Fernando Flores was outside his lawyer's office today in Orange County, where he addressed the Spears clan's claim that he's full of crap, saying, "If that's what they think then that's what they think."

As we first reported, Flores alleges during his stint as Britney's bodyguard, she exposed herself to him and even beat her children in front of him. We're told the brutality allegation was shot down by the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services.

Donald Trump Offers Cash DEAL for NYC Mosque

Published | Updated

Donald Trump is single-handedly trying to put an end to the controversial NYC mosque slated to be built near Ground Zero ... and he's doing it by flexing his wallet.

Trump has offered to pay the owners of the property the amount they purchased the property for ... plus an extra 25%.

As part of the deal, Trump is asking that the mosque be built at least 5 blocks from the WTC site.

Trump says he doesn't even think his offer is a good business deal, but he's doing it, "Because it will end a very serious, inflammatory, and highly divisive situation that is destined, in my opinion, to only get worse."

Of course, Donald's offer is all cash. No word yet on how the offer is being received by the property owner.

UPDATE: Harvey called Trump during

today to talk to him about the offer ... click the audio player to check it out.

UPDATE: The lawyer for the investor in the real estate partnership that controls the site just said Trump's offer is "just a cheap attempt to get publicity and get in the limelight." But it looks like the investor is pissed off at Donald's price, not the principle.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. Suspect in Domestic Violence

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned ... Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a suspect in a battery domestic violence case.

Multiple cop cars from the Las Vegas Metro Police Department showed up at Mayweather's home early this morning. We're told cops received a call at 5:03 AM from Floyd's baby mama, Josie Harris, who claimed the boxer attacked her.

Sources tell TMZ Harris went to Southern Hills Hospital in Las Vegas at some point after the incident and has now left.

Law enforcement sources say police were unable to find Floyd and are now looking to interview him.

Cops want to speak to Floyd before determining if they will arrest him.

The photo above was taken at one of Floyd's homes in Vegas moments ago.

We're told Harris is going to court today to get a restraining order against Mayweather.

In 2003 Harris accused Mayweather of punching and kicking her inside a Bentley in Vegas. Charges were filed but dismissed in 2005 after Harris testified she lied to cops because she was angry that Floyd had left her for another woman.

UPDATE: A man who lives near Harris tells TMZ ... this morning at around 5 AM he awakened after hearing "a blood-curdling scream that sounded like someone was being murdered." The man tells us he then saw someone in front of the house and then noticed two cars speeding off.

Vince Neil's Accuser -- He Bruised Me Bad

In the video, Jessica Radovicz -- who recently filed a battery report with the Las Vegas Metro PD -- says she was in an elevator on her way to her room at the Las Vegas Hilton on Sunday night when Neil got in.

Radovicz claims she recognized Neil and asked him if he was "on TV" -- at which point Neil flipped out, grabbed her arms and then threw her against the inside of the elevator ... bruising her arms in the process.

She also claims Neil was accompanied by a couple of young women that night -- and recalls, "As the elevator doors were closing ... [Vince] lunged at me and tried to push me out. One of his lady friends said, 'Get out, bitch!'"

As we previously reported, the matter is currently under investigation.

Susan Boyle Walks Off 'America's Got Talent'

TMZ has learned Susan Boyle has left Los Angeles in tears after being snubbed by a songwriter who refused to let her sing one of his hits on "America's Got Talent."

Susan arrived to L.A. earlier today to perform the song "Perfect Day" on the show.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ ... producers needed permission from the songwriter, Lou Reed -- the former lead singer for The Velvet Underground and famous for "Walk on the Wild Side" -- but at the last minute they were informed that Reed refused permission because he isn't a Boyle fan.

When Boyle found out, she dissolved into tears -- unprepared to change her tune for the show.

We're told Boyle went to LAX this afternoon -- still in tears -- and is catching a flight back to London.

"America's Got Talent" refused to comment.

