Tiger Woods and Katharine McPhee have been hacked -- private nude photos have surfaced -- and their lawyers are vowing to destroy anyone who posts them.

A website has posted graphic selfies of various naked stars, including Tiger, Lindsey Vonn, Miley Cyrus, Kristen Stewart and Stella Maxwell.

We've learned Woods has already unleashed attorney Michael Holtz, who's threatening to sue the site if it doesn't remove the Woods photo STAT.

Sources tell TMZ ... it wasn't Tiger's phone that was hacked, it was Vonn's. We're told Tiger had sent Vonn the naked pic while they were dating.

McPhee has also lawyered up and fired off a similar threatening letter. We're guessing the rest of the stars will follow suit.

Bill Cosby just scored one of the best criminal defense lawyers in the country to defend him in his sexual assault retrial ... Tom Mesereau.

We're told Mesereau will be lead counsel in the retrial, set for November.

Mesereau has won some legendary cases ... he repped Robert Blake, who beat the rap for allegedly murdering his wife Bonnie Lee Bakley. And he successfully defended Michael Jackson in the singer's child molestation trial.

We're told Bill and Camille Cosby both signed off on Mesereau.

His first appearance in the case will be Tuesday.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife threatened to kill cops when she called 911 this weekend ... and later claimed domestic violence against Michael before being placed on a psychiatric hold.

Kate Major told a dispatcher last Friday in Boca Raton, Florida that she would "kill us all" if Boca PD did not find her kids after Michael left their house with them ... this after he claims he came home to find her drunk and belligerent.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, Kate was "hysterically crying and appeared to be intoxicated" when an officer arrived following her death threat on the phone. She told the cop Michael had accused her of cheating when he got home that night, and then pulled her hair and grabbed her throat before taking off with their 2 boys.

The cop, however, says he didn't see any signs of injuries, and noted she wasn't able to show him a video she claims she had that allegedly captured the whole incident. Michael did have video of what went down, and cops determined Kate needed to be placed on a psych hold.

Kate made "a number of racial comments about Officer Graham's race [the responding officer]" ... this according to the police report, which also said when she was in the patrol car she "kicked the slider and door repeatedly" and was spitting on the slider.

The responding officer said that "without proper care or treatment Kate was a potential danger to others."

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive end Dante Fowler has been formally charged with 3 misdemeanors for allegedly roughing up a dude in an apartment parking lot last month ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Fowler has been charged with 1st degree misdemeanor battery, criminal mischief and petty theft.

As we previously reported, Fowler was initially arrested after cops say he got into an altercation with a man who criticized his driving -- and proceeded to hit the man, knock off his glasses, stepped on them ... and then grabbed the man's bag of newly purchased liquor and threw it in a nearby lake.

If convicted on all counts, Fowler faces about a year behind bars.

Fowler has since apologized for the incident -- telling Jaguars fans, "I'm a better person than that."

Abigail Breslin blindsided her assistant by canning him out of nowhere and stiffing him on his final paycheck ... according to a new suit.

Michael Helms claims he worked as an assistant for the "Scream Queens" actress until she fired him on August 4. Problem is -- he'd already invoiced her for July, but was told he wasn't going to get paid for that month ... according to the docs.

Sources connected to Michael tell us Abigail spoke with him shortly after firing him to find some sort of compromise. We're told her legal team promised they'd be in touch with an offer, but just blew him off ... so Helms filed suit.

He's asking for $3,500 ... which he claims was a month's salary.

Sean Kingston's begging for mercy -- asking a judge to drop a warrant for his arrest and let him try again in a jewelry case ... instead of sending him to jail.

Here's the story -- Sean was ordered to pay a Florida jeweler $44,000 in December but hasn't yet, so he's become a wanted man. According to new legal docs filed by Kingston ... he didn't know about the order, because he thought the papers he got were for another case, and he ignored them.

