Sarah Palin's Crosshairs Map Still on Facebook

Published | Updated

Sarah Palin still has not removed the controversial target list map from her Facebook page -- the one that was posted back in March and features crosshairs all over a map ... and the name of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, among others.

Palin has been getting flack for the map in the wake of the Giffords shooting over the weekend. A Palin staffer defended the graphic, saying, "We never ever, ever intended it to be gun sights ... It was simply crosshairs like you'd see on maps."

So we ask ...

Michael Lohan's Song -- Every 'Rose' Has Its Thorns

Published | Updated

Prepare to have yourself an eargasm -- TMZ has obtained a preview of the song Michael Lohan had commissioned for his daughter Lindsay ... and OMFGGFFG it's amazing!!!

As we first reported, MiLo collaborated with Delious Kennedy, one of the members of the Grammy winning group All-4-One on a track in Lindsay's honor.

Delious told us the song would be a club track in the mold of Lady Gaga -- and, uh, it's definitely a club track.

If this doesn't say I love you ... nothing does.

Sarah Palin's Big Decision -- Payday vs. Politics

Published | Updated

If Sarah Palin's TLC reality show comes back for a second season, it's a sign she's choosing a big payday over a run at the White House ... Palin sources tell TMZ.

Network sources say TLC "would green light another season of Palin's show in a second." The show scored huge ratings and network honchos believe another installment would be even bigger.

We're told the decision to continue the show is squarely in Sarah's hands. Here are the considerations, according to our sources:

A) She would make millions of dollars by doing another season.
B) If she does sign on, she knows she's giving a clear sign to America she's not running for President in 2012.

We're told Palin has made absolutely no public decision, nor has she informed the network. There have been no negotiations. For now it's total radio silence.

Dr. Conrad Murray -- Winning 'em Over One at a Time

Published | Updated

Dr. Conrad Murray has a bit of a PR problem these days -- and since people don't just let you walk up and kiss their baby anymore, he did the next best thing ... he bought a little girl a balloon.

0-gqie40yg

A TMZ photog was out in Santa Monica on his night off when he caught a glimpse of Murray on the Third Street Promenade. Murray was walking along when he spotted the cute kid and the balloon animal practitioner ... and made his way over.

Murray ponied up the few bucks for the little girl's balloon and one for himself -- it looked like he took the SpongeBob one.

If things don't go Murray's way next week, he may want to move into a pineapple under the sea.

Lindsay Lohan -- Giving New Roomie a Free Ride

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan won't be living in her new Venice pad by herself -- TMZ has learned she's going to have a roommate ... and the girl will be staying there rent-free.

We're told LiLo's new roomie is a girl she met during her time at Betty Ford. According to our sources ... the girl has been sober longer than Lindsay has (FYI -- Lindsay celebrated four months of sobriety Friday).

Sources close to Lindsay tell us she feels it's important to surround herself with other sober people. We're told she's helping the cash-strapped girl out ... letting her live rent-free.

Seems Lindsay's first role post-rehab ... is that of a sugar mama.

Mel to Judge: Strip Oksana of Custody, STAT!

Published | Updated

Mel Gibson's lawyer went to court for an emergency hearing Friday, asking the judge to immediately strip Oksana Grigorieva of custody of baby Lucia ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the case tell us the trigger for the hearing was TMZ's story the day before ... in which we reported Oksana claimed in her deposition earlier in the week that Mel beat her in order to get aroused during sex.

We're told Mel and his lawyers were outraged and accused Oksana's team of leaking the info. Mel's family lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, asked Judge Scott Gordon on Friday to take custody away from Oksana on grounds she acted maliciously -- not in the best interests of Lucia -- by allegedly leaking the story.

According to our sources, Kolodny also argued many of the allegations Oksana made during her deposition -- including the one reported on TMZ -- have never been made before and is a belated attempt to smear Mel and harm Lucia.

Our sources say Kolodny asked Judge Gordon for an immediate ruling but the judge refused, setting the matter for a full hearing next month.

Jermaine Jackson -- Stuck in Africa

Published | Updated

Jermaine Jackson cannot come back to the United States of America ... because he owes a fortune in back child support ... TMZ has learned.

Jermaine is currently in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, Africa. We've learned his passport has expired and he can't get a new one, so he's waylaid there.

Here's what we know. In May 2008, Jermaine's baby mama Alejandra got a child support order, requiring him to pay $3,000 a month. Jermaine went into arrears almost immediately and, as of last month, he owed $91,921.