Britney Spears Suit Claims Sexual Harassment, Abuse

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned ... a bodyguard who claims to have been sexually harassed by Britney Spears is filing a lawsuit today, claiming Britney repeatedly exposed herself to him and abused her children.

According to the suit, a copy of which TMZ has obtained, Fernando Flores claims Britney made "repeated unwanted sexual advances" toward him by exposing herself in front of him in her home.

Flores alleges, on one occasion -- in a scene right out of "Legally Blonde" -- "She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [Flores]." The lawsuit goes on, "The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."

The suit then goes on to describe another alleged instance where Britney summoned Flores to her room, where she was standing naked. The suit claims, "After an awkward silence during which [Britney] just stood naked before [Flores], [Flores] asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked [Flores] to get her two bottles of 7 Up."

One time after allegedly exposing herself, the suit claims Britney said, "You know you liked it."

Judge to Snooki: You're a Lindsay Wannabe

Published | Updated

"Jersey Shore's" Snooki just got schooled by a New Jersey judge, who called her a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe" ... after she pled guilty to a crime after a drunken escapade on a Seaside Heights beach.

As we first reported, Snooki was arrested in Seaside Heights, NJ on July 30 ... after she was spotted using a beer bong and falling off a bicycle.

Judge Damian Murray scoffed at Snooki in court, saying he didn't know if her antics were scripted, adding, if it was scripted Snooki needed to decide "if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck."

But that wasn't the end ... The judge called Snooki's actions "rude and self-indulgent."

Snooki pled guilty to disturbing the quiet enjoyment of the beach but the disorderly conduct charge and another count were dismissed.

Snooki could have been thrown in the slammer for 90 days, but the judge let her skate with 2 days community service and a $533 fine.

Snooki addressed the court and said she was "very
embarrassed" and says she was never in this kind
of situation before.

Lindsay Lohan's Mom 'Disappointed' in Snooki's Judge

Published | Updated

Dina Lohan didn't find it funny "ha ha" -- or funny at all -- when the judge called Snooki a "Lindsay Lohan wannabe" -- and now she's chastising him as if he was her own kid.

Dina tells TMZ, "The family is very disappointed that a judge would say that in a court of law."

Judge Damian Murray ripped into Snooks today during her court appearance for basically being sloppy drunk on the beach.

Lindsay's atttorney Stephanie Ovadia added, "The comments were very unprofessional."

Of course, compared to Lindsay's recent history with judges -- Murray's exchange with Snooki seems pretty lighthearted.

Joe Montana Tears Holes in 'Rudy'

Published | Updated

Joe Montana has some issues with the way his former college team was portrayed in "Rudy" -- because the former Notre Dame superstar just insinuated Rudy Ruettiger was more of a joke than an inspiration.

Montana -- who played on the 1975 Fighting Irish squad with Ruettiger -- appeared on DirecTV's Dan Patrick Show this morning and said of the flick, "It's a movie remember ... not all that's true."

After a dismissive sigh, Montana undermined some of the main storylines in the movie saying, "The crowd wasn’t chanting … nobody threw in their jerseys."

Montana acknowledged that the real Rudy did play in the final home game ... and did get a sack -- but stated that when the players carried Rudy off the field, they were "kinda playin' around ... I won't say as a joke, but playing around."

Joe finished, "He worked his butt off to get where he was ... but not any harder than anybody else."

Deputy Who Busted Mel Gibson Sues

Published | Updated

The L.A. Sheriff's Deputy who arrested Mel Gibson in the infamous 2006 arrest is suing the County of L.A., claiming he's the victim of retaliation.

In the lawsuit, Deputy James Mee claims at the time of his arrest, Gibson was a spokesperson for the L.A. County Sheriff's Star Program and had filed a public service announcement for Sheriff Lee Baca, whom Mee says was Gibson's "close friend."

Mee claims he was "unjustly denied" a promotion -- the result of "religious discrimination and retaliation for plaintiff's religion and his report of anti-Semitic remarks by [Gibson]."