Sean says he's regretful and ready to take responsibility ... but wants a new trial so he can tell his side of events. He's also asking the judge to throw him a bone because he's repping himself "due to financial efficiency" and has had health issues after allegedly being assaulted and robbed recently.

The singer claims he's returned some of the merch in question to Haimov Jewelers and tried to set up a payment plan, but they wouldn't accept it.

We reached out to Haimov ... they say Sean hasn't returned anything or even reached out to them.

TMZ Sports has obtained injury photos from the man Robert Horry tried to fight at a youth basketball game ... which shows bloody damage to the man's neck.

We broke the story ... Horry is under investigation for allegedly attacking the opposing coach at his 10-year-old son's youth basketball tournament at L.A. Live on August 5.

The opposing coach tells TMZ Sports -- he was a big Horry fan BEFORE the tournament. But Robert was aggressive and out-of-line from the moment he got to the courts.

The coach -- who doesn't want to be named -- says Horry was cussing and talking trash before and during the game and initiated the violent encounter that was captured on video.

The coach says he was"terrified" of Horry and only shoved the 46-year-old to protect himself.

Horry tells a different story ... claiming the coach struck first.

Cops are currently investigating the incident.

B-52's frontman, Fred Schneider, and his side project, The Superions, are suing their record label, claiming it failed to live up to any of the holly jolly obligations of their Xmas album.

According to legal docs, the synth rock trio -- made up of Schneider, Noah Brodie and Dan Marshall -- dropped "Destination ... Christmas!" in 2010, stocked with nontraditional yuletide gems like "Fruitcake" and "Christmas Conga (Jungle Bells)" that led it to debut at #13 on the Billboard Comedy Album Chart.

As part of their 6-year contract, The Superions claim the band was responsible for covering recording costs while Fanatic Records agreed to handle album cover costs, as well as manufacturing and promoting the LP. The band also claims the label was responsible for delivering biannual sale reports and royalties -- which Schneider and his bandmates said it failed to do.

When the contract expired in September 2016, the band says Fanatic failed to turn over the remaining physical copies of the album.

They're suing for a ton of cash.

A rep for Fanatic tells us ... "It's no fun being sued by one of your musical heroes, especially over a Christmas album, but we look forward to the opportunity to defend ourselves against accusations that are wholly false."

Famed producer Joel Silver is being sued over a drowning at Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's honeymoon celebration.

The family of Carmel Musgrove, Silver's personal assistant, claim in the lawsuit, Silver flew Carmel and others to the Four Seasons Hotel in Bora Bora in August, 2015, to celebrate the marriage of Jen and Justin.

The suit alleges Carmel and a Martin Herold, Silver's personal chef, partied on August 19 and consumed heavy amounts of alcohol along with cocaine and weed. Carmel went missing and her nude body was later discovered floating in a lagoon 500 yards from her bungalow.

According to the lawsuit, the cause of death was alcohol, cocaine, fatigue from overwork, heat stroke and a midnight swim in choppy waters.

Carmel's family claims Silver or one of his people supplied Carmel with cocaine and booze, and overworked her.

Richard Simmons broke out a list of reasons explaining why he's not transgender ... not that there's anything wrong with that.

Simmons filed new legal docs in his defamation suit against the National Enquirer listing the reasons why the tabloid got it wrong when it reported he was transitioning into a woman. Here are the reasons:

-- I am male
-- I am not transgender
-- I have never sought nor obtained any medical treatment or procedure designed to transition from male to female
-- I have never had breast implant surgery
-- I never consulted with any medical professional regarding sex reassignment surgery

As we reported ... Simmons sued the Enquirer's parent company -- American Media -- but the outlet fought back, saying that calling someone transgender is not an insult.

Simmons addresses that as well in the new docs, saying, "I fully support transgender individuals and their struggle to achieve acceptance and equality. Nonetheless, the false and fabricated claims that I was contemplating 'castration' and have had a 'boob job' have caused me extreme embarrassment."

Robin Thicke and Paula Patton just hammered out a custody deal for their 7-year-old son so the war is over.

