected her emotional state at a time when she was emotionally vulnerable."

We're told the family does not believe Victoria intended to kill herself ... because they were taking a family cruise this week, and Victoria rushed to get her passport in time for the trip. Instead, they're leaning toward an accidental overdose ... possibly triggered by the bullying.

Mama June's daughter and granddaughter are suing her, claiming she screwed them out of hundreds of thousands of dollars from their series, "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo."

Anna Cardwell and her 2-year-old daughter, Kaitlyn, claim Mama June pocketed money that was earmarked for them. Anna says she's owed around $200k and Kaitlyn is owed $100k.

The mother/daughter plaintiffs say Mama June kept their share of the $22,500 per episode. They also say Mama June didn't fork over royalties for their cookbook and other promotional things.

Anna and Kaitlyn have also dragged TLC into the lawsuit, claiming the network had a duty to protect them ... ensuring they'd get what was owed to them.

TLC has always said it helped set up accounts to ensure everyone got what was owed to them.

Meek Mill's beef with a rival exploded into a pistol-whipping melee on the streets of Philly ... with people fleeing for their lives -- and the violence is crystal clear in this video.

Meek and his crew were shooting a music video Tuesday evening ... when Louie V Gutta and his homies showed up. Watch the video -- there's a little bit of jawing, a little bit of pushing, tensions rising, and then ... chaos.

A guy standing behind Louie V got CRACKED in the face with what looks like the butt of a handgun -- and then everyone scatters ... fearing a shootout was about to go down.

No shots were fired, but police were called to the scene. No one got arrested.

Right after the incident, Louie V claimed he wasn't involved but admitted he was there talking to Meek.

Hope Solo should be suspended from the U.S. Women's soccer team IMMEDIATELY ... in the wake of the allegations stemming from her domestic violence arrest ... so says ESPN's Keith Olbermann.

K.O. went off on Solo -- and the honchos at Team USA women's soccer ... essentially saying it's a DISGRACE that no one in the organization has taken any action against the goalie.

In fact, Olbermann says Team USA coach Jill Ellis and and U.S. soccer president Sunil Gulati are the "worst possible role models."

As we previously reported, Solo allegedly TRASHED police officers during her 2014 domestic violence arrest ... calling one cop a "bitch" and telling him she'd "kick his ass" if she wasn't in handcuffs.

The man convicted of stalking Miranda Cosgrove got a big break when the psych hospital where he was confined gave him a pass to leave for a few days ... and guess what he went and did?

Joshua Stockton got a furlough a week ago ... it was a reward for good behavior. We're told he went to his parents' home but almost immediately jumped on the computer and started contacting Miranda's friends trying to find out anything he could about the actress.

Miranda's friends told her they were contacted and she immediately got in touch with authorities.

Stockton's in trouble, because he was ordered in October to stay 100 yards away from Miranda and not to contact anyone for the purpose of harassing her.

Stockton was hauled into court and the judge ordered him to stay off all social media for a year. The judge also said one more misstep and he was going to prison for 4 years.

Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Marisa Miller might be a smoke show in a bikini, but she blows as a spokesperson ... according to the company that handed her nearly $2 mil to pimp their tanning goods.

Marisa scored a sweet deal with Glissin -- they forked over $1.8 million, and she was supposed to become their queen of all things bronzed ... hawking tanning salons, tanning lotions and sprays, and develop her own line of products bearing her name.

According to docs, the company says Miller stiffed them on almost everything. Instead of doing 7 print ads, a behind-the-scenes video of a photo shoot, and numerous media appearances -- all the buxom model provided was a 30 second video (below), and ONE Facebook/Twitter post.

The company says Marisa couldn't even show her famous face, butt, or boobs at a Glissin salon in L.A. -- which she recommended they open.

Glissin is suing Miller and her management company -- run by her husband -- for all the cash they paid her ... plus more than a mil they laid out for expenses during the failed deal.

Not at dispute -- Marisa is a dime-piece in that one ad she did.

David and Jackie Siegel's daughter was struggling with addiction, and probably on drugs at the time of her death ... according to the the family's attorney.

The "Queen of Versailles" couple finally addressed their daughter Victoria Siegel's passing with a statement through their attorney, Michael Marder ... who said the 18-year-old had a "history of seizures and was prescribed medication for this condition."

He says, "It is likely that Victoria ingested one or more drugs prior to her death" -- but adds they have not determined if the drugs were prescription or something else.

He added that Victoria had voluntarily checked into rehab to deal with her addiction. As TMZ first reported, Victoria ended a rehab stint just about 2 weeks ago.

Caitlyn Jenner's been named in a lawsuit for the first time -- this one in connection with the fatal accident on Pacific Coast Highway.

Jessica Steindorff was driving the Prius -- the second car Jenner slammed into during the accident back in February ... and says she suffered several physical injuries. Her lawsuit does not specify the nature or extent of those injuries.

You'll recall, Jenner first hit the Lexus, driven by Kim Howe, sending her into oncoming traffic -- and then her Escalade continued down the road and plowed into the Prius. Howe was killed when the Lexus crashed head-on with a Hummer.