You'll recall, TMZ broke the story of Gibson's anti-Semitic rant. Mee is Jewish.

The suit claims Sergeant Tracy Palmer erased a videotape involving the arrest of Gibson. Sources tell TMZ Mee has said the alleged video shows Gibson out of control at the jail after his arrest. Mee has told people the tape shows Gibson screaming at the top of his lungs and pacing in the cell.

TMZ has independently confirmed there was indeed a videotape of Mel at the jail -- the cameras are mounted and trained on the booking area in the Lost Hills jail.

This is the first time Mee has revealed at length the events of July 28, 2006. He claims, as TMZ first reported, he documented Gibson's tirade in his initial report but was ordered by superiors to rewrite the report, deleting the slurs. The lawsuit -- filed by attorneys Etan Lorant and Yael Trock -- goes on to say the original 4 pages in Mee's report were published by TMZ.

Mee says he was immediately targeted as the alleged TMZ leak, despite the fact that other non-Jewish deputies had access to the 4 pages. Mee says he was unmercifully interrogated, received a negative job performance report and claims it was all the result of religious discrimination.

Mee says the department launched several investigations targeting him, to determine if he was the TMZ leak. Although Mee didn't mention it, the Sheriff's Department secretly obtained search warrants for the work and home phone records of Harvey Levin. The Sheriff's Department has never determined who leaked the document.

Sheriff's spokesperson Steve Whitmore tells TMZ, "We are looking forward to telling the whole story and the whole story is not being told in this lawsuit. Ethnicity and gender have nothing to do with any of this. An investigation was launched by the Sheriff's Department to try and discover who was leaking official documents without authorization. That is a crime."

MJ's Alleged Love Child Shot Down in Court

Published | Updated

The latest woman claiming to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate child will never be able to prove it ... because a judge has shut her down.

As we first reported, Mocienne Petit Jackson filed documents back in July -- claiming she's the love child created by Michael and Diana Ross' sister, Dr. Barbara Ross-Lee -- asking for a court-ordered DNA test.

An L.A. County Superior Court judge just ruled ... a DNA test is not in the cards.

Mocienne also wanted custody of MJ's kids and a cut of the inheritance -- but those claims also went down in flames.

So MPJ's claims involving murder and abduction will never reach a jury ... damn.

Oksana to Judge: Make Mel Pay For My PR

Published | Updated

Oksana Grigorieva spent tens of thousands of dollars in PR to thwart public perception that she sold the secret tapes -- and now she wants Mel Gibson to foot the bill ... this according to sources.

We're told Oksana racked up $84,000 in PR expenses and certain unpaid legal fees. As for the PR fees, our sources say Oksana felt hiring PR reps was the only way counter someone as big and powerful as Mel Gibson. Oksana -- who insists she didn't sell the tapes -- felt she was getting trashed in the media.

Sources say Oksana wants Judge Scott Gordon in the custody/child support case to clear the $84,000 debt.

Here's the disconnect. The judge would never award money for PR expenses. Aside from legal fees, Judge Gordon would adjust the existing agreement -- $5,000 a month plus the house -- only based on the needs of baby Lucia.

As we first reported ... Oksana's lawyers have gone to court and asked Judge Gordon to up the monthly child support obligation to upwards of $40,000.

We're told the judge has yet to rule on the request.

Lindsay Lohan Is 'Today' the One for Her?

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned ... Lindsay Lohan has "multiple offers" for her first television interview since getting out of jail/rehab -- and one of her biggest suitors is "Today."

Sources tell TMZ the NBC show has definite interest in landing the coveted sit-down with LiLo -- a source at the Peacock says they are "actively" trying to sign her.

We're told Lindsay is strongly considering Matt Lauer & Co. -- among several other outlets -- which is ironic considering Dina Lohan's "Today" appearance didn't go over so well.

Maybe now she can clear up once and for all just how many times she went to rehab.

UPDATE: Dina Lohan tells TMZ "no final decision has been made" on Lindsay's first TV appearance.
