Winter Olympics HEINEKEN ARRIVES IN SOCHI Hey Bud, We're Not Afraid!
Heineken ain't afraid of no terrorism -- unlike Budweiser -- TMZ Sports has learned, the Dutch beer company has REFUSED to cancel its Olympics party in Sochi ... after its American cousin pulled out.
A rep for Heineken tells us, the beer titan's party house in Sochi officially opened for business today ... and it's already turnt up big time.
It's a big move ... considering Budweiser shut down all plans to have a presence in Sochi because the company is afraid of the looming threat of terrorism.
But Heineken says Bud's fears are unsubstantiated ... with one rep telling us, "Sochi is actually OK safety-wise."
Cheers to that.

Philip Seymour Hoffman A Single Drink Ultimately Led to Death
Philip Seymour Hoffman's recent and fatal path down the road of addiction was triggered by an innocent drink ... sources close to the actor tell TMZ.
Hoffman had been sober for 23 years prior to shooting "The Master" -- but during a wrap party in 2012, the actor succumbed to temptation ... and celebrated the movie with a drink ... which quickly became a couple of drinks.
Hoffman acknowledged to confidants ... the drinks opened the floodgates. Addictions experts all say one drink can destroy an addict's life ... and that seems to be what happened here.
Sources tell us Hoffman didn't begin experimenting with heroin until 2013, after he had already fully fallen off the wagon. We're told he had long been curious about the drug.
It started with snorting -- and last May, he quickly checked into rehab because he was terrified it would escalate to IV use ... which it eventually did.

Justin Bieber What's In the Water Bottle?
While Justin Bieber strapped on his best hip-hop inspired accessories to hang with rap royalty Wednesday night -- one particular piece of flare seems to stick out ... the mysterious green inside his water bottle.
After posting pics of the underage Bieb's keeping his cool while hanging around dozens of bottles of booze at Diddy's shin-dig at Vanquish nightclub in Atlanta -- we noticed Justin's water bottle had something inside other than H20.
The rest of the A-list entourage enjoyed a neon yellow cocktail that could have easily been poured into Justin's clear water bottle.
Unless you're at the Sochi Olympics -- this water doesn't look normal. So what is it?

Kylie Jenner Mackin' On Lil Za In Bieber's Weed Kitchen
Kris Jenner won't be happy about this -- her youngest daughter's been hanging out inside Justin Bieber's famously drugged-out house ... and if that wasn't bad enough, she's even getting cozy with his bad news BFF Lil Za ... who was just charged with 3 FELONIES.
The photo was taken Sunday inside Bieber's kitchen -- where the singer's always kept a giant weed stash -- and it's clear ... Kylie is getting comfy with Za.
The other pics were taken earlier this week -- Za posted them on his Instagram ... referring to himself and Kylie as "best friends."
Probably a bad idea -- Za is 20 and Kylie's only 16 ... not to mention the fact that just last Friday, Za was charged with 3 felonies in connection with the police raid on Bieber's house a couple weeks ago.
As we reported, Za was arrested after the raid when police claim they found MDMA (ecstasy) and Oxycodone near him in the house. He's been charged with felony possession of controlled substances and another felony for breaking a jail phone.

Philip Seymour Hoffman Death Cops Did NOT Arrest Dangerous Heroin Supplier
Cops did NOT snag the drug dealer who was allegedly selling dangerous heroin to Philip Seymour Hoffman ... sources tell TMZ.
We know the informant -- who armed cops with the info they needed to get a search warrant -- claimed Hoffman had 2 principal heroin suppliers. We're told the informant said Robert Vineberg was the main guy, but when he would run out of heroin Vineberg would send a guy named Max Rosenblum to get more smack from someone down the street.
As we reported, Vineberg was arrested in Tuesday's bust and has been charged with felony heroin possession with an intent to sell. He pled not guilty. Rosenblum has been charged with misdemeanor cocaine possession.
As for the "dealer down the street" -- he was not arrested. The informant claims that dealer was selling low-grade, very dangerous heroin. The informant says he came forward because he believes Hoffman may have been using the stash from the dealer down the street when he died.

