NY Jets star Robby Anderson has pled NOT GUILTY to several felony charges stemming from his January arrest ... in which the officer claims the WR threatened to find his wife, "f*ck her and nut in her eye."

As we previously reported ... cops say Anderson was clocked doing 105 mph in a 45 mph zone in the early hours of Jan. 19 in Broward County, FL ... and cussed out cops like a maniac during the stop.

At one point, cops say Anderson threatened to sexually assault an officer's wife -- and described it in graphic detail.

Anderson was hit with 9 criminal charges including 3 felonies (harming a public servant, fleeing and eluding and reckless speeding).

Harming a public servant charge carries a maximum 15 years in prison.

But according to court records, Anderson's attorneys appeared in court on his behalf on Monday and pled not guilty to all of the charges.

Anderson is now demanding a jury trial -- though it's still possible (likely) the two sides hammer out a plea deal before it ever gets to a jury.

Hank Azaria's trust is suing the board of a luxury co-op where he lives, claiming they've been totally unreasonable in blocking his attempt to renovate his unit.

The voice of multiple 'Simpsons' characters claims in a new lawsuit he set out to fix up his unit in the fancy building on Central Park West. He says a neighbor claimed his renovations caused water damage. Hank says he was convinced he wasn't the culprit but paid to replace the guy's floors anyway.

Azaria says a few months later the same neighbor made a new round of complaints about cracks in the walls and ceilings. Hank was super suspicious because no other neighbor lodged any complaints.

He says the co-op board then imposed a $20,000 electrical fee, which had never been previously discussed, and made a finding that Hank caused the neighbor's damages.

Short story ... Hank says he's the victim of a shakedown.

Jennifer Williams is celebrating a victory in court over the ex-bf she claims is violent and threatening.

We got the "Basketball Wives" star Monday outside court in downtown L.A., and she was brandishing the temporary restraining order the judge had just granted. It requires her ex, Tim Norman, to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times.

Jennifer's not satisfied though, and told us she'll be back in court.

As for seeing Tim -- who's on OWN's reality show "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" -- in court? Jennifer claims he's a "sick person" who needs help.

The mother of Joe McKnight's 8-year-old son tells TMZ Sports ... the man who shot the ex-NFL running back is a cold-blooded killer and is begging the court to keep him locked up for LIFE.

We spoke with Michelle Quick -- who dated Joe back in the day and stayed on close, good terms with him over the years as they co-parented their son, Jaiden.

In fact, Michelle attended Ronald Gasser's trial every day and strongly believes he should have been convicted of 2nd degree murder instead of the lesser charge of manslaughter.

Gasser is facing up to 40 years in prison for shooting and killing McKnight in Dec. 2016. The sentencing phase of the case is set for March 15.

"He never needs to walk the streets ever again," Quick tells us ... "I think the proper sentence is life in prison. He never needs to be out in society."

Gasser is 56-years-old -- so the maximum 40-year sentence would essentially serve a life sentence.

McKnight's son Jaiden -- with the permission of his mother -- told us he loves and misses his father tremendously and in our video he explains why his dad was the best ever.

"Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams has fired back at her ex-boyfriend, claiming he's violent and she's deathly afraid of him.

Jennifer was in court Monday AM asking a judge for a domestic violence restraining order against James "Tim" Norman. He obtained a restraining order against her last month, claiming she slashed his tires in a rage.

Jennifer says in her new legal docs Norman is lying "purely to harass and stalk me, and possibly to drum up attention for himself and his own television show." He has a show called "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's," which is on Oprah's OWN network.

Jennifer says she did not slash Norman's tires ... she has an alibi, claiming she was at a friend's birthday brunch.

She says in her legal docs Norman has a long history of abusing her. She says in Sept 2016 at a Drake concert he verbally abused her and threatened to beat up a guy who was looking at her. Jennifer says Norman sent her a text message afterward, saying, "I'm not really the type of bitch n**** you obviously think I am for you to stand there next to me eyeing that sand n****."

Jennifer says there were other instances ... he went on her phone, confronted her and threw the phone at her, calling her a lying bitch. She says he accused her of sleeping with other men.

She says she ended the relationship last September, and since then he has been hounding her friends, asking them to get in touch with her on his behalf.