In addition to her medical injuries ... Steindorff says she's lost wages, and as was clear from the accident scene ... her Prius was messed up badly.

In the docs, the defendant is listed as "Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner."

As we've reported ... Jenner's also facing a wrongful death suit from Howe's step children -- but has filed docs asking the court to throw out the case.

Forget gin and juice ... Snoop Dogg has a huge deal to promote Colt 45 now, but says someone forgot to pay him, so he's suing their asses.

Snoop signed an endorsement deal in 2011 to promote Colt 45's fruit-flavored malt beverage, Blast. In a new lawsuit filed Monday, Snoop claims part of the deal was he would get 10% of the sale price if Pabst Brewing Co. ever sold off Colt 45.

Cut to 2014 ... when Oasis beverages swallowed up Pabst, and the C45 brand in a $700 million deal.

In the suit, Snoop says he never got his cut, so he's demanding his 10% share of the Colt 45 portion of that deal.

The Game turned himself in to police for allegedly threatening to kill an opponent -- who happened to be a cop -- during a basketball game, but his time in custody was very brief.

TMZ broke the story ... an arrest warrant was issued last week when the D.A. charged Game with one count of making criminal threats back in March.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper surrendered to LAPD just after noon on Monday, and was released 54 minutes later -- once he posted his $50,000 bail.

Game posted a photo chilling in a hot tub on Sunday, saying ... "Relaxing in the sauna before I turn myself in..... But what you gone do when you get outta jail... I'm gonna have some fun."

The woman who claims she was raped by former NFL player Ray McDonald just got a huge win in court -- because the judge has THROWN OUT the defamation lawsuit McDonald had filed against her.

McDonald had sued the woman back in March claiming the accuser LIED when she told police he raped her at his home back in December in a diabolical plot to ruin his NFL career.

The woman had claimed she hit her head when she fell at Ray's pool -- and didn't remember having sex with him. Ray denied any wrongdoing and claimed the sex was consensual.

But moments ago, the judge ruled that the woman had only reported her story to the police -- and no one else -- and is therefore protected by the 1st Amendment.

The judge tossed McDonald's lawsuit against her -- and ordered that McDonald pay the accuser's legal fees related to the defamation suit.

Jennifer Lopez is now on the agenda for the Prime Minister of Morocco ... who is launching an investigation into Jennifer's ass shaking concert and threatening more legal action.

The Moroccan PM, Abdelilah Benkirane, says there’s no place for J.Lo’s ass on Moroccan TV because it flies in the face of the country's religious morals.

TMZ broke the story ... an educational group has already filed a lawsuit against J.Lo for the concert, and now Benkirane is demanding legal action against the people responsible for the broadcast.

Leonardo DiCaprio may be dating Rihanna, and he's most likely even banging Rihanna -- but he absolutely did not get her pregnant ... according to a lawsuit he's filed against a French magazine.

Leo filed the suit against Oops! for its May 28 cover story ... which declares that Leo knocked up RiRi, and will not recognize the baby as his. In the docs, Leo's lawyer calls the story "pure fantasy."

Here's what's odd -- sources close to Leo tell TMZ ... his team recently contacted Oops! and informed the people running the magazine that the story was false. We're told the mag's response went something like ... yeah, we know and we don't care -- except in French.

One source tells us it's almost like the magazine wanted to be sued, possibly just to gain publicity.

Get ready to hear Charlie Brown curse like a sailor, and wish death on a judge -- the former voice of the cartoon character went absolutely NUTS during a San Diego court hearing.

Peter Robbins was going to be sentenced for probation violations on Friday -- but suddenly went off on the judge, the prosecutor, and his public defender.

Robbins -- who voiced Charlie Brown for several TV specials in the 60s -- was convicted in 2013 for threatening an ex-gf and her plastic surgeon ... but in court he demanded a new trial, and simply lost it on his ex.

He screamed, ironically ... "She has to believe that I would kill her. I wouldn't kill her! I have never had any violent behavior!!" Robbins also barked at the judge, "Good luck to you! I hope you drop dead of a heart attack."

Not shockingly, the judge ordered a mental exam for Robbins. Prosecutors say he violated probation by drinking booze, and cutting off his ankle monitor.

Two of Josh Duggar's younger sisters came out swinging for him, and for their parents -- saying they took several steps to protect the girls in the family after Josh confessed to molesting them.

Jill and Jessa told FOX News' Megyn Kelly their parents put locks on the girls' bedroom doors and on the boys' rooms. Jill said play time had to change too, so Josh couldn't be alone with any of the girls -- "My parents said, okay, we're not going to do this hide and seek thing where two people go off and hide together."

The sisters tried to put the best face possible on the situation -- much like Jim Bob & Michelle Duggar did -- speaking frequently about forgiving Josh, and the family handling this on its own. But watch the clip ... it's clear their childhoods changed drastically in the wake of the molestations.

Jessa pointed a finger at the legal system and cops in their hometown -- just as her parents did -- but TMZ broke the story ... authorities followed the law.