Cedric Ceballos wants Budweiser to BE STRONGER in its stand against the situation in Sochi ... saying pulling out isn't enough -- he wants the company to declare an all out P.R. war on Russia.
We broke the story ... Budweiser decided NOT to throw its traditional Club Bud party at the Winter Olympics this year -- and according to internal documents obtained by TMZ Sports, it's all because Bud fears the terror threat in Sochi is looming too large.
Bud has not issued a public statement explaining the decision -- but the former NBA star tells TMZ Sports, he thinks the company has a duty to back up their actions with strong words.
"I think they should come out with a statement. I mean, they always make statements in commercials with their product,. somebody either the President or the CEO should make a statement."
Justin Bieber Parties in Atlanta Hey Diddy, Check Out My Pecs!
Justin Bieber was the belle of the ball Wednesday night as he revealed his boyish body -- to the amusement of a dozen big-time rappers at Diddy's Atlanta blowout.
Bieber's new GF, Chantel Jeffries, was in tow at Vanquish nightclub as he went around the room, mugging with Diddy, T.I., Jermaine Dupri, Wale, Rick Ross, Lil Scrappy and Trinidad James.
Bieber was a minority of one as he lost his shirt in the crowd but not his bling. And, even though there were lots of bottles poppin' ... Bieber stuck to bottled water the entire night.
As for weed ... well, we'll take a wild guess.

Selena Gomez Bailed On Rehab
Selena Gomez ignored the advice of medical professionals and waltzed out of rehab just 14 days into a 6-week program ... over the strenuous objections of the rehab staff ... TMZ has learned.
Sources close to Selena tell us just after New Year's she checked into a program at The Meadows called DAWN -- for alcohol, pot and Rx Ambien -- in addition to what her people believe is an unhealthy union with Justin Bieber.
But 2 weeks in, Selena bailed so she could go the Sundance Film Festival for her upcoming movie. She told her people she would return to the rehab facility after Sundance, but when it was over Selena decided she was cured and there was no reason to return.
Problem is ... that's not the way the medical staff at The Meadows sees it ... the treatment program is 45-days and Selena bailed four weeks early. We're told the staff feels it's essential in any recovery to complete the therapy.
Selena is telling her people ... she completed the toughest week, which the facility calls "Survivor's week" so everything is fine. Thing is ... Selena's not the doctor -- she's the one with the problem.

Ricky Williams NFL Doesn't Wanna Help Potheads Weed Testing Is Just for PR
Former Miami Dolphins running back Ricky Williams tells TMZ Sports ... the NFL's policy on marijuana is a JOKE ... saying the league has no real interest in rehabilitating weed users, it's all for P.R.
Williams -- who famously left the NFL in 2004 after testing positive for pot on several occasions -- says, "I don't think the NFL really cares about whether or not players use marijuana."
Ricky says he believes the point of the NFL's policy on weed is NOT to detour players from using -- but only to maintain the league's image as a family friendly business.
We've spoken with other NFL stars who echo Ricky's sentiments -- telling us there are a BUNCH of active players who smoke (some with prescriptions) and they feel the league should butt out when it comes to pot.
For now, the NFL says marijuana will remain on the league's banned substance list -- but with pot already legalized for recreational use in 2 states, and others likely to follow suit, it seems like legalized weed use in pro football is just a matter of time.
'Nick & Norah's' Star Allegedly Kicked GF, Broke Her Cell Phone, Threatened to Kill Her
The gay singer from "Nick & Norah's Infinite Playlist" didn't just brutally attack his real-life GF before his double arrest in December ... he also destroyed her bedroom and threatened multiple times to kill ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ.
Rafi Gavron's GF told cops, the December 14 argument was triggered by Rafi's cocaine problem -- he demanded money from her and she refused ... so he went ballistic.
The GF said she hid her money and credit cards in her bedroom. In retaliation, Rafi punched her with both fists and slapped her across the face several times, then pushed her to the ground and kicked her in the stomach.
The GF says it wasn't over ... Rafi destroyed her bedroom, ransacking her dresser and closet and then kicking her mirror, breaking it. When she tried to phone police, she says Rafi grabbed her phone, threw it on the ground, shattering it to pieces, and repeatedly threatened to kill her.
The girlfriend says she managed to escape and ask a neighbor to phone police ... but Rafi took off in her car. She was taken to a nearby L.A. hospital with minor injuries, including marks on her legs and back.
As we reported, Rafi was subsequently pulled over in his girlfriend's car and arrested for DUI. Hours later he was released from jail hours and immediately arrested AGAIN for domestic violence.
He was charged with 4 felonies ... dissuading a witness from reporting a crime, false imprisonment by violence, domestic violence and joy riding. He copped a plea and pled no contest to domestic violence and joy riding. He was placed on 5 years probation.