According to legal docs filed in their custody case, Julian Fuego will split time between Robin and Paula. He gets Julian Monday through Wednesday and she gets him Wednesday through Friday. They alternate weekends. The exes agreed to share expenses, including private school. They also hammered out a vacation and holiday schedule.

TMZ broke the story ... Paula got a restraining order against Robin after Julian complained to school officials his dad used excessive physical force. She even accused Robin of trying to influence a court-appointed monitor with free sushi ... which Robin denied.

So ... double good news for Robin.

Madonna's being a real diva about her deposition ... according to her ex-pal and the auction site she's suing to keep them from selling her jailhouse letter from Tupac.

Madonna's set to be deposed in the case next week, and according to new legal docs, she's been allowed to pick the time and the place for it. But lawyers for Darlene Lutz and auction company Gotta Have Rock and Roll claim she's also objected to it being videotaped ... and that's where they draw the line.

According to the docs ... celebs often try to get out of being taped for depos but courts routinely reject the attempts -- even for guys like Donald Trump. Lutz and the auction site feel the same should go for Madge.

As we reported ... Madonna got a judge to temporarily block the auction of Tupac's letter -- along with other personal items like her panties -- in July.

12:10 PM PT -- According to prosecutors, Meek was charged with two misdemeanors -- reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

The judge released him on his own recognizance, but said he had to complete a driving improvement program before his next court date in October.

Meek Mill just won a huge legal victory which could end up keeping him out of jail ... this according to his lawyer.

Prosecutors decided not to pursue felony reckless endangerment charges against the rapper according to Meek's lawyer, Joe Tacopina.

Meek was popped Thursday night for poppin' wheelies in front of cops while shooting a music video in Harlem.

Prosecutors are mum on why they dropped the charge, but Tacopina says the case was ridiculous from the start because the incident went down Wednesday right in front of cops who did nothing to stop it.

It appears the new charge will be some sort of misdemeanor.

Meek was questioned in an Upper Manhattan Precinct and eventually arrested and charged.

Trey Songz got off pretty light after going crazy and tearing up a stage at his show in Detroit ... injuring a cop in the process.

The singer pled guilty to 2 misdemeanor charges of disturbing the peace for destroying gear and throwing debris when his set was cut off at Joe Louis Arena in December. Charges of aggravated assault and resisting and obstructing a police officer were dismissed as part of his plea ... according to Wayne County prosecutors.

Trey was sentenced to 18 months probation, and has to go to anger management classes and submit to drug tests. He also has to pay restitution.

Gotta wonder, though ... does he still think it was worth it?

9:02 PM PT -- Meek has been officially arrested and charged with reckless endangerment.

He was picked up by NYPD at 10:16 PM Thursday after a 911 call was made on Wednesday by witnesses who saw a group of people popping wheelies and riding dangerously down the street. Law enforcement turned to social media and were able to identify Meek, who was riding without a helmet. NYPD then took him into custody.

Meek Mill is currently in police custody after law enforcement sources tell us he drove a motorcycle recklessly through the streets of NYC.

Sources tell us Meek is being held for questioning in an Upper Manhattan Precinct after being taken in for the alleged stunt.

We're told at this time the rapper has not been arrested and booked ... but our law enforcement sources say that's imminent.

According to several of Meek's fans, his initial confrontation with police was documented on his Instagram's live stream.

Story developing ...

Oakland Raiders cornerback Sean Smith -- who signed a $40 million contract last year -- was arrested Thursday and charged with felony assault, TMZ Sports has learned.

Officials say Smith attacked his sister's boyfriend on July 4 -- beat and stomped on his head in Pasadena in the early hours.

He's been charged with felony assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and battery with serious bodily injury.

If convicted, Smith faces up to 7 years in state prison.

It's not Smith's first brush with the law -- he was convicted of DUI stemming from a 2014 car crash in which he smashed into a light pole.

We've reached out to the Raiders for comment -- so far, no word back.