Meek Mill's legal team just suffered a big setback ... because TMZ just obtained a copy of the court transcript which Meek's lawyers claim proves the judge was trying to get him to dump Roc Nation for one of her friends ... but the transcript does not bear that out.

Meek's team claimed Judge Genece Brinkley was trying to get Meek to fire Roc Nation and hire her friend, Charlie Mack, as his manager. If that were true it would be wholly inappropriate, but it's not the case.

It was Meek's probation officer -- not the judge -- who was pushing during the in-chambers hearing for Meek to embrace Mack, arguing Mack was a good influence on Meek and was turning his life around ... this according to the transcript. The probation officer said, "What I like about Charlie, he is not invested in Meek Mills. He is invested in Robert Williams [Meek's real name]."

Judge Brinkley did not advocate for Mack. To the contrary, she tried distancing herself, saying she was not going to get involved in terms of who should manage or advise him. The judge said, "I don't want the record to suggest who your management is or is not."

Meek's lawyers had argued the judge was inappropriate and therefore Meek's 2 to 4 year prison sentence was tainted and should be thrown out.

Prince's estate says it's won a legal battle with the producer who's fighting to put out unreleased music ... and they're asking the court to sign off on the victory.

According to docs filed by the estate ... George Boxill never responded to the estate's lawsuit. Boxill says he has unreleased tracks he worked on with Prince between 2006 and 2008. The estate sued to block him from putting out the tunes.

Boxill had until Jan. 23 to respond, but the estate says he's been radio silent.

If the court signs off ... Boxill will have to come up with a good excuse, or the estate will get an injunction blocking him from cashing in on Prince's music.

A TMZ story that a clerk in the courthouse asked Meek Mill for money during his probation violation hearing has triggered a formal court investigation ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the matter tell us, judges and other personnel are now investigating the circumstances surrounding a note that court clerk Wanda Chavarria gave Meek, telling him she has bad credit and needs money for her son's college tuition.

The clerk told TMZ she did indeed give Meek the note ... she says because they are both from Philly and they take care of their own. Chavarria says the judge in the case was not aware of the note.

Kodak Black's inability to stay out of jail is hurting a concert promoter ... who's now suing to get his money back after paying him to perform.

Corey Minniefield filed a lawsuit against the rapper claiming Kodak cashed a check for $45k even though he never bothered to show up to earn his dough ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In the docs, Corey says Kodak signed the agreement on February 28, 2017. Problem is ... that same day he was arrested for violating probation. We're told the promoter rescheduled him for a later date but he never showed again. Corey's suing to get back the money he paid Kodak.

Nicholas Fitts had the same problem ... alleging in a legal letter his lawyer fired off to Kodak's team that the rapper never performed in NY on March 3 (Kodak was in jail). The concert was rescheduled for April 15 and 29 but Kodak was still in jail for violating probation again when he hit up a strip club.

Tyga seems to be back to his old tricks of refusing to pay money he owes, and this time he might get arrested for it ... TMZ has learned.

There's a bench warrant out for the rapper after he failed to show up to a court hearing. Tyga was supposed to give the judge a rundown of his available assets to satisfy a $236k judgment against him.

TMZ broke the story ... Shyanne Riekena sued Tyga's company and won, claiming she sustained serious head injuries when a light stand came crashing down on her during one of his concerts.

Tyga's company was eventually ordered to pony up, but she still hasn't been paid and the judgment has swelled to more than $250k.

Lainie Kazan's not going to jail for pulling the ol' five-finger discount at a supermarket, but she will have to attend a support group for petty thieves.

The L.A. City Attorney tells TMZ the mom from "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" has accepted an offer to participate in the Neighborhood Justice Program. Attendees discuss their crimes and take responsibility ... instead of going to court or pleading guilty.

We broke the story ... Kazan was busted for petty theft at a Gelson's on Christmas Eve. The store claimed she had stolen before. Her lawyer told us the arrest was a misunderstanding, because Gelson's didn't give her a chance to pay for her items.

Nelly is firing back, as promised, at his rape accuser with a countersuit ... claiming she came on to him, and then lied about their sexual encounter to get him criminally prosecuted.