Under California law, when someone owes more than $2,500 a month in child support, the State Department of Child Support Services automatically informs the feds of the delinquency, and the feds then flag the person's passport. Once the passport expires, it will not be renewed until the person becomes current on child support obligations.

Our sources say Jermaine's passport expired during his trip, he can't get a new one and he's stuck overseas.

If Jermaine doesn't clear up the debt, it's unclear if the American Embassy will come to the rescue ... though we're told in these situations the Embassy will often issue temporary papers so the person can return to the U.S.

Kardashians Sued for Ginormous Debit Card Loss

Published | Updated

The Kardashian women -- Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Kris -- are accused of causing more than $75 million in debit card damage ... and they never pulled a single card out of their wallets.

The Revenue Resource Group, LLC filed a lawsuit in Fresno, CA claiming the Kardashians breached their contract when they pulled out of a deal to be the faces of a controversial MasterCard-approved prepaid debit card.

As we previously reported, the K-ladies claimed they quit the deal because they had no idea the card was loaded with hidden, possibly illegal fees ... fees that caused the Attorney General of Connecticut to open an investigation into the card.

Revenue Resource Group claims the sisters signed a two-year deal that they should have honored -- and since the fam backed out, RRG has been crushed by a wave of bad publicity.

RRG wants the women to fork over more than $75 mil to make things right.

So far, no comment from the Kardashians.

Camille Grammer to Bravo: I'm Now Ready to Walk

Published | Updated

Camille Grammer has negotiated a settlement with Bravo, which gives her the ability to leave "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" immediately, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the show tell TMZ, Camille hired the famous Larry Stein, Esq., who has repped Rob Lowe, Eva Longoria, Timbaland and many other celebs, to sit at the bargaining table with Bravo.

As we reported ... Camille wanted off the show because she feels she was portrayed as a hateable woman ... not representative of who she really is.

According to Camille's deal, Bravo had the right to either pick up her option for season 2 or cut her, but the contract didn't give Camille the right to walk. Stein went to Bravo and argued the network misrepresented to Camille the way she would be portrayed and therefore she was fraudulently induced into signing on.

TMZ has learned ... a few days ago Stein got Bravo to give Camille an out in her deal, allowing her to walk right now.

We're told Camille's intention is to leave the show, but she won't formally exercise her option until the reunion show airs later this month. The subtext -- if Bravo has any hope of keeping Camille they better be nice in the editing bay.

Stein could not be reached for comment.

Oksana's Newest Claim: Mel Beat Me During Sex

Published | Updated

TMZ has learned ... Oksana Grigorieva has just made an explosive allegation under oath that she never before made -- that Mel Gibson beat her during sex.

Sources tell TMZ ... during Oksana's deposition Tuesday in her custody war with Mel ... she testified that Mel had problems performing and the way he got aroused with her was to beat her.

The claim is as curious as it is shocking, since we're told Oksana never uttered a peep about such violence in her multiple interviews with the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Oksana has claimed that Mel struck her on January 6, but there is no other allegation of physical violence in the court file -- much of which has been reviewed by TMZ -- or with law enforcement.

Dr. Conrad Murray -- I 'Love' MJ's Mom

Published | Updated

Doctor Conrad Murray claims it's been hard for him to watch Michael Jackson's mother Katherine grieve over the death of her son ... because he "loves" her like his own mother.

Murray was out shopping at Nordstrom in Santa Monica yesterday -- hopefully looking to replace the awful paisley tie he wore on the first day of his manslaughter prelim -- when he told photogs, "It's hard to see [Katherine] grieving ... I care about her as much as I care about my own mother."

Murray added, "I love her very much."

Jaime Pressly Busted for DUI

Published | Updated

Jaime Pressly was arrested late Wednesday night for suspicion of driving under the influence ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

The "My Name Is Earl" star was driving in Santa Monica at around 11PM when she was stopped. We're told cops took notice of her vehicle after she allegedly committed a traffic violation.

A field sobriety test was performed and Jaime was arrested and booked on suspicion of DUI.

She was taken to the Santa Monica jail and held on $15,000 bail.

UPDATE: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there were no drugs in Jaime's car. We're also told no children were in the car. And, we know, there was no car accident. The only other circumstance in which bail is set at $15,000 -- the normal amount is $5,000 -- is when the driver's blood-alcohol level is higher than .15. We have not, however, been able to confirm Jaime's level.
