Cops have taped off a section on private hunting ground in Peoria, IL. It appears officials have set up a tent inside the restricted area.

As we previously reported, cops received a tip that Peterson and an accomplice buried his fourth wife Stacy inside of a metal drum on the hunting grounds.

We broke the story ... Charlie is eligible for work release while he serves his 30-day sentence for 3rd degree misdemeanor assault.

We've learned Charlie will work at Theatre Aspen, a renowned professional theater, where he will coach actors, help in the fundraising department and perform various other tasks. Although it is work release, Charlie will not accept a salary.

We're told Charlie will still be considered an inmate at the jail. He will be free to leave jail at 8 AM for work every day but he must return by 8 PM.

We're told the Pitkin County Sheriff's Department has given its nod of approval, but the work release must be approved by the judge.

Chace Crawford from "Gossip Girl" was arrested in Plano, Texas for possession of marijuana ... cops confirm to TMZ.

We're told Crawford has bonded out of jail.

Crawford was arrested just after midnight this morning for possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. The charge is a misdemeanor, which carries a 6 month maximum sentence.

Crawford was busted in the parking lot of Ringo's Pub.

Sources say Crawford was in a car with a friend when he was busted and cops found one unlit joint.

TMZ broke the story ... Katherine told Alejandra Jackson -- who had been living at the Jackson family compound in Encino with her kids, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Donte and Randy, Jr. -- that her brood had to move out, because Katherine had her hands full just watching over Michael Jackson's 3 kids.

Katherine is allowing Alejandra and her kids to move into a nearby condo owned by the Jackson family, but Alejandra is pissed. Katherine is in Indiana until June 10. We're told when Katherine comes back, Alejandra has to move.

But it's not going to be that easy. We've learned Alejandra has hired Trope & Trope, a powerful law firm, to negotiate a separation agreement of sorts. We're told Alejandra wants some assurance that her family will be financially protected if she moves. As a result, she may challenge the move or negotiate a separation package -- which would include a place where she and her kids will live (not necessarily the condo) and what financial support she gets.

Alejandra has gone after Jermaine in the past for failing to pay child support -- and now that she's being forced to move, the money battle has been reignited. Jermaine is the father of two of the kids and Randy is the father of the other two children.

Katherine asked Alejandra to move after the stun gun incident. TMZ broke the story that Jaafar ordered a stun gun online and was playing with it at the house -- something that triggered an investigation by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.

TMZ has learned the photos seen here were taken on May 29 -- just one day after Gary died. The woman smiling with Shannon is Shielia Erickson -- an agent who worked with both Shannon and Gary.

The photos were taken around the same time she sat down with a camera crew and did an interview about Gary's death.

We're told Shannon wanted to do the interview "to get her side of the story out" -- amongst speculation that she may have killed Gary.

An official in the Pitkin County jail tells us Charlie is eligible for work release -- meaning he could do volunteer work in Aspen where he would spend his days, and come back to the jail to sleep at night.

We're told when Charlie goes to court on Monday to plea bargain his case, the judge can declare him eligible for work release. Then it's up to the Sheriff to decide if Charlie meets the criteria for work release ... which includes working at a productive job in the community. If the criteria is met, Charlie would get a daytime pass.

As we first reported, even though Charlie will plead no contest to 3rd degree misdemeanor assault and accept a 30-day sentence, he will only serve 17 days if he's a good boy and two of those days (the first and last) could be nothing more than a few minutes behind bars.

In an interview shot the day after Gary's death -- and obtained by TMZ -- Shannon Price talks an awful lot about money ... bragging that she "bought high-end stuff" during trips to Vegas.

According to the suit and obtained by TMZ, on the night David died he was supposed to have dinner with the director of the movie he was shooting -- "Stretch." The suit claims the production company assigned an assistant to David who was responsible for his schedule and transportation.

Before the dinner, the assistant called David but he didn't answer. The assistant then left for dinner without David. An hour later, David reached the assistant but was told "they were already across town and David Carradine would have to make his own arrangements that evening."

David was found naked in a closet in his hotel room, where he died from auto-erotic asphyxiation one year ago today.

The bottom line -- Mark Geragos, lawyer for Anne Carradine, claims David -- who was only in Bangkok for 3 days -- would not have died had the production company fulfilled its obligations and followed industry standards in caring for its star.

The two $9,000 tickets were given away this morning in a contest on Power 106 radio in L.A. -- but the winners had no idea that Ron paid for them out of his own pocket.

We called Ron to find out why he shelled out for the seats and he told us, "Most of my fans can't afford the ticket prices to come to any of the games, let alone the Finals. I wanted to treat a fan to something they would normally never have access to, so they could feel like one of the stars for the night."

TMZ obtained an interview with Price ... shot the day after Gary died. Among other things, Price blurted out that she's heard speculation that she pushed Gary and that caused him to fall and ultimately hemorrhage. Price insists she didn't push Gary -- a weird statement, since no one had publicly accused her of that.

We're told L.A. County Sheriff's officers just made the house call to serve Bruce's father, David Beresford-Redman, with the temporary restraining order that was granted against him yesterday.

As we first reported, the TRO was requested by Norma Paula De Ahlf -- the general manager of the restaurant owned by Bruce's murdered wife -- who claims in the legal docs that David wants to kill her because she knows secrets about Bruce's marriage.

According to the TRO -- which was granted by the judge and expires on June 22 -- David must stay 100 yards away from Norma.

The details of the agreement have not been released -- but both sides expressed that they are extremely happy to put this drama in the past ... in fact, Dina told us she was "going to Disneyland" to celebrate.

Rue McClanahan -- who played Blanche Devereaux on "Golden Girls" -- has died.

Rue's manager, Barbara Lawrence, says the actress passed away at 1 AM this morning at a hospital in New York after she suffered a massive stroke on Monday.

Barbara says Rue's son, sister and nephew were with her at the time.

Rue was 76.

The report was filed by the Santa Monica PD after Lindsay was arrested for her wild, boozed-up ride through Malibu ... and taken to a Santa Monica jail.

When she arrived at the clink, cops searched Lohan and found a "paper bindle" in her right rear pant pocket that contained "an off-white powdery substance" that was later determined to be cocaine.

As the bindle was being passed from one officer to another, one cop claims he "observed a large portion of the substance fall from the bindle and land on the floor."

In addition to the coke discovery, the report also explains that Lohan was given two breath tests -- and her blood alcohol level was measured at .12 and .13, respectively.

Lohan eventually pled no contest to two counts of DUI and entered a guilty plea to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

TMZ has obtained a statement Lindsay wrote in connection with her 2007 arrest for driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, following a wild chase on Pacific Coast Highway.

As we just reported, according to the police report, Lindsay's urine showed the presence of cocaine.

And cops say they found a small amount of cocaine in Lindsay's pants pocket, but Lindsay had an explanation for the police: "I am wearing a pair of borrowed jeans from a friend/assistant ... She wore a pair of my jeans ..."

Lindsay also said, "I am sober. Promises in Malibu, CA, I left 2 wks ago or so & completed my stay & am & will continue to be drug free."

And Lindsay goes on: "[the assistant] and her boyfriend currently use & may have set me up."

We're told Liza "flipped out" when we broke the story earlier today that she was in talks to work out a deal in the $500,000 universe -- and now she's put the whole thing to bed.