Nelly filed the suit in Seattle Friday, and in the docs says ... Monique Greene made her way into his VIP section of the nightclub where he was headlining, and started enthusiastically flirting with him. He says he invited her to join him and others back on his tour bus.

Nelly insists they had consensual sex, and Greene only got pissed when one of his performers -- he told police it was a backup dancer -- entered the room to use his bathroom. He describes Greene as "aggressive and disruptive" and says she was asked to leave at that point.

As we've reported, Greene called for an Uber and then called police to report the incident ... leading to Nelly's arrest for rape.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, after Nelly's arrest ... Greene and her attorney made several statements on the Internet that falsely accused him of raping her. He says the statements were a clear and malicious attempt to get him prosecuted.

Nelly adds her claims cost him money -- he was forced to cancel a scheduled performance -- and also damaged his reputation in the music biz.

We broke the story ... the criminal case against the rapper was eventually dismissed when Greene refused to cooperate with prosecutors.

The clerk of the court where Meek Mill was sentenced to prison for violating his probation slipped a note to Meek during the hearing, asking for money for her son's college tuition.

TMZ has obtained a note written by Wanda Chavarria and addressed to Mr. Williams (Meek's real names is Robert Rihmeek Williams) during his probation violation hearing. Chavarria says she has bad credit and can't scrape together money for her son's tuition for his last semester at Virginia Commonwealth University.

She says, "This will probably be my son's last semester at VCU if the tuition isn't paid for this year and unfortunately with my bad credit, I am unable to secure a loan or cosign a loan for my son. Anything you can do is very much appreciated."

The court clerk adds, "Every little helps -- please donate what you can to keep him attending VCU."

Chavarria tells TMZ she did indeed slip Meek the note during the hearing, adding the judge didn't know about it. She says since Meek's from Philly and so is she, she thought he might do her a solid.

Chavarria says Meek didn't give her any money, but her son stayed in school and will graduate in May.

Eddie Van Halen ain't talkin' 'bout love, but he is talkin' 'bout a videographer who's allegedly trying to make a quick buck by selling old band footage ... according to a new suit.

The Van Halen guitarist claims he invited videographer, Andrew Bennett, to film music rehearsals with his son, Wolfgang, and his bro, Alex Van Halen, back around 2006 with the purpose of using the footage for a DVD or video project.

Eddie claims he didn't like the footage and scrapped it ... but Bennett threatened to release it years later and claimed he never got paid. According to the docs ... Eddie says they settled the matter in 2015, and Eddie got the rights to the footage after the settlement.

However, Eddie claims Andrew's back at it and is now trying to sell the old footage ... and even released a trailer for it on his website, 5150vault.com.

According to the docs ... Van Halen got the site suspended for copyright infringement, but Bennett launched another one with a similar name and is currently linking to a preview video of the music rehearsals.

Meek Mill might have gotten a spectacular break, because a judge has just ordered the release of documents that could prove the trial judge in his probation violation case was biased.

As we reported, Meek and his lawyer, Joe Tacopina, say Judge Genece Brinkley asked Meek in chambers to fire Roc Nation and hire Charlie Mack, whom Meek claims was a friend of hers. Meek says his refusal to change pissed her off. For the record, Mack has told TMZ he doesn't know the judge.

Tacopina says the hearing in chambers was on the record and it will show inappropriate judicial conduct by Judge Brinkley asking Meek to change managers.

Tacopina tells TMZ, later the same day at that hearing, the judge called Meek and Nicki Minaj into her chambers without anyone else present and asked Meek to redo the Boyz II Men song, "On Bended Knee," and requested that he re-record the song and give her a shout-out in the lyrics.

As we reported, Meek believes the judge is a failed actress who had it out for him when he refused.

The transcript of the hearing could prove Meek's point and it could trigger his release if the probation violation hearing was tainted.

Kodak Black's legal eagle is ready to grill 3 officers to get to the bottom of what the rapper claims was a sketchy arrest.

Sources tell us Kodak's lawyer, Bradford Cohen, has some tough questions he wants answered ... why was there no body cam footage of last week's arrest for grand theft of firearms, neglect of a child and weed possession? Cohen also wants to know why a gang task force effected the arrest.

Cohen filed legal docs setting the gears in motion to take depositions of 3 officers involved in the arrest to determine if it was kosher.