Philip Seymour Hoffman Death Drug Suspects Arraigned
Three of the four people arrested in what cops believe may be a link to Philip Seymour Hoffman's death were in court, and have been arraigned on drug charges.
Robert Vineberg -- the man a police informant claims sold drugs to him and Hoffman -- pled not guilty to felony possession of heroin with an intent to sell.
Vineberg's attorney, Ed Kratt, tells TMZ, "these charges have NOTHING to do with the death of Philip Seymour Hoffman."
Juliana Luchkiw and Max Rosenblum are NOT charged with heroin possession. Instead, prosecutors have charged them with 1 count each for possession of cocaine ... a misdemeanor.
We spoke with the lawyer for Juliana who pled not guilty. The lawyer says his client has never met Hoffman.
A fourth man --Thomas Cushman -- was arrested but not charged with a crime due to lack of evidence.
TMZ broke the story .... an informant who triggered the bust has told cops ... Vineberg was Hoffman's main dealer, and the actor came by his apartment twice a week to score dozens of bags of heroin.

2014 Olympics Budweiser BAILS on Sochi We're Not Comfortable There
There's no Bud for you, Sochi ... TMZ Sports has learned Budweiser has decided to NOT throw its traditional Winter Olympics party this year and it's all because the company is not comfortable with the situation in Russia.
In the past, Budweiser was known for hosting huge parties -- like the Club Bud bashes during the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver and at the 2006 Olympics in Turin.
But we've learned ... the King of Beers has decided it won't be throwing a similar party at the '14 Games ... at least, that's the plan for now.
In fact, we've seen an email from a Budweiser rep which says the company does not want its U.S.-based representatives in Sochi ... and the message is clear -- the terrorist threat is simply looming too large.
A rep for Anheuser-Busch confirms to TMZ Sports ... there will be no Club Bud in Sochi -- but the rep didn't give a reason for why the company is not throwing the party.
Justin Bieber The Idiot Knew He'd Get Searched And Still Smoked up the Jet
Justin Bieber is not only out of control ... he's hard-core stupid. He knew last week -- before he took off for New Jersey -- his plane would get searched by U.S. Customs yet he and his friends still hotboxed on the private jet.
TMZ has confirmed .... the pilot radioed in the air Justin and his gang were smoking weed on the plane and the flight attendant couldn't get them to stop. The pilot complained the smoke in the cabin was thick. NBC News says the pilot actually had to don a gas mask because it was so bad.
Now here's what's incredible ... TMZ has previously reported Justin is on a Homeland Security watch list because of 2 pending criminal cases.
Multiple sources connected with Bieber tell TMZ ... Justin's people called federal officials before the plane took off and they were informed Justin was on the list. Justin's people told him before he got on the jet that he would be searched in New Jersey and interrogated, yet Bieber STILL smoked up the aircraft.
We're also told Bieber and his buds were abusive to the flight attendant because she ordered them to stop smoking ... in vain.
And to add icing to the cake ... Bieber's father was on the plane.
By the time the plane landed the weed was gone, but drug-sniffing dogs detected trace amounts.
One person who was on the plane 3 hours after it landed says it continued to reek of marijuana.

Chris Brown Took Rehab Break ... To Party Face Off
Chris Brown made a little pit stop on his way back to rehab Sunday -- after visiting his lawyer -- he dropped by Trey Songz' blowout Super Bowl party ... filled with girls and booze ... and it's possible the shindig could land Chris in some hot water.
Brown was given a pass out of rehab Sunday specifically to meet with his attorney, Mark Geragos, for the singer's court hearing the next day.
After the meeting, Chris decided it would be fun to enjoy a few Super Bowl moments with his pal Trey Songz. There was nothing in the rehab pass indicating partying with chicks and booze was ok.
Sources close to Chris tell TMZ, he was only there for around 10 minutes ... and only because he thought the party was for charity. We can't help but call BS. There's no evidence there was any fundraising going on, and even if there was ... it's irrelevant.
Our Chris sources say he didn't drink and was monitored by a rehab worker at the party.
Calls to Chris' reps weren't returned.

Philip Seymour Hoffman Confided In Alleged Dealer I Want to Kick Heroin
Philip Seymour Hoffman desperately told his drug dealer he was trying to kick his ever-growing heroin problem ... TMZ has learned.
An informant who has been working with NYC cops since Hoffman's death says he was privy to conversations between Philip Seymour Hoffman and Robert Vineberg -- one of the 4 people arrested last night in a heroin bust.
The informant -- who was central to cops obtaining a search warrant that led to the arrests -- claims Vineberg regularly sold heroin to Hoffman. He says in some of the text messages Hoffman told Vineberg he was struggling to kick his heroin habit and wanted nothing more than to clean up his life.
The informant was very specific, saying Hoffman bemoaned that the worst part of getting clean was uncontrollable bowel movements.
And according to the informant, he would often see Hoffman in Vineberg's apartment and he seemed like "a man on a mission." There was no small talk ... just business. And he says Hoffman always looked unhappy.
